I absolutely love the customer service Rep. Sheridan. She was positive, suggested menu items for my desires and most of all recommended a better suggestion.
They ran out of "grande size" so they gave me a "venti" for the same price. They also snuck in an extra scone. Probably doesn't happen on the regular, but definitely made my afternoon!
I went in tonight and there were 3 guys working. They were super cool super down to earth. GREAT service.. have always loved this starbucks.. any time of day

This Starbucks is the most personable Starbucks I've ever been too. Never cared for all the tall, venti stuff til I walked in these doors needing the facilities n their demeanor their manners drew me in its now a daily requirement
I enjoy my green iced tea with flavor notes of citrus.The iced black coffee is none better.I have tried other iced coffees from other coffee houses & their iced coffee taste like I am drinking iced water with flavoring.So my coffee has to come from any Starbucks,iced or otherwise.Starbucks is quality #1, employees are super friendly.Thank you Starbucks for being my #1.
The staff are always very nice and they make my special order coffee perfectly every time.
Was raining and the drive thru guy could have been a little more thoughtful when giving our drinks. Seemed a bit more concerned about getting wet then making us happy.

One of the latest opening & closing times in the area... this site also has a Drive-thru. The store just gutted the old décor, circa late summer 2018, and retooled a fresh design and layout. Offers various coffees, fewer teas, and also as of 2018, a "Mercato"-line of artisan sandwiches (breakfast and lunch/dinner), and meal salads, in addition to sweets. Highly recommended.
This location specifically has always been welcoming, and even willing to change your drink if it isn't up to your standards! Friendly people who love their jobs

My favorite location. The staff is friendly, Ive never had an issue ordering, and its one of the easier ones to get in and out of. If its too busy in the main lot there is an adjacent one near BJs you can walk over quite easily.
Wow, I visited Starbucks tonight and was so impressed with Christian he was in drive thru. A lady in front of me was terrible, and this young man handled it like a champ! He was professional! The lady seemed she was just a miserable person. I commented to him when I got my drink to forgive witches like that, he smiled and told me it was okay, he just hoped she had a great night. He is a great asset to your organization, you need more people with such an awesome attitude and disposition!
Barista was very sweet & helpful. The drink she recommended was awesome. Very convenient location across from Islands Restaurant. The Starbucks inside Target closes at 9 so I came to this one instead. Pleasant atmosphere.
Been here many times, usually they are super quick and get my order right. Parking is interesting, the lot is always full, but there are few people inside. Not sure where everyone is hiding.
Starbucks is a chain coffee company, so personality, individuality, and friendly customer service can easily get lost along the way... this store in particular, however, is NOT the case! The staff is always personable and, more often than not, I find myself conversing with them as they make my drinks. They’re fast, friendly, and they always get my order correct! Whatever I want, no matter how weird, they’ll try to make it. On top of it, they’re more than happy help you out (i.e. suggestions if you don’t know what you want, knowing the menu well, etc.) Overall, amazing Starbucks!
2023/6/7 late at night, my co-worker's father accidentally spilled his coffee, but the Staff clean up very quickly, meantime make a new coffee for his father. Very Good! Very Impressed me!
I like to go there because of the convenience right off the highway pm it's easy to go and get the coffee morning time and afternoon is very difficult because the parking space is limited and then drive through is very small and only can fit 5 to 6 cars give yourself some time in the morning and afternoons otherwise I would recommend everybody to experience their very friendly very nice and very cooperative people. It is a nice Starbucks establishment, located in Eastland Center area. I have visited this joint, several times. It was in beginning of 2024, when I used to work in the area. So, before heading to work, I would come here, to buy my breakfast and coffee. The lines were, usually, not long. At the same time, the wait time for coffee and meals was not long. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. Of course, from time to time, there were no tables available to sit down, and enjoy a coffee with breakfast meals. Still, I would usually order to go. Therefore, I am not complaining, about it. So, if anyone needs to purchase good coffee for breakfast, I would recommend a visit to this establishment.
Always great experience. I got a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso. My absolute favorite. If you can find a Starbucks that still has the salted brown buttery topping it's a game changer.
Comfortable staying and doing some of my remote work here because staffs are all pretty friendly. A staff Stella has to be mentioned today, she took my orders with thoughtful and very nice polite attitude, her genuine kindness deserves a recognition!
It is a typical Starbucks establishment, conveniently located at Eastland Center in West Covina. I have visited this establishment, ample of times, when I was working in the area. It was in 2024. The lines were not long, or non-existent. At the same time, the baristas were helpful and attentive. The orders, too, were well taken and delivered. In addition, most of the time, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy the drink, or wait for the drink to be ready. Of course, when the lines were longer, my orders would take longer to be made. However, this is understandable, since there were more patrons in the area. Despite this, I had positive experiences purchasing coffee from this establishment, especially in the morning, before clocking in to work. So, if anyone is in the area, I would recommend to stop by this coffee shop.
I got the iced matcha latte and it was the best match I've had it of all the Starbucks I've been too.
Conveniently located right off the 10 FWY off the Barranca St. exit in the 'Eastland Center' shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. For my morning caffeine fix, I often head to this cafe. The service is consistently fast, and the baristas, especially at the drive-thru window at 5AM, are some of the friendliest I've met. They've never disappointed me with the way my coffee tastes, whether it's a Blond roast, hot Americano, or a Cafe latte.
Great experience at this Starbucks! The coffee was excellent, the atmosphere immediately lifted my mood, and the design of the store is really well thought out. Everything was clean, and the staff were genuinely pleasant and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited.
Very friendly and fast. The inside was very clean and organized. Not much seating outside and could have been a little cleaner.
Drive thru and cafe location. Small parking lot. Good amount of tall tables where you can stand and work too or there is a nice lounge area with individual cushion chairs and working tables by outlets.
Baristas energy was incredible, 10/10– line wasn’t too shabby & my drink was almost well prepared. Label reads everything perfect but suddenly after 2 relaxing sips, I start getting kicks and turns. The dairy in it was not what was printed on the label.
Service was great. Friendly and welcoming. SOP for Starbucks. Coffee and browny just like I like 'em. Hate to sound like an old person, but does it have to be so loud? Between the coffee grinder, the loud thumping music on tinny speakers, and terrible acoustics, I can't have a conversation without shouting myself hoarse or asking "What?" every third sentence. Can't hear myself think enough to do homework or just enjoy a peaceful day. It's a coffee shop, not a rave. I'll have mine to go, thank you.
Starbucks is the same most places for drinks and food quality. This one is convenient near the 10 freeway. Parking is tight, there is limited seating and the staff do seem rushed at the order counter, so it's more a commuter's in and out type place rather than a slow down, sit down and get to know you and enjoy your beverage type of location.
Starbucks employee not as sharp as I am use to at other stores. I asked for my drink, Chi Tea, to be at 120° but it was just warm. Person forgot my cheese danish & had to go back & ask for it!
I came for my mobile order and was waiting for a while to find our they prepared my latte but did not put sticker with my name on it. It was already cold, so I had to wait for another cup for a while.
Parking is very tight. Don't park in front of the store. Instead park in the mall lot that is just a few feet away to the west. Parking is the only reason for 3 stars. For service I would give it 4 stars.
I must be getting old, but to me, the music is too loud. It's difficult to carry on a conversation. Or maybe I just prefer coffee places where I can enjoy my coffee and chat with some friends. This observation is not location-specific but typical of Starbucks, at least in CA.
After 15 minutes of sitting on the chair my legs began itch
While I appreciate their attempt to be quick so that the drive thru wait isn't as long, they could be friendlier. Now that they have someone taking orders outside, drinks are melting - I ordered a Frappuccino but I might as well have ordered a regular iced coffee. Annoying when it's not exactly a cheap drink.
I love Starbucks butt the inside of this place does not appeal to me. It doesn't feel cozy or have the type of atmosphere that I would like to hang out in for an hour or so doing work or studying. I would suggest using the drive-through at this one. The weight inside both times I have been here was longer than other Starbucks that I have been to. This is a good one to meet someone off the freeway but does not have a whole lot of seating.
I was waiting 15min for a simple Iced carmel macchiato. Apparently their label machine broke down meanwhile I'm waiting while others who ordered after me were getting their drinks in a reasonable time frame. It would have been nice to be informed of the problem. But 1st and foremost the cashier should make sure the drinks are coming out in order to the customer. This took half my lunch time. Time is priceless. Learn what efficient customer service is. It is not just have a nice day with a smile.
small not clean and some barristas are rude need better training
I haven't been to boomers in almost a decade and not much has changed. I took some of my nephew for a round a mini golf and to play some games. The indoor golfing room smelled and it was too hot for comfort. Must most of the arcade machines either didn't work it all or were partial broke.
My boyfriend and I went there to get a quick pick me up before we headed to a wedding reception. We ordered a cookie and drinks. The guy asked if we wanted the cookie warmed up, we said no. When we pulled up to the window the guy handed us the cookie, which he had warmed up. Then proceeded to hand us the wrong drinks. They had 3 other drinks ready for the cars behind us, but ours weren’t even made yet. They didn’t comp us or anything. Pretty disappointing considering we’re from Seattle and have been to a lot of Starbucks.
Overpriced. I can get similar product (hot caramel Macchiato) for half the price at McDonald's with no 20 drive thru wait. Also, the pay-for-the-car-behind-you thing is kind of annoying. Ditto for the tip jar on a $4 coffee.
Always out of "stock". Drinks are weak. Staff is indifferent and inattentive. Go to the other Starbucks on the other end of Eastland Shopping Center. They don't have a drive-through but the service and the drinks far surpass this one!
I know this place is very busy, knowing this I was very patient. They had four employees behind the counter, two plus a manager sitting inside the lounge area talking. Patiently waited to place my order. Four people ahead of me and while waiting, the first guy who placed his order got his drink last. SMH! Then the drive thru window broke, they all panicked and the girl making my drink ran to the back to get the manager who never came to help. My ice coffee ended up being half coffee half cream and all ice! Truly disappointed, I also worry about their milk and cream because while there they had several jugs sitting on the counter top from the time we walked in till we left.!! Lucky for the two stars!
Customer service was good but Wifi was HORRIBLE
Literally the slowest, and I mean the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. 6 cars in front of me and it took 27 minutes to get to the window. Now he’s saying his scanner is broken and he needs to restart it. Please do better, I have places to be at.
I get that it's busy right now and people are being short. I've worked customer service for a long time, I get it. Please treat your customers with the same patience we're expected to give you. Your dude of the mic was hard to understand and rushing and when we wanted to confirm our order at the window Ariana(?) acted like we were asking for her to remake every drink or something. They also, somehow, mixed our order up. Just not the best customer service across the board here.

The food is great. The drinks were awesome, but service here was not at its best. When my nephew went to get my order, he accidently took a drink by accident. I went to tell the barista at bar what had happen he look at my nephew with a serious face. I understand making a drink all over again. it's stressful, but everyone makes mistakes. We imidietly grab our stuff and left the store because we felt uncomfortable.
The hours on the door say 4 am I went to this Starbucks this morning at 4:15am and it was not open. Also the drive thru has all kinds of Rat traps I'm glad they want to keep the Rodent problem under control but it's a little disgusting to see.
Another Starbucks with a drive thru line of cars into the public street. How is this allowed? They shouldn't be allowed to build unless they are able to provide enough parking for potential customers or a drive thru that doesn't impede traffic. Not rocket science.
worst parking situation ever for all starbucks locations I have visited. Also the shape of the store is ver narrow and long, which makes me I am waiting at at train's restaurant car. Not my favorite

I went to here today When i order coffee on mobile app, it was available to store in pick up and drive thru , But when I get there , not available store in pick up , only available is drive thru It’s crazy , they need to change some options like not available store in pick up today !!! The workers so rude and rude and bad attitude Workers asked me what’s my name few times Cuz I am Asian and no good English
Bad experience. I was at the drive thru and some girl was at the window. I asked for my order and then she tells me to get out of line and wait at the parking lot by the entrance to the Starbucks and that she'd have one of the baristas send me my order. Kid you not I waited so long I knew they had forgotten my order. 2 Cars almost hit me for being in the way of the entrance so I decided to go back in line. I get back to the drive thru and she has the audacity to ignore me on the speaker phone. See more cars coming in the line and I drive ahead and I can see her talking to the other cars on the speaker phone right after I drove up. I get closer to the window and then I see some dude get off his car and say she messed up his order. Had a felling like that was my order. So when it was finally my turn she opens the door and tries to give me the same bag she gave the other guy. I get upset and confront her and say that's the same bag you gave the other person just 2 cars before me. She gets MAD at me and then turns around and says hold on before I have a chance to say anything. Minutes later she has ANOTHER girl try to give me my order. Now by this time I'm already late to work. I'm on break here. I Ask for the manager and the other girl leaves to find her. While I'm waiting I can see the girl from the beginning giving ME ATTITUDE. She Starts laughing at me while I complain to the manager. Luckily the manager listened but I'm still upset. Not a good Review.

Come on GOOGLE...lemme give em no stars since this place didn't seem to have ANYTHING to give customers. Sad to see a Starbucks so low on stock and unable to provide for customers. Happy to say all isn't lost since they're on the side of a freeway and only ones here. Waited 20 minutes in line for this?
This location for a long time had a broken screen, its fixed now but they still do not show your order or your total. The team member not only forgot to include anything I asked for BUT was rude when I said they messed up. Even the remake was horribly sloppy and fell short of the Starbucks standard. I love Starbucks but after comming here and consistently getting horrible service and needing a fix every time... I would rather drive up the street and go somewhere else. There are TONS of Starbucks. No need to waste money on this one.
We ordered breakfast + coffees at the drive thru and asked for iced water as well. They told us they charge $1 per ice water at this Starbucks… I thought charging $ for water is illegal. Welcome to West Covina I guess 🙃
Don go there! They are Slow to take your order, not friendly if they don't know you. They sold me a sandwich they even didn't have and made wait for it sooooo long. They even didn't offer me a bonus for the inconvenience. THEY NEED A GOOD TRAINING!
Dear manager, your team needs to understand that as much as the drive through customers are important, that much in store customers are important as well. Standing by the checkout while 6 employees are here there everywhere, and no one really accacknowledge that there is a customer needing to check out, is very unprofessional and insulting. There was one employee next to me who was just checking out ripness of the bananas- told me someone will be with you, and continued massaging those bananas. Next someone else passed by and again- someone will be with you. And then another one. And so I am standing and waiting till someone might come up to me. Ended up waiting till the actual busy guy who was Blanding coffee, taking orders and everything else ..offered to help me. I was already frustrated.... this African american guy did his best to meet my concern. I think he was the only one needs to be there. The rest need to go home.
If you want to spend your lunch break in a drive thru, go to this Starbucks. Today, I ordered a cheese danish and got a chocolate croissant. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment because this location messes up my order EVERY time!
The workers in the drive thru at night are a joke and are not professional about there customer service. Something about the smirks they made while handing me my drink didnt fill right almost like they spit in it or something and were trying not to laugh, wont be coming back, I dont trust these jokers with my drinks
Avoid. 2 out of 3 drinks were undrinkable. Not sure they even know how to make an espresso shot here.
I’m never going back here again. I ordered hot coffee and received it lukewarm and the coffee was water down. Very disappointed.
There is no organic coffee or tea ☕ here, but the prices sure seem like your paying for organic. This is the only place I've had espresso without any flavor. Drop Starbucks from your routine, it's just not worth it. Besides, the wait is just far too long. Your far better off making your own coffee at home and use organic.

I Order a strawberry refresher with extra strawberries and when I went to drink it there was a funny taste. So I had someone else try it come to find out the strawberries that was in the drink was spoiled. I called the store up and all I got was they where sorry and since I paid cash there was nothing they could do for me.. NEVER WILL I EVER GO TO THAT STORE HORRIBLE SERVICE
Service sucked! Their communication was not there. My were not what ordered. The lady (Marcia) who gave them to me gave me one straw for three drinks and walked away. They were even busy. To top it off i was surprise she did not offer it I'd like a tray to carrier considering i had three cups to carry by myself. Never again.
Drive thru is EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, EXTREMLY SLOW!! No way to exit drive thru once you commit. Barista's make the best, but the drive-thru is no joke! Don't get in the drive-thru unless you have 20-30 minutes. This is my third time experiencing this wait, at this location.
Edgar was the cashier, I ordered matcha without ice, he wanted to charge almost a dollar for extra milk instead of ice or to give a drink with empty room. I might sound cheap(just a principle), but it sounds way cheaper for Starbucks to do this, never heard of it in other cafes, I pay for price to get a full drink, I just didn’t want water in my matcha, why would I. I’m super neutral and not picky, but this was so cheap to do, bad experience but you don’t care right, you are all already used to it
I spent 15 minutes to get a water after i ordered my drinks and food 4 people to get an empty water cup to fill myself at the self serve despenser
Slowest starbucks ever. They took forever to serve a me just a fresh brewed coffee. They need to work on being more efficient.
The absolute worst I've ever been treated as a paying customer.... Anywhere.... Do not go here unless it's an emergency.... I was kicked out a couple minutes into my meal, because employees were having a bad day? I did nothing wrong.
Horrible, customer service. I order I triple expresso macchiato, and when I request the drive thru attending barista for a little extra steam milk, she answer: it will be an extra charged for that, in a not nice tone... I have never been told that in any other Starbucks... and I'm very regular customer. I will never go back to this location.
Everytime I come to this Location to order a drink, they always claim to be out of syrup. I came today to order the new apple crisp macchiato and they claim to not have the drink I came a while back to order the ice brown sugar shaken espresso also they claim to not have the drink yet each time I went to this locations it's on the menu, and doesn't say out of stock. I hate this place. Absolutely horrible service .
Don’t come to this Starbucks honestly, avoid coming here! Go to any other one cause it will be better than this one, and that is a fact. I gave this place so many chances but they always mess up my drink or they make it absolutely disgusting to drink. The employees are nice but damn stop rushing to make the drinks cause you guys make them horrible. Never coming to this Starbucks again!
As a former partner and current shareholder, it pains me to have to express my disappointment with my experience at this location. The posted hours in-app and on Google do not indicate lobby hours vs those of the driver through. I arrived expecting to be able to use the restroom, peruse the menu and see the items in store, in person. Because that is what the posted hours made me think would be possible. None of those things happened. I'm sure the staff was just following orders but this would not have happened in my day, if there was a customer to help, the policy was to open a few minutes earlier and close a few later. I would never have the doors locked 15+ minutes before the posted closing time. And I would not dream of telling a customer who explained to 2 different employees that they needed restroom access to use the drive-thru. Pun totally intended but, that seems like an accident waiting to happen. I don't need to wait in a drive-thru while in need of a restroom just to give your store my patronage. I will spend my money someplace else. And so will other customers. Please, do better, fix your posted hours and act like your customers matter.
On a Saturday’s, when I went in the Starbucks with my dad, I asked for the code to the restroom and they say that I have to purchase something even when my dad already purchased on the app and we waiting for the coffee. They think I’m asking for the restroom only and that we didn’t buy anything. We are regular customers at this Starbucks and this is the first time in my life I was told to buy something from Starbucks even when I did and they thought I was homeless asking to use their public bathrooms. The cashier was the one who asked me and her name is Rose. So disappointed
They didn’t let me use the restroom as an uber driver there for a pick up. I looked it up and read uber drivers are considered partners to Starbucks. Policy states partners and customers can use the restroom. Not following policy!
One of the mail clerks? Or should we say barista is condescending with a flirty kind of attitude. Most patrons were sitting at areas that have power outlets and four out of five of them were not plugged in and not using. This made it very frustrating because my device would not charge and it is all about me. Thank you
Im a delivery driver. I was picking up or a customer. I asked to use the bathroom and was rejected because I am not a customer. I replied that I am an extension of the customer. Only reason I'm there is to pickup for the customer. She(employees)told me that I needed to buy something in order to use their precious latrine. Yall did me dirty
Gueeezzzz!!! So this past Thursday was the 1st ever I had to reach out to customer service about a drink! I get it a shaken espresso usually has a lot of ice... BUT to pay shy of $7 to get 100% ice and 4oz of coffee is criminal..... I won't be getting a shaken espresso from this location ever again.
Waites over 20 min in the drive through. The girl working it kept talking over me and got my order wrong. After i got to the window I checked in with her and asked if she had gotten what I ordered and she said yes but the order she gave me was complete trash and i had to park and go inside to get it remade.
I go to Starbucks about five times a week,, I have been to all the local Starbucks around the area and this one is by far the worst location ever. They constantly mess up your drink. I will never purchase a coffee from this location ever again thanks to the lack of customer service from the supervisor named Mary. She she lost a frequent customer this branch seriously needs to better train their employees especially the supervisors. They do not know or understand Customer Service!!!!!
The drive through took over 45 minutes and my order was wrong.No apologies no urgency and no worries.I will never go to the starbucks again
