Very bad service from the lady, despotic attitude, I had doubts about what to order and I just made sure she read the menu and left.

This location offers very poor service. They always seem to have issues with the system. I came here one time with my kids and ordered 3 drinks. I had an offer in my app for 25% off for orders over $30, which meant my order was eligible. The lady there insisted she couldn't see it on her end, even though I was showing her the offer on my app on my phone. She said she couldn't override the system to give me the discount. After 20 mins, she finally video called her manager. Her manager said the offer was right there on the screen and she just had to hit the button. No apology from her at all for wasting my time. I went again today and accidently sent my mobile order to the wrong location that was over an hour away. I asked if it was possible to transfer my order over since I just placed it. The lady said I would have to call the location to cancel it. I could not get a hold of the other location. The lady said she's the manager and she couldn't remake the order. I finally got a hold of the location half an hour later and it turns out they couldn't make the drink anyways because they didn't have the ingredients. Conclusion, I am never going to this location again. It's the closest to my house but I'm not going to deal with them again. I would rather drive further.

I’m disappointed in my recent experience at this Jamba Juice location. The store's posted closing time is 8:00 PM, yet when we arrived at 7:45 PM to order a bowl, we were told they "stop making bowls at 7:30 PM." If there's a cut-off time for certain menu items, it should be clearly communicated to customers beforehand—either online, on the menu, or in-store. What’s even more frustrating is that we called another Jamba Juice (3528 Peck Rd) less than 10 minutes away, and they happily fulfilled our order, even with only 10 minutes left until closing. That’s the kind of customer service I expect and appreciate. This experience left a bad impression, and it’s unfortunate that this location doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction in the same way. If the posted hours say you’re open until 8:00 PM, I expect the full menu to be available until that time—or at least a heads-up about any restrictions.

I have encountered very few friendly employees at this location. For the most part the employees at the Rosemead location are TERRIBLE and RUDE!! Today I needed assistance over a gift card issue and was told there is nothing that can be done. Well, when I spoke with a different location about my same issue, I was told the information I received by the Rosemead representative was off putting and incorrect. I have an issue I demand get fixed at the location the gift card was purchased and that is Rosemead! I will make sure to spread the word on social media and my podcast how Jamba Juice in Rosemead is the WORST. Employee's need some serious customer service and empathy training. I’m done supporting my local Jamba Juice. In fact, if this is who represents Jamba Juice I can no longer support a company that hires inept staff.

Just needed to use the restroom Went to 3 other places around the area and they were out of order or a long line. This place asked me to buy as restroom was for customers only, which is fine and I completely understood. But bathroom was disgusting, dirty seat,brown in the toilet m. Toilet paper dispenser broken and not protecting the toilet paper inside. If bathroom was kept clean i would have no problem having to buy something. What is point of for customers only if it’s already disgusting.

I Came here on a Wednesday like at 3PM the girls here have very poor attitudes bothered to answer or explain simple questions Specially the Asian girl which looks miserable I think she hates her job and should go somewhere that is more her lazy style I mean she place a median drink on the counter like it weight a ton My advise if you don't like what you're doing find something different and give someone else a chance than can appreciate having a job because you make the place lose business with your poor attitude and bad customer service Please don't tip for bad service !

Never have oatmeal. They say it’s not ready. Then they say oh we don’t have anymore. Do they really sell out in 10 minutes? Take it off the menu if you aren’t going to make it! Rude customer service also.

I come here almost everyday for a pb banana whey protein with EXTRA banana. I’m getting kind of frustrated having to pay almost a dollar extra for added banana when they sometimes completely forget to put it in. And I know every single time when they don’t because the consistency is completely different when you DON’T add it. I ask for more banana for a REASON literally just for the texture of the smoothie itself and I keep getting skimped. It’s already been more than once. Whoever reads these reviews- please reinforce what EXTRA even means to your employees.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT and credit card transaction to make sure you were charged correctly at this Jamba Juice… The mgr took my order, charged me and felt it was ok to add her own tip on my credit card without my approval or knowledge. When I got home I checked my transaction and noticed $5.39 (exactly 20% tip) more than my receipt showed, which explains why she had multiple receipts in her hand, giving me the one with the actual amount and keeping the one she added 20% tip (deceiving)😐. I was very upset, I called the store to let them know that I noticed the over charge. The same mgr who took my order said no one else had complained about that, and she would have the IT dept look into it. I’ve also left four messages to have the district mgr call me to discuss my horrible experience. It’s been five days and I still have not heard back from Jamba Juice Management. I normally would not leave a bad review, but This is SO WRONG! and not ok. It’s so disheartening to see that there is no integrity and that people feel entitled to take what is not theirs. I would have gladly left a tip if I felt they deserved it. But, unfortunately I didn’t feel the staff there that day did.

Only drink on the menu that is actually fresh ingredients is the oj, I had a breakfast sandwich as well and the egg and turkey was still ice cold. I know the employees don't get paid much but the people on duty looked like it was bothersome for us to be there
