Smash Park - Westerville

Food is amazing. I had wings and the Park burger (on separate visits of course LOL). I also has the cheese balls (cant remember what they are called on the menu), but they were very good. Make sure you are hungry because the portions are big. Staff are very friendly, especially the bartenders I have met. Very personable and I enjoyed chatting with each one of them. I have not ventured into the game room just yet, but will on my next visit.

Brittany H was phenomenal. She was there in a flash for us. She was always there for refills and to see if we need anything. We were a party of 8. She was nice fast and got all of our orders perfect. The bus boy Kyle was by promt,attentive and kind. We can't wait to come back and be regulars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience at Smash Park! The atmosphere is so fun — there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The menu was amazing, and the food was even more outstanding! Our waitress Olivia was absolutely wonderful — friendly, personable, and incredibly attentive, even with our large group. She made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. A big shoutout also to Tyler, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and positive energy really stood out. Smash Park is definitely a place we’ll be visiting again soon!

Headed in for a quick lunch and to see Smash Park in person. The space was great with tons of offerings for fun. Food was great and menu was well put together. Our waitress Lily was extremely helpful, insightful and was a great help to a great first experience!

First experience here was awesome! We had lunch and tried the Mac & Cheese, Bang Bang shrimp and wings. Everything was great and pretty perfect serving sizes so you’ll eat the entire plate and not have left overs. Lindsey was so sweet and amazing with us! It was fun to play games while we waited for our food! We will be back!

We had the most amazing time as we celebrated our son‘s birthday. Our host was incredible’ The atmosphere was electrifying And the team that worked, the floor were professionals and courteous. Our hostess Christie C . Stayed with us throughout the whole day taking care of our party of 15 teens, She was amazing !

Great place to experience a lot of different games/activities and enjoy time with friends. We went on Sunday morning and had a great time eating brunch while playing bingo. Staff is friendly really cool environment and the food was pretty good.

Another great addition to the Westerville area. Smash park does a great job of catering to both families and young adults. Between the arcade, shuffleboard, duckpin bowling and large outdoor space, kids will have plenty to do. Meanwhile axe throwing pickleball courts and darts are areas for adults along with an adults only upstairs space. The food what you'd expect but all delicious. They e got an extensive cocktail menu and most everything can be shared. I wish the beer list had a few more craft brews but it's adequate. Still a couple kinks to workout out on the service side but that's to be expected with a brand new venue. Overall I'm glad this place opened up and I'm excited to go back!

Smash Park, the area's latest adult activity and playground, is a fantastic spot for a night out with friends, a group gathering, or even a work party. This place lives up to its name, offering a fantastic mix of games, great food, and a lively atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you'll be impressed. The space is nice and clean, and no matter where you look, there's a TV, so you'll never miss a moment of the big game. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time. The activities are the main attraction, and there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re into competitive sports like indoor or outdoor pickleball and cornhole, or looking for something more low-key like duckpin bowling and arcade games, you’ll find it here. For those looking to try something new, the ax throwing and darts are a blast. We were with a decent-sized group, so we tried a few of their shareable plates, and we were not disappointed. The food is surprisingly great for a place focused on activities. I highly recommend the Pickle Balls, the Sheet Pan Nachos, and the Firecracker Shrimp. They were all delicious and perfect for sharing. Overall, Smash Park is a super impressive addition to Westerville. It’s the perfect place to unwind, have some fun, and make some great memories. I highly recommend it for any occasion and you won't be disappointed!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The space is well organized and well maintained. We had a great time at Smash Park - Westerville.. I won’t lie I wasn’t sure what to expect from Smash Park when I booked my gathering. I took a leap of faith and chose smash park for a workplace outing. What a wonderful decision that was. We rented the duck bowling lanes and were served by Kristian. Kristian was wonderful server who took care of our large party. He made the experience seamless, allowing for us to explore the whole space and play duck bowling. We ordered drinks and appetizers. They came out so quickly and tasted delicious.

Visited the place on Oct 3rd with my husband and friends, and I wish I had taken more pictures. We loved the place, something new and different, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, and there are so many options for fun! We had a little “inconvenience” with our food, per say, but I personally didn’t think anything about it cause I work at a restaurant and understand how everything works, but the manager that night came to our table and took care of the situation, it was so so nice, and the beer was also super tasty! I’m looking forward to going again and bringing my family with me.

This place is big lit! It's like Dave & Busters, Pins Mechanical, 16 Bit and Recreation Center all in 1.... BUT BETTER than imagined! U gotta visit!

I haven't eaten the food so no comment on that. I went during opening day, drinks good, reasonably priced. Cool happy hour specials. Substantial amount of seating maybe like 8 to 10 pickleball courts🤮 (i hate the game). 4 outside rest indoors. Small arcade area, other games too: corn hole shuffle board, axe throwing, darts, something i cant bocce ball lol. Upstairs for adults only after certain hours. Private rooms for events. Perfect venue for karaoke, trivia, corporate outings etc. Hopefully they maintain a concrete business structure. So at this point 5 stars.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I visited Smash Park during their Open Hour today and was completely impressed by everything they have to offer. First, let’s talk prices—super reasonable for the amount of fun you get. Their Happy Hour is already on my list to come back for: Monday through Friday from 2–6 pm with $4 bites and $4 drinks. The food comes from a scratch-made kitchen and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Dip—it’s creamy, tangy, loaded with smoked chicken, and finished with blue cheese and green onions. The flavors were balanced and delicious without being overwhelming. We also got to sample several items from their catering menu, which was a great bonus. As for entertainment, Smash Park has it all: virtual axe throwing, darts with a digital scoreboard, cornhole, bocce ball, cyber shuffle that tracks multiple games, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, an arcade, duckpin bowling, and even a karaoke room. And a special shoutout—make sure you look out for Alexa and Christie. Their customer service was absolutely impeccable and really made the experience stand out even more. Smash Park is absolutely worth checking out—I can’t wait to go back!

Tonight was our first night here at Smash Park. The Deep fried Pickleballs are Amazing !! Our server was Liz and it was her first night. here working and she rocked it. We will be requesting to be in her area, when we come back.

This could be the place that ends Pins. If what we experienced was during their soft opening, when they're fully cruising, this place could be untouchable! Our waitress, Gabbie, was very personable, attentive, and extremely helpful with providing us the full breakdown of how everything worked. We would highly recommend the Bao Chicken and the Tacos Al Pastor Platter. Their beer selection and the layout of the entire venue was fantastic! As long as they keep this high standard moving forward, this will be THE spot to watch OSU Football and any other sporting events! We'll absolutely be back!

We had a great family day at Smash Park. They were amazing helping me celebrate my birthday! Elle was an excellent server! Special treatment for my 60th was much appreciated.

We needed a place for a large group for our Otterbein senior day celebration. Mike and Tyler got us the back patio that seats 100 and even brought more tables in because we had more than expected. The patio was warm and comfortable on a winter day and was the perfect spot for our large group. The wait staff did a great job handling our group. The food and drinks were really good. We had a great time. Thanks to the entire team at Smash Park.

We hosted a client event at Smash Park and reserved 4 pickle ball courts. Christie was our server and took great care of our party. She went out of her way to ensure our guests were taken care of. This is a great spot for entertainment of all ages and the food is very good as well! We’ll definitely be back!

This place was great! I was here with a group of 50+ people for a work conference. The food, entertainment, and staff were amazing. Special thanks to Elle, Alex, and Brant who took care of us for both days. You guys were amazing! Thank you and we hope to see you next year

We hosted a private 2 day event (50+ attendees) in Feb 2026 and this place is fantastic. The customer service was great, the food was phenomenal and the environment was very modern, clean and welcoming. A major shoutout to the customer service team of Alex, Elle and Bryant. They are great ambassadors to the Smash Park brand. Our group enjoyed it so much we are looking forward to booking the same event in 2027 at Smash Park. Well Done!

Our host did an excellent job we had a group of 12 she did a great job. Ribs were dry on several of the meals and not all the food was hot we chalk the hot part up to trying to bring everything out at once. Need to do better on the BBQ plates .

OLIVIA was so flipping nice. She was sweet. Didnt check on us too much but just enough to let friends catch up. Never rushed us. She was so good at making recommendations. This was my first time here as I live a couple hours away and I just loved her so much.

Thank you so much to Tracy and staff for making our night!! We had a great evening celebrating our anniversary here. Staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating. We had the best time renting a karaoke room. Would love to come back with a larger group for more karaoke. Convenient bar access makes for a great evening :)

We held a company party at Smash Park Westerville for approx 200 attendees. Feedback from our staff was nothing but high praises for the food, activities and staff! From a planners standpoint Smash Park was awesome to work with from the initial contract through the event itself! Mike, Tyler and the whole staff the night of the event were phenomenal!! They went out of their way to make sure everything was running smoothly. I really appreciate the continuous communication throughout the night! I HIGHLY recommend having an event there with any size group. We're already talking about holding happy hours there in the future! Thanks again Smash Park for a great night!!

We had a very large basketball event there and I can’t say enough about the food , service and atmosphere! Everything was top notch! Shout out to Rosa - our server was outstanding handling a very large crowd ordering drinks and food all at once ! Rosa never wavered from being a true professional ! She was assisted by Tucker and Christina ! I can’t say enough about how awesome they were !!! I will be back and always recommend you three ! Thank you

Great experience! Our bartender was Garrett and he couldn’t be more welcoming and attentive! Would go back just for his service. The food was actually really good as well. To add to the experience, the manager checked on us as well and was readily available and visible. First time in and it was a really pleasant experience. Excited to go back.

Have to give a shout out to Liz!! We were introduced to Liz by the manager and learned she was new to the team, which made her performance even more impressive. She delivered truly exceptional service throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, checking in on us at just the right times without being intrusive. Her kindness made our entire interaction genuinely pleasant. We were particularly impressed by how thorough and professional she was, handling our order and any requests with impressive accuracy and polish. She is clearly a fantastic addition to the team and is already performing like a seasoned professional.

The pickle ball courts are great. They have made improvements to keep balls from rolling under the gates and the gates don't slam every time they close. It is still pretty loud but much improved. The staff is very friendly and they have a lot of other games to play. A fun place to play games.

This place is absolutely amazing. Fun for just a date night for couples of any age or a night out for the entire family. I am an avid pickleball player as well and you won't find a better place for your entire family to play for the lowest cost around, just $30. So many things to do you can could go 10 times and still not do it all. I have been 5 times now and looking forward to my next trip to do duck pin bowling with the family. Thanks for bringing such a family friendly and entertaining place to Westerville/Lewis Center.

Went here to eat after our pickleball time. The pickleball courts were great and reasonably priced. Ate afterwards. Service was decent. They have $4 apps for happy hour but felt like they were small portions so we opted for the regular menu. Got the chicken sandwich (it was ok, not as crispy or breaded like the picture), loaded nachos were ok, pulled pork was average on them and some of the chips were burnt. The avocado toast was good and the garlic fries were good. Daughter loved the bao chicken. Would come back for pickleball but felt like for the food you got it was a little pricey for the quality.

Update: I was invited back. Got to try the pickle ball courts and lunch again. Staff was amazing. Noise level in the same table section was a very normal level even with a lot more people. I really appreciated the opportunity to try again. Old:Went at noon on Saturday and we were the only table. The game was on so loud I couldn't hear my server. She asked for it to be turned down but didn't make a difference. Burgercwas just ok. Garden chicken sandwich was good. Fries were good but a bit over salted. Cool concept with 4 indoor pickleball courts.

Our server was Olivia and she was fabulous! We had family in town to celebrate my birthday and the holidays. Olivia even went above and beyond by surprising me with a birthday treat! Our food came quickly and correctly, as ordered. Olivia also made sure our drinks were filled. Thanks Olivia!

My husband and I planned a date day and we wanted to try out the new place! Immediately you walk in you’re greeted by very welcoming host stand! Those ladies are very friendly and know all the answers to any questions you might have! And they are very upfront when it comes to telling you heads up it’s gonna be a wait for some things you might want to do! We were seated right away! We were told that our waitress will be right with us! Our waitress was Liz! And she was amazing! She helped us decided what would be appetizing to someone like me who is picky! She was very attentive to our needs !! The activities there are on the pricy side for just a couple to do! But there are a ton of free options to do as well !! Definitely will be back!

The lights at the pickleball courts could be better. We really had to concentrate and watch the ball. It was hard. Apart from that, it's a great place to have some fun.

Good spot for happy hour drinks from 2-6. Activities are pricey, costs detailed on their website. Food quality is slightly better than Dave & Busters which isn’t a good thing.

I went on a Saturday night so pretty busy and it is still fairly new. The drinks weren't bad but I do feel they were a bit overpriced. The food was priced well and we got a sheet ton of nachos to split and they were pretty good. I also got to strawberry lemonade smash as well as a fishbowl drink. I saw a tiktok of this place and it looked nice. Definitely book ahead of you know you're planning an outing, sadly each thing cost separate money so it's not like pins(at least the one at Easton) where they hold your id and you can play a round. Most things cost about 10/rent per person with the exception of a couple things. Everything there seemed like a good time. We were there while the game was on and it definitely had the vibe of people wanting somewhere to eat and watch the game. I might use this as a date night spot but I don't think I'd use this for a group outing in the future as it is now. Our server also wasn't able to get us our drinks within a timely fashion due to the bar being backed up, we only found out after asking her for it again after 20 or so minutes.

Ordered meaty Mac and cheese. The smoked chicken was very dry, and there was too much meat and not enough creamy Mac and cheese. Olivia did a great job though and took care of the issue. She was very friendly and polite!

Came in with a large party and got the works, multiple appetizers, drinks, and food with duck bowling after. The service was phenomenal, Liz was great. Food was just ok. My fries were overdone, and burger was average at best. At the end of our meal we were given QR codes to leave reviews. I left a 4 star, saying what great service we had and nothing negative. When we moved to the bowling area our server approached me and nervously asked me to either change my review to a 5 star or delete it. I deleted it per her request. If you aren’t interested in feedback, and how you can be better don’t ask for reviews. Also part of being a manager is having difficult conversations, and dealing with guests. 5 star reviews are earned, not demanded.
