There's really nothing negative to say. I call and order my usual quarter pound burger, fries and a side of chili peppers. It's always ready in ten minutes or less-- hot, fresh and delicious. The front counter people are always nice. Parking is ample and the lot is easy to get in and out of. I eat there about once a week at this point and I really love it.

Starving after fasting for blood work and this place was nearby so I stopped to try a breakfast combo burrito. Fist bite in the car was meh, but once you added the salsa, it was the difference maker. I just wish I had extra salsa, it was that good. Not spicy, just tasty. The real star of the show was the biscuits and gravy. For $5, you get a whole container full of biscuits and gravy. Really just four halves of biscuits, topped with gravy, but the gravy was really really tasty. The gravy even had a spicy kick to it which I really liked. Pro tips: get the biscuits and gravy and ask for extra salsa!!!! I did, but only got one. Ask for two or three!!! Breakfast burrito - 3 stars With salsa - 4 stars Biscuits and gravy - 4.5 stars

I'm a big burgers and fries and chili cheese fries fan... the burgers and fries were made to order. Everything was fresh. But I gotta stress this. This is the best Chilli I've had on Chilli cheese fries in a very long time. Packed with flavor. Also have to mention, the ranch and thousand island dressing is legit. Not watery or in to go mass produced packets. That makes a big difference. Definitely coming back. 👍

Great food but terrible customer service. If you're gonna get take out and hear a lady speak, just leave. She'll always get your order wrong and has never asked me once what I wanted to drink until I got to the window or just simply forgets.

Nothing special about this place the burger was like all other burger spots in L.A. but with that said I missed the charbroiled burgers you can only get in L.A. the zucchini though was what I really wanted. I moved to Vegas over 17 yrs ago, so anytime I have a chance to go to a good burger stand in L.A. I do. This was the only place open late and in the area so we went. The man at the register put heavy sauces a bunch of napkins placed the order in a plastic bag with no vent holes. By the time we got home to eat the zucchini was smashed and soggy with no flavor not even salt. Long story short will not go again.

New prices are not accurately displayed. When I checked my receipt (that I had to ask for) I was charged more than what was displayed on the menu box and on the website/google page. Burger box is $11.99 on google page I was charged $13.51 plus $.78 cents for cheese! Same story for chilli cheese fries. They really need to check the prices or let customers know their total before they ask you to pull forward. This is my second time there and sadly my last. The person that is taking orders at the drive through window really needs to show some customer service skills. She didn’t even give me condiments!

"Strati" on Barranca/San Bernardino in Covina....it's hard to understand how you pay $30 for food but don't get it how you order it. I asked for 2 breakfast burritos with Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra Crispy Hash Brown, even told them, I'd would wait. I was in line for 10 mins waiting and they still gave me "Raw" potatoes. There isn't a Crispy part in this potatoes. They were uncooked and hard, we've tried over and over again to give them a chance. Just don't understand why they would give Raw potatoes, is anyone else having this issue with this place....time for us to find another place for breakfast burritos. Under cooked meats; onion rings raw ; fries barley salted , undercooked . Employee wise they have a hard time of getting a phone order correct. Strati burgers needs to step there game up . I

the burger is ok. the staff was great. the burrito, on the other hand, was the worst burrito i have ever eaten in 25 years. it left me with bad stomach pain. there was too much beans that were clearly straight from a can, and a barely any meat. you couldnt even taste the pico de gallo, it was hardly there. i threw it away.

Call me old school but I believe in service with a smile and a grateful worker. Happy to provide to the public. I felt like I was wasting their time and they did not really care about why I was there. "Anything else", I can still hear it echoing in my head. A smile goes a long way. I would recommend a customer service overhaul.

Tasted chlorine in my fountain drink which has a pool water taste. Please fix this whether it was intentional or negligent.

Call me old school but I believe in service with a smile and a grateful worker. Happy to provide to the public. I felt like I was wasting their time and they did not really care about why I was there. "Anything else", I can still hear it echoing in my head. A smile goes a long way. I would recommend a customer service overhaul.

The customer service is so poor here they had out mildew lemons staffing is so irritating to the point of where they don’t even want to help you because they’re so irritated. There’s a Hispanic lady with long nails who has an attitude who doesn’t want to be at work she clearly made me lose my whole appetite and took my order wrong. Don’t go here if your not ready for the attitude and moldy food
