We had a great dinner tonight at WeVino. They had live music tonight, Thursday. We sat near the musician, but they have (1) another large dining room for people who want a place easier to talk, (2) a large outdoor heated terrace area with a fireplace where it is also easy to have a conversation, and (3) a bar with some fist come first serve tables. Our waiter, Arturo, was great and was knowledgeable about the menu. I had the filet mignon which was delicious and my wife enjoyed her branzino. They have a lot of fantastic wines by the glass, but also have a full bar with a cocktail menu. The cocktails were solid especially their take on the Smokey Old Fashioned. We had the molten chocolate cake to finish our evening, which was worth the 15 minute wait. This place is a great for a date night, a meal with friends or even a small group. It is definitely more of an adult restaurant, as we did not see any children this evening. We hope to be back soon.
We have been wanting to try this establishment for some time and we are so glad we finally did tonight! The cocktails were unique and well crafted. Ambience had all the vibes you would want. We recommend the burrata at the bar with a cocktail, then transition to a table with a nice glass of wine and watch the pasta evolve before your eyes. I was living in the moment and I did not take a picture until the dessert. The service could not be better. We highly recommend. Second visit - also delicious, honestly their Happy Hour is just a delight of creativity, another delicious drink & amazing service!
I finally came to WeVino for a friend’s birthday celebration. We all sat at the bar and had appetizers and dessert. My husband and I didn’t go before because we aren’t big wine drinkers. However, they have a full bar with amazing bartenders! The ambiance and food were excellent! The wine part is cool (if you drink wine) because you get to taste many bottles before making a selection. If you love wine it’s a no brainer…but even if you don’t, it’s a beautiful place with a beautiful vibe and great food and service! Will def go back!!!
WeVino, a true gem in Westlake Village, brings the authentic Italian experience to life. From its warm and welcoming atmosphere to its delectable and authentic Italian dishes, it stands out as a standout choice among the competition. Their extensive wine selection offers a diverse range of wines from around the world, allowing patrons to sample and savor the flavors of different regions. Here are some highly recommended dishes that you must try: - Spaghetti Con Polpette: Our son couldn’t get enough of this dish! - Penna Alla Vodka: This unique dish offers a delightful taste that sets it apart. - Pappadelle Bolognese: An absolute must-try for its incredible flavor. - Fazzoletti Al Pesto is also very unique and very tasty. Note: The Cacio E Pepe was also quite good, but it had a bit of a salty kick. For dessert, you must try their chocolate cake with caramel syrup!
Canceled a birthday dinner at another restaurant and moved it to here because I read the reviews for WeVINO online (it was the responses to the reviews from the general manager Jay, that sold me). Because, when a restaurant honestly shows how much they care about the experience their customers have, you know you found something really special. First off I LOVE that this restaurant is kind of off the beaten path. It makes it feel less "Commercial" and more intimate and authentic. Secondly all of the staff were absolutely phenomenal, providing an upscale level of professionalism, while also being very approachable and inviting (A very hard combo to achieve). This includes our brief interactions with the hostess and bartenders, and sommelier while waiting for our table. The ambiance was welcoming yet couth. I come from 16 years of restaurant experience, so my attention to detail surrounding points of service are very high. I notice not only the service at my table but also for those around me, and I can say that the attention to tables by staff never faltered for anyone within my view. This also included when a large party was sat down (the ultimate test that can throw an entire restaurant into the weeds). Our server Devin along with the the rest of the service staff who serviced our table were all phenomenal. Sorry I am HORRIBLE with names, to give you all shout-outs (had to have Devin write her name down for me so I wouldn't forget). Compliments to Executive Chef Edward Brik! As All of our food was spot on and beautifully executed. As someone who loves and appreciates food on a global scale, I loved hearing about how all of the ingredients in the food we ate were sourced. So much love and dedication has gone into the curation of each dish and the menus as a whole. It was our first time visiting tonight, but I hope Chef Brik doesn't keep with a static menus, because that would be such a waist of his talent. It would not shock me if WeVino was gunning for a michelin star rating. So keep up the amazing work. We look forward to dining with you again and will definitely be seeing you for brunch soon! Cheers and thank you all for such a wonderful night 😀.
Met my client—now great friend 💕 @yisset__ —at a new spot in Westlake Village called @wevino_westlake and WOW. The hippest atmosphere, most phenomenal food, and a wine vault/list like nothing else around 🍷✨ Shout-out to Louie, the friendliest and most accommodating bartender—his knowledge of specialty drinks makes you feel like an absolute princess 👑 And if you really want to level up? You can have your own wine locker, complete with crystal wine glasses that somehow make fine wine taste even more magical. Officially my new hangout. 💃🍇
We first came here for a happy hour in May. Apparently the waiter we had was in training and after a horrible first 20 minute impression, we walked out. An hour later, the managers, Reena and Jay, called us directly (using the number we shared for the reservation), expressed their apologies and offered a complimentary happy hour experience. We came again a month later and were served by Colton and visited by the Executive Chef, Edward Brik. Over the next two hours, they turned our skepticism and apathy into joy, respect, admiration, and gratitude. Indeed, Jay had comped the entire happy hour menu for us but it was Colton's mastery of the menu and expert explanations of the quality the convinced us to try more. Then, Chef Brik, would prepare complimentary samples of other dishes being served. In the end, they provided an exquisite safari of tastes, culinary expertise, and superb service. My wife and I will never forget this experience and highly recommend you visit WeVino to enjoy Colton's suggestions as well as Chef Brik's outstanding culinary expertise. (The food was so good we forgot to take pictures of the other three drinks and six dishes we enjoyed. But we got a video of Colton melting the bone marrow onto the hybrid cut of Angus/wagyu beef! Amazing! To the side you can see a hand-made pasta dish and carpaccio).
Food ambiance and service exceptional...booths are cozy. Beautiful patio with oversized fireplace, it was raining so we sat inside. Enjoy the two walls that include enomatic use.

This restaurant is an absolute gem. The decor is stunning—dark and intimate yet open and social, with perfect lighting that sets the mood. The wine selection is next level, with over 3,000 choices from around the world and a super cool tap system that lets you sample different pours with a pay card. The sommelier knows their stuff and gives spot-on recommendations. And the food? Every bite was insanely good, with top-tier ingredients and perfect execution. Already looking forward to coming back with friends who appreciate great wine and a classy atmosphere to enjoy it.
This is a true hidden gem situated across from the Four Seasons Westlake Village. I went for FOUR consecutive nights because I wanted to try most of the menu before returning to my place in UT. The pasta is so fresh that you can watch it being made behind glass and the quality is unmatched. Everyone in service goes beyond from being warmly greeted, regularly checked on to ensure your water glass or other needs are not unmet, etc. They also loved my dog and checked on her wellbeing- highly recommend as a dog friendly spot especially since the outside area is so beautiful with a lovely fireplace!
Beautifully designed and decorated, excellent wine selection from all regions and varietals, and the food was delicious!

We Vino may be the most accomplished ristorante in all of Ventura County. Staff is on point with a passion for informative, dedicated service that enhances customer experience. The kitchen produces notable cuisine led by Executive Chef Brik and Chef de Cuisine Ludo. General Beverage Director Andrei, Sommelier Luca, Server Kendall extended warm hospitality and kind gestures that made me feel like an honored guest. I experienced a pleasing 3 hour stay that went all too quickly. Bravo!

What a treat!!!! One of the most mouthwatering experiences we have had in a long time. The vibe… the wine selection… food… DO NOT MISS OUT
Wevino is a total gem! They have a unique self serve wine system with so many great choices. We started off with appetizers, and every one was a hit: steak tartare was perfect, lobster corn dogs were a cool surprise, tuna tartare was super fresh and had a lot of unique flavor, Caesar salad was on point, and the meatballs were amazing. We went for a pasta night, sharing a few dishes family-style, and each one was bursting with flavor thanks to their creative sauces. For dessert we had the pana cota and doughnuts which were amazing. The waiters were super friendly and attentive, and even chef Brik made it out of the kitchen to check in with all of the tables. They’ve got a private event room and a nice patio, too. Heard they’re adding live music on weekends and brunch in October—can’t wait! I’m definitely coming back for more of their awesome food and wine!
Wife and I went for the first timeand everything was amazing!! Meatballs (Polpette Brasatte) and Arancini for appetizers, Caesar salad, then Agnolotti (butternut squash), Fazzoletti, and Parpadelle as main courses. We ordered way more than we could eat, but wanted to try a few different things (definitely took food home!). Love the wine by the glass poor your own by the ounce option - probably 2 dozen choices: white, rosés, reds, California/domestic on one side and Italy & France on the other. Decently priced and ready to sample a variety an ounce at a time. Definitely going back!
My wife and I had dinner here last night to celebrate a couple of closings in our business, and it ended up being the perfect choice. The service was genuinely attentive, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the food… incredible. Thoughtfully layered, subtle flavors—none of the heavy, overly salted stuff you find in so many places. We left feeling taken care of and already talking about when we’ll be back.
Wife booked this place and I must say it is really nice. The staff is very friendly. You must come here for the walk-up wine bar. Very fancy and the first of its kind I have seen.

We had a lovely dinner at We Vino, a beautifully decorated restaurant. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. They have mandatory valet parking. Although we waited about 45 minutes for our table, the experience started on a positive note thanks to Jay, the manager, who was very kind and attentive, he even comped us a drink while we waited, which we appreciated. The ambience is truly the highlight, chic and inviting As for the food: • The carpaccio and wagyu tartare were delicious fresh, and nicely presented. • Our spicy margaritas had just the right kick. • The ribeye was good, though I personally didn’t feel it justified the price point. • The cacio e pepe was underwhelming, and the pasta portions in general were surprisingly small. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the atmosphere and starters.

Beautiful atmosphere with very green serving staff. Food tasted great but my ravioli was under cooked. My partner's pasta was perfect. Overall nice but I wouldn't go back until they have worked out a few things.

We were excited to try WeVino for the first time, and unfortunately the experience did not match the beautiful setting. Service was very disorganized. Our meals came out separately — my pasta arrived about 30 minutes before my husband’s steak, which took nearly an hour and was overcooked when it finally arrived. We ended up eating at different times, which really took away from the evening. Our waiter was also not very attentive. We waited a long time just to get regular water, and the bottle of sparkling water we ordered never came — yet it still appeared on the bill. We were told the delays were due to “kitchen issues,” but after seeing similar comments in other reviews, it seems this may be an ongoing problem. If the kitchen cannot support a full dining room, it might be better to limit the number of tables seated. It’s disappointing because the ambiance is lovely, but overall the experience did not feel worth the price, and we left frustrated rather than relaxed. 🥹
Overpriced. Bill was not itemized at all (overcharging) and waiter and bar suggested a 22% tip. Martini was so-so , not great. Waiter who served beef tartare insisted on mixing it for me on my own plate and left me with the silverware he had touched — extremely gauche behavior. Better tartare in the neighborhood was about $10 less for same size serving.

We arrived promptly at 7pm for what we hoped would be a memorable wedding anniversary celebration and were seated within minutes. The restaurant's ambiance impressed us with its attractive décor, which matched the appealing photos that had drawn us here in the first place. Unfortunately, the evening quickly deteriorated from there. Our waiter, though pleasant and polite, was running around empty handed for the majority of the night. We waited 30 minutes for a drink and a full hour for our appetizers to arrive, during which time our water glasses sat empty despite numerous staff members hurrying past our table. When our waiter finally checked on us, he apologized and explained that the kitchen was overwhelmed, which at least provided some context for the delays. The service issues only compounded as the night wore on. Another forty minutes passed before our entrées appeared, and when they did, the quality didn't justify the wait. My pasta was overcooked and lacking any of the finesse one expects from a restaurant with fine dining aspirations. My husband's salmon was equally unremarkable. We weren't alone in our frustration. Several nearby tables voiced their complaints openly, and one table next to us left after waiting over an hour without receiving any food at all. Throughout this chaos, the manager remained conspicuously absent, never once stopping by our table to acknowledge the problems or offer a personal apology. After enduring more than two and a half hours of disappointment, we requested our check, which materialized in under a minute. Our waiter mentioned that he'd spoken with the manager and that we'd receive a complimentary dessert on our next visit. While we appreciated his effort to make amends, given the evening's experience, there won't be a next visit. We paid for our thoroughly underwhelming experience and left. The restaurant clearly had a difficult night with an overwhelmed kitchen, but the combination of extremely slow service, inattentive management, and mediocre food made for an unacceptable dining experience, especially for a special occasion. What made the situation particularly puzzling was observing a nearby table that arrived an hour after us receive their complete order within minutes, suggesting that certain guests may have received priority treatment while other patrons endured extensive delays.
