I've came here several times because it's close to work. The young woman is friendly but the store manager is rude and doesn't make eye contact.

Does anyone remember when Subway was good? Because I do! It has progressively gotten worse. The way things are measured out to just the exact amount.Really! What other deli does this? Well today the bread was sooo thin and sooo chewy! Maybe just another way to cut corners by leaving out yeast! Lol!
One of the sandwiches was cold even though we asked for it to be toasted. Two of the workers didn't seem to know what they were doing. The lady that worked there did great though.

Yum. The server made the sandwich and put the mayo on last when I asked him to put it before adding the other ingredients. I paid $17 for this.

Terrible Customer service!!! A man there told us to never come back again to my mom and I, I told him nicely my coffee tasted like plastic and he said it wasn’t his problem. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very picky about how he treats his guest could be simply cause we were Latinas.

This subway NEVER has brocolli cheddar soup no matter what time of day that you go. I dont know if it's because they are lazy and dont make it or never get inventory for it.
So went in probably 15 minutes before closing I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with a lady named Kimberly. I waited as she made the customer in front of me 3 sandwiches which she did very slowly. Once she is finished she doesn't say a word to me and just starts preparing a sandwich so I ask if I can order and she rudely says its an online order. So I ask if she make mine first because nobody is there and she just says I got this order first. So I just leave I wait about 5 minutes no other customers came in not one person. The open sign turns off. So this Kimberley lady with the pink hair likes to send away customers and rather make her own sandwich.
As a nurse I don't have time to wait in line, so I ordered online and knew exactly what I clicked before placing the order. I show up to this location and I get a completely different sandwich. This gets better!, I approach the Manager Fabi, or Bobby.. and he rudely responds, " not my fault" your mistake, I won't re-do it!!! Excuse me?! I didn't order this, you guys made the mistake! he then has the nerve to talk over me and raise his voice!! did not say Sorry or even bother to give me my refund! I walked out with no food and without a refund! What a horrible experience! I hope someone sees these reviews and talks to this person, this is not how you threat customers. As a well trained Manager you should always listen to the customer and help, not yell or scold them! I would like my refund, I have sent this to Corporate as well. There should be no stars for this business, as I see Fabi you threat others the same way. This manager has an indian accent is super rude and disrespectful, I recommend not coming here unless you want you want to be mistreated. As a nurse I always give the best customer service and always threat people fair , and show COMPASSION! Manager of this location, how would you like if someone threated you like this?! what a disappointment for Subway to hire someone like this..
This subway is by far the worst subway I have ever been to in my entire life ! Unfortunately it's the closest to where I live but I do not hesitate to go to the other subway in the east land shopping center they have wonderful customer service and it's alway very clean.The manager BOBBY at the grand and badillo location is extremely rude and unprofessional! You can not understand a word he says he has a very heavy Indian accent and every time I ask him to repeat his self he rolls his eyes and slams things around in the store. He makes very horrible sandwiches very stingy with the meat and vegetables he does not follow the formulas he puts very little of everything. I'm surprised a arm hair never fell into my sandwich his arms are extremely hairy he should not be working with food it's very disgusting and unsanitary. I've even heard him yell at his employees. The morning shift is not so bad they are alright but the night shift people are also very rude and unprofessional always having attitude just like the so called manager and always using there phones and they always have the food area a big mess food everywhere looking sloppy and dirty. This owner needs to put more time and care into his store instead of hiring family members who don't take care of the store or care about the store at all. My neighbors also use to go to this subway but no longer go because of the rudeness from the mean Indian man who's the manger they say the mangers related to the owner so there is no way he would ever be fired. I have friends family and neighbors who all no longer go to this location the manger needs to go! He is bad for the business does not know how to be a manager !
Either this store doesn't want to offer fresher coffee or employee had a very bad attitude in asking you follow his rule. Better go to other stores. It gives you both cheap sandwich and cheap customer services and less fresh coffee. I went to this store today around 8:10 AM 10/17/2013, and order the $3.00 cheap breakfast meal. After I got my coffee cup, the employee kept spying on me. I found the front coffee pot was not that full. There is another pot behind which is usually brewed more recently. Therefore, I filled my coffee with the back one. The employee, an India man, immediately yelled at me, "Why you use the back one? The front one still has coffee". I said, "The back one is hotter". He response ruinously, "They are the same hot. I don't know what problem you have". Unless you can enjoy their attitude, I strongly suggest you go to somewhere else. Cheap food with good customer services is everywhere else.
