Always good. Amanda has been our server almost every time. She makes our dining experience fun. We come here as a main stop from Oklahoma to Wichita Falls monthly or sometimes more.

Jenna our server was very customer friendly and made us felt welcomed and Billy the cook had the food coming out fresh and hot. Very good. And the manager Kim made sure everything was going good in the restaurant and nice. I have been here in the past and thought I wasn't gonna come back, well I will be back again. Very relaxing to eat here.

When in Wichita Falls to visit. Dennys is my go to restaurant my special has always been the BEST their Pancakes with Strawberry Toppings with the whipped cream on top especially the cook that does it Jonathan De La Cruz nobody can make them like him restaurant wise I will make a special stop just to order them I chose Dennys pancakes over the other restaurants they get a 5 star on my end and will continue to get a 5 star as a customer they always make sure I am well taken care of an appreciate there hospitality all the time! I stopped for late lunch and ordered T bone steak and eggs meal with biscuit. Oh my gosh the cook did a great job on my steak. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked like I wanted. The biscuit was so soft and yummy . The coffee could be a bit stronger. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant location off I-44. The server was kind and gave great service.

We made our way to another play and this was our usual morning wake up spot for coffee. Great as always and server was excellent as always too Well! We enjoyed a great evening coffee and shared meal after our Friday night, date night movie. The booth dividers even though not intended for it, we're really kind of decor beautiful and quite added to a great time and feeling. We will do it again. I came in for dinner the other night and my server, Chanler, was absolutely excellent! She remembered my large table’s drink orders and engaged in fun playful banter with us. The food was perfect (I was told Cameron, the cook, was to thank for that). Trevor, the manager, was also incredibly pleasant to meet and speak to while enjoying my food. All in all, it was a great experience. I can’t wait to come back and when I do, I hope I have same great team taking care of me:)

For being unusually busy they were exceptional. They only lost a star because no wait time was given as they were saying, not as long as it was, but it’s Christmas, so they got the star back. The staff kept up the tables but the kitchen was dragging down the service. It took over an hour to get our food but our drinks were never empty. Once the food arrived it was well worth the wait. The burger was juicy and made to order. The fruit was fresh and delicious! Will definitely return, just maybe not on Christmas Day. Penny was absolutely delightful!!!

We went to Dennys after church during a recent winter storm. We were greeted with warm friendliness. The steps and sidewalk were salted. There was great music playing and our waitress Barbara aka Babs was a superb waitress. Kind, sweet and attentive plus pleasant to talk to… very positive attitude. I’m so happy I got to meet her. I haven't been to Denny's in a long time. We coming back from Tulia tx and stopped by this one. I dont know if it was just this place or all of them have some amazing food. I got their nachos. So good. She even put everything in separate containers. I also had a brownie with ore cookies and ice-cream on top. My husband had the burger with fries. So good. I will have to try the one in my area to see if it's as good as that.

I think I got there around 9:00pm on a Wednesday night on Oct 16th, 2024 and she wore glasses (I think) and and had a fairly small frame. I was in the other night and I immediately was greeted with smiles and gospel music playing in the background. Unfortunately the soda machine was out of service but that’s okay I wanted a coffee anyways. And I loved the fact the coffee was fresh unlike other places. I will say my partner did have a hard time with the waitress (I don’t remember her name but she was a Mexican lady) she just had attitude with us , hard to get refills on water, spent half the time we were there outside smoking, and she eventually yelled at some lady who was also working. (Very unprofessional) but the manager Jennifer came to check on me and my family told us she’s sorry for the unprofessional behavior her staff had she was very nice and a lovely person! She also informed us they were short staffed in the kitchen and told us she made my breakfast burger (hands down the best burger I’ve had!) will definitely go back as long as Jennifer is cooking my food!

Food is definitely good when you know when to go! I'm pretty particular about my food, I got to speak with Jennifer who was acting (or on site) manager. She was able to help me decide what to get, and even offered to substitute the french texas toasts bread for a white bread slices instead. I want to say that I come in maybe 2 times a month and my server cristie is such a very good waitress my wife and I are truck drivers we have our service dog and she brought water for our dog that was the kindest thing any server has ever did for us. Food was good after we finally got service! To much playing was happening at this Dennys in Wichita Falls, TX to even worry about their tables. Sat there over 20 minutes waiting on someone to help us. After I literally walked up and asked if our server was ever coming to the table or if we should go elsewhere we then got served and she was good at her job.

Scrambled eggs were obviously burnt, cups were dirty, and we heard one of the waitresses talking loudly by the tables say “I’ve been here 15 years. That’s why I don’t care anymore.” Which was obvious. I will say, our waitress said it was her first day and she was very sweet.

Short staffed gals were hustling but the place was dirty. Should have left but we stayed. Needs a good cleaning but staff didn’t have time during breakfast rush.

They servers fight amongst each other and with the kitchen staff your entire visit. Short staffed and make you know it so you feel bad for them and that you're a burden. They mess up the food and cannot get it remade on the fly or at all. This location has gone down hill. For the price being paid on 6 people the experience and food we received was far from satisfactory. Has the potential for greatness but needing new staff!

Placed order at 5:42pm over phone, was given a pick up time of 6:04. I arrived at 6:05 and waited until 6:29 to finally receive order. At the time there was a doordash driver there who also had a pickup time of 6:03, also receiving his order a minute before I received mine which made him 26 minutes late receiving his order even though him and I were the ONLY Togo orders. The restaurant was not busy at all with most of the 3 to 4 tables with couples at them already eating their food. Was given an excuse that they've been busy when it was pretty much crickets. When I asked if they offer any discounts for excessive waits, she reluctantly gave me 10% off and gave me a lecture that this can't happen every time an order is late, as if I have a habit of asking for discounts. Then she proceeded to explain that they take care of orders first in first out. I completely understand that concept, but for it to take 47 minutes from time order was placed and 25 minutes after the estimated pick up time for one plate of sirloin steak with hasbrowns and Mac and cheese when the restaurant wasn't busy at all, something needs to be fixed. I can handle an order being 5 minutes late, 10 minutes late... heck, even 15 minutes late IF it's busy, but when your order is 25 minutes late which took 47 minutes overall from the time the order was placed and you look around to see they aren't busy at all... that's the only time I will ever hint at a refund as I am usually very patient. It could have been handled a lot better than it was. It almost seems as the only cook on shift only cooks one dish at a time rather than add things to the grill and other cooking machines as other orders come in. Please address this because I used to love coming here as I have always received great service and the food never took this long to come out, especially during non peak hours. Definitely did not need to be told that they can't give a discount every time an order is late... duh

We stopped here on a recent trip to eat a quick lunch. We walked in, and everyone ignored us. We stood at the register area waiting to be seated, and although there were very few people eating in here, they acted like they were way too busy to even greet us. One male server finally finished taking an order right by where we were standing, and then looked up and saw us standing there waiting to be seated and just walked away!!! Never said a word! Since we were completely ignored after waiting there at least 5-6 minutes, we felt unwelcome and walked out!!! This is the worst Dennys location ever!!! Ugh!!!

When we arrived we were the only ones here. We were Sat down and put our order in. Waiter was very kind and doing a good job. After a few minutes a group of 8-10 people came in. My wife and I distracted ourselves with the claw machine ( didn't win anything lol). But after we ran out of quarters we sat down and waited a few minutes. we saw our orders in the window waiting but the waiter was tied up with the group as it seemed she was the only one there waiting. After about 8 minutes she came back and brought the food. I was a little disappointed. My burger was very bland almost tasteless the mashed potatoes had a flavor i didnt recognize but not bad. my wife's sandwich was missing its avocado and sundried tomatoe mayo and the bread was pretty dry bordering stale. Haven't been to a dennys since I was a child and now I've realized why. The server was doing a commendable job and me and my wife both agreed she was doing great but food wasn't just subpar but missing ingredients. I won't be coming back to dennys unfortunately even though I missed it since I used to come here with my mother.

My experience last night was very rude coming from the manager Kim she didn't fix the problem with my meal she gave me a 10 percent comp and she had a attitude with it the whole time and she took over for the cook cz she had to go to the restroom but she didn't wear a hat or hair net there was a blonde hair in my hash browns I ordered a all American and greasy hash and eggs looked dryer out ,Kim doesn't even need to be a manager shes rude and lazy as I can see...

Good food. Gross sticky messes in more places than not. Needs a good deep cleaning and regular closing checklists to maintain. Very nice staff.

service was as best as it could be since I think she was the only one working. an it was realitively busy. ordered brisket melt. there was 6 of us in our group I will say. but my sandwich was cold when brought out. what meat there was which was very little was hard dry an cold. didn't have the egg on it like it was suppose. I took it back up an ask if they could at least nuke it. which she quickly did an said she was sorry about. I paid the full bill an didn't question it. an i gave her a 5 dollar tip.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience when dining at Denny’s but last night when I was dining, it was the worst experience. The cook and the waitress started getting into a heated argument and it escalated loud enough to be heard by all the customers. The supervisor or manager on shift could be seen trying to calm the employees down but they continued arguing. Many of the other customers started to get vocal about what they were witnessing. I thought the supervisor was doing the best she could under the circumstances. She was apologetic to all the customers and trying to make things right while trying to keep her employees under control. Overall, it was a shocking experience and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The one in Wichita falls closed recently(no suprise) but we were in Gallup,NM and stopped at a Dennys(mistake)and got awful service and even worse food. We were sat next to where the waitress's get the food from the kitchen so we could clearly hear them arguing and talking bad about the customers the whole time, especially a girl named Amanda who showed her discontent with every step she took. The food took an hour and came out burnt and half missing. We never did get the food that was missing. It ended up being a big waste of time and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this restaurant.

We took our seat at a booth, and it took over 20 minutes before this young lady came to our table. We told her we were ready to order and she told us she wasn't our waitress but she would take our drink order. We waited another 20 minutes before our actual waitress came out to take our order. She was busy arguing with a guy who was off duty but still working. In the meantime, there were at least 4 tables that got up and walked out. We had already ordered, so we stuck it out. Eventually, we asked for the food to be switched to to-go. We were there for 2 hours and was it worth it... Not at all! I would not recommend it!

I really don't like to leave really bad reviews unless warranted. This is one of those times. I ordered delivery through Doordash because I'm alone and very sick from chemo. The dasher had to wait for at least 10 or more minutes to pick up my food. I got an omelet with hash browns, toast and pancakes. ALL of the food was cold! The hash browns were burnt and black. The omelette was filled with liquid and grease!!! Since when do omelettes need grease??!!! The white toast was not burnt but was hard as a rock all the way through! The pancakes, gross, cold, and tasted like they were sitting for hours. I'll never order from here again. The other Denny's went out of business. I'm guessing this one will too. Waste of money!! Do better Denny's!!! You lost a customer.

I ordered the coffee with regular milk so the waitress is telling me that she would have to charge me extra for the milk . they do not offer milk with coffee in this place. and I put the milk into my coffee I see a bug in my coffee "" attached is a picture """ I wouldn't come to this place again

They open at 6am according to an employee. Despite google maps saying they are open 24 hours .

Walked out today never even got service. Walked in and first I was only one at front to get seated. A Togo order walked in so they ignored me and got the Togo order. I figured I’d be next. Nope another Togo order walked in. The lady looked at me and then proceeded to serve the Togo Customer. Never said I’ll be right with you or nothing. Ended ip just walking out.

Found a little roach in a glass of water. When asked what we wanted to do, we said cancel the order because, how do you come back from a roach?

I usually love dennys but not this one, all of the food came dry, the waiter didnt even give us straws for our drinks, one of the omelets came in cold, the hash browns were burnt, and they forgot my order so while everyone else was eating i was just waiting because the waiter told me it would take a while but once i finally asked she apologized and said she forgot it so she basically lied to my face while i was starving and seeing other people in my party eat and it wasnt even busy like maybe a little less than half of the restaurant was filled and ive had my food come to me faster and better cooked in a full dennys before but the worse part is that when she brought me a water she spilt it over the food and didnt even atleast give us napkins to clean it up and the most frustrating part is when we were about to leave she asked if we wanted a to go box we said yes but she forgot so we had to call her over after a few minutes

Our waitress Amanda was Wonderful... Will come again on our next ride through Witchita Tx. Delicious eats as always Denny's Rocks 🖖

I was just in tonight at 7:30 and the food was amazing and the manager was very polite but the server is don't remember her name she is not a good server she looked dirty and high on something and she went outside to smoke and didn't even wash her hands

Roaches, weed, and malfunctions. We saw roaches after we ate and the staff laughed it off. Additionally, the employees smelled like weed, and continuously messed up our orders. After all of that, the register malfunctioned the manager asked us to wait 20 minutes so they could reboot the system... and it still didn't work. This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had. I wouldn't let an animal eat at this establishment.

The waitress was initially nice and brought me coffee right away; however, the cup was dirty on the outside with butter on it. I asked her to change the cup, and she apologized and did so. Unfortunately, after drinking about half of the coffee, I realized the replacement cup was also dirty. I don’t know if this was intentional, as it was clearly visible when the cup was changed. Additionally, my children went to use the restroom and found it completely filthy, with used toilet paper all over the floor, making it unusable. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

They do not know how to make hash browns. They are cooked with a lot of grease. Each potato string is greasy they are not golden brown and don't stay together when cooked just very very saturated in oil thats all it taste like eggs and everything. Couldn't eat it except a couple of bites. And that was it DONE. There was no one there we were the only one. The waitress gave me a cup of coffee it was not even warm had to ask for a hot fresh cup of coffee.

I just had one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had in my life in a restaurant. I came in and ordered a drink, and then ordered my food. The fact that I sat there for nearly 20 minutes and didn’t get any food, despite my being one of the only people in the restaurant, came as no surprise, when I heard the commotion from the kitchen. A server and Cook were fighting with each other very loudly. It started and seemed over,, and then about five minutes later, it got worse. I overheard the server accuse the cook of not washing her hands when cooking an order, presumably for his brother the way he talked. He yelled at the cook that he normally would never care if she washed her hands or not, but because it was for his brother, she needed to remake whatever she was making. She yelled back that she did wash her hands according to procedure, and that he was not gonna get his full order for his brother. He yelled back that she didn’t. It went on and on. The server kept arguing that it was his brother who had ordered a real order like anybody else, and the cook said that he could not have it. I finally had had enough, and I walked out. I went there tonight because that is where my spouse and I met. We have been separated for two weeks because of a surgery, and I went there tonight to feel closer. Instead, I could not believe the unprofessionalism from the people that work in that place. None of them should have jobs there.
