One of my favorites when I'm in town. I'd have to say it's better than Pollo Loco. Best potato salad! They added some bits of shredded chicken to potato salad and rice. So So Good!!!😋

It was the first time going there my son sent me there it was far from my home but it was worth it food was delious and the Price great for family of 4...yes I will go again

This place has to be by far one of my favorite ! The chicken is always delicious and the location is very clean with very quick service .. i would highly recommend it if you’re in the neighborhood

I very much enjoy the 2 hard shell tacos. Great food all around, but I wish the chicken plate came with more sides to eat with the chicken. Update: I swear these tacos are super addictive. Usually if i eat at the same place every week it gets old quick but i just continue to like eating these tacos more and more. ALSO - it's one of the only healthy places to eat in the area.

We ordered the party tray for 30 people. The chicken was very tasty and juicy, everyone enjoyed. They provided plates, utensils including tongs. We had leftovers.

When we picked up the food they gave you everything!! We literally did not need to purchase anything extra! Utensils, sporks, serving utensils (tongs and large spoons), etc. And everything was i dividually wrapped so you felt and knew it was clean. The food was AMAZING!!! The chicken so juicy and flavorful, the potato salad delicious! The rice and beans and even the green salad! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

My wife loves this place. Compared to pollo loco they don't stand a chance I don't like chicken, but I do eat juan pollo.

I ordered food to go and picked it up so i really can't comment on the atmosphere except to say there were a lot of people dining there. I had made a mistake in my order before i got there, but they were very accommodating in changing it. All their food is delicious, but I have to rave about the chicken! The taste is so good and it's so tender. My family always orders for parties because everyone loves the chicken.

Very good place to buy chicken! Affordable & delicious flavor. :) The only reason why I took off one star is because the new cashier that they hired is very rude but other than that awesome place for some chicken! Only suggestion I have for the owner is to hire friendly cashiers...

Very nice girl as cashier. Chicken was really hot (not spicy), but it was on the drop-side. Corn tortillas were falling apart they were steamed too much. Place was clean but small.

I get the machaca plate usually, the other stuff is good too. The guacamole was salty? I thought they just put lemon on it. Anyway it tasted like it was salty, but it could've been the lemon. Oh I meant for this comment to be for Pepe's.

I have been here twice, and both times I got the chicken salad with ranch dressing and the hot salsa. The salad portion is huge and the chicken breast that is put on top is juice enough which is important.

Good chicken. If you order off their website they'll upcharge you about $0.50 for any menu item. For instance, the taco plate in the picture is $8.99, while on the website they'll charge you $9.44.

For anyone who's never had Juan Pollo, you have to try that tangy chicken skin. The family packs are fairly priced, and you can gauge the freshness by the fact that they sell by the chicken, not the leg, thigh, breast, etc. They cook the whole chicken and sell it together, instead of having the single unpopular parts sitting around. It comes uncut and gives you 3 sides from rice, beans, potato salad, or green salad. In the rice, you get small chunks of chicken, and that gives it a distinct taste. The potato salad is firm and actually tastes like potatoes, as it is not drowned in mayo and sugar. The only issue we had once is that we placed our order a day in advance in order to make sure they didn't run out of anything, but they had no trace of our order. They were able to fulfill the order fresh within 5 minutes, so it wasn't a huge deal.

This place is way to small to sit and eat. Best to order to go. The parking lot is in very bad shape. Lots of potholes. Food is okay the whole family chicken was a bit greasy. The sides were good

After reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and try out their food. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and very picky but this food sure didn't satisfy me. The chicken and rice was a little dry although the rice did have a good flavor. The only thing I did finish was the potatoe salad no complaints against that. They only have some chili to go with it also what about avocado or a different type of salsa for the people who don't eat chili. I don't think I'll be returning. Thank you for your service though the girls were very nice when I walked in and when I left.

When you spend over $75 they only give you 2 little things of chili they wanna charge you for more chilly they'll only give you 2. I think that sucks when you spend that much amount of money at a restaurant you should be able to have little sides for free! better to go to El pollo loco..

Beware! They have a grade "B" posted on their window. The "B" is hidden behind white bars where you can't see it. Luckily we always look first to see what letter grade a restaurant has. Best advice, go somewhere else where the place has an "A".
