Come on down for a refreshing drink! Inside is all decorated Halloween for the Kiddos which makes it fun! They have a healthy spin on breakfast which you can't even tell you are eating food which is food for you. So Enjoy
Got my Strawberry Surf Rider here today and it was delicious! It's always refreshing on a hot LA day like today. I was helped by Sylvia, she was so friendly and really seemed to want to know how my day was going. I'll definitely be back to this location, really appreciated the fast and friendly service!

I come here only when Sylvia works because she is honestly the sweetest associate this store has. She is always helpful and courteous when answering my (million) questions when I want to change things up. I always refer friends and family to this location due to her kindness, and friendly attitude. I made a new friend at a random Jamba Juice, that has me coming back everyday! Management: Great employee 👏 5 stars for service, delicious drinks, friendly service.
Was kinda hard to find. Didn't see their sign as visible as before on the main streets. So sad a whole bunch of Jambas are closing down, but was so happy to know this one's still open.

The number one point I'll make is that's it's very easy to not ever notice that this Jamba Juice is even there. Located inside the BofA parking lot, to the left side of Blaze Pizza, the only sign is way up at the top of the entrence and partially hidden by a large tree. that doesn't seem to stop it from having a long wait fairly regularly. Jamba Juice has been around long enough now that I've had multiple periods where it was part of my regular routine. They are always clean and friendly which tells me that upper management has their priorities in the right place.
Inside is small not meant for indoor seating just take and go! It's Jamba juice the Jamba and juice is good! No problems there just kinda slow service at times but overall not bad & good! Prices definitely went up, expect very modern prices... Don't like the price

The type of service I wish I could get everywhere very helpful answered all my questions to make a decision on what to order. Just wish they had more employees working as he was working alone..

Staff works extremely hard to make sure they can keep up with the demand of the customers, unfortunately the truth is the franchise manager is to blame for all of the problems at the store. I am never disappointed with the service or the product. But the franchise manager needs to fix the card reader, fix the food display, and fix the juice pours in the back. The cup shortage should not be an excused we don’t need jamba branded cup. I feel bad for the employees, they are working overtime to overcome and cover up the poor management. FIX THIS. You owe it to your employees.
This visit was better than the last one. The girl last time ignored me the second a "regular" customer entered. She spoke over me to him and helped him first. I bet she didn't even notice I left as soon as she disappeared to make his drink. This visit I at least got my drink and the guys was friendly.
Terrible service, waited too long for someone to take my order and two employees were arguing to each other right in front of the 2 customers including myself. I won't come back to this place.
First time visit and most likely the last one . Didn't like th service this Jamba juice gave me . Got a chunky strawberry bowl and got no strawberries in the top. When I asked I was told we dont have any strawberries so my question is why wasn't I told when I order it !!! No communication with the other employee,no teamwork!!
The lady that did this today was in such a hurry to talk to a friend that showed up to the store. The açaí is almost water, there is hardly any granola (I paid .50 for extra) there is not even 5 pieces of slice bananas. I buy at least 3 açaí bowl a week but this has been by far the worst one. And they are expensive for me to not even get enough granola or banana. Avoid this location.
I used to come to this store a lot when I lived in the area. But lately their service has been so bad.. they’re kinda rude. They work slow even though they only have 4 people allowed to be in the store. They didn’t smile, they didn’t say welcome, they didn’t even say thank you after I pay. I don’t know if I’d come back to this store again.

I come to this Jamba Juice frequently, as I love having a smoothie after my gym workout. First thing is first: the consistency is disappointing. I will get smoothies that are thick & sweet and then other days they will be watery and flavorless. This location is understaffed - there is usually only one person working at a time. So it does tend to take longer to get your order. Lastly, this location doesn’t have the authentic Jamba feel. It’s dull & dim in the front area, the bathroom has been out-of-order for the last couple of months and is barricaded by a table (this looks cheesy, let’s be real). This location needs some tlc - I still love Jamba tho.
App order. Item out of stock upon arrival to pick up!! And oven was out of service too. I was offered a refund I’d see in 2 days OR a cold sandwich. One of 2. Very disappointed. But the smoothies were all good.

Place is run down. Love Jamba Juice but supplies were scarce. Grab and go Fridge was empty. Feels like this place is barely hanging on.

Its mostly about the online service and the lack of care for the customers drinks. My wife and I always order ahead so we dont have to wait around drinks are left out and get warm and watery and today 6/20/20 I tried just grabbing my order as they were left out on the counter i was told no I had to wait for the other customers to be helped and I had to wait outside I do not pay ahead to wait around while my drinks melt
Service was slow. The bowl I ordered was supposed to have strawberries. They were out of strawberries, they failed to tell you before the order was prepared. I had to ask where the berries were. Their answer was "I put more of the other toppings on ". The base yogurt in the order was soupy. It was watered down more than the drinks. Why bother to put it in a Bowl? They should have put in a cup with a straw ! Never going to that Jamba ever again!!!
I love Jamba Juice but this location is different from the rest. Bad customer service employees seem upset that they are busy. Lots of people during covid-19 without work and these people act like they don’t want to work. Only allow 5 people inside so make sure to check or you will be rudely greeted with GET OUT and wait outside. Even if you place a order on the app and says to pickup 2:37 and it’s already 2:45 still going to have to wait around a bunch of people so don’t wayste you time on the app just go in. Also they might tell you that they have no order for you because they have been busy and haven’t checked online orders. Great location next to the mall but can use some training in customer service.
Just came to This location to get a drink for my daughter and I and her the $3 off that my app has and The system is down. I asked to speak to the manager to ask if she could honor my coupon as the manager comes out I explained to her the situation and she said she was aware of the it issue going on with The app. I asked if she could honor the coupon and she said no with an attitude. I said ok thank You and asked her name she said Silvia with a Y. That’s the kind of attitude she had
Order had old and spoiled strawberries, the store was locked at 8;05a but they opened at 8a. The cashier's apron was filthy. Don't go here. Customer service and the food industry is not what it used to be.
Management was super rude, didn't even get my drink right and made me stand outside for " 4 people only inside" but yet she had 6 people inside waiting around for their drinks and then she closed the door on the people standing outside in line even on a older lady who asked to stand inside because of the heat. This place is a poor excuse of an establishment. I'll definitely be taking my money elsewhere
For having 4 people on staff, they don’t start the order until 5 minutes after. Two of them were on their phone instead of doing the orders. While making the order they keep stopping and talking to each other. An order that should take no longer than 5 mins took over 10 mins to make. Everyone kept stopping to talk to each other about non work related stuff.
I am a delivery delivery, almost every time I go to this store, I will be treated with a very bad attitude, she will say “get out”loudly!Then my guest's list was not made half an hour ago, but was ordered later. Two drinks made me wait for half an hour, and their attitude towards me was extremely bad. It's a short, chubby girl with a bad attitude. I will never take orders from this store again. Because she doesn't respect the people who work, she doesn't respect my labor and time.
The smoothie was very bad if you can call it a smoothie. I ordered a medium Caribbean passion and it had no flavor the texture was alright. I asked them to remake it which they did in the second one was just all juice didn't have any smoothie texture I didn't have any flavor still I decided to just cut my losses and leave. Probably the worst Jamba juice I've ever been to. their bathroom was out of order as well and I really had to pee.
I wish I could give this place a negative rating! I waited 50 plus minutes to receive one drink! The staff called orders randomly and not according to who ordered first. People who came in a half hour after me received their orders first-despite them ordering more than 3 drinks! I asked why they deliberately overlooked me and was told they wanted to get rid of the strawberries first. Bullshit! Does that process take an hour?! Aside from that, I was not given an apology for being ignored on purpose. Even at the 50 minute mark the guy asked what I ordered again! How disorganized! The management at this location is clueless. Do not go here. They are rude and inconsiderate. They give drinks first to friends they know and choose who they want to assist.
If I could give a zero I would give a zero. They were out of bananas and they were out of utensils so they gave me a little cup to eat my açai berry bowl. Then they told me to go next-door to Blaze Pizza and grab a utensil even tho Blaze was closed.
Have been a fan of Jamba Juice for years. This place in West Covina served us the worst drinks I have EVER HAD! It tasted as if they had rotten fruit or something. Tried contacting Jamba Juice corporate for a refund because they were so bad. NO RESULT! GOODBYE JAMBA JUICE!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE RIPPED OFF BY THEM!! UPDATE: 7-15-19 THEY STILL HAVE NOT TRIED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT IN ANY WAY! CORPORATE WAS NO HELP AND THE OWNERS OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T CARE TO MAKE ANY COMPENSATION. ALL YOU END UP WITH IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE RUN AROUND! VERY SAD🙁

I love Jamba, but something wasn't right with it today... I think something was spoiled. I had to throw away my whole drink, it had my stomach feeling bad, my mouth feeling funny. It wasn't good today.
I ordered 3 drinks and all drinks are wrongly made!! Unbelievable that they have people working when clearly they can’t make the drinks the right way. My mango go go taste just like orange juice..I was at the store on 02/25 at 7:00pm. Please have those 2 girls get some training
Dirty restaurant. That should have been my first clue. Rude “manager”. The store has a sign posted at the entrance that says something to the effect of “The whole world is short staffed, be kind to those who showed up!” Listen, all the more reason to treat ALL your customers with dignity and respect regardless of what the circumstances are! In these times, you are lucky this place is even open and you have a job. Think twice of the words that come flying out of your mouth. I’m sure the owner would agree. Visit another Jamba. This one is pathetic.

If all possible to give 0 star review I would . I am usual customer from this place . But Friday 2/28 I came in to order as I used to before the juice have no taste, the service is horrible , attitude is out of control. There were two ladies working there service and attitude is horrible. I have to dump all the orders that I have because taste horrible. I will never go back to this place again . There are so many places better service than this places .
The tall and over weight gentlemen in there took my order. He was on the phone the whole time and got my order wrong. Asked for a white gummy but gave me something completely different. Was a bit rude as well. Will be praying for the guy to take his job more seriously.

They were closed bc of a broken blender, then I waited a while and went back and there's a sigh on the door saying their freezer is out and they're low on supplies. I started calling to see if they have the drink I wanted and they never answer the phone. When I go inside the store it's empty and the worker isn't doing anything but standing at the register. She wasn't helping anyone or making drinks. I don't see why they couldn't answer their phone. They were low on supplies so why were they even open? Bad customer service.
Order a Caribbean passion on the app, when the order came out she gives me a raspberry smooth. And I when I told her she gave me the wrong one. She said I had ordered the raspberry one and wouldn't make things right.

I had the chance to see my juice being made with 3 ingredients missing. When I asked the associate about it she asked me what I ordered. Seems like she didn’t pay attention to the order. Then she tells me they don’t have all the ingredients. At this point I’m upset and questioned the fact that she was going to let me walk out with a completely different drink than I had ordered. So I ask for a refund, since they don’t have the ingredients for my drink. Now I’m told she can’t issue be a refund. She said I’d have to call customer service. So I left with no drink and no refund. Then I call customer service and I’m told they’ll investigate and get back to me with their findings in about 3 days. What happened to the days when you could speak to a manager and things just got settled immediately.
The absolute worst customer service ever. Nicholas A is the most disgustingly rude employee i have ever encountered in my life. He refused to give me a refund for 2 drinks that I paid for using the kiosk per his direction, only to tell me they don't have peanut butter. So I paid for 2 drinks and didn't receive anything but a nasty attitude. I will NEVER return to Jamba juice ever!!
I had the misfortune of ending up at this Jumba and witnessed something I’ve never seen in my 30 years of life. 35 minutes, 35 minutes for one large Mango a go go. When they finally hand it to me, they tell me they don’t have large cups so they have to split it up. My question is if there were no cups, why charge me for a large? So I ask for a refund of the difference and I just take a medium instead. By the end of the ordeal, I’d been there 40 minutes. 35 for a smoothie and 5 for the return. I think the saddest part of all was finally getting the smoothie and it not even tasting the way they usually do 🥲 I know they won’t care about this review but I’m taking the time to write it anyway so I NEVER forget to avoid this jumba juice at all cost. Notice how I didn’t mention it was $9 for a smoothie, that wasn’t the issue. There was so much more here.

Frequent this store (minimum 8 times a month) and the story always the same!! Cant take customers because have to refill stations and asked to wait 30-40 minutes. Completely ridiculous. Only get a drink 25% if time i drop by. I swore never again. Found a place closer that i can just drop in and out.
I purchased a turmeric shot here about two weeks ago.. was very shocked to see it had expired two months prior before taking a drink. I returned it to the cashier but she was unable to issue a refund to me there, she let me know her manager would provide me a refund in 3-5 business days. This was ten days ago, I’ve come back to the store two times to check on the refund and the manager was unavailable both times. I would usually just chalk up the three dollars and some change but the lack of communication with management has been really upsetting. The fact of the matter is I should not have been sold an expired item at a fresh foods store.
Horrible customer service. I went in around 1:30 pm and the two girls working barely even acknowledged me because they were so wrapped up in their own dumb conversation that customers could care less about. Be professional and attentive. 4/11/2025
