This is a good Chipotle. It is very clean. The staff is very nice. Our online order was prepared in time. The food was made very tasty with good servings.
Fast service, great food and readily available seating in a nice, calm environment.
I go in about twice a week or more, right after the gym. The staff is always great but whenever I see a very friendly worker there, I believe named Jalil, he always makes a point of remembering me and asking me how I'm doing! Sadly he just told me he would be transferring to San Diego to continue his college education there so good luck to him. Glad to hear that the company was paying for his tuition as well! Always a pleasure going in the Westlake Chipotle. High recommend this one.
I have had a few bad experiences at this particular location. But I noticed on my last trip that the staff are all new. My bowl was fantastic. Possibly even the best tasting Chipotle I have ever had. Thanks and keep it up!
This Chipotle consistently delivers good food and friendly service. The vibe from the employees is among the best I've seen at a Chipotle. While it can see big lunch rushes, it’s just as common to stop in during quieter times. The store runs well no matter the pace. You can tell the GM really knows what she’s doing and sets a good tone for the managers and staff. It's a busy store. Sometimes that means things break. Also, every restaurant can get orders wrong. All you can hope for is good customer service if it ever happens to you. I've rarely had any issues but I can say that I have personally had great customer service every time at this location. They always make it right. Bonus points for the iced tea—surprisingly great and super refreshing. Nice and dark and not too watered down. Great afternoon caffeine boost.
Chipotle is always good! Meats were fresh and juicy, the staff is courteous, and the restaurant was clean.

We enjoy the food when it’s fresh and when we get our order right. At meal time this location can be pretty busy. Yesterday I ordered from the app and went in to pick it up I had to wait a few minutes with a few customers in line because there was only one guy busy the online order. I appreciate the work ethic the guy has. In the mean time somebody was moving the trash can out and back in, while three workers are working at the walk-in food prep lane. I am suggesting management to use two people at the online order station to fulfill and disperse the orders during rush hours. You know you can predict the time. The food was good this time. I have had experience when they gave me way too less food or get my order wrong or miss some items in my order, maybe due to new workers pushed to work without enough training. Look, I know it’s hard to find reliable labor at the salary level you offer, but you need to do what it takes to have quality control. I want you to succeed so I can eat chipotle twice a week, happily!

Good food. Burrito bowls and burritos are excellent. Update: Been noticing lots of issues lately. I was told it is now under new management (summer 2023), but never expected such a rapid decline with a change in management. My weekly habit for the past 5 years now has to find another location under better management.

Tonight was exceptionally disgusting. I have no car so we had to eat here before calling uber. But one woman walked around with her food looking at all the dirty tables, then walked out. Food is great. Too bad this location is poorly managed. No napkins until I began taking photos.

Genuinely the trashiest, dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever gone to. It’s hilarious to look at reviews and see the same complaints over and over
idk if they're chronically understaffed or what. -its dirty and the floors/tables/bathroom are ALWAYS sticky. the trashcans inside and outside are always overflowing. sometimes there are tables full of trash from previous customers that looks like it's been sitting there for hours. -there's always a gaggle of obnoxious teenage boys OR homeless people outside intimidating anybody who walks in -the ingredients are ALWAYS low and look like theyve been sitting there for hours. theyre often cold, saggy, and/or dry. I dont know if staff is highly monitored for how much food they make- or if they're just too lazy to prepare more ingredients. - in typical chipotle fashion, you have to haggle with them to get a full scoop of ANYTHING. i am exorbitantly polite and still had eyes rolled at me when i asked for more than a quarter scoop of meat & queso (18$ BTW!!!!) GOOD THINGS i have done transactions before with some super pleasant & personable staff. the few times i have doordashed from here when i was in a pinch, the portions were excellent. its a good location for the teens- they get to hangout and have relatively cheap lunch/dinner while they people watch. im happy they have a place to be undisrupted.
Out of everything including veggies , drinks and meats, went to scan my 1700 points and the guy didn’t know what he was doing and after I scanned them he said it didn’t work and I had to re scan them, which I obviously can’t do, restaurant itself is dirty and the portions are ridiculous
I used to really like this chipotle but after today I’m not coming back. I’ve never been skimped on portion size this badly. The kicker is when I asked for extra cilantro, which I *always* do at *every* chipotle, they told me no because “it’s a health hazard.” WHAT? 😂 Just tell me no, don’t make up a stupid lie. So every other chipotle is committing a health violation by giving me extra cilantro? I don’t think so. Ridiculous.
Worst chipotle ever. Half of the time they don’t have avocado or veggie. Very bad planning You have to wait for chicken for 10 minutes. Nobody checks what are they running out of. They serve as if they have to pay for our food.. every time you have to ask to put more. Even though their CEO said, they want to be generous, I don’t think this store ever listens to top management.
Every time I come to this Chipotle I swear I never will again, and then I'm stuck in a rush and I do, and regret it. Consistent issues with uncooked rice, gristle in the checked, a foul taste in the guac. The kitchen area is gross with dirty counters. And while I was there I saw an employee dump fresh beans right on top of the old beans that had been sitting there for who knows how long. Not good food practices. This time I swear I won't go back.
The food here was delicious just like at any Chipotle I go to normally, but I got in a little bit of a tussle with this very tall and aggressive employee behind the cash register. I visited this location today which is July 6, 2024 between 7:30 pm and 8:15 pm I was there just to get some food like I normally do when I go to any Chipotle location. Tonight was different though and that is because I had to deal with this poorly trained and rude employee. The girl behind the cash register tried charging me $1.85 plus tax for a second side of cheese. My normal order is a chicken bowl with white rice, double scoop of black beans, chicken, green salsa, sour cream, cheese, and for my son I get a side of chicken and two sides of cheese. My son loves his cheese what can I say. I was told that my order was going to be $17.25 and when I asked why the girl said "that they charge for more than one side of any fillings for the burritos or bowls." The girl at the cash register insisted that they normally charge for a second side of cheese which would have made my order $17.25. I go to Chipotle very often in the San Fernando Valley and just happened to be at this location tonight again. So, I decided to stop here to eat knowing that my normal order cost $15.44 and I know this because I was at Chipotle in Northridge two days ago and that's how much it cost. I told her that I never pay $1.85 + tax for a second side of cheese and at any other Chipotle they would just gave it to me with a smile on their face with no issues. I told the girl that if it was a problem to just throw it away and give me my food. I don't know why this was a big deal for $1.85+ tax. Any other Chipotle this wouldn't have been a problem, but for some reason at this location it was. I looked up the Yelp ratings for Chipotles in the area and I just noticed that most Chipotles usually range between a two and three stars on Yelp for different reasons. This Chipotle is no different for sure. The ambience, at this Chipotle location is just like you would expect which is average, but not great. This location on Lindero Canyon Blvd. for the most part is kept clean with the exception of a few napkins on the floor that employees forgot to pick up and the lemonades that were completely emptied and not getting refilled. The trash can situation in the dining area was weird because I saw the employee that I had an issue with taking out the trash out of the trash bins and then all of a sudden the bins disappeared and there were no trash bins to put trash in and this was around 8:15 PM maybe 8:30 PM so not even close to closing time. The bathroom at most Chipotles normally smells like sewage water backed up or the inside of a septic tank which included this location as well , and there were no paper napkins in the dispenser. In conclusion, the food was good, the customer service was horrendous, the dining room and the bathroom is not well kept. As for the Chipotle on Lindero Canyon Blvd in Westlake Village don't try to up charge for ridiculous items with your customers just give them what they want and they will come back for more. As for me returning to this location, I'm not sure I will be returning for more. For anyone who wants good food with bad customer service this location is for you I GUESS.

The employee working the food at 7:45pm on July 3rd, 2025: She was very rude to me while I ordered. She put half scoops for everything and gave me a dirty look when I asked for more. She barely filled up the burrito and I’ve been to chipotle hundreds of times. When I would ask for more she would literally either not listen or put a penny size more on. Then she went to wrap the burrito and DIDNT EVENT FINISH. I opened the tin foil and it all fell apart. I never complain but this is the worst chipotle employee I’ve ever dealt with. Hope this doesn’t happen to others.
This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of Chipotles. There was a very rude lady, tall with black hair, who spoke to us like we were dumb. We were confused with a question she was asking us and instead of explaining nicely, she raised her voice and acted like we were dumb. She then threw our quesadilla to the other employee and it fell in the sour cream and she just laughed. She also didn’t fill our food up at all, less than half of my kids meal was full. So rude and disrespectful, will not be coming back to this store.
I love chipotle but this location is the worst to go to. They’re beyond rude and not helpful at all. My friend and i ate there and someone had stolen her expensive bag, we were panicked bc it was in the store so who could’ve took it? We kept asking for someone to help us but they all ignored us until i got mad and demanded the manager. The shift manager brandon i believe his name was, was so unprofessional. Seriously where did u guys hire these people?? from the street? he told me he can’t help me because he’s too busy and that he is the manager. I asked if you are then why aren’t u being helpful? He said i’m trying, as he’s standing there doing nothing. He didn’t give us any answers on how we could figure this situation out so i asked for the store manager and he gave pointed me to the cards in the front that i can’t even contact and it say phone not available. Another employee who was off was also speaking to us saying that they won’t show u or look at the cameras because they’re not allowed… what’s the point of the cameras? I was in there for about an hour trying to get these people to care but they legit laughed at us and made us look desperate. Also the food was not the best. I don’t even remember the price of my bowl but it was definitely not worth it and for the size and portions they gave me should’ve been less than 10$, they really scamming out here
I recently had an unpleasant experience at this location. I waited for 15 minutes for my online order, during which time the cashier exhibited unprofessional behavior with multiple customers. When I politely inquired about the status of my order after the long wait, her response was aggressive and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed to be the manager herself, which was surprising given the tone and demeanor she displayed. Additionally, I have noticed on more than one occasion that the store appears disorganized and unclean, which adds to the overall negative experience. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future for other customers. The employee definitely needs aadditional training, This was the first time I’ve encountered such poor customer service in this area!!!
I had food delivered via grubhub. Although the label on the bag had my name, the order was completely different. It's been awhile since I've eaten at a Chipotle and the quality seems to have gone off a cliff. Especially the chips. Not that I even ordered chips!

This is one of the worst Chipotles I've been to. Absolutely everything we ordered tasted like an entire bag of salt. I don't know if they had an accident this afternoon and spilled a week's supply of salt in everything or what, but I'll be drinking water all evening to get over it. I also had a voucher for a free guacamole, but was charged for it without noticing. The staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. This place is off the beaten path, to be sure, and I think for good reason.
Tried to exchange a chcken bowl for a chicken burrito but the manager was very rude and refused to exchange or refund the money. Had to throw it in the trash. The rice, veggies and chicken were soaked with oil. The lettuce was not fresh. Complete waste of money. Never again.
Seems like other reviews are fairly accurate. Service is rough. They try and move you too fast and end up messing up orders or creating a hostile environment with customers. Management needs help. It’s not the front line’s fault, they’re doing what is told to them. Do better chipotle leadership team.
This woman, who I’m assuming is the manager given her button up collared shirt, is just plain rude. After a few less-than-happy exchanged words, she went to grab the chips and literally threw them at the handle bag with our bowls saying “here”. Would’ve been easier if you threw them at us. It would’ve taken 3 seconds of your time to put them in the bag.
All the workers are really really nice, but I kid you not i asked for a bowl and usually they do 3-5 scoops per each but they gave me a half of a scoop for everything my bowl didn’t even fill up half way and I get rice beans carnitas corn sour cream cheese lettuce and salsa on top which usually at other Chipotle’s when I open my bowl it’s filled to the brim spilling out but this was litterally under half way.
Extremely Disappointing – This Location Has Gone Downhill Just tried to get a simple burrito at the Chipotle on Lindero Canyon about an hour before closing and was shocked to find out they were out of guacamole, pico, sour cream, cheese *and* lettuce. That’s not just a missing ingredient or two—that’s half the toppings gone at a burrito place. I wasn’t the only customer frustrated—others inside the store were asking what was going on, and the staff’s response? Laughing and saying “busy.” No apology, no solution, just indifference. To make matters worse, the place was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. It’s unfortunate because this *used* to be a good Chipotle. Now, we drive the extra 15 minutes to the Topanga Mall location where the service is friendly, the food is fresh, and they actually seem to have their act together. Stay away from this location unless you want to leave annoyed and empty-handed. Hopefully someone in management takes the time to read this and makes some serious changes.

Do not go here! The rice was not cooked properly picture this rice balls. When they asked if I wanted hot sauce or pico de gallo I said I would like it on the side not inside my burrito. Then Emma went ahead and tried charging me for the salsa and pico that I didn’t want inside my burrito. This has never happened to me at any chipotle and I’ve been to chipotle over 100x. I’m assuming she was trying to nickel and dime me because I called them out on the rice not being cooked properly it looking very unappealing. I will go on Google and Yelp to let consumers know what type of experience they can expect here at this location worst chipotle I have ever visited and I have visited a lot of locations. The girl at the front doesn’t know how to make a bowl. She doesn’t understand any English what it appears like. She’s being stingy with the portions like she can’t add a couple extra pieces of meat saying the portion is for “one person” like what is she implying with that? She must be new there because she didn’t even offer the extra protein option she just said “you can’t have it it’s for one person” and then once we told her we want extra she messed up the bowl by putting salsa in it. We said sour cream not salsa! Now all that food goes to waste anyways. Please hire better people.
No wonder there are bad reviews from others. This is a poor service/quality location! We recently ordered Uber Eats. They FORGOT to put meat in our steak bowl! It was a veggie bowl even though we paid for steak bowl. And to make matters worse, we ordered TWO BOWLS and they forgot and gave us only one. Incredibly disappointing experience. Steer clear and don’t waste the headache!

Horrible experience, 1. They had a new trainee that had no clue what he was doing 2. I got home the meat was so salty that I had through out the entire food 3. Worst than anything else is there is no way on earth you can call the place and talk to someone, a dumb AI won’t let you connect with a live person in the store !!!!!!!! Never going back
The employees are rude and the food is disgusting. I love some chipotle but this location is very poorly managed
Disappointed at best. At 730pm after dinner rush the trash cans were overflowing and tables hadnt been cleaned in hours. I could put all of that aside but the staff was rude when asked for the status of my food. They said they didn't have my order then said you're early. I was there at pick up time. When I received my food. No rice, veggies or corn salsa. Avoid this location.
The girl at the front doesn’t know how to make a bowl. She doesn’t understand any English what it appears like. She’s being stingy with the portions like she can’t add a couple extra pieces of meat saying the portion is for “one person” like what is she implying with that? She must be new there because she didn’t even offer the extra protein option she just said “you can’t have it it’s for one person” and then once we told her we want extra she messed up the bowl by putting salsa in it. We said sour cream not salsa! Now all that food goes to waste anyways. Please hire better people.
You can't even buy food here without the employee in the front getting offended for asking for more portions, they are fighting to keep most of the food from you, why bother when panda express is right next door.

No wonder there are bad reviews from others. This is a poor service/quality location! We recently ordered Uber Eats. They FORGOT to put meat in our steak bowl! It was a veggie bowl even though we paid for steak bowl. And to make matters worse, we ordered TWO BOWLS and they forgot and gave us only one. Incredibly disappointing experience. Steer clear and don’t waste the headache!

What a crappy chipotle. Line is always a mess, food spilled everywhere, the trash cans are always overflowing, workers have an urgent need to rush you through the line without letting you make selections. The manager hates the customers and will pull an employee from making your bowl to scold them or gossip with them. She knows who she is.

Extremely Disappointing – This Location Has Gone Downhill Just tried to get a simple burrito at the Chipotle on Lindero Canyon about an hour before closing and was shocked to find out they were out of guacamole, pico, sour cream, cheese *and* lettuce. That’s not just a missing ingredient or two—that’s half the toppings gone at a burrito place. I wasn’t the only customer frustrated—others inside the store were asking what was going on, and the staff’s response? Laughing and saying “busy.” No apology, no solution, just indifference. To make matters worse, the place was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. It’s unfortunate because this *used* to be a good Chipotle. Now, we drive the extra 15 minutes to the Topanga Mall location where the service is friendly, the food is fresh, and they actually seem to have their act together. Stay away from this location unless you want to leave annoyed and empty-handed. Hopefully someone in management takes the time to read this and makes some serious changes.
