Can never go wrong with In-N-Out. Unbelievable service, friendliest, most energetic staff. Delicious food and price can’t be beat for the quality. They’re super organized and efficient. If you’ve never had em, this is then something you’ve been feeling missing from your life.

Food is always delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were here today waiting and leaving the driveway open for other businesses when a car came and got Infront of us. Francisco Gómez, the person going to the cars to take their ordered, was courteous enough to explain to the car that they needed to get in the long line of cars waiting. I imagine it was not an easy conversation to have but he did it graciosuly and with a great attitude. The car moved and all of us waiting in the line were very happy. Thank you!

I have a 19 yr old and a pup who love In N Out I’m not a fan of anything on In N Outs menu however we just recently relocated to the city of Arcadia. Of course my son finds his new In N Out located on Rosemead Blvd, Make a long story short this is the only On N Out im now observed with. So to make sure I wasn’t just starving and that’s why I thought it was good I went to a different location and again I didn’t care for it. I don’t know what you guys do here different at this location but whatever it is keep it up.

It's one of the better In N Outs for sure. Have never messed up my order, and the sandwiches cone out looking great! I usually get extra everything with whole and chopped grilled onions on my double doubles so the burger comes out quite hefty. They never seem to mess it up like other joints!

Our visit here was Sunday evening. Really busy. We had been waiting for our food a good 10 maybe 15 minutes, when I noticed our order was wrong. I went to cashier and explained. He politely told me he had to get a manager. She was working hard on the line preparing orders. She politely turned to me and asked me what we needed. She's an amazing 10+ the way she handled the situation.

Obviously reviewing In and Out speaks more about the reviewer than the restaurant. This place deserves only 5 stars. The reason why someone would give it anything less shows that they have no patience for quality, don’t understand supply and demand, and have a negative outlook on life. But seriously every In&Out location I’ve ever been has always been busy because it’s hard to find quality food at such affordable price. You can’t go wrong here! Just be mindful of ongoing traffic and follow the traffic rules.

Very friendly staff, excellent food, just a fun little drive through with heavenly burgers. So many little secret menu options on their original menu. Ask the order taker about the little things that make the experience perfect. I had a Double Single, which is 2 patties, one slice of cheese, grilled onions, grilled whole onion, raw onion.

This is one of the most organized drive-thru In-N-Outs in the area. It is easy to get in and out. The staff has always been great. If I have one critique it would be the dining in option. It is not a good option for families with children, because the tables are essentially in the parking lot with no protection. Still a great place to get your animal style fix.

Great service and despite the long line, they were quick to put out people's orders. The food here is pretty consistently good. I got an Animal Style Double-Double (w/ chopped chilies) Combo, and everything came out great. Meat was moist, bun wasn't soggy, and fries were cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of crunch.

Food is fresh and delicious order was correct. This company has managed to keep prices down. Nothing has changed food is great, employees are pleasant and professional. Thank you In-N-out burgers for keeping prices down. I appreciate it, I'm sure others do too.

This place is always good. Its burgers are always fresh and juicy and I always look forward to coming here. The fries are also really good, and they are crispy and sometimes salted as well. Their milkshakes are also really thick here, and come in a variety of flavors, such as vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. This drive through is a must visit, every time you drive by one.

Expect a long line to order food anytime throughout the day at this location. Known for their big smile friendly staff, a quick in n out experience. If you like thousand island sauce, this place is perfect for you!

We went through the drive thru so can't give a rating on atmosphere. We're from Ohio and the person taking orders in the drive thru let us know what he recommends. I had the double double, wife had the single, and we split a fry. Got chiles on the side. Everything was delicious, service was fast and accurate. Wish we had these on the east coast!

Good place to get food for the go because there’s barely any seating and it’s outside so it’s like a grab and go place. In N Out burgers are always good so I would of course recommend it. If you’re looking for a sit down In N Out you would have to try to look for another one.

Today is Veterans Day, and in my 16 years of active duty and veteran life, I’ve rarely gone out to collect free meals—maybe once or twice total. I know some people visit multiple restaurants for Veterans Day offers, but it was never something I was really interested in. Today, I was simply craving a burger, so I stopped by my local In-N-Out. While ordering at the drive-thru, I noticed the order taker had a badge honoring veterans. I asked if they were doing anything special today, and—without hesitation—he told me they would be happy to offer me a free meal of any choice. When I got to the window, the young cashier was extremely kind, respectful, and appreciative. She thanked me for my service and made the interaction feel genuine and heartfelt. Honestly, I’ve never had an experience like this. I always assumed restaurants weren’t very enthusiastic about giving away free meals on Veterans Day, but In-N-Out made me feel truly appreciated. Their sincerity showed, and it meant a lot. Thank you, In-N-Out, for honoring veterans in such a meaningful way. I won’t forget it.

Felt like time traveling. The ambiance is really cool from a foreigner's perspective. Whats interesting is the price. In LA, it is not easy imo to find good food at decent price. Customer service was on point, they asked the right questions and were always smiling throughout the process. It is very nice. Food was great, burger was pretty decent quality and not too fat. I liked it. However, the fries animal style were disapoitning and very very dry. So dry that the cheese almost fossilized into the rest. Milkshake was really good and normal size.

When they're busy, which is usually always. Its not always guaranteed they'll get exactly all the things right how you want it.... cant blame the staff too. Burgers are spot on, although there's juicier, tastier beef patties at other places. Just the price and the simplicity of food is what makes it great i guess....

I am from Minnesota, so everyone says you have to try them when out in California. The burger is very good and I would rate 5 stars but the fries were average at best. There is a bit of wait time but they are making them fresh to to order so I think it is completely reasonable.

Food & service is always good no matter which location you go to. Question is, is the access manageable? Will you be waiting in line while hoping you're not blocking the flow of traffic in a busy street? I love In N Out, but the outdoor only locations can be a pain to deal with.

If you live in SoCal, you have probably eaten at In-N-Out. Their isn't much to say that others haven't already said about their food. Burgers are good. Fries suck. Shakes are good too. Their flavors are consistent because they are a well oiled machine.

I’m not sure why people are crazy about in and out - it’s like going crazy for a hot dog located ok la brea st. In Los Angeles. Stopped here because a friend was insistent. I’d rather go to the habit any day of the week. Thr burgers are juicier and tastier.

The location is not that great, but the service is always great. There is usually a long line that backs up to the main street. It's usually about 30min wait in line, so as long as you're ok waiting. The workers are always friendly and making sure they are getting things done quickly. We usually come to this location around lunch time so busy everytime.

I was visiting LA and wanted to try In-N-Out. I had a Double Double with fries. The burger is actually as good as people say, and I'm not a great fan of fast food. Fries were good too. There was a bit of a wait and this spot is not the best one to "dine in". They only have outdoor seatings, with cars passing right next to them. But I felt like food made up for that.

As an East coast person, I have heard about this Cali favorite. Truth be told, the burgers were pretty tasty. The service was excellent, but the line for food was certainly not fast food. I will first say that I agree it is a better burger (and I did get the "local" animal style) than McDonald's or Wendy's or any of the most well known chains; although, I would not say it is better than Five Guys based here on the East Coast. It definitely is not the best "fast" burger I had on my CA trip which was at Ercoles 1101 in Manhattan Beach. A really good burger nonetheless. The fries were very average. Not crispy at all. I think everyone knows that all top-notch fries are crispy. I had a choc, vanilla, strawberry combined shake. It was good (better than average I would say), but not outstanding. So is the food here good ... relatively speaking yes. Is it worth the wait in the drive-thru line ... no.

I am sad to be sharing this but I hope the management team or workers get to read this.. we have been going to in n out (this location specifically at LEAST once a week) because it is one of the fast food places with allergy steps in place, although not guaranteed but it was never an issue for the 4 years we've been eating it weekly at ANY location. For some reason the past 2 times we've been there there has been cheese on my son's bun. It's frustrating because one of the reasons we choose to eat herr so much is because of how theyre allergy friendly! For this reason I won't be coming to this location anymore for my son and will have to go a bit out of way when we do want in n out. I understand you can't guarantee an allergy free product but there should be no reason for cheese on the bun. I know there should be a cleaned grill and a different spatula in place for allergy burgers per customer service so please make sure you take the extra steps for you allergy friends Rosemead location!

In & Out burgers are great, too bad some of the restaurants are a complete mess. Take the one here at Rosemead, I wouldn't have to be forced to come here if Alhambra didn't close for 10 months for remodeling. The differences in accessibility is utterly astonishing. Rosemead has this stupid drive thru system that splits around the building. Causing not only huge traffic on Rosemead Blvd, but adding significant risk to patrons waiting in line to order. Car exiting the driveways come within inches from you as you wait. Even ordering is difficult as there is only one window to order and get your food, so everyone is getting in each other's way just to order or get their order. Completely inefficient compared to Alhambra triple front staff set up. You can see the helpless frustration of the staff as well as the customers. This antiquated system needs to go. Come on In & Out step it up!

Since the location near me closed, this is now the closest location which is disappointing because they got my order completely wrong. I ordered a grilled cheese with raw onion and received a doube-double with no onion. I fed it to my dog because I don't eat meat. Very disappointing.

We ordered around 1 am and there wasn’t a lot of people waiting in the drive thru, yet our order took around 15 minutes to make. If we ordered a lot, I would understand but we only bought 1 meal. Food is always great but what happened to quality customer service? I had a large order and it is understandable to have some error or confusion. While waiting at the window for my 120.00 order of burgers Britney just starts tossing into my window bags of food. I kept asking what's this? What's this and her response was I don't know I can't see. I asked her to please slow down so I can make sure I had the correct order. She then said "do you want spread chilies or ketchup? No okay. " she didn't even let me respond. She answered herself. When I told her I was missing a protein style double double she asked for the bag back and took the buns off and tossed the burger back into the bag and said I didn't take your order. They took the buns off the burger and she handed the bag back. I understand I had a large order and people are waiting but shesh! I usually go every sat to pick up burgers for my coworkers but will be going to a different in-n-out to avoid running into Britney.

Have been ordering here. But sometimes the French fries are good, sometimes not. Their services are not as good as before, I ordered two double double and two French fries. Of course I ordered in my car as usual. And only about two or three cars in front of mine. But after I paid at the window, they gave me what I ordered immediately, I even didn’t need wait for one minute. The food bags they gave me didn’t feel warm. I drove back directly home for about 4 minutes. Everything was almost cold. Not warm. 2nd time I’ve eaten here in the past 2 weeks and got my order wrong both times. The worst location I’ve been to in my life and I’ve been eating in-n-out for at least 20 years. Everyone has a bad attitude and Samara at the cashier couldn’t even confirm my order when she read the wrong one initially. There is something wrong with the soda machines because my drinks had a weird sour taste and my hamburger was cooked with butter when I said that I had a dairy allergy. I can’t believe I tried to give them a second chance. Save yourself the disappointment and take the extra time to drive to another location because it really comes off that it’s too hard for the workers here to listen and execute orders correctly.

Took about 40 min in drive through to get my food. When I got home the order was wrong. I normally go to others but wanted to try this one since it was on my way home from the gym. Never again.

Something wrong with the girl with the red lipstick. Ask for extra spread, She replied do you want ketchup? I said no. When She was about to hand me the bag, she asked me, if I want ketchup again I said no I want extra bread, please and the end she gave me only ketchup. Yeah It wasn’t even a busy night.

I receive uncooked food I end up throwing the food away. I should’ve just gone to my usual In-N-Out. This was the worst in and out ever I will not be coming here ever again. Whatever they are doing it’s not up to In-N-Out standards.

Every time I order at In-N-Out at this point I clearly say “no spread, no spread”, and still—almost without fail—my food comes with spread. I’m tired of repeating myself just to be ignored. What’s the point of asking for preferences if they’re never followed? But what truly shocked me was one particular experience: after realizing I hadn’t ordered the burger with spread, I overheard staff making a comment like “Chinese is crazy.” Excuse me? Is this the kind of behavior that’s tolerated in your store? That’s not just poor service—that’s blatant disrespect and racial discrimination. This isn’t just about a mistake in an order anymore. It’s about how you treat people. I don’t go to a restaurant to be mocked or disrespected for my ethnicity—especially over something as simple as a food preference. This needs to be addressed, seriously.

Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience with In and Out until I visited this location for the first time. I usually get in and out @ Kettleman location and they are ALWAYS top notch there with service and delicious food. But this time the Rosemead location gave me food poisoning and diarrhea for 5 days straight. I have gone to the toilet at LEAST 3 times a day and it’s NOT a fun time. My friend who ordered in and out with me ALSO HAS DIARRHEA for 5 days straight. WE ARE BOTH SUFFERING. I don’t know what the issue is whether it’s food safety, hygiene, protocols, etc. I will never go to this location again

The cheeseburgers were fine but my burger had a huge chunk of salt. I uploaded photos of it. The fries were also really salty and soggy. :( probably the worst In n out meal I've had.

This is by far the worst in n out ever. I went to the window thinking it would save me time since there was no on there and the car line was long. It took them so damn long and my many times asking them if my food was ready they kept saying almost. 30+ minutes later they hand me cold burger and cold fries!!! This place is joke. I had to ask for a refund at in n out they said they could remake it for me so what I could wait another 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. THE WORST IN N OUT PERIOD. I will never visit this place again. I'm so done.
