My favorite place if I have to have chicken fingers. Their toast is delicious, I always pass on the coleslaw and ask for an extra toast. And the dipping sauce is better when I add a packet of the hot sauce to spice it up.

My nephew and niece loves this place. I have to get it for them last Sunday for sure they enjoy it the whole family. I just asked no ice for lemonade for the kids I said please. Sure did to give it to me very kind people

Skipped the drive through and jumped into the restaurant to get take out. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious

The food and drive thru service is pretty good here, but I have a quick question. Are the business hours listed correct, cause I swear I've been here on a Sunday evening more than once and this particular location has been closed?

Our family loves this place. It's a favorite. But it's ugly to see that the workers don't wear gloves or headgear when handling food.

I dont like ordering to go since they always give less, I ordered to eat here and they gave me everything to go. Staff was rude and made faces when i asked for cane’s sauce

I normally don’t have a bad experience here but what is up with this? The receipt showed that they put down hot sauce for the order but forgot it which should’ve checked. My fault for believing in a place that I had to even double check to begin with. Things happen but still this isn’t the first time. Also why are they stingy with the fries? Granted I don’t really prefer their fries but this portion is crazy to me. There’s also no lettuce to be found on the sandwich which if I’m not mistaken always comes on it. This is so not okay.

Horrible Awful Customer Service I paid and bought food on the drive thru And the Cashier which is a young man didn't understand what i was saying making me repeat myself than was saying 'chicken chicken' over me,than he proceeded to steal my credit card when i handed it to him and not give me a recipe then He stole my credit card to buy the people/car behind me and purposely did not give the credit card back to me or with an apology so when I parked my car and realize I walked back to the store so The manager had to grab my card from him and I wrongfully lost 40$ and I paid for somebody's order for no reason and no knowledge of mine And I did not get an a proper apology from nether of them and It would of paid for all the peoples order if I did not take manners into my own hands or even a simple gift card for their own mistake.The cashier knew what he was doing and would of costed me hundreds of dollars,Horrible service and got my order wrong for the drinks I ordered.From the whole store Doubt I want to go back

Went thru the drive thru. Order 3 pieces chicken finger combo with 1 extra canes sauce extra crispy. When I got to my work to eat; I see I barely had any fries…only small pieces of fries. The chicken was good but I couldn’t get over the fact the the fries were so little as if they gave me the last of the batch…crumbs. I have ordered the same in chino Hills and I have to say…they are exceptional with quality, service and cleanliness.

Not sure but I had it for the first time now Mexican men came in before me made their order and went and set down so I got a fried chicken sandwich now they was making their food fresh but gave me one that was warm and when I said something the manager said it was fresh I told him I want it hot now I'm black what do you guys think I sure he had a lot to say after I walked out the store now this is 2/28/26 I feel disrespected

Honestly this place is a hit or miss. The fist time that I tried this location it was good. But every time that I go everything just keep getting worse. Chicken fingers every time getting smaller. The fries taste like they have been freeze for loooong time. Lemonade tastes like water with 3 drops of lemon and 5 spoons of sugar. Honestly I’ll just save you the headache and go to another location.

I am extremely upset about what happened today. I placed a curbside order and waited in my car for 30 minutes. Someone who arrived after me already received their food and left, while I was still waiting with no update at all. I finally had to go inside to pick up the order myself. When I asked an black men employee about it, the only thing I was told was basically, “We’re very busy.” There was no apology, no explanation, and no willingness to help.

Very disappointed with Canes.. very bad service management not professional at all. 09-29-25. Drive thru needs to double check the order twice. Before handling the order over. Super disappointed. The drive thru girl even laughed instead of apologizing recognizing her own mistake.
