I'm a fan of Frappes. I really am. I normally purchase them from places like McDonald's and Starbucks. Or, I use to to say the least. After heading on over there with a couple of friends and trying their Protein Frappe, I have to say that they have the best Frappes to date. While my group did sit outside to enjoy the setting sun in their semi-private porch, the layout on the inside was nicely planned for optimal efficiency in getting the order and then resting in the many couches and love seats in the dinning area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Doctor Do It

Chill local coffee spot. Has nice cute little rooms to 'rent' if you want a quite place to study. Prices are fair and normal for 'fancy' coffee today. It's a cool place, stop in, drink some coffee, and relax a little.

Despite a lot of the hype surrounding this quaint, little coffee house, I found it much the same as any other. The barista was hospitable. The decor is currently a welcoming blend of industrial with enough touches of farmhouse to warm it up nicely. It's well appointed for the space. The coffee, however, was lackluster. If you enjoy Panera Bread's coffee. Frank & Joe's Coffee tastes remarkably the same.

This visit, my food did come out a little bit faster than it did last time. The only issue this time was the gentleman working in the back making the food was handling everything ,frozen or not ,with no gloves on, and that is not sanitary at all.

First time in, here for work and it’s a cute place, good wifi and overall cozy. But the vibe was off. The folks were not too friendly, my drink lacked flavor, the strawberries tasted old and unfortunately my sandwich was burnt and hard to chew. I think it was just an off day, so I’ll come back for a second try when I’m back in town.

I always prefer a local coffee house over the big franchise names. This local spot has the charm. Clean, bright and spacious. But something was missing. I wasn't greeted with a smile. No one barely made eye contact. ? The cappuccino was good. But it was served in an edge chipped coffee cup. ? The prices were competitive. That's a plus. But the sound and ambiance just wasn't there.. However, cleanliness, space, reasonable service and good prices. This place merits another visit. Maybe I was expecting too much Coffee house culture for Wichita. LoL Stop in and see for yourself. It looks like a good local spot.✌️

Came in on our way home. First thing noticed took about 10 minutes to acknowledge us. Employees were taking and making drive through orders. There was an apology and an acknowledgment when she took our order after catching up. We waited about 20 minutes for our order finally going up to then to ask. Bad part a manager was dropping off supplies and just left with out at least helping in any way. I don’t blame the employees because they were doing the best they could. The place has a leadership problem when a manager just slipped out like no big deal. By the way this is the second time we had a similar issue.

Extremely rude staff, exceedingly long wait times or absolutely no service at all, manager is insufferably rude to anyone and everyone. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I would provide negative stars but the review requires at least 1 to leave a review at all. Do not order from this place unless disappointment is something you're in to

8 am the busiest time and only one employee. She can’t do drive thought and walk in. Is not his fault. But It took for ever. Sofa are very dirty. I will not return and I don’t recommend for walk in. Unless you have plenty of time and don’t care about a clean space.

Good coffee, but the prices are out of hand. I went there often until I found out they charge close to a dollar for a whipped cream cup for my dog. I can handle paying 5 bucks for a cup of coffee, but the dog thing was scummy for me. It’s a shame, very greedy ownership.

Got up early and drove in from out of town to get my birthday drink. Received a $5 off coupon. Coupon still valid, but was told they had issues with coupon codes after I sit there and waited for my drink. Told me there was nothing they could do but they could give me an email to contact someone. Will not be back. Didn't even give me the drink they made. I would think since it was on their end they could have at least gave me the drink that day.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I had to wait more than 25 minutes just for a single coffee, which is far too long. When I finally received my order, the only response I got was a simple “sorry.” I expected better service and a more professional way of handling delays. Unfortunately, this left a very negative impression.
