Me and my wife walked in to this hamburger stand, the kid taking our order Jose showed an excellent attitude thru the whole process, he was kind and polite , We enjoyed the few minutes in there, Way to go Jose!

Westley, CA... OMG! Being a vegetarian I tried the Beyond Burger, as write ups in the paper and online news gives it rave reviews.... UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS! My meat eating hubby had his usual and he said it was really, really good! The restaurant is so clean, all counters shined, and the employees were so incredibly friendly! This Carls deserves 10 stars!!!! Or perhaps 20!!!!

Seriously the tender are sooo good . I didn’t believe it when they told me they were hand breaded . But indeed they are.Made from scratch, I added buffalo sauce and they were fantastic

I've been getting lunch here on my work commute pretty often for years and the food is always good and fresh. You know it's good when you have to let the food cool down in the bag for a few minutes. Perfect crispy waffle fries! Everyone here is also very nice!

I just ordered a chocolate shake for the road. I did not have to wait for it. It was as good as I would expect from Carl's Junior. The restroom was clean and it did not have a combination lock on the door. That is always a plus.

Really great quick stop to get something to eat. My mom who has dietary restrictions was sad that Carl’s Jr. doesn’t do the impossible burger anymore, but the nice woman at the counter suggested a famous star with fried zucchini slices instead of the meat patty, and my mom loved it! Walked in and really wasn't expecting too much other than the norm of a fast food restaurant, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly spoken manager. She had her employee of whom didn't see me walk in, turn, and take my order. The nice employee not only took my order but she too was extremely kind and polite. This, unfortunately, is "NOT" the norm for fast food today, but was the case here at this establishment. I'll be back for sure, as this type of old school service was so professional, and that matters to me. Thanks to the awesome manager and her amazing team of workers. Keep doing what you're doing as it's working. Just a trucker who appreciates good, kind people.

After a while on the road, we stopped by for a quick bite before continuing toward our destination . The food was delicious,hot and very satisfying. My drink has the right carbonation . The place looks clean and well taken care of . Restrooms were clean .

I was driving to Sacramento and pulled off the freeway to get some gas. It was early in the morning and I saw a Carl’s Jr. had a sign saying they were open. I decided to try out their breakfast menu. I ordered their steak and egg burrito with an orange juice. I was rather impressed how good it taste. The steak was flavorful and they had some type of sauce in it, it was very good. There was also pico de Gallo In the burrito that made it taste even better. I definitely will stop by again and get one of these steak and egg burritos

The breakfast sandwiches in biscuits are pretty good... I just wish they were less greasy. Overall, the service is good and order accuracy is high!

Clean restroom and normal fast food food.

Pricy...over $7 for regular fries and large soda. Fries weren't all that. On the plus side: drive-thru was fast and efficient; staff wore masks AND gloves; and they accommodated my request for no ice in the soda. It was a pleasant experience during a two hour drive.

Food waa delicious but the wait was long to me and he didnt ask for the size of my fries. He assumed i wanted a large. I felt a bit rushed in the drive through, which is strange to me because no one was ahead of me.

Had low carb chicken breast wrapped in lettuce with bacon. Diet Dr pepper. Wife had a famous star burger. Good place to break from driving. Great service. Clean bathrooms too.

Decent fast food. Nothing special to say here about this place. Will give you the food you ordered, but definitely won't look like the menu photos. It's like going to any other fast food place, you know exactly what you're going to get.

This Carl's Jr needs some help with their breakfast program (burger and fry line up was ok) Monster biscuits were dry and crumbly,cheese not melted at all...had the appearance of being slapped together and not enough time in microwave Country Burrito appeared to be light weighted. We are Carl's Jr fans but this location definitely not up to what we have been served at Santa Nella and Primm,NV locations. I have noticed (from Primm) that Carl's Jr food will taste one way when one manager is on duty and different (not as good) under another manager.

Pretty expensive for what i got, a combo and a plate of taquitos was over $22. Taquitos weren't very good but the burger was made properly and service was friendly.

Kind of pricey as fast food goes, but usually good quality. We especially look for the Green Burrito menu, but it is not available at all locations. Their real ice cream desserts and shakes are pretty special.

We don't usually eat fast food, but decided to save time while traveling on our 7 hour trip. Food tasted great. Location was convenient, easy access off of Hwy 5. Bathroom was clean. There was only a couple of other customers in the restaurant and just 2 or 3 cars in the drive thru. It was not busy. We ordered inside, so we could use the restroom. Our only issue was that all 5 workers that we saw, were busy socializing with each other, rather than paying attention to customers and food prep. There was absolutely no hustle on their part. Glad to see they are enjoying their work, as I know it's not an easy job, BUT when they make me wait several additional minutes because they are not focused on my or other orders, that is what makes me mad as a customer and not want to return.

I gave it a 3 because of the wait time the 2nd time around, and the fact that the gentleman that helped us first time around left out a menu item that I ordered. The place was cleanish, and it was easily accessible. If u go there ensure the rep repeats the food order so nothing is left out..

Fast food is so much more expensive now, but the quality didn’t rise with it. Last few times I been to Carls Jrs it wasn’t worth the money, it tastes more artificial..Like they spray grill flavoring on it or something. For the money I’d rather go elsewhere. Long wait time. They locked the doors after a couple of customers came in to use the bathroom then ordered to go. Didn't make sense and made those of us inside uncomfortable.

GOOTGAWD. 8 Bucks for a tiny child sized sandwich. (Sourdough Star) I didn't realize we made bread loafs that small. I'm saying that this sandwich is only slightly larger then a Happy meal burger. EIGHT BUCKS almost.

$45 for three combos seems excessive. But the cashier was kind enough to rudely remark "This ain't McDonald's lady"! Yes. That was her response when I asked was the price correct. Food was not worth the cost by any stretch.

Staff dressed well, but sales oriented and pushy. Food had everything on paper, but felt weak compared to other Carl's Jrs. They also only had about half the sauce selection. Ultimately fell short of a real Carl's Jr...

Service was fine. Food not so much. Ordered fries, chicken nuggets and tacos. Fries were old and dry. Nuggets could've been used for hockey pucks. Glad the taco's were editable.

In general, Carl's Jr is one of my favorite places for burgers, the bacon. guacamole is my to go item. Unfortunately, this place is the exception to the rule. The workers seem and act bothered all the time, and the amount of guacamole in the burger, a table spoon full at most. If you complain about it....well, just don't ask for more, they have to "go to the back and get it for you".

They’re lucky I gave them two stars. I stopped yesterday about 830 on my way home up north. The car in front of me must’ve had orders that had issues, but yet instead of having them pull forward I waited behind them for over 10 minutes. By the time I got a famous star and a small order of fries and left the drive-through not only was there no receipt in the bag the food was at best lukewarm. Last 10 books I ever spend there

Ordered chicken straps and was told to pull forward and they would bring it out. The ranch dressing is bad they obviously don't know what a refrigerator is for and they are stingy with the spoiled ranch that have been sitting out unrefrigerated and is now gone bad! Disgusting I won't ever be coming to this location again. I do not recommend this place I can only imagine what else they do not refrigerate and serve. Gross.

Took too long for drive through, right next to a restaurant and McDonald's which makes it harder for them to have business. So you would think they would have good food and service, but they don't.

Didn't take order nor serve food for more than 5 hours. Only place supposed to be open. Also 24 HOUR DRIVE THRU! But nope. Dude sat down inside. Turned us away twice. And numerous others as well. Rate a "0" if I could!

Is the third time that this woman named Martha but with the tags name Belinda says that the breakfast is done . Very rude, impolite and her customer service is a must flap. I stopped again at 8:45M Unfortunately I am done with this place so many others that share the same information about their courtesy. I knew better than to go to Carl's Jr but against my better judgement I went and regret it again. I wasn't given a receipt, I could barely understand the person serving me, I wasn't offered any sauce to dip my strips in. She wasn't rude but she was like a drone and wouldn't speak clearly. Price gouged 16.99 for a chicken sandwich combo that they didnt even put produce on (wish they did, it has produce on the menu) and pretty sure the older lady working the drive through window has a shorter attention span than a goldfish. Horrible customer service, I ordered a western cheeseburger combo and after I left i noticed they had everything but the patties inside. I drive a semi so more of a hassle, I drove back and asked if they can at least do a double western for the trouble Danna (supervisor)was mad but did it in the end I asked for fresh fries because mine were cold and Danna didn’t want to. I ended up getting my money back because i didn’t want to eat their food after the way Danna treated the situation

Girl working behind the counter had no manners, attitude the whole time and used the same gloves to take cash and touch food with covid being such an issue better training should be addressed. DO NOT STOP AT THIS CARLS JR! The one star is only because the staff was nice, and because it is the minimum rating you can leave. On the way home from LA we went through the drive through and my daughter ran in after to use the restroom. We ordered two diet cokes and two Fried Zucchini. They gave us 2 regular Dr Peppers, and rhe Zucchini was not fully cooked. When we bit into them we got what tasted like a mouth full of batter. My daughter was going to complain and ask for a new order and the correct drinks, but after she used the restroom we decided to cut our losses and high tail it out of there. Why? There were roaches in the bathroom. 1 alive, 2 dead. She said there were also flies everywhere inside. No thank you! I realize you are not going to find the best places to eat off 5, but come on! This is just plain gross. Hard pass on going through this place again...

If I could do a negative I would. My husband went and order carbon-boiled chicken salads double the chicken and comes back with regular chicken not doubled. I took food back and asked for carbon boiled like on the menu the cashier rolled her eyes at me and called her supervisor and was told they changed the chicken so not like the menu. I said would have been nice to know that before we paid. Then I said I asked for double the chicken and she proceeded to tell me it was double again eyes rolled. All of it was just lies lies lies will not being eating here anymore lost me and my families business.

Boy, where to begin. Ordered the double burger with guacamole, you know the one on tv. Well advertising did a great job compared to product.the fries were nearly warm, almost. The fries though were lots warmer than the 2 burger patties in the hamburger. The cheese on them wasn't at all melted. The dab (and that is being generous) of guacamole was on the top bun. If I didn't look close I would have missed it. To say the least I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The burger was 2.99 and I got the small frys and small drink to make it a combo. Total bill, 7.49. This means I paid more for a small fry and drink than I did for the burger. WOW. NEVER COMING BACK. AVOID THIS SCAM AS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

So the first time I bought the egg and bacon burrito which was cold and the tortilla tasted raw. The second time I ordered the western bacon burger and when they said $10 even, I thought wow that's a lot? Then it turns out they gave me a double western bacon burger which I had not ordered. I’m a truck driver with my dad, we constantly stop at the truck stop and here and there we will go to Carl’s Jr. for some food. Every single time we go it’s the same thing. The workers dare always talking amongst themselves and we wait patiently for them to finally take our order. One of the previous time we came they took 40 minutes to get our order, I would understand if it was a busy day but there was only one other customer who was already sitting with his food. No one at the drive thru either. We left saying we’d never come back, but today 12/16/2021 we decided to go in as we were hungry. Same workers were there, again they took a long while before they asked if we were ready to order. I proceeded to order a spicy chicken meal Small and a medium charbroiled chicken meal we paid about $23. Then the lady handed me the drinks and they were both small and I told her that one was medium she then stated that I had said both small. She then called her supervisor to charge us the extra for it to be medium. All the employees here have a bad attitude and terrible customer service, honestly I don’t even know how it’s still open. If you don’t want to deal with customers then why even bother working at a fast food 🤷‍♀️

Service here is an absolute dumpster fire. The prices are nothing short of price gouging. You come through the drive thru, it’s not even remotely busy and they have you pull around to the front and wait on them, with NOBDOY in line. $40 for a burger with fries, and two sets of chicken tenders. Y’all want $20 an hour for this service, and food. Naw, not today.

I'm a truckerand stopped here after a load specifically for the food. Their inside is closed so had to walk through the drive through. Got around there and a guy and lady are inside and would not come to the window until I knocked on it after both had seen me there. Went to order gravy and biscuits and was told they had no biscuits only breakfast sandwiches burritos and burgers... why have them on the menu if your not going to have them to order... rude and over priced... 12 dollars for the breakfast burger combo... the stuff ain't made of gold people, and the service was absolutely some the worst I've had from any Carl's Jr. or hardees..

On 8/9/21 ordered a BLT hamburger via drive thru. At the pick up window clerk said the total was $14.50. We said all we wanted was 1 sandwich, not a meal, drinks or anything else. She told us the price was correct; at which point we refused the order and drove a block to McDonald's. Amazed that ownership/management is evidently aware of this pricing practice yet chooses to ignore the issue even though many, many reviews complain about their pricing and employees openly quote the outrageous prices over the phone.

I do appreciate the truck parking. However why would ya put blocks up so truckers can't get turned around if necessary?? Makes no sense. There isn't anything there to block or protect????? Wow🙄😡

I have my concerns regarding this franchise. Specifically, the person working drive thru register and the shift lead. I do not believe the shift lead is a manager due to her lack of knowledge in refunding a credit card transaction. I ordered two double Diablo combos, which were advertised as $18.95 each. When pulling up to the window, I was told it was $46 and change. ( I investigate and diagnose problems for a living, so I was curious how this would play out). I gave her my card, and she swipped it and handed it back to me with no receipt. I stayed quiet. She then returns with our food and hands it to us with no receipt. Now I'm curious. I asked for the receipt, which it appeared she had sitting next to her on the counter. It did not appear she removed it from the printer. I noticed on receipt that each combo is priced at $21 and change. I advised her that the menue stated it was $18.95. She said she would have to look to confirm, as she is looking and talking to another person that I can not see. After a minute, it appears she is not going to do anything, so I tell her I'll go double-check. Her response is to take a picture. I go take a picture of the board and go back in and begin speaking with a lady who appears to be a shift lead. She advised me that I ordered the double Angus version, not the regular double version. I tell her no, that's not what I ordered or wanted. She says ok I need the food back. Go back to the car and get food. I give her the food back, and they are going to remake. The lead begins doing something in the register and hands me $6, saying this is the difference. I'm now even more curious due to the fact that it is an exact amount. I asked her for a receipt of the refund. She says she can't do it. I explained that I work for a corporation, and the card I used is a corporate card, and I need receipts for all transactions. I advised her to refund the initial transaction and re charge for the correct. She seemed a little confused. I handed her the $6 back. She then gets in the phone and calls someone for help on how to do the refund. It's interesting how she was quick to hand cash back but does not know how to refund a card transaction. She figures it out and issues a refund, I think the receipt she gave me does not say a refund, and I haven't seen it clear the transaction history of my corporate card. After this, I am on my way. What does this sound like? From experience, this appears to be a team effort of employees to overcharge and steal from customers and then steal inventory from the business. They overcharge on credit card transactions, keep receipt, void or modify items, then at end of shift when balancing drawer it is over, so they ballance it out by removing cash. Recommendation to upper management or franchise owner, check your inventory counts, if you are losing inventory and have no clue where it's going, this is where it's going. I also noticed that the cooks in the back were confused when remaking order. They were confused when they had to put regular pattys, like it's something they don't do for that specific burger. Besides all this, the food tasted great.

I have been to this place many times before and I like the atmosphere. Employees are well groomed and are very welcoming. Food was delicious and made to order, so we didn’t mind the wait.

I stopped there this morning at 5:30am asked for coffee they didn't have any why is this who doesn't have coffee in the morning so I ordered a large coke 6 piece star nuggets and French toast sticks came out to $22.16 come one really that's why you are losing customers get reasonable with your prices this is crazy.

It's one of the worst franchise spots I have seen. Advertising false prices. In the prices, it makes it seem like it's a good deal. Just to find out that it'll be around $22 dollars for a simple burger with fries and soda combo. Purposely making the actual prices with combo smaller than what's advertised. I stopped to get a burger here and I was charged $22 plus when I ordered the Angus double medium. In this picture here it clearly says 10.80 I was asked to reverse my car and pull forward to reset the clock, and even then it took a long time after that I noticed they jack the prize double he shows him the menu. Picture is here below. If they made a mistake, they should honor their mistake. I got a refund where I had to wait longer.

So we were driving from LA to Washington and saw this specific Carl jr open so we decided to stop and buy some food cause we’re starving .. They messed up my order . We ordered the spicy chicken combo plus California special burger to go . I got frustrated cause I was so excited to eat my chicken but I got this imitation spicy chicken sandwich instead Not worth paying $25 for a fake chicken !! And they didn’t even offer a receipt !!! I just saw that there’s too many bad reviews about this . The owner and manage should do something about it ..
