Double check your order. Most of the time I get ok service with my online order. But last night my 2 item combo was missing 2 items. Instead of my Beijing beef and walnut shrimp all I got was a plate of noodles. I should have checked but didn't see it until I got home. It was busy but I expected better.

honestly everything was pretty Okk food was good atmosphere was cool ppl were decent but we ordered two bigger plates and no forks, chopsticks, spoons or whatever that we can use to eat our dinner is kinda DISRESPECTFUL, it’s the basic for a restaurant ig? Dass 1 star

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!The food is a waste of money!! Completely over priced for it to have been burnt/flavorless!!! I am so mad because I didn't have time to go take it back. The ones are ridiculously long too! The extra charges for the WALNUT shrimp was just that!! ABOUT 3.5 SHRIMP AND A TON OF WALNUTS!!

What a terrible service and bad attitudes by a few of the crew members along with the Manager Ody. They obviously are not equipped to handle their customers concerns. My family and I have enjoyed this restaurant experience in the past until today! What has happened? Management and added crew members have joined who are in dire need of some customer service skills and how to treat their restaurant guests with respect! Please educate your staff members and Mangement needs some serious training on how to become a leader! Enter with great caution and patience to deal with staffers and management !

This is the worst place to order from. I placed two orders on 6/2/24 through the app and selected the option to pick them up at the store. When I arrived at the store to pick up my orders, only one was available. The cashier was very helpful in assisting me to locate my second order. After talking to the manager, the manager assisted in locating my second order. I showed both of my orders to the manager and paid with my credit card. However, the manager made me wait for almost 30 minutes to fulfill my second order. The manager of this store definitely needs more training on how to better serve customers.

Unbelievable how horrible the service at this place was. Are you telling me that I have to pay extra for this plate? Your employee doesn’t care about customer service. Why do you hire this kind of guys? Please see the picture and tell me if this is worth anybody’s money. I called and complain with the manager and let him know how disappointing this was. Really? I hope this gets fixed. Update 02/01/24 Why am I surprised? Look at their newest overpriced bowl!! Put some meat there guys!! HORRIBLE 😤

Not the place that I was expecting. I love Panda Express but NOT this location. Stay away. Go to another one if you're able. The staff wasn't friendly and some collar shirt people were there. Maybe managemen? And even they were not friendly. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. That's what helps with chain restaurants but maybe they're not enjoying what they do. The food was not good either. Rice was meh. Orange Chicken was not fresh and if this would have been my first time trying Orange Chicken, I would say it's not good at all. No working A/C at this location. Felt so hot and all we wanted to do was just leave! This location: BAD BAD BAD!

Orange chicken didn’t taste the same as the usual places we’ve been to says my youngest son who’s been spoiled with his favorite dish at Rosemead, Monrovia, Pasadena- our 1st time in this location maybe last, sad cause it’s closest to us
