Always a very good meal. Fresh ingredients. Mostly standard Chinese with a few signatures dishes. Good service. Huge servings.

Service amazing, food excellent. Had a variety of things. Only thing is the Emporess meal was a bit salty. Felt like I was eating salt. Everything else on point. Very food critic people too eating and that was the only complaint.

Wonderful, kind staff, ambient atmosphere, and amazing food! The menu pricing is very reasonable and you can get appetizers for as little as a few bucks, (I had a bowl of edamame which was just $4) and entrees for just under or over the $10 mark (I got shrimp with my entree of vegetables and rice in which I chose to garnish with a special black bean sauce for just $13) but if you have more money to spend there are all kinds of amazing food options to choose from. You get complimentary "chips" and duck sauce while you wait which is amazing when you come in with a roaring appetite.

This place is great! The restaurant is nice and clean, and the food is excellent! First let's discuss the setting. The restaurant is basically one big room with tables all throughout the middle and booths on the sides. Since we're talking Asian cuisine here, the decor is very Orient-like. You don't just feel like you're in a big open room to eat. I have never been here when it's crowded so it's is always quiet and you get pretty good service in my opinion. The employees are very nice and willing to get you any details you need on your meals. Now, lets talk about the food! Sure you can order the normal "Chinese food" meal (aka Lo Mein, or Hunan, etc.) which is very good, but the dinner specials is where it's at if you're willing to try something new. I've had multiple different dinner platters and every one has been delicious! Rice is served with all dinner platters I believe. And when you are all done and can eat no more, be sure to get one of the truffle deserts! The last time I got the mint chocolate chip truffle and it was absolutely delicious! You can expect about a $50 bill for two people to have a nice meal and dessert. In my opinion, it is well worth it! Best Asian cuisine I've found in the Buffalo, NY area. I always stop here when I visit.

Very large portions of great quality chicken in the General Tso’s and Orange Chicken. Only con is there was no broccoli or any vegetables mixed in; however the quality of chicken outweighs it which is why I still gave it 5 stars

So, Eastern Pearl was recommended as a nice sit-down Chinese restaurant. I quite enjoyed the atmosphere, my company, and the food. I had plum wine, wonton soup, and fried rice with shrimp. The wonton soup had a clean taste with delicious lighter dumplings and plenty of scallions. The fried rice was flavorful, not super greasy, and the shrimp was not overcooked. I added some spicy chili sauce, yum!!! Our waitress was sweet and accomodating. They also had massive amounts of take out orders, so they are definitely loved by many. Plenty of people were eating in as well. I know there are negative reviews on here. To each their own. I have never been to China, however lived in NYC and ate in Chinatown often. This was up there with Chinatown, and some other cities' Chinese food favorite spots. I am happy to know of Eastern Pearl now in Buffalo and plan to be back and/or order take out.

We have gotten takeout here before and it's always good, very consistent but wanted to dine in this time The restaurant was clean and our waiter (who may have been newer but double checked an answer to a question he wasn't sure about, they only use white meat chicken in their dishes) was friendly and continually bussing our table We love their spring rolls (we knew that already) but the pepper steak and sesame chicken were the standouts Sometimes I feel like sesame chicken has a lot of versions around here, some bordering more on a ketchup/BBQ like sauce NOT here it was like golden brown and every piece of chicken was delicious Same with the pepper steak, peppers and onions were cooked perfectly and the steak was good (its not filet but sometimes you get pepper steak and can hardly chew the meat!) Definitely recommend for at least the classics!! Wonton soup was also wonderful, not the big thick dough like the premade kind Wish I would've taken pics!

Wow, my vegetarian-ized Cashew Chicken was INCREDIBLE. I really appreciate the friendly service when I called tonight to verify I could make an adjustment to the ingredients (using extra celery and cashews instead of chicken) with no problem and you guys REALLY delivered on the quality of what I got. So much respect to the cooks and staff and whomever answered the phone who helped me out. I can't tell you how truly grateful I am and how excited I will be to reorder this dish in the future... It's absolutely delicious and I appreciate the accommodations you gave me. Truly, thank you so much 💓

I was happy to see the Eastern pearl survived covid 19. The food was excellent great portions for your money, it tasted great. Service was wonderful. We ate here twice during our trip. It is a nice sit down Chinese restaurant with delicious food including peking duck. I always try to eat here when I go to Buffalo. Don't miss the experience it is great.

We were given a gift certificate for the Eastern Pearl but we had never gone before. We had two adults and a seven year old. The hostess was very friendly - we asked if we had to use the whole gift certificate in one visit and were told that no we could just use part and they would write a balance on it. Our server was also friendly. There were crunchy noodles and sauce to enjoy while browsing the menu. The kids menu was small but that's OK. The regular menu had lots of options and the prices were not bad. Kids meals were $5.95 not including drink. Sodas were $2 each. Desserts were $5.95 each. Entrees ranged from $10 - $25 depending on what you ordered. We ordered the fried dumplings ($5) for an appetizer and they were yummy. I ordered the crispy shredded beef with white rice ($13), my husband ordered the sesame scallops with broccoli and brown rice ($18) and our son ordered the kids "soy spaghetti" which is just lo mein. Everything was delicious. We brought leftovers home of all 3 entrees. We ordered two of the ice cream truffles to split for dessert and those were not bad either - although the peanut butter one could have done without the raspberry sauce. Great place and we will definitely be returning.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience. While there wasn't much revealing or impressive about the exterior, the interior was fairly modern, dark-hued, Chinese-themed classy and comfortable decor. Fairly well-rounded menu with traditional Chinese dishes, apps, entrees and specials, limited dim sum, soups, a few curries and even pad thai. Seared Ahi tuna steak was fantastic (if covered in a little too much sweet sauce), Malaysian yellow curry with ample crab and shrimp was enjoyable and the lo mein was delicious. AllVery friendly and accommodating staff. Looking forward to going back when I'm in the area.

Absolutely delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Food came out extremely quickly and was very hot and obviously all of the vegetables were fresh and cut right before being put into our dishes. The decor is gorgeous inside and the doors to get inside are ornate and let you know you're in for an experience. Everything was clean and again the staff was awesome. I don't think I've ever had an easier or quicker experience at a nice sit down restaurant. This restaurant is quite a ways from where I live but I'd be willing to come back again and not just when I happen to be in the area.

Really enjoyed what options that had to offer. My wife and kids are vegatarian and had vegan options of classics such as general tso's chicken and salt and pepper chicken. I had real curry chicken and that was also fantastic. Definitely check this place out a higher end Chinese restaurant

With limited options of good tasty Chinese food in town, having Eastern Pearl that serves authentic yummy Cantonese style food is a blessing👍 Our friends treated us to banquet style preset courses of dishes that were all very yummy and came in very generous portions that we had to pack the food away. It does not hurt to have both quality and quantity. Very glad to have tried this place 🤩. Loved the noodle, signature beef fried rice, veggies, seafood, chow fun and peking pork chop 👍. Great "wok hey" = flavors from the wok 🤓

I was surprised it wasn’t more crowded. Our food was so good! My shrimp fried rice was tasty and flavorful and !loaded with shrimp! I also had a shrimp egg roll, which was delicious! The portions are family size, and I had enough for my husband and I to have for dinner the next day! The pricing is reasonable ! I can’t wait to return!

Knowing how everything is cooked at 400° in a wok, AND it's MID WINTER....I know this other Google review is bogus. Lol. So, I'm glad it didn't deter me from eating there, cause it was fantastic!! Just picked up a massive size dinner for family of six and Eastern Pearl did not disappoint!! Food was absolutely delicious and had tremendous flavor. They took the time to make sure our take out order was correct and all dishes were well packed and still piping hot when we arrived home. Will definitely be dining in next time to enjoy the relaxed ambiance, just kids had to study for regents so this fit right up our alley. FANTASTIC ESTABLISHMENT!!

Tried Easter pear for the first time tonight because I heard the orange chicken was great. I honestly didn't like it, the chicken has a weird texture and was over cooked. The pork fried rice and hot and sour soup was the best I've ever had though. Will definitely be back to try more options and hopefully dine in next time!

We went there for their wine pairing event. I'm not a big fan of wine, so that was just alright, but the food itself was amazing. The Jalapeno Dumplings (not sure their actual fish name) was amazing. I'll totally be going back

Ive had takeout twice recently and was definitely very impressed. Ive been looking for a "new" Chinese restaurant to get food from because 2 others in the area aren't very good. One of the two has bland food, not for me. I decide to try EP since I was looking for another restaurant. The food is very good, flavorful, nicely seasoned, cooked "just right". Its more expensive than other places I had been to, But the portions are way bigger . Veggie spring rolls are very good.

I went in person to Eastern Pearl, and let me just say: the moment I walked in, I knew I was about to witness greatness. This place didn’t feel like a restaurant — it felt like Notre Dame Stadium, but instead of touchdowns, they’re serving up Chow Mein miracles and dumpling domination. I ordered the Beef and Chicken Chow Mei, Shrimp Chow Mein, and dumplings — and I’m still emotionally recovering. The Beef and Chicken Chow Mei came out like a perfectly executed Freeman trick play — bold, beautiful, and left me questioning reality. The shrimp were so plump and fresh, they could’ve started at wide receiver. I half-expected them to run a post route across my plate. And the dumplings? Oh Lord. These dumplings didn’t come to play. They came to maul the defensive line of my taste buds. If the 2024 Irish team had the consistency, toughness, and golden-brown crisp of these dumplings, we’d be hoisting the national championship trophy at midfield. The service? Smoother than a Sam Hartman spiral. The atmosphere? Like walking into the locker room before a rivalry game — energy, confidence, and the smell of sweet victory. Eastern Pearl isn’t just the best Chinese food in town — it’s a dynasty. If Marcus Freeman had this kind of execution on offense, we’d have gone undefeated. Run, don’t walk. And when you do walk in, chant “Here come the dumplings!” You won’t regret it.

My favorite Chinese place! There food is high quality. Their General Tso chicken and sesame chicken are truly delicious. It’s all white high quality chicken with no fatty pieces. Their dinner portions are huge! They also have great fried dumplings, egg rolls, and soup.

We had an amazing experience at Eastern Pearl! We ordered a variety of traditional Cantonese dishes in buffet style, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic, the ingredients fresh, and each dish was perfectly prepared. The selection was impressive, offering a great balance of classic favorites and unique options. Beyond the fantastic food, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food comes in big shareable portions. The taste is consistent and fantastic! The atmosphere is soothing and classy. The service is friendly and kind. Our family (10 top) came for a late lunch/early dinner at 330 on 6/1/2024 after my granddaughters dance recital. We were welcomed at the door without a reservation. There was a huge variety to pick from and our waiter (not sure of his name, hence the time and date) was great. We were all beyond satisfied, even with 4 of us being small children. We can't say enough about how everything was wonderful. Highly recommend going there if your looking for looking for great Chinese food and atmosphere.

Ordered Peking Duck for my latest order but have been here multiple times before. One of the better Chinese takeout places in the Buffalo area due to their usage of quality ingredients and dishes that range from the typical fare to specialty items such as Cantonese Clay Pot and even wonton noodle soup. Bonus points for saving the carcass of the duck in my takeout order. That made a couple quarts of amazing stock.

I was not only blown away by the food but also the dining environment. Beautiful decorations cover the restaurant on each wall and dining tables/ booths. There is a gorgeous fountain in the back near the restrooms and kitchen. I try new dishes each visit, the latest was the Crispy Honey Chicken (sorry not pictured) was a half a chicken, served with choice or white or brown rice.. The Udon Noodles, you can get with your choice of protein) my son choose chicken. Very tasty and large portion size. The Mongolian Beef was tender and ❤️ the sauce, also had choice of brown or white rice. The dumplings are an appetizer, but could be a whole meal considering the portion size. The wait staff are always attentive and polite. If you are looking for a great place with awesome food, folks and yum, I highly recommend giving this place a try. No need to spend your time or money in other places, the menu selection is wide and some dishes are under $10. Kid friendly, & handicapable for all. No stairs and they have tables with chairs and also booths for seating. They could accommodate large groups and intimate tables for just two. All and all a lovely experience.

Amazing local Chinese food with a very large and beautiful restaurant inside that has their own bar as well. Everything from the appetizers and entrées tasted very fresh. The chicken especially has a really rich sauce that mixes well into the meat. The pork was very soft and juicy which is always a favorite of ours that mixes well with a side of green beans. The waitress we had was extremely kind and made sure to check up on us every so often. Good service, good food, come here for a good time!

Eastern Pearl is an excellent Cantonese restaurant on Maple Rd., just East of the UB North campus. If you stick to the classic Cantonese dishes on the menu, you won't be disappointed with the food. Initially, we were hoping there was going to be Dim Sum service (based on the photos on Google), but it turns out to be just a few Dim Sum dishes (hand-made) available as appetizers. The service at the restaurant is Westernized, so you don't have to worry about your non-Asian friends getting offended by the typical Asian restaurant service. Dining area is quite large and there is space for private parties. Lastly, there's plenty of parking and the restaurant is easy to access.

Our favorite place to eat Chinese food. It has never disappointed us in food quality. The General Tsaos is a tad spicy for the wife so I suffered through it. 😀. The Mongolian Duo ( chicken and beef) was perfectly seasoned and had a great mixture of vegetables( onion, peppers, carrots) Both meals were enough to share with another person. So we will have the left overs for lunch tomorrow. I suggest the hot and sour soup. It was the best I ever had last visit.

There is no longer a lunch menu, so be prepared for both larger servings of your item and a higher than usual cost for lunch (which according to hours posted shows them only open at lunch time on Friday). That said, the food is good & was ready when promised.

We usually get take out from a smaller, closer place to our house, but why we forget about Eastern Pearl (which is admittedly not that much farther) is beyond me. Their food is of higher quality than most traditional take-out places, as the mu shu pork is leaps better than what we are used to and the shrimp eggrolls were flavorful. My shittake mushroom dish was unique and exceptional. Avoid the steak eggrolls and the won ton soup, but other than that, enjoy. Ordering online is easy and everything was packed well and ready to go as promised.

Loved the take out food delivered last evening on Door Dash. I especially loved the dim sum - homemade steamed pork wontons! I also thought cashew chicken to be delicious with fresh products! The Mongolian beef not as good for me, nor the sesame noodles appetizer! It came hot. Probably from resting beneath a hot dish during the transport? Too much sauce in cold noodles, noodles over Cooked. I will try them again because they are affordable use fresh products and most of their items delivered were amazing Chinese foods for the Buffalo Area! Will try a second time for Sure!

Fast service and tasty food. The crispy beef was a bit weird, but everything else we ordered was great. Even a carafe of free wine! My aunt lives on the corner and orders delivery from here weekly and they are FAST!

I have been to Eastern Pearl several times, and it is a decent place to have a sit down or date. The inside looks like authentic Chinese decor. They have American Chinese food as well as traditional styles that people may not have tried. While there last week, I had steamed dumplings, fried 🥑avocado sticks, pork lo main, honey lemon chicken, and beef and broccoli. There is currently a discounted Groupon offer that we used. Even though I paid for $50, the restaurant only accepted $45.

Food is really good. Cleanliness could be improved a little. Customer service is decent. It can be bit pricey. The dumplings are really good. They have shredded orange color eggs. If you ever wonder what the shredded orange stuff was.

It’s as authentic as it can get for Buffalo, I suppose.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we ordered soup dumpings and they were so stuck together they ripped so no soup but other then that it's was so good the won ton soup is a must!

Finally we could find a nice Chinese restaurant in Buffalo NY area. Nice place and good food. The best thing is we could find so many vegetarian options.

I love their salt and pepper green beans, they are just delicious. The food was good but the portions are ENORMOUS. The beef Lo mein is great but again it fed me for 2 days. Service is good, the place was empty and the server was efficient and nice. For 3 people...3 main dishes and no booze came to 100.00 bucks, obviously the portions have something to do with the cost but my goodness

Food was pretty good. Chow fun was not well cooked. Stacks of noodles stuck together. Service was awful and not friendly. Had to consistently ask for water, utensils, servicing utensils, and napkins. We ended up getting napkins ourselves. They ran out of chopsticks, large containers, and pekking duck which we called ahead and confirmed with the manager they'd have for us. They had to do some calling around and found us a duck from somewhere. Overall, go for the food and not the service or atmosphere.

Here for annual Christmas dinner. Sadly, there was no duck on the menu. I consoled myself with the Emperor's choice, a melange of shrimp, scallops, chicken and beef with stir fried vegetables in a tasty sauce. I took half of it home because it was a huge amount.

Bought 3 specials: Crispy Sesame Scallops with a sweet sauce tasted good, Emporer's Favorite was just bland, Chilean Sea Bass pan-seared with Chef’s sauce and fried garlic slices just wasn't what we ordered at all. The fish was dry, and the vegetables soaked in Ginger... no garlic to be found. For a $22 special that wasn't at all what we ordered, they took $5 off or offered a plate of garlic. Not sure how that garlic would offset the strong ginger. We went at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and there was only one other table, each of us had a different waitress... but I had to run around getting my own chopsticks and napkins because she never checked on us at all. Was worth a try with a Groupon but we won't recommend.

The pork fried rice—rice was undercooked, pork overcooked and dry. The chicken with vegetables was pretty good. Rice spoiled our meal. We expect better for the price.

Ordered Sweet and sour Chicken. Tasted OK but huge pieces. Ordered Beef and broccoli. Tasted OK but again beef was cut in huge pieces barely any broccoli. Ordered pork egg rolls. Tasted awful. Pieces of something inside were as long as the roll itself. Ordered BBQ ribs, they weren't very good. Something has changed. They used to be very good It will be a long time before I try them again.

Ordered food for my 97 year old mother be cause she said all she wants for her birthday was the Emperor’s Specialty Favorite that she loved a couple years ago when we were still able to take her out. In addition, we ordered pork fried rice, pepper fried calamari, vegetable lo main and Pearls baby b.q. Ribs. ...OMG ! The ribs were terrible and went in the garbage, tough, dry, etc.. The pork fried rice tasted old, the calamari was tough, on, and on ..they used to be good but now, I will never give them another try !! 😱🙄

Ive been going here for years every time im in Buffalo and suddenly the food doesn't taste the same as it used to. The chicken is really rubbery now almost like they switched to a lower quality kind. So disappointing :(

Disappointing food at dinner tonight. Scallion pancakes were damp and oily. Spring roll okay. Hot and sour soup flavorless. The jumbo tempura shrimp with walnuts came with a strange sweet cream sauce on top, again no flavor. The Ma Pao Tofu was barely room temperature and flavorless. Service was friendly but haphazard (waitress didn't bring serving spoons with the food, nor a soupspoon with the soup, nor knives). I'm assuming this must have been an off night for the food. I've had takeout from Eastern Pearl with friends in the last couple years and the food was quite good.

The quality of food has gone down as well as the customer service. Our server was ok, polite, but scarce. The host who sat us seemed very annoyed. There was also a kids birthday party going on.

Our family has dined in plenty of times but this time we ordered takeout and was very disappointed. The most disappointing part was the Seafood Bird's Nest where they advertised a rice noodle nest but we received a deep fried tortilla as the nest. The nest was super oily and over fried. All the rest of the dishes Peking Pork Chop, Crispy Crab Wontons and Beef was overly sweet and not the same quality I normally have in the restaurant. Maybe it was an off night for them but it's hard to recommend this restaurant if the quality continues like this.

Don't be fooled by the nice website! Food is far from Fine Cantonese cuisine as advertised. And I'm not sure how long ago they mopped the floors... maybe before the pandemic!

Still gives generous portions, but the quality of their product has declined. The chicken was stringy and very difficult to chew. This is unfortunate, I really used to enjoy this restaurant.

The waiter was not at all knowledgeable about the food, which caused me to make a choice I did not care for. When asked he said "well, my best guess is..." Why are you guessing? Go in the kitchen and ask the chef! My my dish was fried shrimp. And that's all I got! No vegetables. And the sweet/sour sauce was terrible. It tasted watered down. When I mentioned to waiter I did not care for my food, he merely shrugged his shoulders! And walked away! There was no suggestion of trying a new dish! I mentioned this to another server who at least the food off my bill. Too late. A bad impression had akees5 n

Very disappointed in our visit on Dec 31, 2022. Server was either very new or ill informed and poor attitude. She didn't know if they served coffee, and had to ask. Didn't advise us of unavailable menu items, and had to be asked repeatedly for refills of water/soda. Vegetable chow mein was very dry, and when we asked for some sauce on it, she took the plate to the kitchen, then brought it back without sauce saying, "That's how it's made." How about some sauce on the side? Claimed we didn't order fried rice when we clearly did. Brown rice was so dry it was difficult to eat. The restaurant was packed and it was New Year's Eve, so I'll give them a bit of a break, but overall it was not a pleasant experience, and I won't be back anytime soon.

This place has a larger choice of real (authentic?) Chinese food than most “fast-food” Chinese places. I should not have ordered Pad Thai from them, though; it was nowhere near the Pad Thai I’ve had elsewhere. However, even the egg rolls and Sesame chicken we ordered was very oily/greasy. We ordered takeout so I can’t speak to the staff, but we were hung up on after being placed on hold when first trying to order. After all the good things I heard, I was disappointed.

Gen tso chicken was good—-nice chunks of chicken. Sauce was not spicy at all. Dumplings were yummy. Pork fried rice was dry and didn’t have good flavor. Shrimp and broccoli tasted so bad i had to spit out the shrimp. But nice that the broccoli was not mushy. Service was good. Food takeout was hot, ready and packaged nicely. Friendly greeting.

The table was filthy with hairs stuck to it and crumbs on all the other tables we passed. Staff were very friendly but we were the only customers so there was no reason for don’t cleaning properly. The glasses and silverware were dirty too. Didn’t give me a great feeling about the state of the kitchen. Chicken udon was watery and not a very appetizing presentation. No kids menu or kid-size portions. Even the apple juice was enormous which seems wasteful on a 4-year-old. Would not recommend.

Wish I didnt eat this food. Any fried item came out dark brown indicating grease is dirty and needs to be changed. Fried wonton were fresh but inedible due to this. I also dont think they wash out pans because fried rice and lo mein was also dark brown. Egg rolls were also inedible. So sad because I was so hungry and had to toss food cause of grizzly meat in lo mein.

The utensils were VERY dirty and not properly cleaned. The service charge of 18% is already included in the bill, so be careful not to tip on top of the tip! The dine in is getting very worse and worse!

The restaurant decorations are pretty, but food is below average. The salted and pepper fish we got was too dry and don't have salt and pepper taste.

The food was acceptable, but there was no service. The bones on the food dish were full and not replaced. The worst thing is to add a % fee to the bill. After the inquiry, I know that this is a hidden 15% service Charge, but the tip position on the credit card is also empty, which will make all guests pay double tip, not recommended. This is a business method.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I came to this place as I heard it is good. BUt unfortunately my experience was somewhat terrible. I ordered Sha cha sizzler and Chilean Seabass. Here comes my sizzler - without any sizzle- meaning there was no steaming when it arrived. Chicken curry in it- very very salty. I almost felt like returning it, but I am nice and I didnt. To top it all, the waitress was kind of rude and told me - "oh its hot" - " you can see yourself and touch the grey iron sizzler flat plate". My question is - I have visited so many sizzler places and NOBODY has ever told me to touch the sizzler plate due to risk of getting finger burn. But this lady- in complete denial, was asking me to touch it and she herself also did and said -"oh its fresh, what do you mean there is no sizzle!". Please teach your waitresses to tell the customers not to touch the plate!!! I was laughing instead. Secondly the chilean sea bass- very salty too. I was able to understand the nice flavours that were put in both the dishes, but the salt/monosodium glutamate content was so high, that it was masking the herb flavours overall. Again, I would still recommend this place as it is a famous nice place and one bad experienece should not stop people to go there, but pleeeeez, make the experienece great so that it would want me to come again and again and again. I will not be visiting this place now:(

Very dirty I ate paper towels and hard objects in the noodles

We got take out tonight. Anything that was fried tasted rancid. Egg foo young was burnt. Fried rice was greasy and sour. Hot and sour soup was very vinegary and heavy on the celery. The egg rolls were stringy and overly chewy. Will likely never order again

They were understaffed and the food was cold when it finally got out to us. Even then the food was less good than I'd have expected from a sit down place. They had one waitress for the entire dining room.

Absolutely Disgusting – Found a Maggot in My Food! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the most horrifying dining experience of my life. I ordered Orange chicken n and as I was eating, I noticed something unusual mixed in with the food. At first, I thought it was just a piece of rice—but then it started moving. It was a maggot. A live, squirming maggot in my food. To make matters worse, within a few hours, I became violently sick. Nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps—I was miserable for two whole days. I’m convinced this place is a breeding ground for food poisoning. DO NOT eat here unless you want a side of maggots with your meal and a trip to the bathroom afterward. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

Quite honestly, I cannot believe that the Erie County Health Department has not shut you down based on the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant!!!! EVERYTHING needs a good scrub down!!! The food was surprisingly okay. The egg rolls were bland, but other things were okay. Shame on you for thinking that serving food in such squalor is acceptable. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like here. Yuck!!!!

This used to be a go-to for me, but not anymore. While the building and the service are unchanged, the quality of the food has dropped off precipitously. Literally everything is like rubber--as tasteless and inexpensive as one can possibly find anywhere. Absolutely appalling.

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience left me more uneasy than satisfied. At first glance, everything seems fine — decent prices, a busy dining room, the usual comforting smell of fried rice and sauces. But if you take a closer look, things start to feel… off. The biggest red flag for me was the cleanliness — or lack of it. The utensils were especially concerning. The forks and spoons didn’t look like they’d been properly cleaned, and the plates had that cloudy, greasy film you notice when they haven’t been thoroughly washed. Once you start noticing details like that, it’s hard not to wonder what the back of the house looks like. I’m not someone who expects perfection, but basic hygiene is non-negotiable. When the things placed directly in front of customers don’t appear clean, it naturally raises questions about the standards in the kitchen. The food itself was average, but it’s difficult to enjoy a meal when you’re distracted by concerns about sanitation. I hope management takes a closer look at their cleaning practices, because no one wants their dining experience overshadowed by doubts about cleanliness. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Avoid at all cost. No flavor on the lo mein, soggy sesame chicken, they use heavy corn starch in the sweet and sour soup…. Tea tastes like old dish water. I could go on and on… I would recommend you save your money or just go to fuji grill or China king up the street cuz this place sucks!

Worse management ever. Paid with 4 $50 and 2$20 for $240 including $50 tip for Christmas. They Told us we only gave $190 left a tip again. Called the next day was told they found it the drawer was over $50 But I needed the manager. Played phone tag. Called the next day was told by manager Ryan no cash was over in the drawer. They lost 7 customers and everyone else we can tell

super disappointed. They cooked food without any taste anymore. Pepper beef is horrible which enough to angry me and throw the whole thing away, the chicken have noodles in it which it is not supposed to. I used to order from this restaurant every week. And from today I will never order it anymore. NEVER!
