Can't beat their prices! Good consistent quality. Good location near CVS and other shops. Pretty nice employees. Usually has hot & ready pizza available & less than 10 minute wait for other stuff.

The wait time for the cheese bread was 10 minutes. Not complaining just giving people an FYI. Little Caesars has stepped up their game in offering quality pizza at a low price.

The girl at the counter was rude. There was a young man helping out that was very polite and trying to do what he could. The pizza was fine but her service left a bad taste in my mouth. Months later and the service has not improved I really don't know why we come here

The cashiers should be paying attention who comes into the store. I was waiting to get service. This man came in. When the cashier said next I took a step, and this man just went in front of me. That's so rude.

Like every place this place has its ups and downs. Having your front counter manned by employees who are outwardly miserable and ungrateful for their job with their attitude kill's the shopping experience and the desire to return.

I'm so disappointed that I have to give this Little Caesars a two star! Every single time I call to make an order for a hot and ready classic, I inform the worker on the phone to make sure whoever is making the pizza to put the sufficient amount of marinara sauce in the pizza. The reason for this is, if I don't inform the individual on the phone, half of the slices (4) are dry with an insufficient amount of sauce! No one wants to pay for a full large pizza with half of it being dry with insufficient amount of marinara sauce! And what's so disappointing is that today I inform the worker to make sure that there is the proper amount of sauce, and when I got home and opened the box I realized that they didn't live up to the task! I'm a straight up just be sticking with Domino's and Papa John's from now on and never visit this particular Little Caesars again!

This location is really unorganized. We did a mobile order for a simple Italian cheese bread for the kids. Came to pickup still wasn't ready an hour after the pickup time! The staff doesn't seem organized at all, out of uniform and just standing around. Glad we don't live close by so we don't need to come here again

Just to complain about if you order over the phone someone took my order but when I arrived there was no order the lady who assisted me says that sometimes the sistem doesn’t work so the company should look what happened and fix it.

The hot and ready 4 to 8 pizzas are never ready. Last time I actually just waited for one they said 15min...well 30 min later I got it. Bad customer service dumb kids that hate life are taking your order.

Horrible stuff they literally make me wait 30 to 45 mins for a pizza and I walk in to check in for it and they never "receive the order" so basically I wait for nothing and the cashier said it will be 10min to make it when I first ordered it that it's some bs.

Horrible service called in my order I got here and they didnt have my order right or ready had to wsit 5 more mins gace then about 15 mins more and still didnt have my order.

I have been coming to this place since it opened and it's a couple of blocks from where I live I never had a problem till now. I have been seeing charges for $27.38 on my credit card from this place. I call them up and they say they have no transactions for this amount, but the continuously charge my credit card for the same amout. For those people out there using your credit card in this place look at your statement. Never again will I use a credit card here. Unsatisfied customer!

I walk into the store and there’s three workers at the counter and yet none of them bother to ask me what I want. One is on the phone, the other one was on the register and the third was just standing there. The white guy at the register is ignoring me. Then walks away for another cashier to come but only to count the money. Never looks up or even acknowledge that am there. Finally the female worker , who is multitasking while everyone else is standing around ask if I been help. I tell her no. The other cashier still nor evening bothering to say anything walks away. The lady worker gives someone their order and then helps me. The only person who was doing actual work in that store was the only one who bother to take my order. Everyone was just standing around

First of all, I don't even want to rate one star. My pizza was burnt and they didn't even cut my pizza, I had to cut it myself! and on top of that my crazy bread was hard as rocks and my Buffalo wings had no sauce on them, so upset because I wasted 40$ down the drain, never ordering here again 🙄

And don’t even bother calling them it is honestly useless, I got to the store with them NOT even busy and ignoring the phone. Really annoying. This Baldwin park store is useless Idk how they have 4.1 stars has to have been when they 1st opened This store is horrible if you want pizza in the area go to the Duarte on on Monrovia there always very sweet and fast
