This is one of my favorite Wendy's locations; Always clean, quiet and safe place to eat inside. The service is quick and accurate.

I'm in love!❤️ The chicken bacon croissant breakfast sandwich is so good! Not only is the chicken breast moist and tasty, and the bacon cooked perfectly, but OMG! They add this delicious maple butter that melts all over everything inside the sandwich that makes the whole experience come together. And with a side of the seasoned potatoes and a chocolate frosty-ccino, I declare this the acme of deliciousness of all fast food breakfast choices! Don't cheat yourself, go get this for your next breakfast and enjoy!

There drive thru service is super fast and they have never messed up an order.

I really enjoyed the hot honey chicken sandwich here. The food items here that contain bacon here is delicious. I am glad that they offer regular and spicy chicken nuggets here with the choices of barbecue sauce, ranch, sweet and sour or honey mustard sauces for dipping. The chilli here is good too with the salads and tortilla chips for dipping into the chilli bean and carne. They used to sell the panko cod fish sandwiches here for a limited time and I enjoyed them too. At this season, they have the ghost pepper burgers and fries.

Candace, one of the amazing staff members, found my 100.00 bill that I wasn't even aware of losing!!! She came to my table and handed it to me. So honest and great service.

I was impressed with the friendly staff and the organization of work being done! What our group really appreciated was that each meal was bagged separately with what the contents was written outside the bag.

They always have offers, which make it reasonable when it comes to pricing.

It's a Wendy's. If you have eaten at one before and enjoyed it, you will likely enjoy this one. I recommend ordering in person, because ordering online has been finicky for me in the past. Today I ordered online, and I didn't get my fries. I sent in to the store, and they corrected it right away.

Wendy's doesn't disappoint. The spicy nuggets are definitely worth the wait. The staff here is polite and make sure you are happy. The place is clean and has plenty of parking.

I gave Wendy's 5 star because of the service. I ordered my food and drinks, when it was ready, they brought it to my table. I thought that was very nice of them to do that. To me the food is always fresh, and tasty.

For being fast food they are fast and food is decent. Great service dont get attitude from employees even tho I take a while ordering. Employees friendly it does get packed there during lunch hours but they make up for it with their fast service. Like will continue going.

Fast service. Even though they were busy both in the dining area and drive thru. They got our food to us fast fresh and delicious. They get your names with the order instead of numbers. The trash cans were full but again they were very busy i live this wendys and always come here for good food.

They food was good and looks like what the put on a commercial. I got a frosty on the side and that was delicious. The frosty had to be eaten with a spoon not a straw. Fries were crispy and chicken sandwich hit the spot.

Awesome place! Way better than Maui's, in my opinion. The place was very clean and the food was delicious. But, what made this place stand out from Hawai'i is how kind the workers are and ready to converse with customers. When staff felt like they were being distracting or disruptive because of them cleaning (which they weren't), they would quickly apologize! The service was quick and friendly! And the person helping us at the cashier was quick on answering questions and helping us with getting napkins! 10/10

The garlic fries are better than any restaurant I've been to in a long time! I actually crave their strawberry frosties, so I stopped by for a treat, but they replaced it with the peppermint flavor for the winter. Although I was disappointed about the menu switch, I soon forgot about it when I tried their fries. Amazing! Great service although I waited it a little while, it wasn't in vain because the food was hot and fresh.

Kitchen was clean! Kitchen was clean! Kitchen was clean! I went in here for a Veterans Day breakfast and noticed a spotless kitchen. It's so wonderful to know I'm getting food that takes pride in cleanliness. The brushed steel didn't have signs of grease buildup or dust or grime. Kudos to this Wendy's for keeping a sparkling kitchen. When they take pride in a clean kitchen, you know they'll take pride in the food!

Finally got to try Wendy's and I am not disappointed. Single barbecue cheeseburger was very good, not too big and not to greasy. Chocolate frosty was good, but the medium was maybe a little bit on the big side for me as a European. Which obviously doesn't have to be a bad thing :) Overall very pleased with my first Wendy's meal, will definitely come back here.

this location provides top notch service and food. i placed a mobile order, walked in and was quickly greeted. i stated that i placed an order via phone and it seemed like they tried to get my food before the rest. if I come back here I'm going to order via the app and phone

Since everytime I go there, I find something hearty & tasty on the menu as well as a recently; 'free' cold coffee; when I got a breakfast sandwich! Oh yeahhh, it was knarly!:^)

A good place to grab a bite to eat and have a drink. Their Hamburgers are delicious and the Chilibeans are pretty good. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection to chose from. There is handicapped parking and access and public restrooms. From time to time they have specials.

I was never a big fan of Wendy's back in the days but I needed something quick to eat when I was in this area. I had a chicken Asiago sandwhich. It was better than I expected. The service was great. Friendly staff and this location was really clean. I was relaxed when I eat inside for lunch.

Very good Wendy's. I've never had any problems here and all the workers are attentive and give fast service. The facility is clean and well managed. I gave a 4 because I hate their coke soda machine mixer thingy. The regular drinks don't taste quite right.

They try to give me a half mixed strawberry frosty and then when I asked for another one they acted like they didn't have to do a. All I wanted was a strawberry frosty that wasn't half white

Very long wait times for a pick up order. Drive thru only which makes it worse when you have to wait for others getting their orders. Employees in the kitchen are walking around, cleaning, etc with masks around their chin. Overall not the best experience. Food was ok. Not as hot as I’d like but I’ll blame it on the wait

I usually get Darline, who is the BEST. Always fresh food, orders correct. Unfortunately tonight was a girl named Sulma!! Joke!!!!! She didn't greet me, got a cold sandwich, was not freindly at ALL!! I ask for Sriacha and she gave me sweet and sour! Everytime I go there the service is great even when it's busy. I guess some people can handle it and other's can NOT! I am not trying to be rude to the girl but she just needs to make the best of her job!

Just picked up an order early in the evening, like pulling teeth dealing with this crew. The young ladies gave me four loose items including large drinks, without consolidating them. I had to ask for a bag, then a cup holder, then another bag, like babysitting them. Understand the labor intensive service business, could be tedious, and would make one feel like a drag. Yet, without being detailed and thoughtful, haste only makes waste to all parties involved!

We love the food, prices are ok. But service is not on par for a franchise, the soda machine often runs out and takes an act of God to get it refilled. The atmosphere is dirty, vagrants smell like urine and leave the restrooms a mess with empty Towel dispensers, no toilet paper and graffiti on walls.

This is a very hidden Wendy's. Inside decent size. Food was okay for fast food. The chicken sandwich was very plain didn't seem like they really care how the food comes out.

This location used to be a 4.5 but they definitely have some issues. Namely at lunch time, they put their most frantic workers for the rush.... Okay I get people have jobs and they are not always the best at what they do. However, the management team should be able to identify the weaker links and place them in more applicable roles... Aka cleaning the dining area or restrooms. The guy who used to take drive thru orders is doing the inside orders and he's not good at it. He seems awkward with people and then tries to do everything at once. Slow down and take your time. This location is typically clean and the workers are friendly, but this one guy gets worked up on his own. It causes the line to back up and orders get messed up too. At lunch time, we used to go and come back within half an hour, now we get there and are lucky if the trip takes us less than 45 minutes.

Ordered two Sausage and egg biscuit combos with coffee. We were given our coffee and told to park to wait. Seeing that there are no other customers it seemed weird that we had to wait, but it’s not the first time we had to wait. We got our food delivered to the car and left. When we opened our sandwiches, both were missing the egg and my husband said his sandwich tasted like it was cooked on s stove with cleaner still on it. It was disappointing, but to much of a hassle to go back. I recommend not going in the morning. They could be understaffed or not anticipating customers in the morning. Maybe they’re better staffed by lunch time.

I have no real complaints about the food here, it’s usually good. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I usually do drive-thru and every single time I ask for extra napkins, ketchup or extra condiments I get such an attitude. They are always so bothered and unfriendly. I’m pretty tired of it and the main reason why I don’t visit often.

If you wanna lose weight fast come to Wendy's, the stomach pains you get after eating here are the downside. Might be back, the cold nuggets I received are to die for.

It's usually the same guy taking my order and honestly he deserves a huge raise cuz I can tell he's working hard and not getting the way she deserves sometimes I know it's not his fault the order gets wrong and it really sucks when I get home and I'm missing an item and I really don't have time to go back in all honesty they should bring back the dollar sandwiches because that was a cheap way to get me there and they were delicious you actually were competition for McDonald's and Burger King

Went out of my way to drive to this Wendy's for a salad and wrap. They forgot the wrap had to go back. Charged me 75 cents for a tiny bag of pecans where no other Wendy's had ever charged me before! Oh and also forgot the dressing which is what makes the salad. I was not driving back 5 miles for dressing. Service is horrible but I guess that's what happens when you have a bunch of slacker kids working.

Food was excellent however the tables and floors were filthy not one table was wiped clean and the floor needed to be swept, I personally worked in fast food and when I called for a wipe down that meant all hands on deck now including assistant managers sweeping/wiping tables/cleaning doors/ where ever anyones hand touches gets cleaned every 30 min!!!!

If you order to go take everything out of the bag and unwrap it to make sure it's right because they will give it to you wrong. Check all of the sandwich ingredients. Don't bother with the baconator, sometimes they skimp on the bacon. Don't do a survey and check-off to be contacted. No one will contact you. I've had bad experiences with every Wendy's, multiple times at this one. Food would be good if they prepared it correctly. Wendy's sucks. I'm no longer a customer.

Used to love this Wendy’s but the prices have gone through the roof. $8 for some Biggie Bags is too much. Other Wendy’s have maintained their regular pricing.

They gave me a shake with no straw, I called and the rude manager told me to drink it with spoon. I will be going back to get my refund. And inform the supervisor about the rude manager who needs to be FIRED!!

This place is decusted I order a taco salad combo they gave me the meat mix with beans a salsa that was frozen chips in a bag and fries that were cold I will never go there plus the charge was 13.00 I threw everything away except the drink so they don't deserve no stars I rather go to pollo loco there chicken salads are better then this place I won't recommend this place to nobody

Went to Wendy's to give them another try and because someone else in the car likes Wendy's. I ordered the $5.00 (giant junior bacon cheeseburger meal) . There is nothing about this meal that says giant . When the four nuggets are bigger than the burger that's called a kids burger or a slider. I've never gotten a full order of fries yet . The new soda machine they have seems to always be out or running low on coke or Dr.Pepper. Its actually a industrial version of Soda Stream . When the flavor runs low there us a cartridge they change just like a printer cartridge. No bag of syrup. So now your $3.00 dollar drink really only cost them pennies. Anyway the nuggets taste ok and where hot , the fries were hot but part was missing , the burger was warm but over sauced with no onions, no pickles, a small slice of tomato. And the bottom bum was wet/soggy . I used to like Wendy's back when Dave Thomas was alive . But when be died , whoever took over went cheap . And it shows .

The service was below standard the counter person the identity was given as Adela was not friendly. I had my service dog with me and she told me he was not allowed in the store and that I had to take him out side . I looked at the door and there was nothing posted no service dogs permitted ( he is a small mimy yorkie) that I carry. I told the person that told me she was the manager Adela about no posting about no service dogs and she told me " I'm the manager and I make the rules ". I hope that this person has a better day today and she need to understand that Wendy's is not the only place in town and that she needs to treat her customers better than this , if she doesn't want to be at the counter than work the drive threw .

I had to change my review after this place has decline so much i don't know if it's because the pandemic or the staff they hire. I always see different people. The service sucks. Is a long wait even if you have a mobile order that has been pay. I had a bad experience for 3 combos and 2 frost's which it total more than 43.00 dlls for the terrible service. The guys in the drive-thru are lazy, rude, because one of them call me Sir when i am a female. Also he had the nerve to see the phone order that it was pay. Like really when you order is because it has been pay and I am sure you can see it in the screen. His name if you ever order through him is Hennessi he did not give any ketchup, napkins or cup holder I had to ask for one. My suggestion for this place is manager step up to the place and make sure your staff does what they are suppose to do and follow the protocols of the company. I am not sponsoring your establishment anymore because i have had too many bad experiences. I will go somewhere else or better of cook at home is way cheaper.

Prices are high chilli beans are way to watery and the $1 chicken sandwich is over $2 now. I don't recommend anything from them. They didn't even give me my receipt. I wouldn't go back!!! [DoorDash] I ordered through doordash, I had a #6 combo and a cookie. They threw everything on top of each other in the smallest bag, and the chicken patty was soggy. I’m not putting the blame on my door dasher because he was very fast. Never ordering from here again.

I was surprised to find that this location was open until 1 am. It was 12:15am 3/19/21 and I was just getting off work and wanted something. I realized when I got there that no one was in the drive thru so I felt lucky. Or did I? The guy working the drive thru this evening sounded in a hurry. After I completed my order I had a feeling my food was gonna be messed up or cold. I was wrong the meat was ok the bread on top was room temperature, I had to put my chili in the microwave because even with the cap it was luke warm. Here’s the best part. I got to the window and the guy looked pretty serious and a little annoyed, although he didn’t say anything that revealed his frustrations, I could see it in his body language. I saw my strawberry lemonade with no ice. I didn’t think much of it but he failed to mention why there was no ice, so before I left I decided to ask. This was the only time he smiled, he says, “Oh, sorry the ice machine is broken, did you want me to put some water in it so it’s not so sweet?” I said, “No thanks, i’ll just go home I might have ice there.” Little does he know, i’ve worked at a restaurant before and every place that serves cold beverages has ice and every place like Wendy’s gets regulated by the health Dept. which means melting down the ice you have been using for on the ice bins so no water sits over night. This guy melted the ice down 45 minutes early and decided to tell me the ice machine was broken. If that machine is broken then I apologize, I stand corrected. However, if that store opens in the morning and a manager reads this review and realizes it wasn’t really broken I hope that guy gets fired. There are people who are unemployed and he’s pulling stuff like that. I just wanted to eat a small meal. I understand they all wanted to go home, but that’s what their job is. They knew that when the applied and got hired. Too many people in this world upset about the situations they put themselves in.

I ordered late night through the drive-thru and gave a quick check, but I should've dug deeper into the bags. I was missing a large chili I ordered, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I had my girlfriend try calling on our way over, but they just let it ring. When we got there and told them about the items, the cashier went to the cook, and we could hear them laugh about it in the back. Overall, the service was terrible, and the female cashier never apologized for the error. She was a fat lady with a blonde streak in her hair, so be aware to check all your items are accounted for and unwrap your items to make sure you're getting what you pay for because the employees at this location are terrible at their job.

This is really serious. I just came here and ordered two sandwiches. I pulled away after paying and realized I only had one. I looked in the bag and realized they had not given me a receipt. I went inside and the lady I guess she was the manager said oh yeah our systems are down and we don't have receipts., that is beyond illegal and I told her she needs to lock her door immediately. They refused. This place I'm not sure what they're up to. Be careful about giving them your credit card

They just can not seem to get it right. Went through drive thru on 2 separate occasions. Both times the order was screwed up. Third time we said let's go inside and place our order. Still the order was screwed up, we were order charged as well. Mind you this, these were not any custom order. These were items straight off their posted menu. The third and final visit the manager had an attitude for something they did wrong. As we can see they are in business just to take your money. Regardless of your satisfaction and not getting what you paid for. We reached out on every visit for a call from their management team. Like we stated previously they do not care. We never heard from anyone. Just trying to get answers for their continuous screw ups and lack of concern. I guess that's why they handle food and money at the same time.
