Everything was great even though it was a late night order.

Came through the drive a little after 1am and the service was very kind and had great communication. Laura helped and would come back to see again.

Food it was good, if you like fast food. It was Sunday so we have to wait more that 20 min for our food. The staff was so nice.

Aaron deserves a raise and he’s is probably the hardest fast wood worker I have seen. Despite being extremely busy, and just him taking orders for both Drive and Lobby, he was able to accomplish both tasks in a professional manner. He definitely deserves that raise !

I just wanted to say that the manager lady and this place was very wonderful to me and I would love to come back and eat here. I just needed to quickly use the bathroom and the manager, as soon as I walked in and was heading for the back, she knew and immediately smiled and buzzed me in. Nowadays, so many places force you to pay to use the bathroom which is really difficult for people like me who drive Uber. It can take me like 30 minutes bouncing around sometimes or I'll just give up and pay. But the bathroom was clean, well stocked, and the setup was perfect for germophobes like me to get in and out comfortably and without fuss. Thank you so much sweet Manager Lady! :) Now I can get back to work. I'm sure I would have enjoyed eating here too :)

Honestly, this is the best Jack in the box. I go to. The workers are great. They're always friendly. They remember me, they greet me nicely. There is ready to help always courteous. My order is always right. Always cooked fresh and always quick as hell like I'm amazed as how fast they get the food out. Great place can't talk enough. Praise about them.

I would just like to say that your place of business is very immaculant hands down by far the most cleanest establishment I have ever had the opportunity to have a feast. But what made the whole experience a memorable one to be in deed, well it would of have had to of been meeting Mr. Senor Angel. I entered the building approximately 10:15 pm in desperate need for a cookie ,or a doughnut. ...because. .. "10 MINUTES PRIOR TO ME ARRIVING TO JACK N THE BOX YESTERDAY IN THE LATE EVENING MY GRANDMOTHER OF THE AGE OF 82 HAD CAME TO ME ASKING IF I HAD ANY COOKIES (BECAUSE I USALLY HAVE A STASH OF COOKIES SOME WHERE UP MY SLEEVES ) BUT BY LUCK MEANING BAD LUCK . I HAD NO STASH OF COOKIES THAT IS. BUT IT LEFT ME FEELING LIKE DUDE SHE HAS A SWEET TOOTH BECAUSE IF SH DIDN'T SHE WOULDN'T BE ASKING .So I gathered up all my loose change and I walkled on down the hall way knocked on her door and offered her a doughnut from the doughnut shop and I toldher that I would ride my son's tricycle all the way to the doughnut shop for her since she's always there for me. I could a tleast go and get her a doughnut ,right? So grab my son's Razor tricycle and I head to the doughnut shop and by the time I arrive I stop in the front of the doughnut shop a n d the doughnut shop was closed (now this place is USALLY open 24 hours but not last night ) So I turned my head lookingfor a reliable source to buy my grandm her sweet bread. So low and behold Jack'n the box was right behind me. By now my son's tricycle lost a pedal and cracked both of his rear tires. I'm telling you come tomorrow I have to have 2 brand spanking new tires and replace the post that connects to the pedal, oh and so I walkled the trike to Jack n the box. Where I was greeted by Angel a fine youg lad who explained to me that they don't sell cookies but they sell mini dough nuts, "perfect I shouted aloud " now right about now as you can remember I was riding my 11 yr old son's tricycle which is made to fit adults as well as children. Well I strolled into Jack n the box drenched with perspiration I looked like I came in from a monsoon, but no just as I was ready to order, the young Mr. ANGEL offered me some cold water to quench my thurst. So I can gather my senses and not pass out . I then thanked him kinky and I proceeded to place the order of the mini doughnuts. He made the order quickly so by the time I walked back to my house with the doughnuts still freshly warm. My grandma was so pleased and happy she gave me a kiss and thanked me and I left her in her bedroom to eat her fresh warm mini doughnuts.Boy I owe alot of THANKS to ANGEL and his team BACK in Jack n the box in IRWINDALE . THANK YOU KINDLY JACK IN THE BOX AND MR. ANGEL. GRACIAS Doughnuts for granny!!=

We are from Philly and this was our first time trying Jack in the Box. It was our pit stop before heading back to Vegas at 9:30pm. The town and restaurant looked dead. We were a little nervous but so glad we chose this place. The staff was so nice and the food was amazing!! Seriously the hottest food we’ve ever got from a fast food restaurant. Thank you guys so much!

Food is usually fresh. Tacos can be fresher and so can fries. Always skeptical of getting fries cause they usually aren't fresh but like this jack over alot in this area.

Depending what night you go, I guess?? Sometimes their really pleasant, other times they don't care. During the day, they are on top of things. So, par for the course- typical night shifts LOL!! Bosses at home getting their freak on!! Right?? 🤣

I wish the "munchie box" was better advertised. I basically ordered the same items it had, separately. Saw the small sign on the counter afterwards.

I just had an order of my favorite side order, Onion Rings. They were just made, crispy and tasty. I gave 4 stars because the amount served was a bit small and they did not have honey mustard sauce. 😉

I've been to the Irwindale location many times over several years but I have yet to step inside the restaurant. I'm always making a fast stop on the way to somewhere. The drive thru service is quick, staff are friendly. Food is fresh and hot. I love their iced mocha coffee. The only thing I would ask is that they offer oatmeal for breakfast. I don't always need a full meal to begin the day, oatmeal would be a nice healthy alternative but hey, it's Jack in the Box, you know exactly what the menu offers when you choose to stop lol

The worker at the drive thru window was great. She read what was on my mind and offered me exactly what i was wanting..... the food was good too...so overall very satisfied

For all it's worth the tacos are phenomenal. But I always feel very rushed like I'm bothering them. Even when there's no one there lol. I work just across the street so it's not a random situation it's literally every time I go there.

You ether get people who make your food aight, or good. And don't go there after midnight their milk shake machine will be broken or not in order or whatever.

THERE WAS NO LONG LINE. NO LONG WAIT. I HAVE NT EATEN HERE OFTEN. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN MY SECOND TIME. I USED THE DRIVE THROUGH. IT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE CLEANER OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. IT WASNT NASTY YET WHEN THE BUSINESS IS A PLACE TO EAT, I FEEL THAT THE ENVIRONMENT INSIDE AND OUT SHOULD BE INVITING, AND CLEAN.

This Jack's is the closest location to my house. I frequent it in the evening for the most part. My experiences here have been pretty average. The food is usually good, service is usually okay. Nothing special, nothing to complain about.

The food was hot and fresh but the order was wrong. Didn’t notice until we had left. It is jack in the box so the quality is what you would expect from a fast food place.

Unfortunately service was terrible. I waited at the counter for close to 5 minutes. Then had to wait another 3 to 4 minutes before I had to which I thought was the manager . Asking is that my order sitting in the warmer. Then she tells another employee to get it for me!

It's jack in the box. This location is pretty good. I have had some bad experiences at other jack in the boxes so as a whole company I'm not happy with them Round 2 I ordered tacos and they has no taco sause. This place is interesting

Order taker was prompt and pleasant. Food was hot and tasty. Restroom was another story. No ladies (closed) just family open. Very sad shape. No paper products, urinal needed a flush, floor sticky and dirty. Needed attention badly. Maybe McDonalds across the street was a better choice.

Customer service isn't all that good or bad. They got the food and they try their best. BUT GOOD LORD THEY NEED TO ADDRESS THEIR GNAT PROBLEM!! Gnats everywhere, from the tables, to the counter, to sometimes, even the food itself. Other than that, it's just like any other Jack in the Box

The lady that was working was rude I went in with my 2 yr old granddaughter And I asked my granddaughter do you want nuggets or cheeseburger. She said nuggets. So I told her nuggets and she said okay the 5 piece I said yes. The kids meal. The order came up to over 50 and then she gave me our drinks first and they were all large. I said no the baby gets a kids size and proceeds to tell me they have no kid size and then I asked her for sauce for the nuggets. I looked in the bag and I didn't see the nuggets and she said no I ordered 5 chicken strips adult meal. I said no I didn't why would I ask a 2 yr old or even get a 5 piece strips. I said multiple times kids meal. And instead of correcting she walked away and ignored me and didn't come back to the front. Poor customer service. That meal was 14 bucks for a 2 yr old. Very rude Okay so Ariana redeemed this location. Very nice and great personality and service. So thank you. 11/20/2025 10:00 am

Tried to play some mobile order but their mobile order was not in operations. Went inside and spoke to an employee and they said that the manager hesitancy to turn it off. Not sure why maybe they don't want to take the mobile deals

Gone to this jack about 5 times already, everytime I asked for an Oreo shake, low and behold, everytime their machine wasn't working. I didn't know McDonald's transfered all their employees to Jack now.

I love it as much i love hair in my food .my apologies i should of Wright the whole thing ...i call them and i was treated really rudely till he ask if i wanted free food and my money back i told him that that wasnt what i wanted ...all i wanted was to get my food with no hairs that i wasnt asking for free stuff i pay for what i am going to eat i wasnt calling to get free food i got offended all i want is my food with no hairs on it after i told him that his acctitud change but we used to go there like 3 to 4 times a week now i think i will go to MacDonald instead.

System is updating between 1-4:30 They dont accept orders between this time sometimes drive thru will be blocked by wet floor signs..corporate has dont nothing about this

The food is what is expected when buying Jack in the box but the service is either hit or miss I work graveyard shift so not too many options when you need to get a bite. Sometimes it's really good service sometimes it's really bad I guess it depends on who's working at the time.

Some days the food is good and some days it isn't. I recommend you always ask for fresh fries because I always get stale cold fries that just end up in the trash.

This place is not bad but once u go inside the restroom it's disgusting! No toilet paper and paper on the floor it was not cool dirt everywhere and the cashier is so rude! She rolled her eyes js bc I was asking to go to the restroom this is not acceptable. And they forgot a drink in my order like are u kidding me is it that hard??

Rude customer service, no smile, and vibes were very negative. I ordered a medium double jack, fries, and soda. Took 9 min to get and the fries were hot but saturated with oil very un-delicious. The burger ok just not satisfied for the $12 buck cost on the meal.

I went and bought a mint Oreo smoothie that was promoted to come with stickers however when I got home I found out that I wasn’t given any stickers and the cashier never gave my receipt

Waited for forever in line behind some guy with a huge order. If someone has that big of an order you should have them park and keep serving customers. Also our order wasn't ready when we pulled up to the window which is something that doesn't usually happen.

I come to this one all the time and they always get my order wrong unfortunately. Came today 11/30/25 @8:40 pm and the guy gave me the oldest cold curly fries and they and I asked for Nashville hot mozzarella sticks got regular cold ones really annoyed that they don’t pay attention to giving us our food warm at least. there was no one in line so there was no rush

Staff name Crystal was not very friendly at the drive through, no greetings, no smile, she was talking but no eye contact, maybe she not supposed to be there because the reciept says ernesto on it.

They cheat their timing system in the drive through by making you pull back away from the drive through window.

The food is room temperature, NOT HOT. The majority of the times visited the staff got the order wrong had to wait for them to correct order. Not all of the menu items are in stock, staff forced to use substitute items

I used to go here a lot because it’s up the street but the last time I went was just horrible! The food was stale and the fries were cold and hard. The staff was just joking with eachother and laughing not really caring about my service.

We go there often and every time we go at night they always get out order wrong. Yesterday I went there around 10:00 pm first they make we wait on the side for my order and I drive all the way home to find out that they forgot the chicken strips. I go back to let them know and the guy asked me for my receipt and my response was they never gave me a receipt. The guy did apologize for the mistake made but when I got home to eat all the fries in my order where cold.

This Jack in the box says it’s 24 hours. I work 3rd shift so sometimes I decide to go grab something out but this Jack in the box is always closed during my lunch break at 2am with a cone blocking the drive-thru

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 jumbo jacks and 2 tacos. Unfortunately we got 3 jr. Jumbo jacks.. Apparently the server wasn't paying attention to my requests.

The manager needs to be checked...I walked in wasn't acknowledged....waited 10 mins and wasn't helped out. 0 customer service skills....if she was my employee I'd fire her on the spot. This is exactly how you lose customers...needless to say I will not be going to this location again.

Terrible service from staff tonight. Ordered from the app to save time and make things easier, but I guess my order was inconvenient. Employee didn't say a single word to me at the window, no greeting, nothing. Just handing me my bag of food. When I asked for sauces, the person at the window (red hair, tattoos, painted nails) rolled its eyes and tossed them in the bag for me. Shut the window and walked away immediately. Way to make me feel like coming back.

The food was really bad today. I was in there at 6:10 PM today. And I could honestly say this will be my last time coming to this Jack in the box. I order a number 10.The chicken was so bad.It felt like I was chewing on rubber And the fries were so old I felt like I was chewing on corn nuts smh

Super disappointed in the service today. Did drive through and it took the worker a few minutes to even acknowledge me. When she did she confirmed my order a couple times and it was wrong when she confirmed it twice so I corrected her and then I came home and she gave me a completely incorrect order andy fries were cold. Was very sad to see this. We already don’t eat out much so this was a treat so we will not be returning to this location.

I went there for my lunch today 6/22/23. I ordered the 3 piece classic chicken strip meal. When I drove up to the window the girl attending the window was very rude she has no customer service experience at all. When I started eating the chicken strips had a nasty taste they gave me spicy chicken strips which I didn't like at all I had to throw them away which is waste of money. I also have noticed there is a lot of new people being hired. Make sure when you are hiring people that have good manners when attending the customers.

Just alright. Ordered 2 tacos and an order of jalapeño poppers. The tacos were cold and the poppers not much hotter. And to top it off they had us park in the front of jacks. There was nobody else in the drive through and 1 guy who inside who left as we parked. There was a girl and a guy but I wouldn't come back. It just seemed as if they could care less the food was cooked properly

I just left this jack in the box. The girl who was supposed to help people was rude just because I'm using a card you should be able to take my order. I will not be coming here again. This is my second complaint about this location

The sourdough jack was cold and bread was a little hard. Curly fries were also cold. Cashier was a little rude and got an attitude when I asked questions about other burgers. Most tables and floor were very dirty. Fountain drink area was also very dirty and messy.

I went in for two free tacos with purchase of large drink — promo for Lakers win and hold opponents to under 111 points — and the tacos were awful. There was so little meat inside, the taco shel was flat. At first I thought they forgot to put anything in it. So disappointed. Wonder if Lakers know their promo is awful. I won’t get fooled a second time.

Paying customer and they won’t give you code to bathroom to use . I have to use rest room and have to wait on the store manager naty to open door for us as she is only one who knows door code

I ordered a boba milkshake and I could overhear the manager in the back saying to barley put any in my cup so they wouldn't have to clean the machine later. Ouch.

Don't go. No food handling practices observed. Staff prep and cooking the food were checking on their cell phones in plain sight of customers while cooking or wrapping; did not concern themselves of washing, sanitizing or gloving after touching cell phones. One even left the station completely to take a call leaving the order items unfinished unpacked. This all in plain view of front counter customers and the supervisor/manager on the front counter. If I was a health inspector, there would of been 5 serious violations in the length of time I was there which was overly long 25 minutes with the staffs not paying attention to orders.

This was my second visit and they charged me full price for my shake when I just wanted it as my combo drink. The visit before I only got charged a difference. The worker told me this was the difference price but it's not its the full price of the regular shake. I'm owed a refund but just won't go back.

Was tired after a long days work and wanted to get something to eat before I got on the freeway, so I stopped at this jack in the box and ordered a Bonus jack combo with fries well done and a diet soda. What I received was an old cold flat something that did NOT resemble a Hamburger, it was so messy that the meat was hardly in the bun and flat like someone smashed it and it that wasn't bad enough it was totally cold ! I didn't eat it and gave it to the dog along with the cold soft flimsy fries, that I asked to be well done. In conclusion the only thing I got worth having for the 7+ Dollars spent was the soda. This is shameful, these employees have nothing to be proud of with this disgusting food. I'm pissed and reported this to Alexandra who was the on duty manager 12-26 the day after Christmas. Will see what happens with this report.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Employees were purposely ignoring while standing in front of cash register for at least 15 mins. In addition they took another 20 mins to make only two tacos and were extremely rude about it!! Would rate 0 stars if it was an option. DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Dining room closed on a Sunday afternoon. But the drive-through was open. Hours of operation posted on the door say store should be open at 3pm Went to McD's accross the street where I'm writing this review sitting in the dining room Should've checked the reviews, they're awful and the Mgr always promises to do better. Read the reviews, the Mgr is like ".. incredibly sorry that's not the impression JitB wants to leave..." blah blah blah. Same thing all the time but things appear to remain the same. Never again.

I ordered No. 14 chicken nuggets combo from this store on 11:20PM 6/6/2021. The price listed on the screen of the drive through was $5.99, after tax it should be $6.56. But I was charged $7.14 cash by the cashier and he refused to give me my receipt. I saw him throw the receipt in the trash. When I questioned the price, he said their price has just changed! That’s not true. If the price changed, why the menu didn’t change? This is a violation of CA State Law to charge a higher price on anything that's advertised at a lower price, the posted menu does constitute an advertisement. It doesn't seem like the first time he's done this when ppl pay cash. Not sure if the cashier kept the money himself or whether it was authorized by the store.

I took my daughter's to this jack like 20 min ago because they love jack. I waited in the car with my other little ones. They went down to order inside. I thought it was going to be faster. No They ended up waiting 30 min there. I don't know what's going on with this employees and management. They don't care about their customer service anymore.

They are allowing thier customers to use this restroom with the lock broken! Someone when in not knowing it was being used. This is not acceptable. Their management team along with district manager should be reprimanded they have no concern for the safety of their guest !
