I ordered a fish burger and whopper and wow, this Location makes the best burger, it usually has been I hardly have bad experience with my order. I hope other restaurants pay attention, your food matters. I have stopped eating out much because of bad food. But this burger king may change that. Keep up the good work. 👍

This is the first Burger King I’ve been to in several years and the first one where I’ve used their app on the count that the BK in Hawaii is not only super expensive, but the app is useless there. But anyways, I took advantage of the app to get the original chicken sandwich BOGO deal and out of all the BKs in LA County, this location is the most affordable. Not only that, but the sandwiches are piping hot, just the way I like it, and I can tell that the chicken was just off the fryer. The speed of the service is a bit slow, but the affordability and freshness makes up for it. If I’m ever back in Covina, this is my go to BK spot.

Not only the service was prompt, there was, also, ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The tables, too, were neat. In addition, the prices were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in West Covina area, I would recommend to stop by this joint. The prices, and delicious meals, themselves, are worth the visit!

Has to be one of the biggest Whoppers I've ever had. Unable to finish the mamoth sized burger. Always fun to order just to see if the staff is cosistent with portions. Cool place for a quick bite.

Went with my husband on lunch date. We wanted to try Adam's family Wednesday whopper. The place was clean. Staff was courteous and quick.

The staff is friendly. The place is usually clean. Besides my boys love the giant playground.

There food isn't like it used to be but it's still good.

I usually drive through. Staff has always been nice. That being said, lately, the drive through is so slow. I don't know if they are short staffed or what. I don't have any problems with my orders. But they are so slow.

Maybe under staffed. Had to wait a while for my order. Looks like drive-through is most important.

People here are very friendly. Food is hot and what you should expect from a fast food place. They were quick to complete my order and it was correct. A good place for a quick bite before jumping on the freeway.

Nice area. Young lady forgot a drink luckily I caught it before I pulled all the way off. Another note that chicken sandwich taste like nothing ugh,,,,, have you ever had nothing well that's what it would tast like Disappointed 😞

Playground is pretty dirty, if going for that and you are able to the other one down the street is better. Beginning to have alot of transits as well. Super sad my kids loved playing here.

Food was great. The restaurant itself was so cold we had to go get are jackets. We asked the manager on duty to turn down the air and he refused because he was hot from working. So to be clear the customer is not important at this burger king location.

WAY to cold to sit & enjoy your food! There was a hair in my Chicken nuggets & I asked for a plain Cheeseburger and was given everything in it 😩 So this was our 1st & last time visiting this particular Burger King! I love their burgers but they must make it to my liking! I'm paying for it right! & WITHOUT HAIR in my food! 🙃

Just went 1/7/23’ at around 10:10am The women who rang me up was not the kindness but it’s the morning so I understand. I forgot to order a combo, ik it’s on me, but usually they ask “would you like to make that a comb or just the sandwich” Also. I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and wasn’t giving mozzarella sauce. Ik were supposed to ask for sauce. But sticks are supposed to come with it. So yea. She wasn’t all there. Would’ve paid more for the combo. Super disappointed

Got 4 drinks and the cup holder was so flimsy the drinks spilled all over the car, my lap and coach purse before we even got to leave the drive-thru, the guy gave us no warning that their cup holders dont hold the drinks properly which would been nice

We took our children out for burgers. We were excited to see the kids' playground. We were disappointed because the play area was dirty with food and sticky tables. Employees sat around taking their lunch break and never bother to pay attention or come back to clean it. Next time, we are gonna do drive-thru.

My food was great but the service was horrible. Vanessa was very dry and short answered with us. I dont expect her to be cheerful but when you ask her questions about the ingredients she looks at you funny. Im not sure why she would be a manager there or even a leader with those manners.

This place took forever to order and to receive your order. The customizable self serve soda machine had a long line and it ran out of ice. Many of the tables needed to be cleaned and there was trash around some of the tables. I ended up coming here because the Burger King on Grand in Covina, once again had no AC. Hopefully they will get their AC fixed in Covina and I can once again enjoy Burger King.

Fries were hot.. Berger & chicken nuggets were served cold. We ordered to eat in. Then received our Cold food bagged up to go. Had to ask her or tray. That's when I noticed others at table eating out of bags.

Even though I bought a large Soda cup less than 2 days ago from this exact location I was told I cannot refill my soda anymore. , what if I do it again? How would you stop me? Lmao

Perhaps it was a bad day for the workers or an oversight but my Impossible Whopper was burnt to the crisp and I was already too far away to return and get another/refund. We'll see how things go next time.

Came early in am and was still enjoying my food and coffee when management told me to leave because she thought I was homeless. I brought in a small blanket to keep me warm because I didn't have a jacket and their AC is blasting at all times. I was so embarrassed I had tears in my eyes. My boyfriend had just went to bathroom and when I told management that we were paying customers and that he was going to order she said she didn't care and she told me to get my things and leave. I threw my food away as well as my coffee and she helped with throwing away anything else on the table. Thanks 👍

I always go to this location, today I was disappointed, my onion fries 🍟 had so much salt in them, the bacon 🥓 on the bacon cheeseburger wasn’t well done.

I hate when the Restrauant changes Mananger's. New manager's don't know nothing. Today our food was cold specially the fry's. The fry's were stailed and very cold. If we let the manager know they just roll there eyesand give you and attitude. Today it might just be my last visit every time something wrong with the food. I give burger King a zero

Went through the DT manager on shift was extremely rude like if it was a hassle to go and have to change the order to use my app.He mentioned that he always asks customers to give their code before ordering but he never did and just kept rushing us to finish ordering.I don’t expect a lot from customer service because I know it can be tough but I have never been so rudely helped it was extremely condescending. I asked for my order to be cancelled because I don’t appreciate the way I was treated.

I had a coupon for a whopper meal, and I drove through the line. They asked me for the code on the coupon, but I didn’t have my glasses. So I couldn’t see the code and they wouldn’t send anybody out to help me read it and there were probably about eight cars behind me and the manager just said we don’t do that anymore. They should post up the coupons in front of them so they can see their own codes and punch them in.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while but today’s visit was by far the worse experience I had. I came today to have a quick lunch and I tried using the app’s coupon for the whopper for 2 for $13.99 but for some reason they were not taking them. Yet the manager by the name of Walid was “nice” enough to override it. This is where all hell broke lose. First, Walid was rushing my order even though I wanted to order one more item. Second, I wanted to order the sandwiches in a specific way since my partner wanted cheese on his and I wanted no mayo on mine. Then came this other manager by the name of Claudia saying that I need to leave because there were other cars waiting and I was lucky enough to be given a discount. So they gave us our order and I paid. I asked for the receipt and Walid said have a good day. I asked for his name. He gave it to me. I left the drive thru but I went inside the store to ask for my receipt which I was “greeted” by Claudia once again. I let her know that I was in the drive thru and Walid had refused to give me a receipt, therefore, I’m here to get it. She told me that I had to wait because she was serving customers with an attitude. It took a good minute but she gave it to me. I asked once again for their names and she said hers. Also, Walid came out and said his name once again. Then, Claudia asked for my name….really? You’re pretty much in the wrong and now you want my name? I left and got home until to realize she gave me wrong the receipt. I have been trying to call the location several times but no one is answering…big surprise there. No accountability. My order was made wrong and the fries tasted like they sitting for a while. I do have corporate number but I doubt they’ll do anything. Won’t be coming to this location again.

My order was all wrong. I ordered the Whopper meal with no onions and no cheese and instead of fries I wanted onion rings. She gives me the bag and I see fries 🤦🏼‍♀️ She tells me to keep them and she gives me onion rings. I asked her if the burger was right and she said yes and unfortunately I took her word. After getting where I was going I look at the burger and sure enough it has onions on it. It was unable to be eaten, wasted money. Valuable lesson learned here, NEVER trust a Burger King employee. I will NOT be returning.

Place need to fix the AC for the kids play ground as the summer is in they need to make this a priority kids can suffer heat exhaustion with no air circulation also place has mold inside the tubes and very bad poor cleanliness.

Is home and homeless guy came in and asked for water the manager had an attitude with him and told him to get the water and get out he was very rude to the guy . And it was unnecessary

Just left this location. Took my daughters there and have gone for years. They had their TV in “E” and it was showing bare berated women! What is this?! It’s supposes to be family friendly not show porno material and be inappropriate. I told them to turn it off but not without seeing 2 adolescent boys getting their kicks. They all laughed. Very sad. Whom ever owns this Burger King needs to train their employees on professionalism. Ridiculous!
