Ashley was the gal that made sure my order was delivered by email.I absolutely value customer service by a 100 percent more than I do the delivery person, because customer service has to be #1 at any store .She was a delight.She was friendly, helpful and .quality has to be the number ONE & she was trained by excellent manager who deeply cares for his employees.This EL Monte Domono' I give a TOP of the line rating of a 100!

whoever is making the pizzas at this location is a pizza master! the food quality is much better than all other locations I've purchased from.. They are generous with the toppings., the bacon is thick, nearly cubed and super smoky, and the vegetables are fresh. Everything is perfectly cooked, arrives quickly and their drivers are so polite! great job!

One of the female workers had an attitude when we called to check on our order. When I arrived to pick up my order, I said the name for my order & immediately she looked up, (U know who U R)besides that the rest of the staff that helped me out was friendly.

Some who works in this location has the worse attitude. They are rude, don’t care, disrespectful. They need to understand the reason they have a job is because of we are given them the business. People are losing jobs during this unprecedented time. They need to realize customers always right. And they need to learn to accommodate customers needs and requests and be flexible and make customers happy not upset them so they stop coming to your place. Whoever the manager is, you need to send them to customer service 101 class. Those who doesn’t want to change their attitudes, let them go. There’s lot of people waiting for their positions. I write reviews because I had encountered a few people with “don’t care attitude.” And I don’t tolerate that because I am not a rude person.

I loved the $7.99 for 1- 3 Topping Large carryout deal. Until today, I literally ordered it while I was parked outside, hit the "I'm here button on the app as soon as it was done" it still took 15 minutes to get it as I waited outside with everyone else. I was still pretty stoked as I drove home and then I opened it. I paid for extra cheese, but It didn't seem like there was any, and I only got 15 jalapeños slices.
Too good to be true. Ordered the $7.99 deal from their Domino's website... You saved $12.00!!!! it said... yeah right... Not even worth the cardboard box it came in. The pic you see is the burnt pizza I picked up, the black things are burnt Philly steak pieces. I guess they baked it for too long b/c the crust was burnt too. But I didn't realize until I got home, had I checked the pie at the store I would've said something. But by then I was home & had to put away the groceries I bought and I didn't think it was worth my time, gas and aggravation. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for. You are far better off spending a little more money and get quality pizza somewhere else. Never again Domino's
I ordered garlic parmesan wings and I got little to no sauce at all, I was very disappointed to see I got no sauce on my wings ,IMAGINE ORDERING A 16 PIECE AND YOU GET NO SAUCE ?!, I basically got plain wings , but for the record the wings were cooked perfect but I had no sauce Wich is basically pointless , because if I wanted plain wings I would of got that instead of parmesan wings but I got this plate with no sauce that ruined my whole dominos experience

If I could give this place 0 starts I would, I order frequently just because of my family. I don’t appreciate how rude and unprofessional Timothy answers the phone and talks back to us. On Tuesday 11/14/23 at 2pm we called to place an order and according to Timothy he could not take our order because he was “to busy to take orders because I’m busy doing school orders” and we called again at 5pm to see if he could take our order and he was sarcastic and rude about it. This is not the first time we have issues with this employee he takes our orders when he feels like it and tells us no when he don’t wanna take our orders… this employee needs to be put on check and they need a manager who is there because when we ask to speak to the main manager she is never there. This place needs better management!
12/26/2021, mind you im a regular customer and every time I've ordered from them something has been wrong with my order yet I never said anything until that day. I ordered two pizzas this particular day, the one they messed up was my daughterd pizza, cheese to be exact. For starters they didn't bother to cut it, then they left off cheese on one side of my pizza, in fact the side that had cheese got stuck to the box. As you would cut, more cheese would come off so it was ruined. I called the store they wanted to replace that same day, but I had no room for 4 boxes of pizza, so I asked for credit and the person on the phone agreed. 12/28/2021, didn't feel like cooling so I called the store asking for my credit. First they acted like they couldn't hear me on the phone, then when I finally spoke to someone she was rude as he'll, which prompted me to get upset and yell..she didn't even wanna listen to what I had to say, she said credit didn't exist, basically I was called a liar. I threatened to call the bbb and corporate she told me if I didn't lower my voice she'd hang up, and to do what I had to do. She really gave 0 care as to what I was saying even me saying I was gonna file a complaint she said she didn't care. I saw we wasn't getting anywhere so I hung up. Won't be ordering from them ever again, they give 0 f**** about their customers.
No customer service experience. Never delivered an online order. Waited 2 hrs called and they said my order was made, but somehow it got lost. How do you lose a order. Ridiculous. Then the boy one the phone apologizes and says that they will redo my order and deliver asap. NEVER HAPPEN!! I called back and a girl answered told her what happen had me on hold for 5 min finally decided to hang up. Very unprofessional. First time Domino’s failed…….
This lady working the phone around 12:11 was so rude on October 25,2017 she asked for my address and I gave it to her, I was unaware that she was able to deliever to this location and then she was like “I don’t know why you keep calling...” (mind you this was my first time ordering from this place)anyways I said okay thank you. Since I was going to try to be nice, but she hung up like nothing.
0 stars. Cashier was hella rude and whispering lol! She got mad when I was like "I'm sorry I didn't hear you" she repeated it again but whispered again lol I was just like sure. She looked me dead in the eye like if I was joking lol funniest thing ever. Receipt just had the letter C where the name of the cashier is supposed to go. Idk. I think she's just sick of her job or out of it because she said "have a good day" .....it's 8:40 pm LOL.
Horrible wait time experience. Even if you order ahead you get here and they barely start making the pizza even though it says ready online
This place, I do not recommend. Employees are very rude , The manager thinks that he's mistake free will he's mistaken. He needs to learn how to take care of customers and listen and always know that the customers Is always in life right. Had to teach him a lesson
Can u hire a more rude young lady at the front register. Wow. Tell her go home is she dont like it. Geeze. What abreal annoying thing to go in happy and leave itritated cause ur worker at cash reg is just pointless..un helpful..rude and not wanting to be there. Tell her go home for reals. Or get a better attitude. NEVER WILL COME BACK EVER. WAT WASTE OF TIME ..THANKS FOR RUINING MY HAPPY EVENING.
I put a large online order though with a coupon code I received as a rewards member. I called in to change my pick up time, in which the manger, Monica, told me she was not going to honor the coupon, which I found really odd because I’ve purchase with coupons before with no probelm. She was very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t give me a valid reason as to why she wouldn’t honor my code. And when I told her I’ve used these coupon at her store and other stores before, she told me to go to the other stores and by my pizza there instead. Which makes absolutely no sense. With that kind of manager and customer service, who knows how they’ll make my pizza or if she’ll do something to my order to be spiteful. Especially since she has my information from the online order. Don’t buy from this Domino’s. Go somewhere else that appreciates their customers and provides better quality service.
idk why there so many bad reviews but i got dominos today and it was really good ! good food for my family thank you who ever made it, animo edit : so i threw up the mushrooms and pineapples from my order by domino. i ate this 2 days ago but now im getting symptoms like diarrhea and vomitting
