This location* somewhere in Texas. Wayne is the dude's name. Excellent spirit. I know great employees. I don't eat Wendy's often. This was accidental. I did for years. Bad help and bad food killed it for me. But this joint.. management do their job.

David at Wendy's deserves a raise. It was busy, we had a group of 6, 3 adults 3 kids. Multiple trips through the food line, they ran out of yellow Powerade, he said "while they fix it I would happily fill your drinks from ours back here" I just picked a different flavor and the kids were fine. We sat and ate, while going to refill our drink before we left, someone had made a huge mess with the ice machine, to the point that you could not use the drink station. David again with a smile and an apology said " I am sorry for the inconvenience but while we get it fixed, it just happens sometimes, I can get your drinks back here." The whole time we were there our kids were playing in the corner where the fake fire screen is and eating. David never wavered in his smile or uplifting attitude. There were multiple trips to the register, more than I listed here with small issues, Everytime he took care of them right away. This happened on 9-7-2019 at lunch time.
This has to be one of the best Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at. We’ve been all over several states and I tell you what, I have never had a burger so fresh and HOT ever, anywhere. Literally sat on the dash for 3/4 minutes and it was STILL hot, not reheated warm but actually tasted like a fresh burger. Whoever works afternoon shifts on Saturdays thank you!!!!

Okay first and foremost I just want to say that anybody who knows this location on camp Street this particular Wendy's it's mainly and no offense intended to anyone or any race or anything like that in particular at all just trigger warning... However the Hispanic ladies that have been running and working at that Wendy's for years now are always and always have been extremely rude and snappy and just basically just not very nice to customers or the other employees. However today I went in with a fairly large order so I actually went inside the store and met a young man who had only been working there a couple weeks and his name was Nathan. Not only was he extremely kind and high-spirited he was on his job I mean I'm saying he was on the ball He knew exactly what I wanted which was like I said my order was long it was also kind of random and extensive so it was going to be work for anybody who did it. However Nathan he nailed it with the backside of a hammerman I'm saying I give that kid five stars matter of fact whoever owns or manages that restaurant he needs to be recognized or given a promotion or employee of the month something He's only been working there for 2 weeks and he was worked circles around the other six employees that were working there including the managers that were doing nothing but screaming and being ugly and screaming basically obscenities to this kid Nathan in Spanish like I don't understand Spanish or something? It was completely ridiculous but Nathan made sure that my order was 100% correct He even helped me carry it to the car
We purchased two 4 for 4 meals and a grilled chicken sandwich. Not sure if the cashier was new and in training, but the manager was helpful and friendly. Answered my question about 50 piece family nugget deal for 9.99.
Fella named David at the front was extremely helpful and never stopped smiling. I've been iffy about Wendy's in the past, but David reassured me that my food was in good hands. Good food, greater man. Highly recommend this location because of him.

The minute we walked though the door very friendly and accommodating chocolate ice cream was out, but they enjoyed the strawberry after their lunch, the line moved quickly. Hsted it when a lady picking up her order got mad she had to get her own fork. She was very rude but our experience was good will go back.
I've been going here for several years. The food and atmosphere have been great. Kiddos to the manager for handling the kids when they get out of school. Other managers of restaurants could learn from her. Thank you for stepping up. Great place for lunch or dinner.

Courteous staff and clean restaurant. Order arrived as placed and tasted good. Chocolate frosty to top it off cannot be out done. Kudos to customer service at register, seen increasingly less frequent in today's fastfood world. 9/10 overall this visit.
Frosties are the best I recommend caramel and chocolate if was the texture and flavor it seemed natural not like McDonald's creams

This location is very friendly and always helpful. Especially today when the mobile app wasn’t working right again. The manager fixed the problem.
Went into restroom to wash my hands before eating. A brown unflushed brown tootsie was in the bowl. Hence not good atmosphere. Found a pair of eye glasses on the restaurant Bathroom too. Gave them to the front counter. My order was a hamburger with no cheese. She laid a warm burger on the tray. I opened it in front of her and low and behold, there was a partially melted cheese slice on the burger I knew was pre made. Or left by another customer. Or whatever. The next burger was really really good. I liked their workers and spent my time gathering napkins and sea salt so I will not run out of TP. Smile.
I had the Breakfast Baconator and Seasoned Fries yesterday!!! I have to say that from ALL of the local drive thru breakfast sandwiches, THIS ONE IS THE BEST!!! It is scrumptious! I don't care much for the rest of their lunch/dinner menu, other the salads and chili, but this sandwich is amazing!!!
It has been ages since I’ve been to Wendy’s on Kemp. I’m glad I went here for a small dinner Saturday Night as they got a major face lift and upgrade. The seating area is so modern looking, especially with the artificial fireplace and large screen, flat screen TV. The food was fast, hot, and delicious. It was also quite big, especially the 4 for $4 deal. Best, fast food meal with friendly customer service.

they make Good hamburgers but the bread on the hamburgers is too thick for my taste, sauce Is mayonnaise based, I don't like mayonnaise. Be sure tell them your changes at ordering.
The store on Kemp is always neat and clean however when I have been there and dined in it has smelled like someone has burned something it actusy s.ells like old cooking oil otherwise enjoy immensely
Oh boy what to say about Wendy's Wendy's is delicious savory amazingly delicious food and you'll never have a problem if you go to Wendy's well one day I ordered a Dave's triple and you know what they gave me a Daves sentuplet this burger had like seven patties on it and I guess it had been because I ordered it right before they close and they need to get rid of their beef but anyways there was so much on this that I said what anime can compare to this Dave's and tablet into this day I have not found an enemy that can compare to the Davidson tablet this is truly to be beholded and truly a good sandwich and truly a good location to buy your food from please go to Wendy's I recommend it.
Picked up a chickin sandwich and fries with med coke , it was a little undercooked. But still good . My girlfriend had a burger and fries with med coke . Both fries could have been a little bit more crispy. Fast service decent meal to go .
The food is always fresh and hot or cold as it should be the young people that work there are friendly and fast(the older ones too) the only thing is a couple of times a day usually lunch and dinner the line gets a little backed up, but that is to be expected. And it is always kept clean.
They have a new baconator and cheeseburger sandwich.It tastes so good for $3.00

One of the nicer Wendy's I've visited. Service was good, food was fresh and tasty, restaurant was clean. Would have really enjoyed our lunch, but it was just too hot in there.
Biggy bags are still my go to lunch when I need something fast and cheap. I prefer their fries over McDonald's salty potato sticks any day. The food comes out super fast, though the flavor tends to suffer as a result. Errors happen frequently, but they always make it right. I always dine in, as I love their custom drink machine. It's the only place I can get Daves Orange Cream Soda. The app is fairly good these days.
I pulled through here and got my husband & I some chicken nuggets which are my fave from here. The woman at the window was super sweet and got us all fixed up and on our merry way fast. Stop in next time your in the area, great food, friendly employees and a very tidy store.

New breakfast sandwich combo #7. The sandwich was not greasy. The fries seasoned right. The ice vanilla drink was Spot On!! This is the first time in years I was blowned back from the service. If you want to experience good service an food that was cooked fresh, the service made the food taste even better. I don't like eating out due to lack of care, enthusiasm, or to simply follow how to make an item. This Wendy's in Wichita Falls, TX. off Kemp Blvd just amazing service an food. I tried the sample oatmeal cookie, it was different with cranberries an blueberries. Going back to the drink....... It wasn't overly sweet. Thank you Wendy's I thing I will visit again. I think it is from 6:30am til 10:30. If you want clean atmosphere, nice welcoming smile, good service, an taste some non greasy good breakfast food HERE YOU GO!!

This is a pretty good fast food place. They're always quick with your order and it's almost always right. I'm a very picky eater so if they get my order right I'm usually pretty happy! Good food, courteous employees I'm in.
Why are the lobby doors locked during the day? Hard to pick up a pick up order when you can't go inside?? Hire security if your worried about jr high kids, not lock out paying customers.
My daughter loves this place and I visit often. She gets the 4 items for $4 every time. Great price for the amount of food. She special orders her burger without any vegetables on it and they get the order correct most of the time. Staff are always very friendly. We will definitely be back!

You know, of all the Wendy's, this one was the best in fresh food and service. We had three grands with us, so we ordered a family chili and a few $5 biggie bags and fed everyone for under $30. The manager was facilitating everything and it showed in the customer service. It was a very clean, well-ran machine. Thank you for being better than the norm in fast food around here.
I think Wendy's is the standard Fastfood place here. Maybe it's my South Asian stomach talking but I always get gassy after eating the chicken nuggets. Cream Soda is great and I like how the staff doesn't give you the evil Eye for double filling drinks. Some of the best fries in town as long as they are hot. The burgers need work. Need more spices. I suggest they also start selling some chicken like Burger King.

The food is great i'm a sixth grader and wendys is three stores seat from my middle school but a 8th grader said,"do you dislike the kids here?" and the lady responded with,"I pushed a kid down to the floor by purpose and made them drop their frosty and when I went to get the kid another frosty I spit in it because I got tired of those little brats." In my opinion you might be thinking we cause food fights and trouble but we don't the worst thing we done on the first 3 days we forgot to out up our trays
ordered the 4 for 4. asked to have no cheese on the bacon Jr cheeseburger, only mustard and extra onions and pickles. Didn't get bacon, and if 2 thin rings of onions is extra onions, that is sad. I have paid extra in the past for more but really, when I always ask the cheese to be left off, would that offset extra onions and pickles? I always choose Wendy's when given that option.
Food is usually good so I can’t complain there but I’ve never known a fast food restaurant lobby to be closed at random hours of the day. Online says they open at 6:30am, I went up there just to find the lobby doors locked so I called and the lady said they don’t open inside until 9am? I was also headed to work the other day and wanted lunch before I went, I made it there around 3:15pm and the lobby was locked with no note or explanation on why.

Food quality in most fast food has declined. I've loved their spicy chicken sandwich for 20+years and it's just not spicy like it was, more like slightly seasoned. Food that we got was ok, but we were quite frustrated that the menu was not accurate. The "new" offering on the kids meal for strawberries and blueberries had been "discontinued", and while the menu says that they have toys for kids under 3, but when we asked at the window they said that they don't.
Don’t get the frostyccino. I got the Vanilla one and my fiancé got the chocolate. It’s just a bitter iced coffee. Not happy at all was expecting at least a little frosty at the bottom and nothing.
I do love Wendy's, but this last visit just wasn't it! The burger and sandwich really didn't taste too good. I enjoyed the service I received, but the food wasn't appetizing. I guess it's a one off thing, IDK, but I'm reluctant to have it again for a while.
Very disappointed in this store. Pre pandemic i visited and was pleased with the quality and service. Went in today, the dining area was open, but the store was hot.The employees were lackadaisical, not good customer service. The soda dispenser was out of ice. The meat on the sandwich was not thoroughly cooked, could see pink. The French fries looked like the dregs off of the bottom of the basket. Don't know if i will give them a second chance.
Food is good, but the female answering drive thru was very rude for no reason. If you can't be polite and professional, you need to be placed in a different position that doesn't deal with the public. The manager should realize that noticing that type of thing is part of his/her job.
Clean place inside and nice staff however the past 5 times I’ve gone there and ordered via drive through, my order has come back wrong. It’s been very annoying having to pull over and check the bag and eventually go back into the restaurant to get the correct order.
Ordered in drive thru, decided to dine in. The burger was TINY, especially for a$12 meal. The burger was obviously cooked before and kept on a warmer. The fries were the best part, fresh, hot, tasty. I was only one in dining area. Tables were dirty, Kechup dispenser empty. They obviously don't like people dining in. Disappointing.

We stopped for drinks and restrooms. The mens room was locked and the manager wasnt coming to open it tonight and the womens room ran out of toilet paper. The gentleman that assisted us was baffled at why we were upset. Needless to say, we left without drinks too.
I'm not sure whether the problem we had was through Doordash or Wendy's themselves, but neither wanted to let us know of any issue and they just canceled our order. First off we ordered from the Wendy's on Kemp through Doordash but then after waiting 30 min. we get a call from an unknown number leaving a voicemail saying he went to the other Wendy's in Flying J's and they no longer serve breakfast. So he was going to have to go to the one on Kemp, which is where he should've originally gone, to pick up the order. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting my wife receives an email stating our order was canceled due to Wendy's not being able to fulfill the order and we would get our money back in 5-7 business days. After talking to someone at Wendy's, we resigned ourselves to never try Doordash again. Wendy's will be cut out as well, as this was their third strike in a row.
They messed up nearly the entire order. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no mayo and received a single with mayo. The other sandwich was supposed to be a fish sandwich with no pickles and muenster instead of American, received American and pickles. We were also missing a drink from the order.
Absolutely awful, had to repeat my order 4 times, ordered a spicy chicken wrap when I got to the window they didn’t have spicy and offered me either homestyle or grilled, I picked homestyle for them to then tell me I was getting it grilled. Worst service in Wichita falls
The food is good but for some reason the manager on Kemp St who is Mexican does not want to hire locals from Wichita falls.I speak Spanish and my wife and I overheard her talk bad about us.When I informed her that my wife and myself speak Spanish her jaw dropped.Last I heard we are not allowed to be rasist but she did get the memo.Eat at the location on jacksboro hey only unless you enjoy negative comments about you and your family
Had 3 bags of food, each with a burger and small fries at the drive through. They left a burger out of one of the bags... Really? How does that happen? Workers seemed indifferent and did not apologize.
Worst ever! Ate here about a year ago and they couldn't get our order right. Decided after a year to try again... bad idea! They still couldn't get our order correct. Next time, McDonald's. They always get my order right. Avoid this Wendy's at all cost!
This is coming from a person who used to be a frequent customer at this location before things seriously went downhill. It started with a backlogged drive-thru lane, but now it's devolved into a rude, incompetent mess that I will never find myself crossing paths with again. This afternoon, I was in the drive thru lane and rolled up to the order screen. Nothing. Silence. For almost 5 minutes. It was only when I said something out loud that one of the employees bluntly told me to "Wait a moment." Exasperated, I decided to park my car and run inside to place my order, thereby defeating the purpose of being in a drive thru in the first place. Not only did the employee behind the counter forget the entire order I laid out for him, he was going to charge me for stuff that I didn't even order! On top of that, most of the workers (who didn't seem to speak English) were clustered to the side, debating with one another in Spanish as to what order belonged to whom. The person taking my order was completely lost and didn't know how to reverse all of the stuff he punched in, and it was then that I just walked out, because there was no way the experience was going to become any less complicated. We're talking fast food here, people! I was furious, and as a result I refuse to give this location any more of my business. Hopefully, more people will do the same and upper management will actually learn to utilize and enforce customer service, not to mention more effective communication skills amongst one another to better serve their customers.
I tried the baconator for the first time and couldn't have been more disappointed. The bread was dry the food was plain and didn't even taste the bacon. The frosty was good but that was it.
I asked for a bacon double stack with just bacon and cheese and they don't even put damn bacon in the burger and when I was order the person taking orders right after I was done with the first item she just told me the total like I was finished without giving me a chance to order something else.
The inside smelled bad like sewage not sure if they have a leak wish someone would fix it, was in drive thur took to long so parked to order inside. One of my orders was wrong but didnt realize it till after we left tried calling for two hours line was constantly busy like maybe they just left phone off hook. So here i am now tried calling the next day but no one will answer the phone. Wish someone would just fix my 10 dollar order. 😠
Good luck. The people taking orders don't pay attention and rush you. Then you pay for your order and its wrong, they won't fix it so you pay again or just don't eat due to food allergies.
I ordered a delivery through their website. When I got the order I was missing my chocolate frosty and my sauces. When I called them the manager answered and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said I could come pick up a strawberry frosty because they were out of chocolate. I don't have a car because I live at a college and I asked for a refund instead for the frosty. She said they don't give out refunds because it was through doordash(it wasn't I ordered directly from them doordash just delivered it) and when I asked what was going to happen since I am missing my food she hung up on me. When I called back she said the reason she hung up was because I was being rude and disrespectful(all I was doing was trying to find a viable solution). I told her it was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to hang up on a customer like that. You need to train your staff Wendy's because I work in food service and I would be appalled if I ever interacted with a customer this way. Appalling customer service.
The staff are always kind here, the orders are usually accurate and fast. This is a solid Wendy's to go too for sure. Rarely lets me and my family down. Edit down to 1 star. Read below as to why. Be careful going to this place if you value your time and money. During a visit to this business a few days ago, my family and I encountered several issues that tarnished our overall dining experience. Despite the typically commendable service we have received in the past, on this particular occasion, we faced challenges that I believe warrant attention. Firstly, the quality of our food fell short of our expectations. The fries served to us were cold and soggy, prompting us to kindly request freshly cooked replacements. Regrettably, the additional wait time of almost 15 minutes for the new fries resulted in the rest of our order becoming cold and unappetizing. When I approached the staff again after receiving my fries to kindly explain the issue, I encountered interruptions during the conversation, which was disheartening. My family and I had just gotten off a full shift and still had patience enough to not disrespect you or interrupt your staff or treat you with rudeness. I expressed my disappointment with the situation and emphasized the importance of respectful communication. Unfortunately, the individual manager with whom I interacted displayed an unwarranted attitude and appeared unhelpful as he didn't know what to do and was unwilling to give me my money back on this stressful encounter as he kept repeating to me that he had never encountered this issue before... First I get cold fries and then I have to wait 15 minutes for some fresh ones when they should have been fresh to begin with. Then I have to deal with a hateful confused manager as to why this happened and why my food is cold? Really? I don't know your name but I know you were a young Asian male. Perhaps you were having a bad night man? Either way, you shouldnt interrupt the customers, especially the ones who are nice. That's just being hateful and it's unnecessary. Furthermore, I was denied a refund for the unsatisfactory meal despite presenting my receipt, which contradicts the refund policy stated by Wendy's. The manager then suggested that I contact or email Wendy's directly for a refund, while simultaneously expecting me to return the uneaten food without receiving compensation. This request seemed illogical and raised concerns about the integrity of the transaction. Unethical? Beyond the financial loss incurred, which amounted to about $30 for our family's dinner that evening, I am disheartened by the lack of adherence to your own refund policy. I believe that all customers, regardless of the amount spent, should be entitled to a fair resolution when their dining experience falls below acceptable standards. My intention in sharing this experience is not solely focused on my personal loss but to draw attention to the potential impact on others who may face similar situations. It is my belief that every customer deserves prompt and respectful resolutions, ensuring their satisfaction and upholding the reputation of your esteemed brand. I kindly request that you review this incident and take appropriate measures to address the concerns raised. By rectifying these issues, you have an opportunity to enhance the overall customer experience and reinforce your commitment to excellence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Went through the drive thru to order for my family and I, requested a drink carrier. When the employee at the window handed the drinks out, she failed to wait until i had a hold of the drink carrier, causing me to spill drinks on myself. She did not offer napkins or any help, and looked at me stupid when I handed back a drink to be remade as it had a hole in the cup and was spewing everywhere. She ignored me when I asked if that was everything in the order, and closed the window while I waited to ask for more napkins to help with the spill. The food was cold, and tasted bad. Really disappointed as I usually have a fantastic experience at this location.
Questions lots of them but how you order your food and it comes out cold? All the hamburger was cold and cheese was not even melted 😒. The person that took the order was almost falling asleep as we walked in that should have been a clue. How was the best thing the Flys 🪰 fighting over food at the next table over? It was entertaining 🤣 but food was badly done and customer service was a joke.. I asked for warm food and it was like I kicked a child. We just had to cut the losses and get back in the car.
This location is always out of everything. The drink machine is always down, the food is always overcooked. They even fry the bacon instead of using the oven. The exhaust system in the building is either broke or the staff refuse to use because the interior always has a layer of smoke and smell like burnt cooking oil. The last thing is the staff, good luck trying to what you ordered because they definitely dont care.
Thieves. Ordered a single at the drive thru. Sandwich only. She said 10.38 as I was pulling to the window. Confirmed at the window how much for a single only? 10.38. nope, drive away. Called for a manger, would not give her name. She argued with me that I ordered a combo. Single burger with a cup of water, confirmed it twice. I asked her name again.... Um, Betty. Liar. Thieves.
Terrible experience. Made my order and the lady didn’t repeat it to me just gave me a price that seemed high. Had her read it back to me at the window. And every thing was fine. Got home looked at the receipt and she had charged me for and extra meal and failed to tell me when I asked for it to be repeated. Also called them 20 times(yes I counted) and no one answered. Called the other one in town and they answered after the first ring. But the other one still never answered
The worst service ever. I made an attempt to get food from Wendy's through Uber eats and it was cancelled. So I called to ask why and I had a hard time hearing the lady on the phone. And she rudely hung up on me. I don't recommend this Wendy's AT ALL.
Ordered food for my family. It took 30 minutes to get our order and everything was cold like it was pulled out of a cooler. It was almost like they cooked a bunch of patties and put them in the cooler and never bothered to heat them back up before making them into a burger. I went back to ask for a receipt so I could fill out the survey and the cashier tried to tell me she couldn't do it until her manager walked up behind her. Got the receipt but the manager wasn't interested in finding out what the problem was. Horrible place to eat. Wish I could give a negative amount of stars.
My order was taken wrong so I was charged more. When I questioned this the lady at the drive threw was super rude refusing to correct the mistake. When I asked for the manager she said she was the manager then I asked for her supervisor and she finally attempted to correct. Very rude and inconsiderate. Zero customer service. Will never be back.
I went back 3 times for them to fix my order because I'm allergic to onions. The employees had attitudes because they had to fix THEIR mistake which at the end of the day they never fixed it. I jus got tired of going back up there. I feel like they owe me because I spent my hard earned money on something that I couldn't ever receive ‼ Wendy's on Kemp need some help.
Our Uber eats order was incomplete. Called the store 18 times (literally) and no one would answer the phone. I'll give corporate a call tomorrow to let them know about the customer service
Super slow service took me 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting in a parking spot to get my food. I will never return to this location and the food is mediocre. One star is very generous.
Probably a reason why this is the first and only time I’ve been here since I moved here almost 4 years ago sat in the drive-through for well over 15 minutes around 9:30 at night. Nobody in the drive-through really to begin with… let me add two people behind me in the drive-through ordered and then pulled off and left because they waited so long …also had a very simple order, including a burger that I flat out said no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes on it. Yes, I know I can pick it off, but it’s still the point if you have time to waste and time to sit there then yes go here. Glad I haven’t wasted my time over the last four years and it was a one and done for me
Requested 3 of the same things with only one thing removed from all three. All three had then on it and we were the only people there and still had to wait 10 minutes plus for the orders to be wrong
This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Terrible food, service and bathrooms. No drinks available on their drink machine and not clean.
This place has the worst service I have ever seen. The lady that took my order at 6:30am didn’t even have the breakfast menu up at first so I ordered a #8 but then she told me only breakfast so I ordered breakfast instead. She still managed to charge me for 2 meals when I only wanted one. She charged me for a #8 breakfast plus what I ordered when I realized it wasn’t lunch. Food was disgusting & smelled terrible. Tried to call management but they don’t answer the phone. 0/10 very disappointed & will not be coming back to this location unless I can get a full refund.
I ordered from this store through Grubhub 1) 3 doublestack burgers for biggie bags were made incorrectly couldn't eat burgers as they had mayo on them I asked for mustard, pickels , onions and lettuce only as mayo makes me sick. I ordered 3 unsweet teas with sweet n low as I am diabetic no sweetener provided even though requested. I ordered a MD frosty I got cold brew coffee. I dont like cold coffee. If you are going to work in food industry get your crap together will never order from them again.
absolutely unacceptable behavior. rude window lady. asked specifically for medium frosty she offered for it to be on the meal and yet gave junior frosty with it. wouldn’t have gotten a meal if i knew it wouldn’t be the size frosty i wanted. when i told her about it all she said was sorry about that and slammed and window shut. very unacceptable. super rude. zero customer service skills
