For a few days what it is its great the prices could be a little lower but thats everywhere not jims the people who run the place are korean and i dont think ive ever seen wnybody call anybody jim i think they kept the sign of hen they bought the place ive here going here for 30 years and its already ways the same in a world that changes flip flops in various languages ways its nice to to know i can go to jims and get the same thing the way i like it thanks mr park i thougjt Jim
I eat here at least once a week and I always leave happy and full .They have great food good prices and they treat their customers right.
I've been here since a teen, and this place is still one of the best burger 🍔 😋 spots to go to. Many around here to choose from, but this is one of the best places for fast fun foods.
Great food neat placement of food. I never have a regret goin here. Great service always with a smile. I purchase for about 6 people I thought it was great value for my buck. They could sell their food for alot more .

Just my go to neighborhood burger joint. Don't sleep on the tots they are really good. Burgers are classic and always good. Ive had several other items from the menu there and have not been disappointed.
Jim's Burgers....what else can I say about this quaint hole-in-the-wall burger place. While the atmosphere doesn't seem to have changed inside or out for the last 20 or so years. The food is totally amazing. It is everything you would think about a mom and pop shop. The burgers are my go to Everytime. You can dine in or take out, but to make your wait time even less don't forget you can call in your order. Everything is cooked to perfection and I would recommend everything here. Jim's has a steady customer base that really showed up during the pandemic keeping Jim's open and serving the community. Hands down one of my favorite burger places in the area. Don't forget to support small business.
The best burgers in California period. Service is great and they have retro arcade games as well. Can’t go wrong with anything in the menu. My FAVE!!! Also the french toast is amazing.
Definitely one of the best hole in the wall hamburger shops in the area. I ask for my fries well done and they are absolute perfection every time. Burgers have a nice char and toppings are fresh, the breakfast items are also very good

I'm from out of town and I found this place a great fast food Joint 😋. A must go place. All food is good, they got amazing burgers and tacos and Teriyaki chicken with rice and salad. In other words I find this place to have all types of food for everyone any time a day. Add a good decent price.

I love this fast food restaurant that has been established in 1958 by the original owner and founder Jim Angelopoulos. Jim's Burgers was so amazing and it's where they serve breakfast, Mexican, sandwiches, teriyaki, and burgers. Plus, there was one restaurant scene featured in the 2019 movie Ford vs. Ferrari with Matt Damon as Carroll Shelby and Christian Bale as Ken Miles, and it was filmed right here!
I decided to give this a try after seeing reviews and the food does not dissappoint. I ordered a chicken teriyaki meal and avocado burger meal to go. The avocado burger was delicious.
We hit up this place at 830pm, fast service. A family member got their pastrami sandwich and the other two had their cheeseburgers. They didn’t have shakes which was a disappointment but the burgers and sandwich were not! This place has been asking forever and it’s nice to see that it’s still just as good.
Food was great. They get it to you faster then any McDonald's or BurgerKing and it's not even comparable to those places when it comes to taste. Jim's was awesome all around.
Lived down the street for almost ten years and have never been here until today. I was craving a teriyaki bowl and saw a lot of reviews about the teriyaki bowls here. When I got here I saw the had pastrami and quickly changed my mind lol. Decided to go with a pastrami cheeseburger meal. It’s very clean inside, staff were great. The pastrami cheeseburger meal was almost $19. Fries were good, freshly made and not sitting or stale. The burger was phenomenal, a lot of pastrami in the burger and the pastrami was good. Definitely going to be coming back to try the teriyaki bowls. This place is a good hole in the wall. Not to mention they also have old school arcade games that actually cost one quarter. AC controlled in this heat. Ended up playing old school arcade games from when I was a child. It was soo awesome . Breakfast looks delicious

The owners are so friendly and believe in serving their community with pride and friendship. Our out-of-state family always makes it a point to eat at Jim's while visiting California.

Red booths, spotless counters, and arcade machines in the corner still humming: Metal Slug, Street Fighter, CRT screens dimming like old Polaroids. Step inside and it’s like stepping back into a place you didn’t realize you missed. Saturday, four o’clock. The owners handle orders with decades of patience, eyes drooping in the slow-hour haze, but they perk up a little when a customer walks in — enough to show this is their life’s work. The burger is exactly what it should be. Thin patty, seared on the flat top. Thousand Island, lettuce, tomato, onion. I added bacon and cheese, because why not? Fries are square-cut, golden, crisp outside, soft inside. Soda tastes faintly “off,” just like an old dispenser, and ketchup in a plastic cup pretends not to be Heinz. First bite: messy, greasy, perfect. Bacon stacked high, cheese melted, Thousand Island holding it all together. It tastes exactly the same every time — like every short-order cook in SoCal got handed the same recipe decades ago and never changed it. And thank God for that. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about memory, comfort, and consistency. Jim’s is a place suspended in time, glowing with the light of old arcade machines, serving the kind of food that makes you remember who you were — and lets you enjoy it all over again.

My elderly parents are in their 80's and have been ordering food from Jim's for several years and the owners have always been so patient and helpful to them. Our family is so very grateful and appreciate their kindness, excellent food, exceptional customer service and support for the elderly and all customers! The cheeseburger is absolutely delicious. Very flavorful, good quality beef that tastes nice and smokey and chargrilled. Very reasonable prices too. The retro arcade machines are nice little bonus too

We have been Jim's Burger customers for over 20 years. Their food is pretty consistent in taste. Would recommend this place over the other burger places in town.
Excellent food especially the chili cheese fries but they are not very friendly..... But they're not rude either... Just strictly business.
The food is good. The teriyaki chicken is good too, but now the teriyaki sauce is more watery it used to be thicker and had more flavor.
I love this place! Been going here for 20 plus years so my overall experience is really great. It has plenty of room to eat with a group 4 to 6 at one table.
The food is delicious, and they prepare the food very quickly. But... the restaurant looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. Try to avoid the restroom at all costs. They do not belong in a restaurant, and for this reason alone, the place should be gutted and remodeled. It makes you wonder what the rest of the kitchen looks like

Usually have a great time eating there but today my mom found a alive fly that came out of her teriyaki plate.
I'm used to the Jim's in El Monte this one had no great taste The service pretty much was rude.

Usually 🍔 burgers are great however today there was something off & sour tasting, bad enough that I had to throw away & go to Valley Burger down the street! Don't think I'll be going back to Jim's unfortunately 😞
Good food Very tasty The guy the cashier have bad customer service overall he doesn’t great you, he talks to you like he’s Mad at you.
Food is probably good here, but since the unfriendly cashier would rather say "wE dOnT sElL BreAkfast BuRRitOs AftEr 12:00" at 12:15 with an empty restaurant, then I guess we'll never find out.
Burger was good but service wasn’t the best, they couldn’t provide us with extra ketchup or ranch and they couldn’t season our fries .
The older guy who was the cashier was kinda rude.. customers after getting there food kept saying thank you and he wouldn’t say anything .. I think it’s overpriced we got the shrimp dinner and the shrimp was kinda burn.. the onion rings were fire thou!!!

Service wasn’t great an older man that wears a blue hat in the kitchen that takes orders is rude and grouchy to customers gave dirty looks and threw the straws instead handing them over this has been the third time this man has been this way hard to enjoy food in that type of environment.
The salad wS boring and not shredded correctly it was only lettuce and tomato only the chicken was good but the salad was sad no carrots no corn no cheese no croutons no hard boiled egg but the price was like it had all the fixing no bacon nada. And the chili cheese fries well let's just say that recipe for chili was like a can not even mixed with love nd I like anything and everything so I ain't hard to please
