Ordered in store with Mauricio. Pizza was made very quickly and looks great! While I waited, the store got very busy but Mauricio handled each customer with care and remained professional. Very nice guy. Thanks for a good experience!

I really did not have a negative experience up until now. The order was placed online on Monday, December 5 and was supposed to be ready at 9:25p. Once I arrived at the store, the employee was on the phone for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, so I left and went back to the Cigar Lounge (Petworth Cigars) frequent to use the restroom. Upon my second return, the employee was still on the phone, however this time he (name tag had only the letter M) wrapped up the call and asked me, "What I wanted?" Like I was bothering him. He agreed with me back and forth and stated my order was not there, until he took a closer look. Upon giving me my order, he caught a(n) attitude when asking for sauce and tried to charge me for additional sauces. We spend too much money for them to act in a manner in which they should not.

Well I was surprised of the cost of a medium supreme pizza and 12 wings was $46.00. The price was much higher than expected.

Really friendly staff and very fast completion of our order! 4 stars just because of the price. It’s just Pizza Hut so it’s not gourmet or anything, but it was like $40 for a pizza and like 6 wings LOL. Not the store’s fault but it’s the reality.

Pizza is good, but costs a lot more through a 3rd party delivery service called Doordash if you do not live close enough (they don't even deliver to the Chevy Chase neighborhood the normal way) They at least try to make things right without trying to force you to buy more like a hamburger place nearby. Doordash claimed they would have fixed an issue I had more, but oh well.

Iconic location in the Washington DC... This location has its own parking lot and not handicap accessible. However the pickup location is small to hold about three to four people. Pizza is always fresh and cook to perfection.

Sure, you have to get your pizza through bulletproof glass, and there's no eating-area in the "resturant" as it is just a take-out / delivery location... But it IS conveniently located, has a teeny bit of parking, and the workers have been friendly in person. Not always the most prompt or efficient on the phone; but you can always order online. They don't always choose to participate in Pizza Hut promotions, so just ask about whatever deal or coupon you have prior to ordering. They deliver perfectly consistent Pizza-Hut tasting food; what's not to love?

I ordered a Super Supreme pizza but added in the notes that I wanted it without green peppers because my wife is allergic. The pizza came with green peppers. Disappointing. But everything else was good.

This location has surprised me. I have no bad issues with any employees there since being in the area. Very friendly staff and I have never experienced any bad issues with my food. I do miss the chocolate cookie option and its much preferred over the cinnamon sticks in my opinion.

I was mad at first bc they're out of the cheeseburger sauce... but after eating the boneless wings that they put the Asian sauce on them for me and they were so good that I deleted my old review 😂 I had a change of heart bc the wings are really good

This location is average. Parking lot was clean, but close to the building the cement is uneven. So I had to walk carefully with my cane to keep from falling. The doorway has a step so its not suitable for wheelchair. The place is small. It has a small lobby and a bench seat to wait for your order. It could use some upgrades to make your visit more pleasurable. I almost tripped coming out the door. The gentleman working there greeted me and was very friendly. He informed me they didn't have any in-store specials going and I had to go online to get the sale items. When I did and tried to place the order, a window popped up saying this location didn't honor this deal. So I had to search for another deal which cost a little more. I ordered a pepperoni pizza on hand toss crust. It was dry and the crust was a little hard. It looked as tho it had been sitting in a hot box for awhile. My second pie was a Supreme on Pan crust. It was fresh, and looked good and tasted good. I only got 2 slices because my friend ate the others. (He order the pepperoni )

I’m giving 3 stars because the pizza quality isn’t consistent, which is mucho importante. I ordered delivery of the exact same pizza twice. The first time it was heavenly—lots of veggies and an adequate amount of pepperoni and sausage. The second, I took toppings off sparse slices and put them on others. I ended up throwing out close to half of the crust, and there was way too much sauce. I won’t be ordering from them again. DC needs a Round Table! 🙂 #westside

Firstly, I wanted to make it clear that the service was not Pizza Hut’s fault, but more so with the DoorDash delivery guy. On Saturday, December 27th, I ordered five pizza boxes from Pizza Hut for a quinceañera. I already tipped online when I made the order, around $19 and out of the kindness of my heart decided to tip an extra $20 to the DoorDash delivery person named Jose when they arrived. The grand entrance for the party was just beginning when the DoorDasher arrived and I gave the tip to my stepfather to give to them since I couldn’t do it myself. My stepfather later recounted the experience with my mother and I—the DoorDasher, Jose, demanded MORE money from my stepfather and pressured him into giving it. My stepfather is a sweet, old man, so obviously he caved in. Besides that terrible delivery experience, the pizza was very good and by the end of the night we were left with only one box. My kind regards go out to the restaurant.

My order was missing a side of wings and I tried calling several times last night but kept getting disconnected when being transferred to the manger line. I probably won’t order from this location anytime soon the customer service line couldn’t help me to get in contact with the store at all. This place is terrible. They do not stock a lot of certain items EVER and will often lack more commonly ordered items. Their deliverers will never bring cheese or pepper packets with them. They are very prone to taking a ridiculously long time to complete your order. This isn't service or quality related, but the cashiers that work there are some of the most hideously fat whales of women you will ever see. It is disgusting to witness and makes you feel bad about eatting fatty pizza because it makes you that much closer to them.

First, I called to place an order, was told that the system is not recognizing my address, I tell the female that I live two blocks away, she says that she's going to get the manager to assist, as I'm waiting to speak to him and then the phone is hung up. I called back a few times. I then place an order online for delivery, I call for the status and was told by the manager that it's going to be about 45 minutes because he doesn't know where the driver is but needed to charge me additional money, I then have to go and pick it up if I want to actually eat! I go to pick it up and it's not hot and asked for the refund for delivery charge, he gave me an extra pizza to make up for the trouble. To say the least, I will not be going back, terrible customer service and they need to fix their system.

Genuinely one of the most depressing dinner experiences I’ve ever had. Dystopian entry way, long wait times, and absolutely absurd prices. Also. They have a centralized call center to take pizza orders!! You can’t even call the local pizza hut, and the people on the phone have no clue what they’re doing. Was left on hold for 15 minutes before i hung up. I’m not even that old, and even i can remember when pizza hut a universal, fine, itch that scratch meal you had to have every once in awhile. Worst. I didn't anticipated a superior product? I don't know why? My grandson got into the personal plan, that was okay, when I got to my half I turned it over and it's burnt at the bottom, how do you burn a personal pain?. The cinnamon sticks didn't have any icing, what I did have in there was the blue cheese dressing, for the wings that I had, the wings were okay. I brought my daughter in there she's 27, I was working there in 1995 when she was born. We didn't play without customers, even though the lobby is small, it was great customer service. We work hard in the back, clean, and we worked as a team. And our product was a very good quality. The people who answer the phone will courteous in my day, the lady was courteous, but you can barely hear, in the accent was very thick. I have the grade you a F! very disappointing one of my favorite pieces of all time. I invented the stuffed crust personal pain. They said it will cost too much. But yet I have come to be a superior chef. Get it together in there, it's very few of you around. Don't hold on by the seat of your pants. Put some effort in there. Put that superior product that I know Pizza Hut can be, back on Georgia avenue. And if you need my help. I don't know if you'll pay enough though. But I would turn that little spot around. And you might be making big bread but if this the quality that you put out. Why you feed people trash? Get it together or close the doors.

I think by now everyone should know if you order there, don't expect your things to be delivered on time or to be delivered at all. Go pick it up. They probably received so many complaints that they do not answer the phone and the phone line for customer service is disconnected. Even Pizza Hut tried to transfer me to them, but it tells you the line doesn't exist anymore lol. Pizza was good after I received it and I warmed it up👍.

They sent us a COMPLETELY BURNT PIZZA. The crust was literally black and these was dark brown. The fact that they felt ok to send that is beyond disgusting and ridiculous.

This is not only the worst pizza hut, but the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Service is flat out bad, and the pizza is TERRIBLE. It looks like they use frozen pre baked crusts and often the sauce and cheese only covers the middle 60% of the pizza. Avoid.

Very rude staff.... unprofessional and nasty! I ordered a pizza for our family night, because we've ordered here many times before we didn't check the pizza.... upon getting home, and opening up the pizza box... the pizza looked as is it were old, it was very hard and dry. The sauce was completely dried out, it was terrible!!!! Order elsewhere if you have the choice! Called to complain, they did absolutely NOTHING!! I was hung up on 3 times after asking for management, and even when I took pictures and sent to higher level, nothing was done. Terrible service, never again.

Worst customer service ever. I live right down the street from this Pizza Hut so I called in to order a pizza so it would be ready when I got there. After the person answered the phone, he immediately told me to hold on, after holding on for about 25 minutes I decided to go ahead and drive to the Pizza Hut while still on hold waiting for them to come back on the phone. When I got there there was no customers in the Pizza Hut and the guy was just looking through the window doing nothing. Of course since I'm now there I could order the pizza. If I could do zero stars I would.. It took almost 45 mins and several calls to get a curbside pick up. When I got the pizza it was cold, hard and severely overcooked. Employee explained that they were very busy with only 1 cook. I will never come back to this location. We are running out of Pizza Huts in our area.

I placed an order online. I selected cash as my form of payment. I later got a call from the store stating that they do not accept cash and that my order would be cancelled. I am not sure why there was am option to pay with cash but my order was not processed. No alternatives, just declination of order and no apology or further explanation/assistance. Poor experience with staff. I placed an online order at the store in fact, and after the app said my food was ready I went inside only for the the cashier to tell me someone picked up my pizza repeatedly until finally someone brought it out from the back.

I placed my order online and was waiting for my pizza when I received a call from this restaurant. I'd ordered curly fries which I was very excited about and was the main reason I chose Pizza Hut over Dominos. The person on the phone told me that they didn't have curly fries at that location. He was unable to explain why they would not only advertise curly fries on the website, but also allow me to pay for them when they don't even offer them. I was offered two other items, which I very much did not want, or canceling the order. But options were big inconveniences, so I couldn't win. I will not be buying from here again.

I would give 0 stars all around. I called beforehand to make sure they deliver to my location. But apparently corporate and the actual store does not communicate. When it was transferred to this location EVERY time i called someone would say "please hold" and never come back. As i'm writing this it's almost an hour past my delivery time and still no one has been able to answer the phone nor solve my issues with contacting the store.

I ordered 4 pizza’s online on May 1st 2023 at 5:28 Ticket Number 0096 and all but one had hair on it. I was disappointed and disgusted because I order there often and I liked the pizza but now I just feel like throwing up. It’s standard to wear hairnets to prevent this from happening but I guess they just don’t care about Food Quality. Please if you decide to order check your food for hair. And for the employees, wear hairnets you would be just as angry about this if this was your food. Do better

I ordered a pizza online today. I indicated on the online order that I wanted to pickup curbside. When I got to the store, I didn't see a sign for curbside pickup so I called the store. No one picked up the phone. Eventually I went in the store to pickup my pie. When I returned home, I noticed the pizza was overcooked. The toppings were burned and the crusty and the crusty was dry and unsavory. Poor experience. I initially tried to dismiss the previous poor ratings but they were spot on.

This is for all customers, check your orders before you leave because it can be the wrong order. They gave me the wrong order 😑

The worst place I’ve ever ordered pizza from. I paid 50 freaking dollars for a messed up order. I wanted the dinner box and I didn’t get that!!! On top of that, my pizza looks dry and old!!! When the DoorDash man got here, he was honest and told me that the wings wasted everywhere in his delivery bag because he was on a bike. This used to be my favorite Pizza Hut spot. They had the best crust and the pizza tasted so good. Then they shut down to remodel the place. When they reopened, unfortunately they forgot how to make good pizza! I ordered a pizza and it was TERRIBLE!!! It had a funny weird taste. Their pizzas no longer have that distinctive Pizza Hut crust smell that was so delicious. I was so disappointed. I don’t know what happened, but the pizza taste awful here now. Won’t be coming back.

Horrible with scheduled ordered. I scheduled an order hours before the store ven opened to deliver food across the street to the daycare literally minute walks away. Not only did they get there 20 minutes after the time scheduled. They confirmed there delivery was trough DoorDash who had multiple other orders. I never ordered through DoorDash I ordered directly with them. Since when doesn’t Pizza Hut have There own delivery driver. NEVER AGAIN I RATHER PICK IT UP ON MY LUNCH BREAK

I was so excited about they re-opening the store again I call for a pizza the lady was answering me with an attitude i got home open the box and I see the pizza was burnt and I wanted to give a try but my mouth hurt trying to chew the pizza because the pizza was so hard I only end up eating like 2 slides and the rest was trash I was trying to go back so I could show them but I was on a hurry I had to go to work and I could not wasted my time going back there plus I don’t want to talk with this lady again too sad I won’t get a refund because no one can help me

I was excited to see this location reopen, but the food tasted absolutely disgusting it had a weird smell and a chemical taste to it. While I waited for my order I saw several people walk in and complain about the same thing. I won't return to this location any time soon. To order wait 24 minutes then have to wait another 20 minutes when you arrive is not a way to restart. The worst part of the order was the breadsticks again the chemical taste and smell was nasty one bite and we threw everything away.
