Customer service needs improvement. Walked in had to wait while they were busy getting orders ready for pickup. Before the even ask me if I needed any help. I just had a mobile order I was picking up. Food when I got fries are cold and my chicken was not very hot. But because it was a mobile order was not able to go back and complain. It was my first time here not too sure if I'll ever go back. To this location I might try a different Popeyes instead. Just wanted to support my own city. Did not meet the standards of what I expected from Popeye's chicken. The food did taste very well. All the employees working even at the front register area we're all wearing AirPods and Seymour interested in their music rather than customer service.

The service at this place sucks. I ordered 10 -pc chicken and asked for ranch sauce, they only gave me 2 packets and a bunch of hot sauce even though i didn't ask for hot sauce. They also give you more small pieces of chicken than you're supposed to get and they dont fully fill the sides even if you ordered and pay for large portions. Does the management take it out of their salary that's why they scrimp on the serving? I love Popeyes but I'm skipping this branch or I'll either go to Wingstop or Jollibee for chicken. I guess the $20/hr salary did nothing to improve the service.

Workers are extremely slow in both drive through and in app orders. I was disappointed to see they were just talking among themselves. There were 5 people waiting ahead of me. Despite that I love the lemon pepper and sweet and sour wings. You can get free item after $10 in app purchase.

I never had a problem at this place but they got my order wrong. I paid for 5pc chicken strips and Mac and cheese . They gave me 2 1/2 sad pieces of chicken and the wrong side. How can this place fix my order. ?

Food order took sometime to prepare. Carry out takes a while. Drive thru line is rather long. The taste is uniformed with other popeye's no real variances. The bad part is the cashiers in drive thru and at the counter. Wear the same gloves while taking customers cash, counting coins & credit cards. Then go back and handle the food. Currency and card handling does not mix in these trying times. They did have a hand sanitizer at the door, but it was empty. So it does seem that safety is not a real big issue with their customers. Other than making a profit.

I barely make a comment but this time I am so upset for their service. The guy cannot receive two coupons at once at the beginning. He said if I want to use two I have to pay two time by two different cards. I said it never happened to me when I use two or more coupons in another stores. He received two coupons and I pay my orders by one card after I tell him that. What a ridiculous person! Even he drop one chicken on the table and he put it back to my food box without any hesitation. He gives me biscuits without any boxes if I don’t ask him one. I never go back to this store again! That is a worst Popeyes store I ever visited in my entire life. Don’t mess with Asian!!!

Very upset i triple checked on google and yelp what time closing was showed up at 10:20 thinking place closed at 11. Im pregnant all i wanted was fried pickles and mashed potatoes and store was closed. Drove to establishment for nothing.

The Drive through is Terrible. Either they need better management or more workers. definitely not In-N-Out smooth running company.

Came in for dine in and ordered off the kiosk at 12:29PM. Unfortunately, a gentleman before myself and many others made a huge order. I didn't receive my order until 1:13PM, which is fine I understand the guy made a huge order. What bothered me is I saw drive thru orders being handed to cars nonstop (cars that ordered way after me) and mobile orders being made and put on the shelf for pick up by the same guy working the drive thru orders. I don't understand why dine in, drive thru, and mobile orders were not being rotated (mobile and drive thru were clearly ordered after dine in). Also, if staff knew it was going to be a long wait, they should have notified the people dining in before they ordered. I would have just went through the drive thru. Terrible management, prioritization , and organization. Edit: looks like there are multiple 1 star and 2 star reviews experiencing the same slow/mishandled service. I will definitely be avoiding this location specifically.

This Popeyes location has failed me twice. I love the blackened chicken from Popeyes, but from this place it was unrecognizable & not at all like I've had at other locations. The service was mediocre at best & may not be entirely the staffs issue but more related to understaffing and poor training. Weak.

Mobile order unavailable (said "Closed") but they were open so could not order a mobile bundle offer. AI order taker is crap and could not help me. Then actual person at window simply said they could not come up with a solution for mobile order deals. Very disappointed they had an oh-well-too-bad kind of attitude. They were not very interested in trying to find a resolution for their system being offline.

Awesome food but I had to come back and waist 15 more minutes because they got me short on a sandwich. My suggestion is to check your order before you leave the window. Today 2024 new year? ... I guess same employees or bad managers.... they got me short again with Mash Potatoes and gravy and also BTRMLK Sauce. Recipe shows that I paid for but... not found in my bag when I got home.

When you order drive thru be careful They will throw in bad chicken pcs and will not include the right amount Ordered. Same with the biscuits. The wings are not even spicy as they say. Just check your order before you leave open the boxes if you have to. Time wasted if you go back, Now your whole meal is ruined all cold and your mad eating.
