Bought the margarita machine from Cooler Depot, model MG12L-1S, for New Years Eve party. Worked great. Everybody love it. It operates really easy and we had no issues at all. It cleaned up really easy also. High quality machine and came with a bunch of spare seals etc.. already been asked to rent it out to others for their parties. We decided to have a commercial cooler for our new construction kitchen. We wanted to be able to see before we opened the doors and have ample room. Ordering from the cooler Depot was simple and our representative Sandra was very responsive and attentive. We had an issue with some minor shipping damage which was taken care of under warranty. It's a little loud for a residential kitchen, but we will be insulating and once the kitchen is full of other appliances and cabinets, it probably will not be a problem. We had to remove the wheels to get it inside a normal residential door.

I purchased 5 box freezers from CoolerDepot, Sandra was my Rep. from the beginning she was extremely polite and very helpful with the items that would best suit me and my business. There was an issue with the 3rd party delivery company with delivery of my items. They delivered 3 instead of all 5 freezers and tried to deliver them 3 days early when I was unable to accept the shipment Sandra was readily available. 1 phone call to her and she was on the phone with the delivery company rectify the fowl up on delivery company’s part. She told them to take them back and deliver all 5 items on the scheduled date, and also made it a point to tell them there would be no additional charge to me for multiple deliveries. After that things went as planned. It’s nice to actually have a rep you can get on the phone and speak with instead of a computer generated receptionist Cooler depot was very fair with their pricing and accommodating in every aspect I would use them again and recommended them for any business in need of their products Thank you

Five words: Jack Ting is the best! For context, I own Green Earth Juicery in Houston. I had 15 yr old True 2 door fridge finally die. I wanted something just as reliable. I found Jack on FB Market. He recommended the model number SC-1076FDX. He went through all measurements, dimensions, basically the full works on everything about the fridge. He actually cares about his clients. Got us our fridge delivered in a day and half. And the brand new cooler was having out of temp range issues. I contacted Jack over the weekend and he gave several support info and ultimately, got everything 100% dialed without a tech coming out. It was just a setting that needed to be calibrated. He sent me videos and materials and lots of support. He kept in constant contact and made sure all was going smooth. We desperately need more guys like Jack. I’ll be buying all our future fridges, freezers, etc from him. I’ve already given his contact info to my friends to store just in case they needed anything at all.

My bar had an old cooler go down and I was on the search to replace it and another one that was also over 40 years old. I came across the NSF 95 ins Beer Bottle Cooler Glass Froster Plate Chiller JBC-95 on the Cooler Depot page. Of course as most people, I was nervous about such a big purchase sight unseen. I called Jack at the Texas facility and he put my mind at ease. Jack walked me thru the whole purchasing process and what to expect when. That's not where it ended tho. Jack was available fielding my phone calls and checking in until the coolers were in place and up and running. Our coolers are now in place and up and running. It's such a relief not to have to worry about cold beer ir a cooler going down on a busy night!

DO NOT use this company!!!!! I purchased a dough divider/roller for my 70 year old mother for her bread business, after calling to discuss concerns about dough texture, ease of cleaning, installation. My representative Rebecca out of NJ assured it handled all dough and was super easy to clean. There were additional fees to ship it to Virginia that came after money was sent, but we went with it. After getting it all set-it arrived damaged. We rejected it upon arrival and a new one was sent. It came on a raggedy palate wrapped in cardboard ñ, crated with cracked wood nailed all around. The delivery man helped me remove the splitting wood so that I could inspect it. It appeared fine. It came with two wires. No plug- and after hiring an electrician we were told it was not even grounded. On top of that it worked under 50hz, the American system is 60hz. The machine only had Chinese symbols and came with no instructions. I had to ask multiple times for a pamphlets and what was emailed was a joke! I question if they made it themselves. They had me go by videos they found on YouTube that were 15 second clips. After we tried it, the dough got stuck. They little that did come out was not rolling as it should have. It did not work at all, not even one roll. The machine was quite IMPOSSIBLE to clean. We spent hours doing our best so that we could try again. What a burden. When I reached out (with videos) I was asked how much flour we use and that it needed to more to be a harder dough… so change the recipe? Infuriating. And then was told that the machine was workin fine, our dough is the problem. To return we would have to find a shipper- and crate and palate the machine…supposedly with the original wood (what a joke) 15 days from delivery.. after having to do all that we did. They ended up sending a company that we paid for, but we had to crate and palate. I had to reach out to even know if/when they were coming. We also had to pay 25% restocking fee if that awful machine that they lied about. I waited close to a month after sending to reach out about the partial refund. It finally was sent. Hundreds/ Thousands wasted and I feel like this is how they are still in business. They have no morals and are horrible. Please, please go elsewhere or find another solution. The issues will always fall on you. Look at his response! A professional machine with no instructions. How is it that when I buy the machine, “It is for all dough types-there will be no issues!”.. but when there is an issue it’s the the dough! No the issue is your machine is limited, hard to clean, and you guys LIED point blank. Let me attach a picture of the unprofessional rolls that are sought out year round!! PATHETIC!

Since I can't answer here, I'm writing from my other account. Even though they sent the product completely wrong (I tried to place it inside for 5 hours), they wanted me to put it back on the pallet and make it ready for the trucking company. A very amateur company that doesn't care about the customer at all. They are victimizing us. I repeat, if they don't solve my problem, I will pursue the matter and report it everywhere and file a lawsuit.

I am having the worst experience ever with this company bought a 35ft freezer that did not work since day 1 . We bought it on September 2024 Were now on the ends of January 2025 and still have not heard anything yet i call all the list of phone #s and no answer they do 1st time and then i get the runarounds if someone can guide me what legal action i can take please let me know.. i paid over $3200.00 and i bought it because i needed it during December since its my busiest time of year December came and i have a big box just in my way… i normally don’t post b reviews but if someone sees this post please think twice before purchasing from this company..

Went through 3 boba cookers in less than a year. First 2 stopped heating up and the third one sparked at the outlet twice. Plug has melted plastic on it. Cooler Depot refused to help us out. They wanted to charge $150 to fix but with only a 30 day warranty. Not only their boba cookers are trash, but their customer service is unacceptable. This is nearly $800 and you don't want to help with a replaceable or fixing under the warranty? You guys are trash! Never again am I buying from you guys. I'll make sure to tell my friends that own businesses to go elsewhere as well.

I would give a ZERO STAR if I could… Bought a commercial freezer in July 2024. It worked up to September 2024 and then stopped freezing. I contacted Customer support and got the run around. It took them a week to tell me that even though it worked for only one month, that I was responsible for labor. They told me that the warranty only covered the parts. They do not stand behind their product EVEN for 1-YEAR???? They told me to find the bad part and ship it back to them. They said when they received the bad part that they would send me the new parts. They don’t have a trusted service provider that could relay bad part information. It took to February to get the return ticket for the part. We finally get the return ticket and send the part back. They receive the part 4 days after we sent back to them. Here it is NEARLY APRIL 2025. They won’t answer the phone and when they do no one knows anything. Josie after talking to us 20 times can never remember us? Spoke to her again yesterday March 27th. Said she would have to call me back in two hours. She DID NOT. Such a disappointment! Their product is worthless. Their WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS! . Their customer service is shameful. Teresa@ CPCOG in AUSTELL GEORGIA still has a brand new broken down Cooler Depot freezer that worked for only 1 month. DO NOT BUY Cooler Depot.

Warning: This is a long SAD review. See pics. I purchased two commercial coolers from Cooler Depot USA on Amazon and was excited to receive them. The coolers arrived on time, intact, with no issues. However, as soon as I unpacked one, I noticed it was much smaller than I had expected. I knew I had verified the measurements listed on their Amazon website, which said the coolers were 28” D, so I grabbed a measuring tape. To my surprise, the cooler measured just 25” D. I thought, “This isn’t going to work,” since the coolers were meant for a specific purpose. So, I contacted the seller, Cooler Depot, through the Amazon message portal to request a return and refund. I explained that the cooler measurements didn’t match the listing, and they responded by asking for a photo of the measurements, which I provided. Days went by without a response, so I reached out again and contacted Amazon for a status update. Eventually, Amazon asked the seller to respond, and the seller replied by accusing me of lying about the measurements! Yes, they straight-up called me a liar in the Amazon portal. This was shocking since I had sent them proof of the inaccurate measurements. I continued messaging both Amazon and the seller. My gut told me to check the seller’s Amazon website again, and when I did, I saw that they had updated the measurements from 28” to 26”! This confirmed they knew the measurements were wrong and tried to cover it up. I contacted Amazon again, and they filed a claim. Finally, Cooler Depot agreed to accept the return—but they demanded $1200 for shipping. WHAT?! According to their return policy, the shipping fee for returns was supposed to be around $200-$300, depending on the state, (my state had no fee that I’m aware of) so where this $1200 came from, I have no idea. I refused to pay that, so I arranged my own shipping company. Unfortunately, this was another mistake. The private shipping company picked up both coolers, one still in the package and the other removed (because opened it to put in my kitchen space). A day later, they informed me that the cooler outside the package was damaged in transit. They returned both coolers to me. So now I was stuck with a damaged cooler, all because Cooler Depot listed inaccurate measurements and tried to force me into paying an outrageous shipping fee to return inaccurate products. I reached out to Amazon again, and the representative made one last attempt to get the seller to pick up the cooler that wasn’t damaged. The seller finally agreed, apologizing for the "delayed" response. But never once did they apologize for accusing me of lying, extremely poor customer service or for the $3000 + I lost in equipment and shipping costs due to their shady refusal to honor their refund policy. In the end, they picked up the cooler and processed my refund for the undamaged one, but I’m still at a loss of $3000 + because of this company’s terrible practices. Shame on you!

If there was a zero stars for this shoddy company I would give it to them. Extremely poor customer service. Wendy Ma is useless as a sales rep. I purchased a LP gas convection oven from Cooler Depot for over $3,000 When it arrived the oven looked great but upon using it there was a gas odor whenever it was turned on. Contacted Wendy Ma and was given the run around for over 1 month. Cooler Depot finally agreed (after contacting an attorney) to send me parts as there is no contracted repair tech on island to correct the problem. After 1 month the parts arrived and of course the parts were not correct. I could go on and on but I will spare you the pain of reading my review. This oven (as well as the entire Cooler Depot staff are corrupt and worthless) will eventually be working again but at what cost ? Run don't walk away from this disreputable company...

Too bad there is not than 1 star. Bought more than 33k worth of product and paid about 2k for 2 years labor warranty. When I have a issue, repairman came out few times no repair completed and wanted to get replacement but company charge me extra for something That was not working. Stay away from Cooler Depot.

I have ordered from this company several times before. But last time they sent two wrong products. How can a cooler be sent instead of a giant freezer? And the company makes it very difficult. They dont want solve problem. I have all the invoices and documents. If you are buying anything please read their return policy and warranty policy don’t waste your money!! So far I bought 5 different refrigerators and freezers with this company. Never had an issue apart from them rusting really bad after one year. 2 months ago I bought the black refrigerator the one you see on the picture. It didn’t work perfectly from the beginning but i wasn’t worried as it had 1 year warranty. Right ?? It has been a week already since I called them to get it fix. You think they send someone yet? No They will ask you to look for someone to see if you can get it fix yourself? And the warranty? They don’t have any type of customer service Before you buy anything ask to speak with a manager? they don’t have anyone? and leave you waiting on the phone for minutes until you call them back. Oscar is the only person that Tries to help you but does not. He will ask you to give you 20 minutes but won’t call you back. you will have to call him in 5hrs. When you call him he will only respond by txt as the company won’t take any responsibility for Their defective items. Their refrigerators don’t have any kind of warranty. As you will have to pay out of packet to get your stuff fix. The rust on the equipment after one year is insane thank goodness I keep them on the back as I will be ashamed for my customers to see them. I will report them to the bbb, california business bureau, and others.

Zero stars if allowed. The stuff is cheaper than other places, I figure I will deal with it when it breaks down. But it arrives defective! Warranty doesn’t exist, so don’t buy anything from here. Call the company, they don’t answer the phone, when someone does answer the phone, they hand you off to someone else that then sends you back to the sales, after multiple consecutive calls she (May) tells you too bad for you, we don’t guarantee anything to work, the parts is warranty for one year, I’m still waiting for a replacement plug that I called about two months ago that she promised to send me. Buy at your own risk, don’t buy from here is a wiser choice. I purchased $9000+ of junk. The refrigerator units cannot hold temperature, they come with casters in the front but not the back. Dishwasher doesn’t fill or drain water, rice cooker doesn’t stop cooking. Basically if it has a plug, don’t buy from here. The magnetic strip I got does work. It was under $10 too!

Product cheaply made and customer service the worst you can imagine. I had a hard time with this company, I own a ice cream shop and ordered two dipping cabinets for ice cream flavors, first they bumped the price for $500 more because of the high session, anyway received the items one of them had some severe cosmetic damages second one was rusted and you could easily see that was the old rusted unit they tried to painted and resale it to the customer . After a long back and forth finally they replaced it with another one which that one had some cosmetic damages as well but I had to keep it anyway because I was so tired to deal with them anymore . I would never ever again do business with this company and not recommend it to anyone.

Never buy a Sandwich Prep refrigerator from here. You will be very disappointed. They don't show sample refrigerators. I found out after purchasing. There is no cover on the top part. The more you use it, the more you will have to pay for electricity usage in the future.

Bought a commercial freezer for my store from them. Stopped working after 3 months. Contacted them and I was told techs are too expensive to send out. They told me I had to ship it back to them via freight at my expense and they would look at it. Terrible business practices. Won’t ever buy from them again. Freezer is still broken and they haven’t resolved the issue.

Purchased the X-120 slushee unit approximately one month ago. After 3 uses, I discovered cracks on the propellers. I contacted the service department, they said these parts are not covered under warranty and that I would need to pay to replaces these parts. Very frustrating as it clearly states on their website 1 year warranty for ALL PARTS. So far, the service department has been very unhelpful and unwilling to assist in resolving this problem. *Update* On 5/28/22 a manager contacted me to change my review if they replaced the parts that are broken. This manager referred me to "May" who previously was unhelpful. The equipment sold through this company is cheaply made and the customer service is a joke. Spend the extra money, purchase your expensive restaurant equipment from a retailer that is actually helpful and honors their warranties. This is the direct email sent to me... "Good morning, Those parts are not under warranty, the plastic parts are easily broken parts. Instead of $150, my boss offered you $75 for those. Please let me know"

I purchased a 3hp walk in freezer refrigeration unit. 4000.00 It took me 7 days to get proper wiring diagram from my sales rep Joe who can't do anything without talking to the owner who is overseas. After it was wired to the company specs the unit was found to be defective from the factory. I informed my rep Joe who attempted to say it was installed wrong and the owner would not warranty. After posting my review the owner came back and said they would replace the compressor parts only if I take down my review. I removed my review only to never get a replacement. Joe my rep can't do anything unless the. Owner approves. This company has no warranty and if you buy you will pay double than buying from a reputable company. I am now down for over 3 week am a small US processing plant woman owned who this company shut down. The rep did not care owner did not care DO NOT BUY I will file a lawsuit on Tuesday to get them to honor what they sell. GOOGLE coolerdepot usa reviews it says it all.

i’m sorry for the 1 star review I have given because of your cooler Depot branch at 60 Page Rd, Clifton, NJ 07012. In fact, I never expected after one year of buying a Gelato Case worth of 8 K ending up paying for maintenance. Besides of losing my business. The above cooler depot branch are the worst and they did not even care about their customer after selling the product. Trust me, I struggled before that with the doors and I fixed it from my bucket. Bought a product a few products from them one unit started failing days after use called for tech support. Manny kept forgetting the details of the problem had to remind him daily. Eventually they sent a technician who fired the control board. Now they don't respond to communication. Last they were going to send Kevin a tech with a new controller under manufacturer warranty. You advertised an item online at the price of $135.00. Before making the trip, I explicitly contacted your sales staff to confirm the item’s availability. I was assured that the item was still in stock and was encouraged to come in. After driving a total of four hours, I was informed that the item I inquired about was “sold,” and was then shown “similar” items starting at $402.00 — nearly three times the original advertised price. This is not only misleading; it is deceptive, unethical, and a clear violation of consumer trust. This kind of predatory marketing behavior wastes customers’ time and money, and appears to be intentionally designed to lure people in with fake deals that never existed.

Call them so many time leave voicemail . After so many call someone answers the call , ask the why it not working, they said they don’t know, will call us back , no call for awhile, I finally get to talk some from email, they this and that !!!!. And finally they said sorry the it past return day cannot return. I don't think in over 20 years I've ever given such a bad review to a business, but this business deserves it. I ordered an item that arrived damaged. I reported this to this company and they told me they would submit a claim with the carrier and get the matter settled. 6 months later, nothing. After numerous emails to them, they never followed up or made any effort to refund or replace the damaged item. I would highly caution anyone from doing business with these people. Don't expect good customer service or any help if there is a problem.

We bought walking freezer unit, but it doesn’t work , we reported to seller , he opened to claim for fix , after repair department worker Oskar , he not unprofessional very very rude guy . I talked with his manager Danielle and she unfortunately ahe ia unprofessional either. I recorded all phone conversations and he never answered my phone and text messages on time . I got 65 in ft42 trailer from nj location. Can not register company need to register first in order to sell to customer. I talked to DMV and found out. They won’t honor and help and waste peoples time and money. Beware and stay away from Cooler Depot

Correction to my review: Brought walkin freezer and a open display freezer. Model HGZ300S from Houston TX. Excellent service from Frank and deliver was smooth. But had issue with the compressor and Daniel from CA location arranged tech to inspect and was suppose to pay the tech if their components was bad, she asked to to give my credit card to the tech company and said they will adjust depending in result. It's a brand new cooler unit but the compressor was loced. I also paid for the component $800.00 for them to send a new one and cooler started working and also the tech who they send to inspect his fee around $700.00 so think before buying their product. As they don't care if you are buying new product from them and it's bad, they want u to spend from ur pocket to fix it. And if the owner is looking at my review please correct ur employee (Daniel) to interact with customer instead of not receiving call or returning a call to solve the issue. Such employees are bad for business.

I own several businesses and I have never experienced such poor customer service. The doors were falling off this cooler in less than 4 months. I was willing to purchase new doors but no one even bothered to call me back. I also want to make it clear that I reviewed the security footage on this cooler to be sure that no one purposely damaged the cooler. I am requesting my money back at this time. I am very disappointed and would never do business with Cooler Depot again.
