Went there last night around 8:30. They only gave me 14 instead of 15. I know it’s only 1 but if I’m paying almost $40 for 15 wings and a small soda, I expect all 15 to be there! Cashier and bus people were at least nice but just not happy that was short winged.

Service was okay, they didn’t really seem interested in the customer. The food was good I ordered cheese curds and wings (lemon pepper, hot, mango habanero) I can’t complain about the food and I recommend the cheese curds. 3 wings were missing from the order unfortunately. American wing chain with beer, wings, and sports. Ordered takeout for a family of four and called in the order for pickup. It took about 35 min for it to be ready, as it was Tuesday and they’re still offering the BOGO wing deal. We got the family pack of 20 bone-in wings, 20 boneless wings, and a basket of fries for $35.99. We threw in an order of dirty tots as well. I’d recommend asking for the salt and vinegar seasoning on the side for your fries. The dirty tots were really sweet and too soggy by the time we ate it; it probably would’ve been better in the restaurant. Note that they only gave us one bag of carrots and celery, so don’t expect too much when getting takeout. The chipotle bbq dry rub wings were very salty, but the garlic Parmesan still tasted good. The boneless wings are glorified chicken nuggets with way too much seasoning on some, and too little on others. Overall, I’d suggest eating here on a Tuesday when possible, and if you get takeout, just stick to the bone-in wings with a wet sauce.

Went in for the pick 6 for 2 at 19.99 but when I sat down it was 24.99 .Asked the waiter and they said that it's only some locations that honored that. When my bill comes it was a 40.00 receipt because they left two drinks on. Some of the wings where about the size of tator tots but my biggest issue is the false advertisement. I will probly never come in for dinning and just do take out to be able to take advantage of the actual prices they advertise online.

Listen… I didn’t have time to leave this review on Friday (10/24), but today? Oh, I got the time. Let’s talk about this Buffalo Wild Wings location that apparently specializes in everything except wings or good service. The website was down, so I had to call in my order like it’s 2006. The employee told me it’d be ready in 20 minutes. Cool. I show up in 30 just to give them grace — only to find out my order hadn’t even been started. Not in the fryer, not on a ticket, not even a thought in somebody’s mind. So now I’m standing there waiting another 30 minutes for what was supposed to be a simple pickup. I paid $38 for 15 wings and regular fries. What I actually got? 10 wings and cold fries. I left so upset — not just at the missing wings, not just at the sad fries, but at the audacity — that I spent the rest of the weekend teaching myself how to make chicken at home. And guess what? I did it better. So congratulations, Buffalo Wild Wings, your customer service was so bad it turned me into a chef! Aaaaaaye! Check out my pic though!

Our server was a blond girl when we started to have problems with her she took off name tag and sent the guy working the bar to help us. After she kept giving out table dirty looks. I was a regular here but will no longer be comming her anymore. They are way to shady.

Our waitress was horrible Daniel I think the bartender told me. She was very aggressive and rude and I ended up having to go up and get my own drink which was hanging out there for several minutes. She was nasty towards my wife and again not very friendly so I gave her no tip. I talked to the manager and explained and was very passive and was giving me a empty apology , more less didn’t care and obviously customers don’t come first or was valued at this establishment and writing this immediately after just leaving. To any that are looking to eat at this buffalo I would advise passing on this location and if I was the owner I would fire them both. Also last note. Didn’t see how much they charged but I got house margarita. 95 percent ice and the rest tequila:/

Yesterday a friend and I decided to go to this West Covina’s Buffalo Wild Wings location. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this establishment. The service that I received was unacceptable! I ordered my usual lemon pepper, chicken wings, all flats and lemon pepper fries. To my surprise shortly after I finish my meal, I immediately started sweating I felt an Indescribable pain in my stomach. I immediately got up to and vacate the restaurant . I ended up vomiting multiple times due to food poisoning from this horrible restaurant . Due to the lack of preparation and cleanliness from the from the cooking staff. This restaurant waiting staff is unprofessional, disorganized, and poorly trained. I’m disgusted from my experience at this establishment and I will never return to any of the Buffalo wild wings locations in the future

Stopped by this area and decided to try this place. It wasn’t even that busy, yet we waited almost an hour for our food. I noticed tables that came in after us getting served first, so I finally asked our waiter about our order. Turns out they had forgotten about us, and when the food eventually showed up, it was cold. Really disappointing experience.

I came here today with my girlfriend and at first the server was very nice along with the gentleman that seated us. I requested a booth and he obliged. Our food came out, and my 30 piece lemon pepper wings were cold along with my girlfriends medium buffalo 10 piece wings. I asked the server if she can submit a request to have them remade. The server then told us that she would have both of our orders sent back. But I thought the other half was okay and I flagged her down to just have the whole thing remade. She was very snippy with us. She didn’t have that caring attitude that other places have when something is wrong with the food. Atmosphere is nice. Lots of tvs at all kinds of different angles. Baseball, football, nfl draft was on at the time. They replaced our wings for a second time before speaking with the manager and they were still cold. Update about 5 minutes later: I spoke with the manager, she was very nice. I told her about the cold food and she said she’d be happy to take the wings off the check along with asking the kitchen why they are letting cold food go out. I will definitely not be returning to this location. I have eaten here before and each and every time I did eat here the food was so good. This time around was definitely a disappointment.
