Have been coming to this wingstop for a while and I have never had an issue with them. The wings are good and their ranch is always top tier. James is a very knowledgeable and friendly person who makes sure customers are satisfied. Even when we ordered 100+ wings for the Super Bowl, and they had a FULL HOUSE that looked like chaos, I received my order perfect and with no issues. Thank you James C for your help always🤝🏼💯
The absolute best!!!! 10/10. One of the cashiers there is extremely hilarious 😁. The food was really well made and fries were crispy and well seasoned and the chocolate chip brownie was hard but it's alright. I really enjoyed going here for wings

Ordere 20pc wings with Louisiana rub and garlic parmesan. They both had no taste and sauce was so minimal. Look at the pictures and you can't even see any sauce on there. The blue cheese tasted old stale and watery. Ordered 2/20/25 around 7pm
I bought 100 wings, spent $150+ on my order, 40 lemon pepper, 40 original hot and 20 bbq….they were all under cooked, no flavor, no seasoning at all!!! My 1st time ordering at this location on Azusa and LAST….as I normally order from the LaPuente location and they always get it right!! Guess which 1 is lemon pepper, you can’t right..guess which is original hot, still can’t right… BBQ were raw, so gross!!! Very disappointing and waste of my money….wish I would have opened everything up before leaving… 0 stars!!
If you going to order from this location! Check your order before you leave! Specially if you order 30-50 wings like lemon pepper. I called and they made me go back so I can get the same wings. Brian who took my wings had the audacity to dip them back in the fryer to try to give me the same ones! After seeing that I told him that I need a new order! I couldn’t believe he said “they not for you, I’m going to used them for another order” I know for a fact that’s a health hazard issue! I took before and after pictures so you can tell the difference! Management needs to get to the bottom of this and trained them properly! If management doesn’t do anything about this I’m sure corporate executives will get to the bottom of this, and more customers will complain. So check your wings please!
Today i make a order 10 pic mix match but while i open the box i am surprised there is only 8 pic in the box.
This place is full of workers who look miserable. Every time I come here, they have the look of doom and gloom. To top if off, you know they hate their job when they give you this type of quality food [half a serving of regular fries as shown in picture]. I usually don't come to this wingstop specifically cause they genuinely look unhappy with their job. This is why I don't tip anymore cause I know everyone now expects a tip for doing their job. To top if off, they require your ID and or Card used to ordered to be with you. No other wingstop does this type of nonsense. This place sucks and won't be coming back

Ordered an 8 piece boneless meal for almost $20. Most of the pieces were smaller than McDonald's nuggets. How is this a meal?

They serve rotten and expired wings. nasty stuff. Went there 9/27/18 around 9:30pm. Had the combo order to go, went back home and opened up, bunch rotten wings with a nasty smell. Go some other locations.
Please... check your food before you leave. They gave me only 3 chicken wings, and when I called and talked to the supervisor, he almost called me a liar

The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. I called at around 8:59pm to place an order. When I got there I was greeted by a young lady not sure what her name is but she had tattoos all over her forearm. She was completely lost when I told her that I wanted to pay for my order. She asked her coworker for help and he told her she never actually made the order. She thought this was funny and proceeded to laugh right in front of me. This is very rude and disrespectful and clearly shows that these employees aren’t even capable of taking an order. Save your time and order Buffalo wild wings instead 🤦♂️😂
Had a Uber eats order. They demanded that I have the physical credit card on me. Despite me providing name of the order and last four digits of the card. I was picking up the order for my sister or family member in the past and this has never been an issue. Additionally, someone else picked up their order right before me without showing their ID or credit card. Like.. make it make sense! I'm not sure why I received so much push back even though I provided the correct name for the order and last four digits of the card. To provide anything more is an invasion of privacy.
Heads up yall, this location might be a gamble during peak hours. While they're decent when things are slow, the customer service crumbles under pressure. Dinnertime? Forget it. You'll likely encounter missing wings, order mix-ups, and staff juggling tasks without a clear system. Just like other reviewers mentioned, there's no dedicated front-of-house crew. You might be asked about your order by three different people, and there's a communication gap with the kitchen. I waited 10+ minutes for fries after they'd already handed me my (incomplete) order. I had to again ask them about my order after an additional 10 minutes and it was already done (without any kind of communication back to me?). When I got home I was still missing 10 fricken wings. Absolutely frustrating and a damn waste of time. These guys seem to buckle under the rush, and their order fulfillment process is chaotic. So, unless you're feeling lucky, save yourself the headache and grab wings elsewhere during peak times. A little feedback to the manager of the store specifically about order tickets (the physical ones). Maybe have a category for the different process of fulfillment. Like (Incoming Order, In Progress Order, Completed) and move the ticket over to In Progress after the front of the house has checked in with the customer waiting that way you're not asking them for the 1 billionth time if they've been helped yet.
First time trying. Last time going back. Will NEVER return. The owner is clearly paying these kids minimum wage. And it shows. I actually admire these employees having fun in the kitchen while preparing food. Then messing up customers items. Phone doesn't work, when calling back to tell them the order was wrong. Phone system doesn't work. Owner I'm sure is "paying" the bills...So when the automated owner responds to this message he can go eat a bag.... Absolutely WILL NOT TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS DOG💩 OF A PLACE!!!!
