Fuego’s reviews are not lying. Hands down some of the best food in L.A. My family ordered four dishes: the Tiki Chicken, the Lomo Saltado, the Chimichurri Steak & Chorizo, and the Surf & Turf. All scrumptious, down to the table sauces. My mother who is never impressed with restaurants, loved everything she tried. Highly recommend the Tiki Chicken. The flavors in the teriyaki pineapple sauce are perfectly balanced and the chicken crust remains crunchy even coated in the sauce. And don’t forget to grab a sweet cheese empanada at the end of your meal. I have to shout out the exceptional service: friendly, professional, and super attentive. I’ll definitely become a regular.

I'm not going to keep you long all I have to say is, Fuego Fries is one of the best restaurants in the entire State of California, as well as services I've ever had in my life. A magnificent Peruvian restaurant where I was greeted by a cheerful and energetic staff member. I ordered the beef, which turned out to be pleasantly tender and cooked to a perfect Medium Well, served with rice and a green salad topped with finely sliced cheese — it was amazing. However, if you want to be as charming as I am but with a smaller belly, it’s probably best to skip the Peruvian drink — it’s very sweet and cloying. Overall, definitely five stars!

I was going to give them a 4 because there is a bit of wait, but I gave the star back because I feel it is the reason for the quality of the food. I am not a Peruvian food expert at all. I don't even know the names of all the dishes or any popular dishes! But I was in the neighborhood and the signage and pictures of the food attracted me to this place. I ordered the stuff pictured and it was all delicious. The sandwich I ate I forgot what it was even called but it was delicious. The fries tasted like a BBQ party in my mouth and everyone was invited. It really is as tasty as it looks in my pictures and everyone else's. My favorite part? The customer service. The guy at the register was so kind, he looked happy to be doing his job which is a breath of fresh air in this day and age. He very calmly recommended items, sauces and the stuff pictured were actually based off his recommendations. I am taking a break from spicy food so this particular day everything I ordered was just right and had no spice. I plan to go back once I start eating spicy food again though because they have so much variety! It's like the combinations are endless. So many tasty possibilities. Best frie place in the city. I’m a regular I usually come here once a week if I can if not every payday I’m eating fuego fries. Ignacio is the best, everything is made to order so nothing is sitting out in hot hold like normal restaurants, their food is made to your liking, any special requests just tell them beforehand. I usually get fuego fries with Hellfire sauce(spicy), cheese and grilled chicken. Give it a try I promise you will want it again.

Spectacular! The best lomo saltado I've had in my life. So flavorful, beef tender, portion size plentiful. This place really hit it out of the park. Service was friendly, attentive and kind. Family business I will continue to support. Highly recommend!

I DROVE 30 miles for this place. its good, i wouldn’t tell you lies, in the mornings they’re short staffed which is normal because mornings are slow but trust me, the salchipapa are worth the wait!!! yo i didnt take any photos bc its so good it made me put my phone down and eat it straight pero believe me ok!!! thank you!!!

I chose to dine in and the wait was about 20minutes. I ordered the Honey Garlic Pepper Wings and sadly they are not worth the hype or the price. You would be better off getting your favorite flavor at wingstop. The workers were kind but the service was lacking. Do not dine in because there are no napkins readily available and there is no public restroom. I do not see myself coming back but the food overall was good.

Wanted some Peruvian food and found this place. It's a fast casual dining place. You walk up to the counter and place your order. Menu board is available. Son ordered the hot Fuego fries. I chose the Honey chicken and shrimp chaufa rice plate as recommended by Ignacio. Food was delivered to the table. The fuego fries were good, the honey chicken and shrimp were a tad sweet but delicious. Wheelchair accessible, parking is free and readily available.

The whole turning your screen around so we can tip you before we even tried the food its a bit annoying and it honestly pushes me away from going to get your food. I have shared this with some of my soldiers that go get your food and they all feel the same way. Let us tip at the end when we are done experiencing the service and the food. Asking for a tip right after ordering it’s extremely discouraging and it feels like you don’t pay your server good enough.

We got the Honey Chicken and Shrimp Fries, the Fuego Fries, and the Teriyaki Chicken Bacon Sandwich. Out of all that food the shrimp on Honey Chicken Fries were the best; they were juicy and flavorful. The Chicken Sandwich was also good. Garlic seasoned bread with a thick piece of juicy chicken breast. However, the fries on both of the dishes were cold and tasted old. The chicken pieces on the fries seemed to be fried then fried again. Their customer service needs some work. As me and my friend were ordering and debating trying more stuff from the menu, the worker commented saying “it’s a lot of food”. Which came off as rude. The place was pretty empty yet they took 30 minutes to make our food and it wasn’t even fresh when we received it. Would not be returning.

Ordered some Fuego fries. They were pretty disappointing. They come with fried chicken and sausages. The chicken was practically fake chicken patties just cut into pieces and the fries seemed like cheap frozen fries. I've been to other places where they give you actual chicken breast nuggets. Won't be returning.
