Fried chicken was yummy. 3 pieces of chicken deal was a great value. Store look a bit run down. The customer service of staff was great, nice and friendly. But kind of slow.

Went to pick up a big order for my night shift workers were great. But I gave it a four star do to the fact the phone number doesn't work for phone orders I think it would have helped for me to make the order to pick up instead I had to make the order at location wait 20 minutes. Bet again the workers were amazing.

Fried chicken is fresh and delicious. Sometimes outside stranger comes to use the bathroom, and sometimes guests make unclean things on all table and chair (when she leaves, the worker clear soon)...althought the fried chicken is delicious, but I can't 100% to enjoy. still recommed their fried chicken.

Always hot and tastes fresh. Not a big fan of cole slaw till I tried it here. Biscuits with honey is also a must

Chicken was okay, not as tasty as years back. The Jalapeño poppers, biscuits, and fries were good, mash potatoes and coleslaw were okay. They were out of hot sauce, did not give us honey and was told it would take 20min for mac and cheese... I'll stick to KFC..

Chicken was good and fresh. We had to wait around 20 min for it to be done. We ordered the dark meat meal and got mixed. I know it's more expensive, but we don't like white meat and we didn't even get one drumstick. Why is hard to get good service in Baldwin Park? Things are either missing or incorrect.

I have to say their chicken is good but their biscuits are the best. And add.. on my recent trip (today) I was given the wrong order. i did not check, by opening the boxes while in line, but opened the boxes when I got to my destination. the order was wrong. I called ..no answer..and mailbox is full. with it being to far to return just for chicken..we ate it. just next time I will check the order while in line. reason for 2 stars. its disappointing when youre set on eating what you want but was given something else .so it didnt go down easy. 😣

Great customer service but it's unfortunate that our chicken came out tasting like gas. My guests and I immediately got stomach pain from consuming the food. We got a full refund with an understanding cashier.

It would have been better if they would have given us our biscuit that was supposed to come with our meal. The phone didn't work so I couldn't even let them know. I hope they see this and call me back.

This is the second time they give me a old hard chicken sandwich I tried to give them a chance and I don't like leaving negative reviews but they just don't care the brand and chicken were hard infused to work at KFC a long time ago and I know when chicken if left out all day and yeah they saw old sandwich and instead of throwing it away let's give it to someone who paid money to eat a fresh chicken sandwich there Mac n cheese is great the biscuits are always glazed right but their chicken is horrible this is sadly the last time I go to this place and yes they always do forget to put something in bag it happend to me twice at least they are consistent about it stay away they also have a phone number that doesn't work so good luck trying to reach them and tell them they made your food wrong

Consistency with the issues is the norm at this location. From getting orders wrong, having conflicting information, and other small issues. The last two times the employees failed to properly close the lid on my drink and caused to spill on me or inside my car, and the first time they didn’t even fill the cup up. Somehow out of ice today so I have a warm drink. Don’t even get me started on old/stale biscuits and old fries. For as expensive the food has gotten I would at least not have to worry these things when every other place of food I visit in the area offers a vastly better basic experience. I don’t see myself visiting this location any more going forward. I’ll make the extra couples to go to KFC nearby if I have a craving for fried chicken I guess.

Just ordered 9pc chicken mix for $12 good deal but the chicken they gave me was stale, cold and hard. No wonder they’re so quick to give my order. Had a doubt so I asked the guy if the chicken is fresh and he even said yes. I trusted him only to find out it was cold and hard when I got home. Tried calling them but no one answered. So disappointed.

I ordered 14 pieces of chicken legs for dinner at Church Chicken, and found that they only gave me 9 pieces when I got home. After dinner, I went to the church's chicken and told them that they less me five chicken，She asked me to bring the box back and show her. I don’t need chicken , but her attitude makes me very angry. My English is not good. She Kept laugh at me until I took out the phone to record the video. I will never forget her arrogance. So So So rude，Worst restaurant ever！

Employees have really bad attitude. Again I guess I dont learned the lesson. I went back today the 02/07/19 at 8:50 PM I got the offer they told me over the drive thru the cashier Crystal was very rude. Then No mac and cheese available,when I got home my chicken was very hard and dry . This place needs more nice people specially a young guy his tall hes also like a manager but he needs to learn how to be a customer service as an sample of the employees

Milton saves the day but the other people working were not good or friendly , I don’t speak Spanish and they were only talking Spanish which isn’t cool . It was almost impossible to order .

I ordered through postmates and I was sent rancid chicken all of the food including the fries were made in this oil they tasted disgusting. The mac n cheese was all burnt. I only received 1 biscuit. I would never buy from here again postmates did nothing about getting me a refund when I reached out to them.

The oil smells not good, it may have been used too many times. Employees always chat with each other when they work，so they are slowly，don't come unless you want to have unhappy experience.

chicken is good-service is terrible-better count your pieces of chicken in the box before you leave-they short us every tme- tonight it was 3 pieces. If you try and call them on the phone about it-they just don't answer. TERRIBLE SERVICE. only reason we keep going is because it's convenient.

Awful place. Don't even get to eat and the manager made this clear. Just wait and we'll will help you he says. Followed by us standing there while another woman helps 2 more people walking in after us. Dirty small location and bad staff. Won't be back.

3/26 sat night 7:30 pm ordering at the drive thru unpleasant lady taking my order with no customer service training I'm a 61 yes old man asian .she just totally talking ro me like im homeless uneducated person I'm so frustrated with the service. Their manager Britney is very rude. Customer ask why it waiting too long, the drive way waited more than 15 min, the manager told customer go to somewhere else, then refuse to sell. But actually they were just chatting in the store, made drive way customer waited over 15min. Her coworker was recording customer and they were laughing together.

Pretty disappointed. I understand what is on the menu but if I ask for specific why would you try to change my order. 😑 Then I place my order only to be told No Mac and cheese. 😬

I ordered an 8 piece family combo and added a side of fries. I trusted everything would be in the bag so I drove off without verifying. I get home to find they forgot to include the 4 piece biscuits that were included in my meal which I obviously paid for. Then I had to deal with my upset children!

One day in 2021, their chef may run away from home. I'll drive to el Monte's to buy fried chicken. Please take a look at the excellent works of Baldwinpark's fried chicken shop. Updated on June 22, 2023. Has this chicken baby been made into food by you？

Never coming back to this location.

It ho back because I rode the bus I walked up ibuy they made me order at drive thru window(very hazardous and a lawsuit waiting to happen when somebody gets hit by a car!) I am in this neighborhood frequently but will go to KFC across the street from now on!

With the two deals I was supposed to get a jalapeno and a special sauce with each "THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE MEAL BOXES,THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE IT...and it came with a biscuit, but the butter they brushed on each biscuit was RANCID, YOU COULD SMELL IT AS YOU LIFT IT TO EAT....SMELLED LIKE VERY OLD OIL...NEDLESS TO SAY,' I WONT GO BACK TO THE B.P. CHURCHES ON RAMONA. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This is my third time going to this churches and they’re giving me burnt chicken that look like it been cooked in dirty oil bad customer service. I get home to find out. I just purchased a box of burnt chicken.
