Mini donut popems are delicious. I think they're more dangerous than a regular size donut because they come in four different flavors, and you can get a good deal on them n overeat. I also really liked my.Pretzel sliders, nice mini snack for midlunch craving. People here are very nice n quick to seve

The morning staff was super friendly and kind enough to give great iced coffee suggestions. The morning staff was super friendly and kind enough to give great iced coffee suggestions. I let them know it was my first time at Dunkin, and they were friendly, welcoming, and patient with my order. They also gave my dog a pup cup, which he loved! This morning, 10/9/24, the team working here—I only saw three employees—was excellent at customer service. Even though they had a long line on the drive-thru, they made sure my order was correct and had the line moving quickly.

I frequent this location since it’s so close to my house when I’m in a rush and need a quick breakfast or as a treat 😋 my favorite part is that they serve Turkey sausage since I don’t eat red meat. Why even go to Starbucks? The drinks here are way better tasting and I have just as good interactions at Dunkin with the employees. The pumpkin spice donuts here are superior to any other pumpkin treat you can get anywhere else. They’re perfectly made with pumpkin spice and not too sugary. Every time I share mine with friends, they’re pleasantly surprised. Love me my dunkin ☺️

The store is plain and kind of stark, but clean. Most people use the drive thru. Their Maple Sugar Bacon is YUMMY!!! I got 2 bags of their Maple Bacon and I should have bought 4 bags! The staff were friendly and professional. The Bacon is made after you order so it is fresh, hot and YUMMY! ;)

I stopped in to try their Maple Sugar Bacon. They sell a bag of 8 half strips for $3.99. They are very good! The first time I bought them I got 2 bags...I went back for 4 bags! Yummy! ;)

The prices are a little high but the cereal milk latte was so good. I traded in the pumpkin latte for the cereal milk latte. I got the iced latte with a splash of whip cream. They have parking but we went to the drive thru. Great service and yummy drinks ten out of ten recommend.

i come to this dunkin often as it’s the closest one to me. the staff at this location are always really nice, and i never have had an issue with anyone. until last week, that is. i stopped by last tuesday, 8/6 around 3:40pm. the receipt said the name on the till was isaac, so i’m assuming that’s who it was considering he was running everything too. i didn’t see anyone else inside. he was incredibly rude from the second i got to the speaker. it wasn’t what he said, but his tone. i’ll keep it short, but he had me so irritated. coming from a former barista & dunkin employee, you never take your bad days out on customers. please do better. i love this location & staff but that changed my whole mood.

They didnt have any donuts or coffee flavors. Their excuse was " We cant make donuts and work the register at the same time, with only 2 people" really? Mind you this is the same rude girl I had a problem with before. She got my order wrong in the drive thru and was rude about it when I went inside the store. They really should train their employees better. Step it up management.

Good morning everyone. Change of stars again. It is 2022. Hope to get some good coffee this morning but guess what? THEY HAVE NO HOT BEVERAGES! 🙄😮. If your headed to work please don't stop there for coffee cause you'll be late, and upset. Well done with this place. Coffee Bean is near by. Also the worker are very nice. Its sad they will have to go through out the day like this. So please be kind to them it's not there fault.

This is large Latte without ice ….Half empty, totally wasted my money, will not come by. I ordered the same thing 2 days ago only a gap from the top, today is totally ridiculous

went through drive-thru: worker told us to pull up to the front and park. waited 45 minutes because employee messed up and voided our entire order. didn't even give us our receipt He also acted as if he hated his job 😭… The main complaint /concern is the service and food safety. One sandwich (sourdough egg bacon& cheese) had mold on it. I would recommend not coming here. jus go to starbucks or coffee bean & tea leaf.

Stopped by at 530 am for food when i tried going in the doors were still locked and someone had to go open them to let me in , inwas told that they werent msking breakfast at that time and that they don't make the food because they hadnt cooked the bread although other dunkins say theyll do it anytime

The people here couldn't make coffee to save their lives. Terrible is an understatement. Donuts stale and taste like baking soda. The coffee was garbage. You can tell they don't drink coffee. Service was ratchet. They got these ghetto hood scraps in there who obviously can't work. The only thing they're good at is bad Service and stank attitude. Never recommending these Donuts or going here again

Extremely rude girls in the drive through!! Threw my card and receipt at me. My coffee was sticky and spilling they proceed to get upset because I asked for napkins!! My pants ended up getting stained right before a meeting! Thanks alot!

I ordered two times mobile order here is a scam. Every time I order croissant sandwich they don’t have it and they won’t even let you know on the app When you get there they will just tell you they don’t have. And let you do the refund by your phone. And they will refund you by points. but I don’t want points I want my sandwich!

If you think going in will be quicker, you're wrong. The staff here will basically ignore you and make you wait if you don't say anything. Waited here long enough for 4 cars to get served and not a single lobby order taken. It took them so long that people simply gave up and left. When I asked if they had any intentions of taking lobby orders, I got attitude back, saying that they had a lot of drive thru orders. I've been in their drive thru, from the speaker to the window, you can only fit about 4 cars. If you don't have someone available to work the lobby, don't open it. And don't give attitude to customers who just want to know if they're going to receive service.

This place closes early. The automated system telling us they were closed came on and my husband replied with “it’s not even 8 yet” no one said anything. Drove to the window and an older Filipino man was standing there with the window open looking very upset we were there. He started questioning my husband if he was okay, ”you okay man? You okay?” My husband laughed and the older man said no need to get angry. We said we aren’t. He was so upset at us that we decided to leave to avoid having our drink altered with spit. This isn’t the first time this place closes early. Avoid location, horrible service.

I was waiting patiently to the side when she stopped whatever she was doing . Moving forward I ordered the bagel bites- They taste like the oven is burnt out. My son and daughter gagged after taking one bite. I’ve purchased Hash Brown from them as they taste the same way. Unfortunately, this Dunkin will not be getting my money anymore. And if I could give No stars I would.

Update: This place is still BAAAAD!!!!! WOW!!! Currently 4:30 pm and I ordered my drink at 4:16 pm. 15 minutes later, as I write this inside thr store, still nothing!!! See pictures This place NEEDS improvement! Maybe from corporate or a manager. This place is not clean. Does no one care if the seats and floors are filthy? Do you expect for the customer to clean them for you? Arlyn is the one who helped us and definitely not friendly, I didn't feel welcomed with my daughter by her. I KNOW she's not happy here. On top of all this, there are NO napkins??? "Sorry, we ran out of napkins" this was her answer to another customer while we were here. This is my second time, 5/2 after my first visit and it's still dirty and this employee here Arlyn has not changed. I would have this place cleaned by now and make the staff smile more and be happy and welcoming. ****Food/beverage wise, I like it and it's the reason why I came back with my daughter. Aside from wanting to see improvement.

I’m not an expert with French crullers but I’m sure this is not how it’s supposed to look. The donut was wet/soggy, don’t know if they spilled something on it and still sold it to me. The other half fell off

I wish I could give you a zero star with a bad experience I had I'm writing to share a concerning experience I had at your dunkin' donuts store yesterday around 5pm  I enter the shop with my 9-year-old son, he needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the staff member we approached refused our request and raised his voice at us, despite my calm demeanor. This situation was embarrassing and unnecessary, especially given that my son is a child. I hope this doesn't reflect your store's values. I'd appreciate a conversation about how such situations can be prevented in the future.

Got two awful tasting drinks and two stale donuts staler than my elderly landlord. He's Still showing them the drinks, LILLYANN being the one who got them for us, we come back to get a refund. ANTONIO says he's going to give us a refund yet when my wife pulls forward, is still arguing with us that only the donuts should be refunded and how in "future reference we bring them in the same day" oh and get this, he's trying to tell my wife that her drink is supposed to taste awful when she's literally had it like idk how many times??? I come in the following day, with my receipt not to mention my wife and I come here all the time I'm not a thief nor do I like to be rude to customer service workers but if I'm still showing my face, receipt, and the drinks I got and you're still trying to argue with me about a refund you said you were going to give me? I'm not gonna just give money away for terrible food and service.

Maybe she is having a tough day today but this review is for the owner to train her on being polite and respectful. I believe she does not know how she comes across. If you own this location, you can do what you wish with this review but I would recommended getting in front of this before you continue to give inadequate customer service which will impact negatively to you business. I don’t like review that are not positive but if I do not then I am hurting the business owner.
