Jimmy John's is one of my favorite lunch places when I am out working.

The Vito sub is awesome! Service is fast and friendly.

This pizzeria offers delicious, freshly made pizzas with a good variety of toppings. The crust is perfectly baked, and ingredients taste fresh. It was a slow day, which was nice because we took our time to see the entire menu. They have great, fresh food. Service was fast and polite. The giant is 16".. I ordered the Unwich option where the sandwich is lettuce wrapped. The restaurant was also immaculate.

Super fast. I paid cash so it took me slightly longer and practically by the time we finished the other clerk handed me my sandwich. Definitely helps to make the most of that 30 min lunch

Sandwiches are a bit pricey compared to subways, Jersey Mike's or quiznos, BUT I like the idea of having the bread gutted. Meaning they remove the inside bread, giving you less bread but more meats and veggies. I had the totally tuna sandwich . The French bread is narrower, unlike its competitors which can be good. but you pay more for less.

I travel a lot and JJ’s is one of my go to places for an alternative to burgers and chicken or other fast food. Sandwiches are always good and Cherry Coke is awesome. When are you going to get Sour Cream & Onion chips though? I’ve been waiting years! This location is in California though so expect to pay at least $20 for a combo meal.

I've liked this place from my first experience. This location is new. They put very little meat in the sandwich. I was very disappointed. The Wilshire location is where I used to eat. If it's not improved I'll stop eating here and let other's know they're getting cheated. I know they can do better!

I wonder if the same people that owned the Quiznos at this location rebranded as Jimmy Johns because its just another expensive sandwich shop. I don't really care for the East Coast cut to the chase style of this place. For $11 a can get a real sandwich from Claro's Italian Deli or Capri Deli & Kitchen.

Love this place and the food is great....but today was a little hectic when ordering my food. Cashier was in a rush, she didn't offer to add chips and a drink with my meal, she had to go back and ring up the previous customer because she didn't charge them for something and when everything settled she just handed me my sandwich. I had to ask for a bag even though I already told her my order was to go. I'll keep coming back because this is the first time this has happened, but GET IT TOGETHER LADIES. Stop worrying about singing every lyric to the song playing in your store and focus on your job. I don't want to feel rushed or pushed aside because of these little mistakes.

The guys there look like if they don't want to be there. The light is always off. It's dark and creepy. It used to be my favorite sandwich place. I will have to try Jersey Mike's.

Could have been better,only one person in the shop, the other guy was out delivering, there were at least 6 people waiting for the guy that was tere to stop waiting on customers to make sandwiches NOT ENOUGH STAFF!! We are finding another store that properly staffed.

This place is okay but it always closes way before the posted close time. For example 12.10.23 posted hours is 9pm close. It's 6:36 pm and they're closed.

Went to get sandwiches at 7:00 pm on Friday (closes at 9:00 pm) and the store is out of bread. Selling sandwiches without bread? How is this possible. Never going here again!

I was really hoping for a good experience but sadly it was not to be. Bread was so stale you could thump it ( we did, not a mark, hard as a rock!) Too much mayo , not enough Dijon and the extra large ice tea was just a regular size. So disappointed.☹️

I have two Jimmy Johns by me that both offer delivery. Except they don't have a delivery vehicle. So they can't actually deliver anything? Sound confusing? Yea I'm confused too.

Came at 8:20pm and they’re closed. Lights off and not an employee in sight. Hours say they’re supposed to be open til 9. This is unacceptable. I don’t care if you’re slow, if your hours say you’re open til 9 stay open til 9.

The owner needs to update the hours. Times are incorrect on Google, No one answers the phone to confirm during the day. They close at 6-7pm Idk how they’re still in business. Kinda sucks because I like Jimmy John’s.

According to listed hours, they supposedly close at 9pm, but each and every time I've gone here before then, sometimes as early as 7:45pm, they've been closed. Fortunately, Farmer Boys is right across the lot from them, so it's not a total waste of fuel and time. Unreliable hours. I would recommend the location at Foothill next to Costco instead.

I don't know why Jimmy John's closes early when the website has regular business hours. Ordered twice and both times my order was canceled because they were closing early!!

Much to my dismay this branch was closed today, despite being listed as opened this Saturday. They have a broken door and have had it broken for what? Like a year? I and 5 other customers stopped by for a sandwich and nothing. No lights, no employees, no signs of life. I assume this one is dead. Smh

Drove to this location and one employee is outside putting out rugs and taking down the table umbrellas. The other employee is inside sweeping. The employee takes the umbrella inside the restaurant and sees me walking in so he goes directly to the register. The employee sweeping sees me and puts the broom down. The one sweeping grabbed gloves without washing his hands, im sure he'sthe one that will be preparingthe sandwich. I didn't say a word after I saw how unsanitary they both were . Instead I walked out and im going to a restaurant where I can see the employees follow health rules. Every chance I get I will share this story because I think this is just one of the simplest and basic food handling processes that any restaurant employee should follow.

Straight up ridiculous. Arrived about a quarter to 7pm and as I try to open the door, I realize it's locked even though it says that they close at 9pm. The attempt causes a loud rattle which gets the workers (3 dudes) attention but they just look up at me and continue with whatever nonsense they have going on in the kitchen with no explanation. So I just jet my way across to Farmer Boys instead to have a hefty meal. As I'm about to leave, I'm walking to my car (which is parked right in front of Jimmy John's) and notice another potential customer nodding his head in disappoinment after trying to get into the restaurant. Someone, specifically the manager, needs to check these guys for negligence. I've never tried Jimmy John's before so I was somewhat excited to see what they had to offer but now it's safe to say that I definitely won't be coming back here again.

I ordered a togo tuna sandwich at 5:55pm. The heavyset guy with the bandana working the evening shift 02/24/26 still didn't have it ready past 10 mins after. He said he would call it out once it was ready. Let alone it was an empty store with 2 people waiting to see what they still wanted to order. I'm just frustrated because he could have been getting my order ready while he was speaking to them but instead, he was just staring and standing at the cash register and I know he knew I was sitting and waiting. Sad thing is he doesn't even apologize for the late order after he hands me the order. As a former employee at that store it's very disappointing. Remember it's supposed to be "freaky fast" not freaky slow, sorry not sorry.
