Been hearing about the fried egg rolls and they really good. Very nice place and good price. Came with my friends and we all really enjoyed
Saigon Flavor is run by the same family that runs the Vietnamese Deli on Las Tunas. The latter's staying power speaks volumes in a community where restaurants come and go. Saigon Flavor has proven to be the same great restaurant I've come to expect given its pedigree. It's never let me down. It's clean, flavorful, and reasonably priced. It's one of a handful of restaurants I will frequent as long as I live.
Food was authentic and yummy. Bun Rieu was so good. I will return to try their other dishes. Too bad they don't serve Banh Xeo. Heheh great service. They kept store open later then usual bc of us. Thank you for that!!
Great pho options and lots of other Vietnamese dishes. I keep hearing that they're the sister restaurant of Golden Deli. If you want great Vietnamese food without GD's wait, this is the place for you.
This place has authentic Vietnamese food! Only thing I can complain about it that the portions are pretty small. The pho broth is delicious but there's no meat at all!!!
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant, the grilled pork and shrimp are tasty, the curry chicken with French bread is another good choice. Try the durian smoothie for dessert!
Good portion, good flavor. Will visit again.
Egg rolls are so delicious, and HUGE. Expertly fried crispy thin skin with tons of mouthwatering filling. Pho is quite good as well — one of the few we’ve had where the soup is flavorful without being too salty (we almost never finish pho soups in general but had no trouble here). Gotta find time to squeeze in another visit before we leave town!
Everything we have ever tried here is simply delicious. My personal favorite is a pork chop plate with white rice, shrimp paste, and an egg 'patty' (I forgot the name). I also enjoy their soursop smoothie. My husband loves the durian one but yeah... that's not for everyone.
The food here is delicious. You really can't go wrong. Pho broth wasn't too salty but had lots of flavor. Steamed egg and egg rolls were perfectly cooked. Special commendation goes to the cherimoya drink was the best I've ever had. It's not a super smoothie like most. This one was actually fruit mashed up into chunky bits. You can drink the juice with the ice and eat the icy chunks of sweet fruit with a spoon. A must buy and try.
Great tasting food for a cheap price. I always get their rice dishes and their hand rolls. For the price you pay for the rice dish you will leave with a big smile and a full stomach. The joint is small with a pretty big parking lot. There is also a security guard watching your car when you eat SOMETIMES.
This place is bomb dot com. Their broth is just so great, almost comparable to Golden deli if you have been there, and their pho there is wonderful. Staff is always friendly and helpful, though not the best at speaking English. My boyfriend and I have our go to, which is the rare and well cooked beef pho. And of course the egg rolls
I ordered the banh tam mi with shrimp cake rolls and egg rolls. It's thicker rice noodles with bean sprouts, lettuce, ground pork, and coconut milk. Also comes with a side of fish sauce. Fish sauce and coconut milk does not sound like it goes together but it went together surprisingly well. Never had this dish before so this flavor combination was new to me. Now I'm looking forward to trying this dish at other place to see how it compares. The dish was really filling as well.
This is actually my first time here. I came in my family an hour before closing time. I would say the service is great as the ladies are very friendly. In addition, the food came out quickly and it was delicious.
My girlfriend and i drive 30 miles every weekend just to eat here. Yes, its that good! We've tried to find places in LA but there is simply no substitute. Great food, excellent service!!
The food here was amazing! I really enjoyed my time at this establishment while my wife and I were on our honeymoon. I hope to be able to return again one day.
My favorite dish - Banh Tam Bi - is not like what it used to be. Most of the food tastes are toned down so much that it's no longer authentic, kind of bland. I can see this place is catering to the new breed of customers. Although everything changed, it's still my favorite place for Banh Tam Bi.
The greatest Vietnamese food ever! I grew up eating here since I was 2 years old and I still constantly eat here! Friendly service, great food and affordable prices, this place has got it all! The atmosphere is super friendly and it is way less crowded than its sister restaurant Golden Deli (they both have the sam menu as well). I would recommend the cơm sườn, it is the best!
Tried Saigon Flavor for the first time and it was great! I ordered the Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò (rice noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls) and Bún Riêu (crab meatball tomato soup). The egg rolls were definitely the star, super crispy on the outside with juicy, flavorful filling inside. The Bún Riêu broth was rich and intense in the best way, packed with depth and flavor. Overall, everything was super yummy and I’ll definitely be coming back. Only downside is parking, there’s a small lot in the back, but it can be a bit tight.
Generous portions and delicious taste. We ordered a large beef pho which was very sufficient for 2 people. Also got the beef with onion banh mi. Food came out pretty quick and service was very friendly too. Menu is huge with lots of choices. Great value for the price. Its located on the main road so limited parking spots available on the street.
Very authentic Vietnamese food, I like Vietnamese rice noodles and beef slices, the various spices and hot sauces are great! The soup becomes very delicious after adding lemon!
Amazing experience here for Vietnam’s style food! I seldom like South east Asia food but here they are delicious and I think healthy for my weight control plan! It is awesome! Especially for their grilled pork!
We order shrimp noodle soup, shrimp paste with vermicelli and rice combo of pork chops, baked eggs, shrimp pastes, and shredded pork. All food are delicious and portion are generous. Will come back again
One of my favorite Vietnamese pho 🍜 restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. There pho is phenomenal, but there egg rolls are out of this world 🌎.
Great "deluxe" pho beef noodle soup - tender slices and everything that should come with it. Also agree with many the egg rolls are very good here with extra crispy skin.
We read that this place had amazing egg rolls, and that was true! We love everything we ate here. The service was good, place was clean, and the food was amazing. We will definitely remember this place next time we are around here.
I had the best pho and Raw Mo drink in San Gabriel.
Rib eye pho its verry good Spring rolls is the best Must try

Great food everyone n their mama's should go eat. Let's go.
I was waiting for my wife across the street at a medical office, we came up from San Diego. There was a row of places most opening at 11am, so i waited and watch were many were going...I'm really glad I did. Nice comfy place, very friendly welcoming staff and most of all Great food. i had a couple of Nice Crispy Eggrolls and the typical Beef stew and French Bread, the beef was very tender and the Bread was amazing...lite and fluffy..the kind we all like!..nice little Bistro..
The owner is really nice and the bo kho has great flavors! The fried egg rolls that everybody gets is bomb.com
Great service and always friendly and polite. Everything I tried from the menu was really good...You really have to try their noodles !!! And, try their red chili sauce too .
I had Pho Tai, Pork Chop, and finished w Vietnamese Ice Coffee. I thought I was back in Saigon, Vietnam! I visited there few years ago.

all in all, pretty good! Solid bowl of bun bo hue. Please note that they have a $20 minimum for card payments, didn’t have cash on me.
Good vietnamese food in general across the menu. The owner(s) are always around for consistency in food and services. Relatively Large menu with great choices. We have tried Pho Tai, Pho Bo vien, Bun Bo Hue, Com Tam, Nem nuong cuon, Mi Wonton, etc. Always come back when we are in the area. Parking is always available in the rear.
I've been coming here since I was a kid. This is my favorite place for Bun Bo Hue! I asked for extra spicy this time around and boy, they did not hesitate on the spice! Loveddd it! Dine in. You get more food! I have done to-go once...portions were so small for all the dishes! Service is great! I will be back. :)
This is one of the first Vietnamese restaurants that I've visited in the LA area and I've returned to this place many times since. Consistently good rice plates and pho. And wonderful fried tofu. Clean, with classy decor.
After trying out new places nearby my house, this place now is my favorite place for me to get a decent bowl of PHO noodle. Staffs are friendly and soup come out fast. I also like their side order of baked egg and spring roll, 2 of must order items!!
Some of the best, authentic Vietnamese food I've had in LA. All the things they should do well are done perfectly. Imperial rolls are large, served with ample herbs for your lettuce wrap. Shaking beef (Bo luc lac) is impeccable, perfectly cooked and tender, served with red rice, salad, and broth, quite a deal and filling if that is all you get. Bo kho FLAVOURFUL! Nothing else needs to be said. If you're in the area, go!
The food's not bad, and is decently priced. Place is small, but it's not like you're cramped. If they were on DoorDash, I'd order more takeouts from them, but sadly they're not on there. Also, even though their OPEN light stays on, you should look at the sign and the lights to see if they're actually opened. 😅
If you are craving for an authentic Vietnamese food that won’t break bank look no further. Join me in this new adventure. Saigon Flavor is a tiny hidden gem in SGV. They have extensive menu, featuring Vietnamese classics such as pho, rice dishes, banh mi, bun, beef stew, grilled pork, porridge, curry, vegetarian options and more. Furthermore, one thing that is noticeable they do not offer chicken in their entire menu. That is a demerit in my opinion. I have drove past by this spot for years but never had the chance until now. I guess I want some new food adventure. I had a grilled Shrimp vermicelli (since they don’t have grilled Chicken) and Iced French Coffee x condensed milk. Both were good. Staff were affable and patient. Service was bloody spot on. Prices are competitive. Serving was modest. Atmosphere was quite relaxing. Overall, I had a nice and modest Lunch meal.
Food was pretty good. The rolls, both spring and imperial, are larger than what you normally see. We ordered the fried tofu because the picture on the menu looked so good, but boy was it different in reality. I won’t order that again. My wife ordered the pho and she said it needed more salt, and she doesn’t like very salty things. Besides all that it’s a solid place and there’s plenty of parking in the back.
This summer, we visited LA and a friend brought us to Saigon Flavor for lunch to try Pho. We ordered ‘Well cooked beef rice noodle soup; Rare beef and tripe rice noodle soup and the Pork fried spring rolls‘. The Pho soup is flavourful (bit spicy&salty), the beef & tripe is tender. Pho comes in regular and large size. The pork spring rolls are yummy and crispy. The serving size is huge and good for sharing. Taste is reasonable for the price. Service is excellent. Dining place is clean and neat. Parking is spacious. Accepts credit card.
Typical hole n the wall pho shop. Noodles much skinnier than the typical; reminds me of the olden days when pho was just becoming granted that was like 30+ years ago.

Food was okay. Service was okay. Nothing special. We got there an hour before along with another couple and they just kept staring at us the whole time waiting for us to leave. Needless to say, we rushed our meal and left. No wonder people kept coming in but for takeout. Their customer service skills aren’t there. There’s better places, trust!
I tried the famous Vietnamese dish, grilled meat vermicelli with egg rolls. After eating it, I felt very thirsty, which makes me think it might have included MSG. Additionally, the customer service was unfriendly.
I honestly don't know how this place has such good reviews. I ordered the rice noodles with shredded pork, egg rolls, coconut milk, and shrimp paste. It was literally bland noodles with coconut milk out of the can, herbs, egg rolls, tiny pork strips that looked like fake meat, and some soggy shrimp cakes. The egg rolls were good, but everything else was extremely bland, if not gross. For approximately $14 dollars, it wasn't worth it all all. My dad had some pho and said it was decent, but my meal was disappointing at best.
