This chipotle location has bigger portions from the ones I have visited in the past. Enough chips for 3 on the big bag. I have asked for extra broth and they did not hesitate to do so. I liked the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Over all I will definitely come back and of course recommended.
Love the great food and big servings!! The staff were also great in assisting us.
I placed an order through the website which was convenient, and easy to do. Originally I had tried to do an automated phone order, but I couldn’t get by the protein option because it didn’t recognize me saying sofritas. I tried about 5 times and even hung up and tried again, but still I couldn’t get through. I ordered a burrito that was most delicious. It was ready in the amount of time estimated, which was 15-20 minutes. I walked up to the counter, asked for my order, and left. It was a quick and easy process. This location has plenty of parking, a small seating area, and friendly service.

I went during a time that it wasn’t busy, and the prepared ingredients were still hot and fresh. The staff was kind, the establishment was clean, their condiments/cutlery station was stocked, and their restroom. (I would feel safe to say restroomS, too, even though I only went in the ladies room.) And that guac is just 🤌🏼. Magnificent.

My only complaint is that they could be better about communicating to the cook when certain food items are getting low rather than waiting until they run out. Other than that, my food always tastes fresh, and the portion size is what I would expect from Chipotle.

Maybe most people are used to California's bathrooms. I just can't get past needing a code and permission to use the facilities. That said; this chip was clean, cool and mostly empty. Nothing special. Employees are friendly.

Never seen such a messy Chipotle before. We got inside exactly at 10:45 and the space was dirty, tables dirty, overall space had crumbs/trash pieces. Where they prepare food, that area was messy and did not look appealing to the eye. They really need to emphasize on cleanliness since they're serving Food!
Meat portions are pretty bad. Bowls are all over $10 now and they don't even put a decent amount of meat on--its like half what it should be. She dropped the measly amount of meat on top and I kindly asked if she could put a little more on, then she asked me if I wanted double meat and I looked in the meat thing and there wasn't even as much in there as she gave me. The meat I did get was mostly fat. Sad 😮💨
It says it's free, I spent $27 on it, downloaded the app, but they refused to give me a free guacamoli, saying I had to spend another $5 on something else, but there's no information about that in the ad.
Got the chicken bowl with lettuce....most disgusting chicken...seems I got all the nasty ends too. Never had soft giggly chicken that should have been grilled, but whatever.

Honestly, these people can't get it right. They definitely have their good days when the workers care what they serve and there are days when they don't give a rat's behind. Chipotle food is okay but once you get to the end of the line, make sure to smile to compensate for the bad energy of the workers.

I work at a school near by and I took a chance a mobile ordered from chipotle today. Big mistake because this is what I opened up to mind you I paid extra for double chicken Al pastor and this is what I received worst chipotle bowl. Almost looks half eaten.
After placing a mobile order for a quesadilla 2 sides and my side of chipotle vinaigrette (so 3 sides) I go inside to pick it up and they said they don’t have any vinaigrette, didn’t know what it was, nor did they offer me a substitute side. Disappointed to say the least because I would have never ordered a quesadilla if they informed me on the app that they didn’t have any…. Then I get home after already being frustrated and they put the fajitas on the side and not in the quesadilla!!! A lazy employee or an untrained employee either way, do better
With all do respect……… no one cares, no one values customer service no more 😤This Chipotle is ABSOLUTELY horrific, from the messy presentation of the food, customer service and I don’t care attitude from the staff. Even though they needed to clean around the food and put out some fresh food, I still decided to give them a try (plus) I had been working ALL day & was tired….my family needed to eat. Run away and DON’T look back 😕😐
Arrived today at 10:50am and they were still CLOSED. I am writing this at 11:23am and they still have not opened. They allowed a lady with a company order to pick up her order but kept the doors locked so no one else could get in. The people in there photos have been waiting since 10:50am and so many people left in the mean time bc they probably had jobs to get to. I don’t know who the general manager of this location is but it’s NOT the first or second time they’ve opened LATE AF! This is just the first time I’m taking pics and posting about because… DO BETTER!!!

INHUMANE Treatment! Came here once, ordered, dined in and got some work done during lunch hour. After I finished eating, I asked for the restroom code. The worker stated, its on your receipt. I stated, "I dont have my receipt anymore. I threw it away just as I paid." She said well you cant use the restroom without it. I said but you know im a paying customer because you saw me pay and dine in. She stated I know but if you dont have your receipt Im not gonna let you use the restroom. This made No sense. Nearly almost going on myself and doing the dance when trying to hold it in as a grown woman in front of other customers. I ran back to the restroom hoping someone would just come out. No one did. I went back to her and asked can she just open it for me if she doesn't want to say a code. She refused. Finally after a few more minutes of us going back and forth, she states, I'll open it for you but I wont tell you the code. Makes no sense as thats what I asked her to do minutes ago. Complained to Chipotle but got the same generic response everyone else is getting here on google. What a way to treat your paying customers and working professionals....anyone!

Found a long hair in my Chipotle bowl today. This is unacceptable and disgusting! They don’t care about food hygiene.
Second time I've been into this location. The first time they were stingy with the meat and guac. One tong of barbacoa and not even a spoon of guac. I had to argue to get the full spoon. I had forgotten about the first time so I went in today before I went shopping. I ordered a kid's taco meal since I can't eat much. I get this at least a couple of times a month from other locations so I'm familiar with what it usually comes with. At this location I received barely enough meat for one taco let alone two. And the barbacoa had barely any flavor. It wasn't in the broth it usually is. I just had cheese, sour cream, and salsa with it and chose the chips as a side. Same things I always get. I also added a side of guacamole. They tried to charge me for the salsa and when I asked why they said you can only get three sides. I asked when did the meat become a side? It's the main part of a taco! They then tried to say it's because you get chips as a side. The manager saw the look on my face and said she wouldn't charge me the nearly $2 for $0.10 worth of salsa this time. Thanks for not charging me for something I shouldn't be charged for anyways. When I got home and looked at the side of chips that came with the meal that they decided meant I didn't need salsa there were 6 chips in the entire bag, not even half full. The bag is full at other locations. Extreme penny pinching. And the seating area was filthy. There wasn't a single table or seat that didn't have food all over it.
