Great Teriyaki!!!!! I live in Arizona and every time we are in California we stop here. Their food is amazing. The teriyaki has to be my family's favorite. I always take some to go, and even extra for leftovers. Definitely recommend this place 10/10.

G D Burger is known for their great teriyaki and burgers but do yourself a favor and try the breakfast. My family and I love the breakfast cheeseburger, that is our go to when we don’t feel like cooking. The tots tie it all together! You can thank me later!

I haven't been here in a cool minute! I decided to come and try it again after a few years and it did not disappoint! I got strong fries which were so good I forgot to take a picture 🤣. The food was amazing. The people are super nice and I'm definitely coming back! If you are ever in the La Puente area this is the best hole in the wall spot to try! So good!

Very good food! I come from montebello because my daughters wanted to try it. I highly recommend the teriyaki fries, it's a great portion for 2. I got some onion rings and I was very satisfied they are so good. My daughter got the breakfast burrito and she also enjoyed it! If you want good tradicional burger place this a great option. Will be coming back, it's worth the drive.

Buns toasted ✅ Fried onions crispy but not oily ✅ Jalapeños or whatever - crispy not raw✅ Patty - well seasoned ✅ Ranch - dynamite ✅ Fries - well seasoned and good flavor. ✅ Vibes - immaculate ✅ Do yourself a favor and come here. This place is the top of my list for diner vibed foods. I also can’t wait to try the breakfast burger !!!

an LP classic 🌟It’s a very unassuming spot that retains its googie architectural charm (but could def benefit from some TLC) My GO TO is the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger and after 2 years being away from home … they taste just as good as I remembered 😭🫶 My Dad got the Santa Fe Burger as recommended! G&D Burgers is a local family business. Their menu is super innovative and expansive. The portions are so generous and their prices are super affordable. I really love the atmosphere of the restaurant as well. The staff is very nice and friendly. They are also super accommodating as well! I would definitely suggest checking this place out! Review of the Food: What I Ordered: - Homemade Onion Rings with Homemade Ranch and Thousand Island - Bacon and Cheese Tater Tots with Grilled Onion - Chicken Teriyaki with Shrimp - Tater Tot, Bacon, and Egg Burger Lets start with the appetizers and talk about the homemade onion rings. This is no small side order of onion rings and is a great appetizer to share with a family. Not only is the portion big but the onion rings themselves are nice and hefty. The onion rings were perfectly golden with the right batter to onion ratio. It also came with their homemade ranch and thousand island as dipping sauce. These homemade sauces were a real highlight of the meal for me because I could not get over how good they were! Next up is the tater tots. The tots themselves were fried perfectly where they were nice and crispy on the outside but still fluffy on the inside. This box is big enough to feed 2 people but even then it is A LOT of food so you know you’re getting your monies worth with this for sure. Those tater tots are crispy and loaded with some good stuff. That teriyaki chicken is also good. The fried zucchini are the perfect starter to share. And the chili cheese fries are loaded and full of flavor. Make sure you treat yourself and try their amazing food.

My buddy told me about this spot GD’s and raved about the teriyaki fries so of course I had to come and try it and and I’m glad I did! I love these mom and pop burger stands. We hadn't been here in years. But the chicken teriyaki plate n beef teriyaki plate was still fire. My sons enjoyed the burgers! The place on the inside was very clean but the seats could use some upholstery. But id definitely go again! The service was great!!

The food is delicious and the workers are friendly and helpful. Don't let the appearance fool you. This is definitely worth it. Go in try the teriyaki fried rice. You will not be disappointed.

I pulled up thinking, oh no, it's shut down, then spotted the open light. It's holding on. I've been a customer since I was 5. I had the Chicken Teriyaki..... not as tasty as I remember it.

First and foremost, the owner is awesome, and I can see he's trying to get this business back up. The area unfortunately isn't the best, so here goes my honest review. I ordered the surf and turf rice, and I can tell you it looked better than it tasted. There's literally no flavor on the meat, rice, and shrimp other than the soy sauce. You can taste a bit of sweetness from the teriyaki but not too much. It was lacking huge flavor from what the pictures showed. The portion was generous, however, and came with a lot of meat and shrimp. I got free fries which were cooked very well and crispy and an orange bang. I definitely won't order that plate again but I'll give the other options a chance. This place also had a C rating which almost made me turn away but I looked inside and didn't look too bad. Hope they turn this place around as I can see it has good potential. Plenty of parking and accepts cash or card.
