Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, absolutely the best chicken sandwiches in the world like omg so yummy. I could easily eat chick fil a every single day. There chick fil a sauce is so scrumptious and just everything on the menu is absolutely yummy. The prices are good and the staff are just so lovely and friendly. I've been to many chic fil a stores and none has ever disappointed me and this was no different. It was clean, tidy and a great environment. Definitely, definitely recommend a visit to any Chic Fil A stores any if you're in Wichita Falls then definitely visit this store, it's great for kids too with a great play area. 5***** for me

We hit this location on one of the busiest days of the year most likely - the day before Thanksgiving when everyone is on the road. Despite this, they were extremely efficient, friendly and the order was perfect. Fresh, generous portions, and no compromise on quality due to them being slammed. Consistently delicious with the best customer service ever, as per usual with CFA!!

I can’t lie. I’m a huge fan of chicken. I will say that the Chick-fil-A in Wichita Falls, Texas delivers on the spicy chicken sandwich with a clean seating area, friendly customer service, and a steamy hot sandwich and tender waffle fries. They do offer quite a bit of honey mustard, which is perfect for any of their delectable meals. While I do wish their fountain drinks and water machine was on the other side of the cash register where customers can get their own refills, I will say they do refill the drinks pretty fast.

This is my favorite place in Wichita Falls... from the friendliness in the drive through to the stellar customer service inside...! I dined in and ordered grilled chicken nuggets on my lunch hour. While I sat and waited, one of the employees came to my table and said the wait would be a little long because they weren't ready. I said No Problem... I probably waited 5 to 6 minutes at the most, enjoying the flowers at my table (there are flowers at every table). When he came back with my order, he also handed me a card for a free meal on my next visit and apologized for the wait. They did not have to do this.... but like everything else they do that they don't have to... its very much appreciated!

The service was quick, food was really tasty, and they avoided cross contamination well. If you have a wheat allergy, I highly suggest the grilled chicken nuggets, with bar-b-q sauce poured on it. (You'll have to pour the bar-b-q sauce on the food yourself, but that's a minor detail) Very satisfying.

Little slower than other Chick-fil-a locations, but remain focused on good customer service. Sad to see a sign on takeout rack that food theft has become an issue.

My issue is that there's always something missing from what my grandmother and I have ordered. Whether it's utensils, dressing, or salad toppings, our order barely ever seems to be complete. Also, there are times when our order is just flat-out wrong. When my grandmother asks for a Spicy Southwest salad WITHOUT beans but WITH corn still in it, they present a salad with no black beans AND no corn. I have no idea what's going on here, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

Way to crowded. Play area was dirty, seating was dirty. First Chick-fil-A ever to mess up our order...mixed up food and forgot sauces and gave sauces we didn't ask for.

Aww Chick-fil-a ( in Wichita Falls), I am disappointed 😔 you have never done me like this! I asked for a hash brown scrambled egg bowl with spicy chicken. Your exact response was “ let me go check on that for you”. You came back and took my order word for word and never mentioned you don’t do spicy chicken at that location AND you still charged me for it😡 not cool!! Still a fan but DO BETTER!!

I flattened a damn tire and that giant pothole beside your business in the driveway. I will not be back until you’ll figure out how to get the people that own. The parking lot to get it fixed. It’s ridiculous.

On a long road trip hauling a huge rv, having to park at kohls to walk to this place.. we walked in not realizing they close dining at 9. My kids were enjoying playing as we waited, when the cashier told us we had to leave at 9 because they were going to close. I asked nicely for him to ask his manager if we could please eat since we didn’t have anywhere to sit, he said he’d give me 5 minutes to finish my food as they’re handing it to me. I said I haven’t even started but my husband just told me to leave. No consideration given even having spent $60 for a meal with no where to go to stretch out legs and just eat. Poor poor people Do better

I am an avid reviewer. I am usually leaving a good review 9 out of 10 times, but not tonight. I ordered two meals, which I asked to be bagged separately so that I could take them to different people - and a salad with two family sides and drinks. I noticed they were not bagged separately so they agreed to do it in the store so that I wouldn’t have to do it in my vehicle. During this time, my drinks were given to the car behind me. This worker handed out 2 more orders behind that car. By this time they are handing me back my cold food after re-bagging. I then asked for my drinks and stated that I believe they were given to car behind me, but I prefer new ones. By this time, the worker handing out the food is already bringing the drinks back, as the car behind noticed their drinks were wrong. They then try to hand me the drinks. I clearly stated that I didn’t feel comfortable with that and if they could make my drinks over. How did the other car know that the drinks were wrong? I don’t know if they drank out of them, took their straws out and handed them back. I then see, who looked like an actual store leader taking the drinks and pouring them in different cups after she had asked me to pull forward from the window. I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I didn’t move up. She had went behind the set up at the window thinking that I couldn’t see her. But I was definitely look hard at this point! After I watched her do this and they tried to bring them to me. I explain what I saw and asked that they please remake my drinks. The manager comes and I explain my concern. He then asked me to pull forward. I refused and stated calmly that she lacked integrity and I didn’t trust the situation. I finally received my drinks; soda all on the sides because by this time, the young lady making them is frustrated, which I understand, but who wants used drinks? And I still don’t trust the drinks because her integrity was off from the the jump and she was very upset. Maybe I have trust issues 😂 definitely did at this point. Hats off to the guy who took my order and indicated separate bagging on the order. Only reason why I gave a 3 for atmosphere and he had a great attitude. Highly disappointed and offended at not just the actions of one but also her coworkers who watched her do it. I don’t like spending almost $50 and then receiving that type of service. I pray that they understand my concern and learn from it. I usually receive good service at this location. To top it all off - I have no dressing for my salad 😑

Thinkntwice before going to this location its not like the rest! I asked for no lettuce and got it no worries I call them talk with a lead he asks I bring the sandwich back up no problem I ask if I can another small fries as my fries will be cold by the time I get back. I guess that was too much to ask needed to check with someone etc and started talking nonsense. If you look closely at the lettuce there's a black discoloration and it smells funny. Chik fil a be better. Seriously sad I've never had a problem with this place but the service from that lead was terrible.
