The food and staff are always amazing, and it's in such a perfect location! The prices can't be beat! I hope to see more locations in the future!

The pizza was made fresh and was great, the wings were also very good, the service was super great and everyone is super friendly!!

Best pizza on La Puente Excellent service The pizza is made with love ❤️ you can feel it in every bite it’s soft and the same time crunchy the cheese 🧀 is good the pepperoni the sauce all together is the perfect pizza 🍕 so delicious to enjoy and the good thing is that they provide you the crushed peppers and cheese amd also the wings are so tasty and spicy both of them together is heaven you won’t regret to taste it and try it out it is worth it and I also recommend there blazin bean pizza 🙌

1st time i ever tried this place it earlier today and i paid $6 for a pepperoni pizza and it was actually pretty good better than lil caesars and only about 50 cents more. The pizza was ready as soon as i paid it which was quick and convenient.

I make a lot of phone orders to Pronto. Not once have they messed up my order and they are always accurate with the ETA of when my pizza will be ready. Excellent service and always polite.

One of my coworkers treated us to this yummy pizza today and I loved it!! The flavor of the pizza and the wings I am so surprised I haven’t gone there myself, they just earned a new client, can’t wait for my kids to try it!

Gotta love pronto. I used to visit the location in San Bernardino years ago. I drive about 5 miles to get pronto. My kids love it! Always better than little Ceasars. Worth the drive. Fast and friendly service. 10/10.

So a year ago I wrote an excellent review. A year later they raised their prices but unfortunately they lowered their quality. This is the 2nd time I get pizza from them this 2024 and pizza tasted old and this 2nd time around pizza was cold and even the wings were luke warm at best and they skimp on the tomato sauce which is unfortunate. This pizza was good but if they continue skimping on what it makes their pizza and wings they will go out of business soon which is sad. I love their pizza please owners go back to how things were even customers there were talking about the quality going down.

The service here is unmatched but the pizza is even better. Their dough that they’re using is arguably the best dough i have ever tried. The pizza is just as good microwaved a day later! If you’re ever near this place, stop by and get your self a pizza from pronto pizza in La Puente.

For an in inexpensive pizza skip Little Caesars and head to Pronto Pizza. The chicken wings with the Habanero sauce is great. Good customer service is a plus.

Customer service sucks here!!! I had never gone to a pronto’s pizza that treated customers this bad, wouldn’t recommend this place

Pizza wasn't bad but I walked in today and uncensored music was on really loud. Had I had my kids with me, I would have left.

I called to place an order for 2 pizzaz with just pepperoni at the Pronto Pizza in La Puente on Sunset. The attendant told me because they were so busy they could not take my order. I have always had a great experience and love the pizza but telling customers that "sorry we're really busy and adding your order is not possible at time time" is not the best thing to say to the consumer. I asked to talk to the Manager to better assist me and was denied that also. I will never go back to Pronto Pizza and will also tell my friends and family to stop going there as well. I really hope Management reads this and does something about it as I'm sure I'm not the first person that's been told this and in any business without costumers/consumers there is no profit and hence no business.

Staff was yelling at one another in front of all the customers. The female worker was yelling and demanding the male worker around while he joked with her and continued to annoy her in purpose. Looks like they are short on staff too bc they were running around like chickens without there heads and were very unorganized.
