The workers are so kind & so patient. This Starbucks seems to be ALWAYS busy, & I know dealing with entitled people isn’t the easiest … give these individuals a RAISE!!
Jessica G needs a raise!!! She went above and beyond today with great customer service. I recently had knee surgery but am not yet back to myself. She greeted me with a smile, put my cream and sweetener in my coffee and brought it all the way out to me at my table. Most people just do their job....Jessica knows what it means to take care of the customer!
I placed a pretty large group order, and it was completed so quickly! The staff were eager to help me transport and left so many uplifting messages on the cups.
I absolutely love coming to this location before work! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! They're kind, energetic, and have a positive attitude whenever I order! Shout out to the morning crew and all that you do!
ok i tried to give it the benefit of the doubt like four or five times but its just getting to be too much at this location; i live down the street and i will literally put my order in at 6:50 before i leave my house and i will arrive at 6:30 and still be waiting for my drink for at least 15 minutes. so literally almost an hour to make a coffee? nothing fancy either just an off the menu drink with cold foam, meanwhile i watch like 15-20 cars pull up to the window and drive away. clearly they only value the drive thru customers and times but i can’t risk getting trapped in the drive thru. today was legitimately the last straw, i ordered a coffee and egg bites and walked in half an hour after i placed my online order and the coffee was sitting there and not the egg bites, so i stand there and wait… and wait.. and wait while i watch the barista run around rapidly making drinks for the drive thru and taking orders. not a hello, not a i’ll be right with you, NOTHING. i was the only other human being in sight besides the worker. i just awkwardly stood there for ten minutes before i had to just take my coffee and leave to not be late for work. i have never once had this problem at any other location.
You guys need to have more staff. I saw that the drive through was busy, so I went inside, thinking it would be faster. There were only 3 employees and it took 20 minutes for me to get my drink. Then when I finally got it I noticed they had made it incorrectly and I had to ask them to correct it.
This location consistently has trouble getting our orders correct and frequently has drive through waits in excess of 15 minutes (most recent was over 30 minutes and we had to leave). This location does not reflect the great service provided by other locations.
Let me start with is i work in Hospitality, in a coffee shop, and I understand that you can have a hard day that's frustrating but you DO NOT take it out on the customers, especially kind, respectful customers. Just went through the drive thru and from the get go all I recieved was short answers, being cut off and general rudeness. I tried to order and the woman on the other end of the speaker kept cutting me off because "she couldnt hear me". She did it so often that I just waited until SHE stopped talking to start again. I didn't change my tone, I just went again and suddenly- she heard me! She was rude through the order, when I got to the window, was still extremely short and rude with me and again KEPT TALKING OVER ME and said "YEP. YEP. YEP" She's middle-aged, blonde with black gauges and apparently "works at the Nagel store". She then told us that our drinks would take longer because "order aheads take president". When we finally got our drinks, I get this same drink at every location, it was noticeably different and it's not a complicated order. Literally just skim milk. Very disappointed in this location
I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade from Here and they made it wrong. It was way too light in color and tasted very off. I had already waited 15 minutes for it and it was very busy so it was fine but when I asked the barista brushed it off and didn’t remake it or fix it for me. I kept tasting it and said it didn’t taste right but nothing was done. The cashier was lovely and kind but I am just upset my drink was made wrong and was then dismissed.
I have never much minded the atmosphere and coffee at Starbucks, but more and more lately I have had a handful of problems come up that make me more likely to go elsewhere. First, I have found that it takes too long for an order to be made. I understand that they may operate in chronological order, but they seem to prioritize mobile order and drive thru orders over walk-ins. As a walk-in with a very easy order - an espresso and hot water - it can be up to a half hour wait. And there are times where several minutes go by before anyone becomes available at the counter to take my order. There are plenty of staff and plenty of other orders being put out before mine, and eventually, mine is ready. When it is, it isn't as hot as it should be. Also, more and more often lately at this location, the espresso and hot water tastes off, like sewage, and is weaker. This particular problem was addressed with them more than once but it keeps happening to this day and it has been months. Lastly, when opting for the drive thru, the fact that instead of just taking your card and running it for the expected amount, they hand you the pin pad through the window and say so obnoxiously that "It'll ask you a question there first" feels more violating than I would like. Tips should feel less forced/solicited and more about free will - these coffees are overpriced to begin with and often I don't feel the service is worthy of shelling out anything more.
Worst startbucks I have ever been to. I have been here multiple times because I'm an idiot and think it wil get better and it doesn't... It gets worse. Every time. You will most likely wait a minimum of 20 minutes, sometimes more. I am not sure what is wrong with this location but avoid it!
The slowest Starbucks. It is absolutely ridiculous. I could drive 10 mins the other direction to a different Starbucks, get my drink, go to where I need to, and get there faster. And I just might start doing that.
Be prepared to wait 40 minutes plus and for your order to be made incorrectly. Even when ordering ahead far in advance, the workers will tell you “we just now got your order”. Worst Starbucks location by a mile.
The worst Starbucks I’ve been to I have to wait close to 30 minutes every time even if it not busy and there are only two cars ahead of me. And once we pull up to the window it takes another 10 minutes for me to get my drinks.
The worst ever! Every single time I go away with undrinkable sludge! What's happened here??? The last 6 months I'm wasting money and dumping venti iced shaken expressos down the toilet. This place should just close up.
I have been attempting to go to this Starbucks for years. Dirty, disorganized, and unhelpful staff. Should be shut down and reopened with new management. Tried to go again today, waited 30 minutes for one drink before asking for a refund. Numerous people left without drinks or walked out after staff could not figure out how to refund them. Workers did not apologize and simply stated that there were a lot of mobile orders. Bad business model, bad management. Starbucks should be embarrassed of this location. Will never return.
The worst Starbucks. Spent 40 min in the drive thru today and it wasn't even busy. Finally get to the window and as soon as I was handed my drink I could tell it was wrong. Pointed it out and the barista tried to convince me it was made correctly, after I mentioned the color she begrudgingly offered to remake it, but after waiting so long I wasn't about to make everyone behind me keep waiting. Similar experiences several times at this location. I went to the one in Crocker immediately after just to make sure I'm not crazy. This is the exact "same" drink. Go anywhere else.
This store uses to be my home store. No longer. In the last 8 months it has severely deteriorated in quality or drinks, customer service and cleanliness. Clearly evidence of very poor management. Frequently understaffed, to the point of closing lobby, and the staff posting sign that store is closed due to poor management! This store needs a clean sweep revamp, both in design and management. I have a new home store in Rocky River that is the exact opposite: great staff and customer service, excellently prepared drinks, and very clean! As a stockholder, I am appalled by this Westlake location.
the slowest starbucks both inside and out. can take up to 45 mins to even order your drink. order ahead is also not available most of the time. not worth the wait
just moved to the area so i’m not too familiar with this location but I went here a month ago, extremely rude girl at the window. I asked for hot sauce at the speaker and when i got my food there was no hot sauce so i asked for some, we all forget things. the girl at the window told me, with an attitude, that i need to check again because she put it in there as im holding it in my hand looking at it. i tell her no it’s not in there and she rolls her eyes and grabs me some. the guy standing in the back mouthed “i’m sorry” so at least he was nice about it. so unnecessary, just say my bad and go get it. Ive avoided this starbucks since then because it was a bad first impression. I went today before work and I ordered my latte kids temp, i clarified warm instead of hot. the girl taking the order repeated the order back to me and didn’t include kids temp so i corrected again. I get to the window and of course it’s the same rude girl from the first visit. she tells me my total and hands me food food that’s not mine then proceeds to tell me she charged me for the wrong order and laughs! no joke! I let that be because i was running late to work due to the 30 minute drive thru line and the girl honestly intimidated me. I had a feeling my latte wasn’t going to be the right temp so i asked her. she walks over looks at it and tells me “she already made it so”. I took my loss paying for the wrong order and receiving the wrong drink because i was late and didn’t feel like arguing with someone who’s already very aggressive for no reason. i work in the restaurant industry and even worked for starbucks at one point, that’s actually so sad that management has someone this miserable in a guest facing role.
As someone who's been a loyal customer of Starbucks for over two decades now, I'd say this location is easily THE WORST. The rudest baristas, the most horrible drinks and the longest wait. It's unreal how they won't do anything about all of these negative reviews given the fact that they're located in one of the best corners of the Westlake area!
The worst Starbucks ever! They consistently make awful drinks and clearly cannot follow a drink recipe. They also have a terrible attitude when called out for the constant mistakes.
Their drive through service is horrendous. It takes 45 minutes to get a hot coffee. Don't waste your time with this store.
What is going on with this location? I work across the street and it seems like the lobby is closed constantly. Order ahead is rarely available, the drive through lines are always backed up.
