Great service! Our server was amazing and made sure our meal was exactly what we wanted! Loved that the manager was engaged with the restaurant and even brought our food out. Overall excellent experience! Can’t wait to go back!

I picked up some food here a few days ago and it was alive with happy customers throughout! The bartender had my order ready & waiting for next the moment I walked in, which was great. It was nice to see everyone having a good time, laughing and enjoying themselves. The waitstaff here are really great, they’ve always got me rolling with laughter from the moment I enter. If you’re looking for some good food, good drinks, good times, good music you should stop in for a bite!

The place was packed, but the service was still fast and the staff was so friendly and on top of it! Sat at the bar and the manager Lisa jumped in to help out the bartender, she was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Drinks were great, ordered some appetizers as well and they were there quickly and were delicious as usual.

Great food and great service! Everything you should get when you go to an American style restaurant like Applebees, in towns across America. I ordered the Impossible Burger (100% vegetarian) with fries, and the Four Cheese Mac-n-cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders.

Very busy for veteran's day. Several staff members were stationed at the hostess stand but seemed to be short on actual serving staff. Food and service were slow but very good. Appreciate that they honor veterans each year.

Went in about 5 on a Saturday and got seated as soon as we walked in. The restaurant was clean. The food was great! We received our order quickly and it was hot. Our waitresses was awesome (Gabriela) she check on us often and our glasses were never empty. Just had one draw back to my experience, the young ladies that were seating people last night should maybe smile and greet you at the door. They looked like they really didn't want to be there.

We are there for my daughter's birthday and everyone said their food was good I'm glad I ordered the appetizer because by the time my food got there it was time to leave. I spent over 100 dollars to take my food home. Other then that I guess everyone enjoyed themselves

My experience food wise and service was excellent. There were a couple flaws I and my wife noticed. I will say the broccoli with mash potatoes was a very good choice and my son loved his dessert (Chocolate Bunt cake with Ice cream with fudge drizzled all over it. That just made my mouth water again.) The service and manager was very nice and welcoming. My drink from the bar Vodka and Pineapple juice with a splash grenadine syrup on top was amazing as well. My crew and I really enjoyed our service and will return again.

The staff was very nice. I ordered chicken strips which I love. They were so overcooked that I assumed that was why it took so long to get our food as they were not in the least bit busy. Doug loved his baby back ribs tho, so all was not lost!!

We eat here often due to being seated right away, excellent food, and great service. However, last night was a less than average night for them. We were seated at a high top in the bar area right away and our waitress was nice, but she didn’t check on us often and she seemed more attentive to the customers that were drinking alcohol. As mentioned above, the food has never been less than excellent but my steak last night was undercooked and tough. They did take it back and cook it longer, which turned out right, but it was still tough. All in all we will probably continue to eat here, but I really hope we have better experiences on future visits and I definitely won’t order steak!

Ordered drinks and you'd have thought that a mixologist would know how to make Bloody Mary's. We weren't asked what brand of liquor we preferred and the drinks were plain. She's been there a year and a half. She had to look up the recipe.. Food was good. Plenty on the plate. Service was a bit slow at times. Would be okay except there were very few customers. All in all a fairly good place to go.

Won Ton Tacos are what it's about. Was told not long ago they had been removed from the menu I had gone in since, today we decided to drop in for a green adult beverage, waitress told us the won tons were still available, just not on the printed menu. That's exactly what we ordered, They are the bomb!!

I used to really enjoy going, but the quality and value are no longer there. It had several changes of management over the last few years and nothing is seemed to help. I sadly cannot recommend Applebee's to anyone visiting Wichita falls at this time.

Applebee's isn't known for chef quality food but it is still good. I don't think it's as bad as microwaved as their reputation says but I've not been on their kitchen. They were open for 45 minutes already but we walk in no hostess in sight, no one greets us, for easily 6 minutes. This is the beginning of church rush on a Sunday, they should be ready. They ask how many, we say 5, 4 adults and a 6 year old and the hostess has a look of panic in her eyes like we just walked in with a group of 20. We'd have been happy with a 4 top with a chair pulled up if you didn't wanna open the bigger section. But instead she says she has to ask her manager. Almost immediately after being seated we hear an older couple who were already seated for who knows how long, ask "CAN SOMEBODY THAT WORKS HERE PLEASE HELP US?" Only to get a reply from an employee that's sitting down, that she's not on the clock yet. Horrible way to react to a customer. No the customer isn't always right, but just say you'll go find someone real quick instead of having the customer having to then ask "WELL, CAN WE GET SOME HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO IS ON THE CLOCK?" When we did finally get service Mason did well, just needs to learn to pay attention to some details like do they have silverware before the food comes out, do they have appetizer plates and need small plates, that kinda thing.

We went on Easter Sunday for lunch and I could tell that they were heavily shortstaffed. There was a giant party on the side of the building and I could tell that the three people that were working were trying to really hustle and I think that there was only one cook available but that did not stop our service from being amazing our waiter was Mario, and he absolutely went above and beyond he was apologetic for anything that was a skew or for any delay, but he always kept us informed there was another waitress that I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but she was amazing she was working in the back she was working in the kitchen. She was seating people she was working at the bar she did all kinds of things and she was just doing the best that she could with an explanation and trying to keep everybody as happy as possible. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I understand how difficult it is when you have a large party and you’re understaffed kudos to everybody that worked on Sunday, March 31, 2024 because they did amazing .

Came in for the endless boneless wings. They were really good! Only complaint is one of my refill plates was really drab and dry, almost like they were freezer burnt. Ordered the Blue and red margaritas they were advertising, and they were pretty good. The candied salt on the rim actually didn't work for me. I think regular margarita salt would be better. Service was very attentive. Overall pretty solid spot to take the family after a long day.

We went later in the evening & it was still really crowded & we had to wait for a table but the drinks & the food was good. I will definitely go back.

MY food was quite peppery...the spice pepper on a grill cheese burger. The bread (potato) was usually sweet. The basil soup was good but had chunks in it that I think was tomato but I am not sure.

This Applebee’s is clean and has plenty of parking! My bartender was friendly and attentive, and it seemed like most of the staff cared and takes pride in their work. I came in after a long drive on the road and spent a few hours at the bar. My bartender was very attentive and made sure I never had an empty glass for very long. The food was very good and came out in a timely manner as well! The only downside is the “less fortunate” people outside who are screaming into the sky. Other than that, no complaints!

Great waitress, decent food, table and seats could have been cleaner. They were sticky and some trash was pushed down between cushions. There was an unpleasant odor in the building.. smelled like mildew and cigarettes. It was pretty toasty in there. I feel really bad for the cooks in the back having to work in this heat. Pretty expensive, but We do have a family of 6.

Here's the thing about Applebee's, you don't go because its over the top good, you go because it's okay and cheap. The food is usually pretty good. I dont personally care for the alfredo. In my opinion it's dry. I like the pretzels on the appetizer menu and my husband likes the southwest chicken bowl. I love their drink menu, they offer drinks I havent seen at other places. Lately the service has only been okay but I've also had times I've had over the top service. I recommend sitting at the bar for the best service. We frequent here and like it. We know what to expect when we come and therefore we aren't ever disappointed. However, if you have the wrong idea coming into the door, you definitely will be.

Y'all should be more like the Applebee's back home in Oklahoma City on SW 3rd. Everything here was just off.

The outside lights weren't in working order, so we weren't even sure they were open(7:pm.) they were out of several different products (kids Mac & cheese, bacon, and something else, but after bacon I wasn't surprised.) Drinks were watered down & server was new, but sweet and did the best she could.

Sunday after church, they only had 3 servers, so they had to limit how many to seat. The Host didn't know his job very well and did a very poor job. Food however was very good, server was very friendly and doing his best, but very rattled Visited earlier today 7-28-23. Food was excellent!!! My tip was she needs to get some training, her cash tip reflected what was worth, it's so hard these days girls do better than 10% and you will be rewarded more

I usually enjoy Applebees, but it seems like here lately its for the birds. Lastnight just really sucked. When i go to a resturant i expect my waitress/waiter to have an upkept appearance, like they enjoy coming to work. My waitress looked like she had just woken up and threw herself together, just a frumpy appearance. Thru out my dining experience, she would forget to bring us refills, but made it a point to pass by the booth and ask what we were drinking, like she was gonna bring us a refill. I had the chicken oriental salad and it was delicious but it had alot of brown stemy old pieces of lettuce in it. The table was sticky. It wasnt too busy as most friday nights. It is a family orientated resturant, but around 1130pm i didnt expect too many children. I was surprised to say the least, w their presence and lack of resturant etiquette. The kids were running back and forth from the restroom, yelling across the resturant, food fighting and their table manners were even worse. But what really got me was that everybody seemed to act like this was normal. The waitress didnt really check up on us and followed thru with refills and we had to get another waitress to bring us our check bc my waitress was across the resturant laughing, chopping it up between her co workers and her phone. It was like sge really didnt care about her tables. It took us a while to get our check but it was even longer getting her to cash us out. They are usually one of the few resturants that are open that late and almost always have rockin good deals. Its a place to grab a bite, sum quick beers and watch the games. Their variety of food is great. I dont drink but their drinks look appetizing. Lastnight the atmosphere was just BLAH!! Every other time ive bn there its bn on and popping, to the point where yiuve bn there fir hours and u dont wanna go. But like i said, it feels like to me that its just going down hill. You can eat in or take out plus they have curbside and an app thar rewards you for being a loyal customer.

The waitress was not very attentive. We received our drinks pretty quick, but we had drank them, and had to wait 15 minutes till she took our order. Them after waiting another 20 minutes or so, she came out and said that one of orders couldn't be filled. Although it turned out that it could be. Four of the 6 people got their food and was done eating by the time my husband and I receive our orders. Then it seemed forever till we got our bill. I rarely complain, but this was ridiculous. At least the food was good .

It took 20 minutes forbthe server to take our order, with a total of 6 tables in the whole restaurant. The atmosphere is that of a dying establishment. The food was a close second that. Will not be back....ever!

I ordered my food to go. I waited at least 30 minutes, but I still received old French fries with my burger🤬. I also ordered a lemon drop martini that tasted more like lemonade water. I don't understand why the old food, because there were only 5 people in the restaurant total.

Let's be honest, Applebee's isn't exactly known for culinary innovation, but even with lowered expectations, our recent visit left much to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the air hung thick with a sense of… inefficiency. Despite the restaurant being largely empty, finding someone to seat our group proved to be a minor quest. Once seated (at a disappointingly sticky table ), we placed our drink orders. And then we waited. Twenty minutes later, beverages finally arrived, a feat considering the bartender seemed more invested in socializing than slinging cocktails. One drink was incorrect, but the addition of a candy garnish offered a small consolation prize. Moving onto the appetizers, the mozzarella sticks presented a mixed bag. The cheese pull? Absolutely satisfying, a true Instagram-worthy moment. The flavor? Utterly bland. They were essentially vehicles for marinara sauce, and frankly, even the sauce couldn't fully rescue them. Adding insult to injury, one member of our party, who has a dairy sensitivity and specifically ordered pretzel breadsticks, was presented with… a Cascadia. A completely different, and dairy-laden, item. Need I say more? The main courses proved equally inconsistent. My wings were drowning in sauce, a glorious, saucy mess that I personally enjoyed. However, another diner's wings were practically naked, begging for even a meager drizzle. To add to the chaos, the third order of wings appeared to be a flavor roulette, a bizarre medley of random sauces that left the recipient utterly bewildered. Throughout the entire ordeal, it seemed as though the entire restaurant was being run by a single, beleaguered individual. While we appreciate their hard work, splitting up a small group and suffering excessive delays does not excuse from providing a satisfactory dining experience. The Verdict: Applebee's offered a perplexing and ultimately disappointing experience. While there were fleeting moments of enjoyment – the cheese pull, my saucy wings – the overall execution was sloppy and inconsistent. The slow service, incorrect orders, sticky table, and seemingly random sauce application paint a picture of a restaurant struggling with quality control and staffing. Unless you're desperately craving a particular dish and armed with an abundance of patience, you might be better off exploring other dining options.

This location is terrible. I did a curbside order and I checked in. 10 minutes later no one showed up. I called twice but no one picked up. I went inside to the pick up area where 2 workers were standing and talking. One was a waitress and one was a manager. The manager made eye contact with me then turned and walked away. Extremely rude. The waitress followed. I walked over to the bar and got assistance. The food was terrible. The cheese for the nachos had large clumps in it like it was old. It definitely looked old and the cup had been used before. The chips were soggy. The chicken for the tacos were 100% spoiled. I smelled it as soon as I opened the container. Disgusting. The pasta was very bland and chicken strips were only flavored on the top. Also, OLD. I will never return.

We dined in 11-13-2022. Their ribs were over cooked and too spicey to eat. The dining area on the north end smelled like very nasty carpet. Smelled like soured milk and dirty feet. Service was good. I left still hungry even after my husband gave me some of his ribs. Won't return!

Update - went for family dinner tonight. Food less than decent- they are calling over-cooked chicken strips 'wings' HORRIBLE SERVICE. The rudest waitress in town works there. AND the bartender didn't know how to make basic drinks- gin & tonic, Old Fashioned, etc. Will not go back! I do not like Applebee's food normally so I was reluctant about this visit. I love Applebee’s! This one in Wichita Falls is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m not saying this after one experience. I’m saying it over a few months and many visits. Visited Applebees at my wife’s request and received the quality of food that I expected - mediocre. While the service was exceptional (Mario). What was sickening was the hostess who entertained what appeared to be her boyfriend in between customers coming in - how very unprofessional!

The waitress we had took our whole order a few minutes after bringing drinks to the booth. Keep in mind, there were just two of us. The appetizer (chips and queso) took almost an hour to come out and they were cold. We asked for a manager to explain that we just wanted to cut our losses and just pay for the sweet tea after waiting so long. The manager said he understood and walked away so we waited another 10 minutes before just dropping $10 and walking away.

Worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant in a good while. The waitress Anyleyse was horrible. She is not a very good server at all. The food took forever to come out. All of us were missing stuff on our plates. She kept rolling her eyes like she wanted us to know that she was getting pissed and impatient. It took us til forever before she offered to refresh our drinks and even then she kept forgetting to bring the refills that she had offered. Finally after asking us five times and by the time we were sick of the experience and had asked for the ticket, someone finally spoke up and asked for the drink refills, which we didn’t drink because by then we had had it and were ready to leave. I have added this to my list of places that I will never come back to.

We were brought a different appetizer than what we ordered, they fixed it so that was all fine. My husbands food was hot while mine would barely pass for Luke warm.. and I found a hair in the pasta but whatever. At the end it was not great but looking at the check we were charged for the app we didn’t order or eat and it was over $3 more expensive then the fries we ate. So when I asked I was told the app we were charged for was less with no further conversation.

Tonight was my very first time visiting this location and KODY W. made it a very unpleasant experience! She was very unattentive and provoking. Our food took forever to come out and it was mildly warm. She gave us DIRTY silverware and when I asked for clean utensils she slammed them on the table and walked away She was extremely standoffish, rude, and uprofessional. I always leave a tip, but there was no way in the world she was getting a tip. I am in complete shock and disappointment at the service I received. NO ONE should be treated like that. She also spilled margaritas all over the floor when serving other guests. She gives this location a bad name and she needs to be in a position where she isn't serving people because she's incapable. Thanks for nothing!

Waited for several minutes for a hostess even though the place was almost empty. When she did show up, she threw trash at a booth while walking up and grabbed the menus with a very dramatic sigh. If you have employees who don't want to be there, you shouldn't put them as the first line to customers. We left and will likely not return.

I haven't been to your business in years and after reading several reviews concerning service...especially from your FEMALE WAITRESS... I will not be darkening your restaurant. Service sounds AWFUL 😖

Brought my daughter here for her 18th bday dinner, we waited 20 min just to have the waiter come get our drink orders. We ordered two 6oz steaks, cheeseburger and boneless wings. Burger and wings came out and steaks never came out. We waited another 30 min for the food that never came. Manager came and didn’t even apologize. The restaurant was literally dead. Waiter kept peeking around kitchen but never once Gabe refills or to come to the table. Another waitress had to come ask if we needed refills.

Lack of service been sitting at the table for 30 minutes and didn’t get no drinks yet and took them forever to bring us our drinks and been sitting at the table waiting for our food for 40 mins

Never go to this place! Our waitress was rude, we had a table of 4. Everyone else got there order a hour after being there except me, I was told serveal times it was almost ready. I never got mine after being there for almost hour and half . Took 30 mins to get drinks as well. I left without eating. Then they charged us more than what my ticket said! Worst experience ever!

I just had delivered the half rack of ribs and a side of coleslaw. What a mess. There was hardly any meat on the ribs. And the "side" of coleslaw was maybe 2 bites in a tiny container with NO sauce on it! I just wasted $18.00 plus a tip and delivery fee. I'll never order from here again. They'll be out of business soon like every other restaurant that likes to rip people off. What a waste. I would have been more satisfied at McDonald's!

Ordered curbside pickup. Got a text from Applebee's wanting to track me so they would know when I arrived curbside and have my order waiting on me. So I complied. The tracking app noticed I had pulled into a curbside pickup space (there were signs posted for curbside pickup) and that my order was on its way out to me. I waited over 7 minutes and no one came out so I called the telephone number on the sign to tell them I was there for a curbside pickup. The bartender who answered informed me they no longer bring curbside orders out and that I would have to come inside to pick it up, where I waited yet another 10 minutes to retrieve my food. Take down your curbside sign parking signs and disable the tracking app that informs customers their food is on the way out to them if curbside delivery is no longer an option! And don't offer curbside as an option on your website if you are unwilling to bring food out to the curb!!

Went there 6 to 8 years ago and had the worst service ever. So went there again with wife and Mother not long ago. The waitress was new and tried her best to get us what we wanted. The bartender didn't know how to mix anything, the food was not good and took too long to get the food. This place needs to get new management and better employees. Pretty bad when a place can't improve over many years. They have seen us 2 time but won't ever again in Wichita Falls, Texas. Maybe somewhere else but not here.

Ok. I don’t write reviews…. BUT… honestly it was our fault that we were disappointed because as soon as we walked in it smelled horrible, like dirty, stale dishwater that has been sitting for days. Our waiter was pretty attentive, except the fact that I ordered Mac and cheese with applewood bacon on it…. It was the Kraft Mac and cheese from the microwave with NO BACON! The grilled chicken breast was mediocre, the broccoli was way over cooked and just did not have a good flavor… AT ALL. I ordered an alcoholic shark drink which was watery and it was frozen-ish. There were huge pieces of ice in it which I believe just required just a little more blending to get it crushed up… but maybe I’m wrong. We ordered the lunch steak at medium and it was BURNT. French fries were cold… IF YOU ARE LOOKING for A PLACE TO EAT AND RELAX I WOULDNT WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS PLACE. GO JUST A LITTLE FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD.

I was here once to pick up a take out, and the manager was horrible. At first I thought she was a guest as she was drinking so much like one of the guest dining but later find out she was the manager. I get so upset having sat down for so long nobody will attend to me. Eventually they brought out my order it was a wrong drink. Having them change it was a nasty attitude from both the manager and the server. The worst Applebee's have ever been.

So I ordered the platter of riblets I received 3. That couldn't be right. They look good on one side, but if you turn them over, they were burned. My fries were cold. I will never order takeout from Applebee's again. Bad food? Bad service

First this location has no A/C during 90+ degree days. Second the table and seats were disgusting, I used a wet paper towel and wiped the table, it was brown. I ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese and there was hardly any cheese used, 2 kids ordered a burger and they didn't even want to finish them. The waitress was the best part.

I usually order boneless wings, but I ordered the 4 cheese macaroni penne pasta with chicken tenders since it looked delicious in the menu. 😐 Definitely did not look as depicted and sadly, it did not taste too good either. I tried to eat as much as I could but the breadstick tasted better than the actual pasta. On the bright side, my husband’s wonton tacos looked really good and our super nice waitress gave us awesome service. 5 stars for that.

The service was freaking SLOW and if you get the waitress with the full arm tattoo get the hell out of there on a worse note ( how the hell is that possible ) the "mac and cheese " WASNT CHEESE IT WAS ALFREDO SAICE WITH BACON IT WAS SO BLAND WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Apparently this is medium well… literally not edible and waste of money Also added this in about a month later… I never got ANY compensation for this issue. I even filled out the questionnaire to this link and y’all NEVER did anything about it. TERRIBLE I will NEVER come back. Wish I could give it a 0

The service was horrible literally waited a whole hour to even get served the girl was nice but she got her order wrong twice I just asked for my money back I asked to speak to the manager she didn’t even care she was just like would you like me to remake it why would I want it to be remade when I already waited a whole hour smh Horrible customer service from the manager she literally didn’t even care she was kind of snobby It was the heaviest set manager with blonde hair

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Bartender, (name tag said "Duckie," needless to say was quack) I think her name was Gianna. She never greeted us at the bar, talked for like 10 minutes to and then my friend asked to order. Took our orders and then 20 minutes later we still didn't have our drink. Only one other person at the bar and they came in after us. She started cleaning instead of making our drinks. When my friend asked where our drinks were she very rudely said she had to clean the glasses first. Later she suggested we go somewhere else. We were like, can you just make our drinks? She makes them and doesn't even fill it up most of the way and we watch her fill up the cups always half way with ice because she didn't make enough. We put in an order for an appetizer, she never put it in and 20 minutes later got that in an empty restaurant. Everyone was wondering around like they didn't know what they were doing and were looking for something to do while they had hand full of customers waiting. Disappointing. Won't be coming back.

We did not have a good experience. The waitress’ tone was off when taking our order. Not only was her tone off, she took our order wrong and didn’t include the kids meal we needed. After waiting 30+ minutes, our food finally came and we had to remind the other waitress that food was missing then she had to send our waitress back to our table to fix the issue. Instead of coming to the table and resolving the issue, she talked to us from a distance and asked what the issue was. I proceeded to share my food with my kid because she kept asking where her food was. We then had to wait even longer for her food to be done and just ended up getting her food to go. We weren’t to only ones with an issue either. The table behind us had to ask where the waitress was and that they’ve been waiting as well. So, if you’re looking to get comfortable bite with great service this is not the place to go.

I've eaten here once before with basically the same experience and we'd promised never again but my father gave us gift cards. I'm a mom of 2 under 2 and had managed to get the babies watched so my husband and I could go. We were seated and was waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes for our server. My husband and I ordered the appetizer variety plate and waters to start. The appetizer plate took almost 30 minutes to come out. My husband had completed his water and it was just after the server brought out the food before she refilled it. She ended up yelling to us from the bar area sorry for the wait that she'll be right there. But she was more interested in socializing. I then ordered an 11$ cranberry mixed drink and a steak and shrimp with green beans and potatoes and my husband ordered a full rack of ribs. We were waiting for about another 30 minutes. Our food came out and looked like it had just been siting in the window as our plates were hot the sauce on my husband's ribs had started thickening and drying and my green beans were so over cooked I could have fed them to by 6m old, by taste they felt like they were from a can. And my cranberry cocktail? Completely forgotten about until I asked about it while people at the bar were able to get their beers, I'd wanted to say if I ordered a beer would I have gotten my drink but decided against it. I did eventually get the cocktail. It wasn't until we were finished eating before she checked in again. Since we wanted to use up the gift cards so we'd never have to come back my husband ordered a cinnamon roll plate and it was smaller than described so we ordered 2 (one to take for our mom since she was watching the kids) I had told her I was going to order a 2nd drink and to please come back in 5 min. It was about 10 to 15 when she brought out the rolls (that's when my husband ordered the 2nd one) that I was actually able to order the 2nd drink, didn't feel even a little bit of the alcohol. In all our bill was 109$ and some change. And the entire time from start to finish was 2 hours. We did not stay and chat, And my husband and I woke up feeling gross and I felt sick after eating.

Went there 4:30p on Fri. before Easter, not busy, got seated with drink order. Got 2 for $30 meals with appetizer. Spinach-artichoke dip and chips was great. Got 2 half orders of ribs with BBQ sauce and garlic mashed potatoes. Potatoes were also great but ribs were obviously left-over from previous day. They were not hot, texture was dry and leathery. Since it was very early in the evening the ribs should have been juicy and tender but they weren't. Told the waiter but I doubt anything will be done. We were celebrating a personal triumph but this meal was not the right one for that. Corporate responded that the location would contact us. Manager of location did ask if a digital gift card would be ok. I responded sure. One month later nothing. Don't go to this restaurant if you want something good for your hard earned money!! I 've travelled extensively throughout US and this Applebee's is rated lowest in my opinion!! Checked back 6-24-25, no response from Wichita Falls management. Even though main office said to reach out, there will be no effort to correct poor food or service. DON'T GO THERE!! BTW - no gift card as of 11-9-25. Just because they respond doesn't mean you will get anything for bad service. They must hire the worst mgrs of the worst!! Sray way away, including Veterans' Day. I'm a vet!

When we drove up, there was only three of four cars in the parking lot. We went in, waited a few minutes to be sested and the table the guy took us to was dirty, he had to go get a rag to wipe the table. Then we sat for about 15 minutes and no one came to even take our drink order. We politely took our party of 7 else where.

My husband and I went here last night for date night the outside lights were not on the outside. The service was horrible the only two girls there stayed at the bar the whole time my husband had to go the bar just to get the girls attention to refill our sodas they didn't come check on us at all I will not be coming back and it took forever to get my food this is a horrible place compared to what it used to be get better service and employees

Don't go. Zero stars for food as we never got any. Arrived a little after 12:30. Maybe 10 people in the restaurant. 2 servers standing near the back looked up and said oh it'll be a min. And it was atleast that long even though no one is doing anything. Before we are given menus and seated the server is asking what we want to drink. Like IDFK I have no clue what you have. We are seated in the corner, 3 in our group each person is given 2 menus, we hurriedly place a drink order. Maybe 2 min go by server comes back ask if we are ready to order, said no give us 2 or 3 min. And about 30min later... NO SERVER. He walked by the table several times, never stopped never looked. The manager, I think more on that in a bit, walked by several times never spoke or checked. We finally left around 1:20 with NO FOOD. Back to the manager, maybe. So he is NOT a server, as they are dressed in all black. He is Maybe mid 40s heavy set guy, wearing a well used polo shirt un tucked and pants that appear to be unwashed. Never spoke, never stopped. If he isnt an employee than there are bigger issues. If you ask why we didnt ask for the manager, who were we gonna ask. And then why would we want to wait any longer. Terrible....dont go....

My friend and I went for lunch today 7/10/25. We waiting to be seated but no one acknowledge us so we sat down. The staff were going back and forth but never came over. 15 minutes later we got up and left. I let the manager know but they acted surprised. I know sometimes places aren't fully staffed but at least acknowledge people and say I'll be right with you. I hate pulling the race card but we were the only people of color there. Someone walked in after us and got seated and brought drinks as we sat there. Im super disappointed! I'll never go there again!!! 😡
