Opinions de Pizza Factory Willow Creek
Our experience at Pizza Factory was nothing short of AMAZING! We had the pesto, garlic, sundried tomatoes pizza and we put away a large 'za in one sitting. They served us in a timely manner and were very helpful when we asked for pepper flakes. Easy to say this was one of the best pizzas we have had in our CA-wide tour.
This pizza place is really good. They hand toss their dough, use really good ingredients, and take their time to make sure it's a perfect pizza. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pizza in big foot country.
Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had. There was so much extra toppings and all for a great price
Absolutely the best pizza! So fresh. Driving home I was hungry so I stopped and got pizza to go. Best decision ever! I will definitely be stopping in again!
Came up for Bigfoot Museum, stopped here after and was thoroughly impressed. Ordered the one with everything on it and it was absolutely delicious...service was excellent and outdoor seating lovely.
One of my favorite memories as a kid was going to the pizza factory...... still exciting every time i find one out and about.... been to this one a few different times over the years on wildfire assignments, and it never disappoints me! Thanks again Pizza Factory!
Pizza Factory is always delicious! We typically order when we are leaving Weaverville to drive home to the Coast. It’s always ready and hot following our ask of having it ready in about an hour. The flavors and sauce are so good and it’s decadent to have a warm yummy pizza to munch on for the last hour of the drive! We always save up our appetite!
Very friendly staff, great pizza, and good atmosphere. They clearly care about their food. This wasn't just a pizza and crust kind of pizza, the sauce was delicious and the crust was perfect! I would definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone traveling up North. Great for road trips, touring, or after a week long camping trip. The arcade features one of the best old school games, "Battletoads", and you can tell from the staff, pictures, and knickknacks that this is a well established local joint. 10 out of 10!
This place had a great ambiance that made the eating experience great as-well. The XL pepperoni pizza was delicious and fed 3 teenaged boys. The service was also quite fast for how busy the store was.
On a road trip with my friend, so he could see his dad in Hoopah, I underestimated how small a town it was and was pretty hungry. His dad took us to the Pizza Factory, and it definitely hit the spot! We ordered a combination pizza, and let me tell you, I was munching on so many mushrooms because they piled them on! So good! They were pretty busy that night, but the staff was nice, and they gave me ranch dressing when I asked. It wasn't gross ranch either. My only gripe was that the dough was a bit soft/soggy. But I still regret not eating more.
Best pizza that I have had in a long time and really good bread sticks. So good that we had it two nights in a row while in town. Really good service also 💯
Oh my goodness, where do I begin with this piece of heaven!!! We had been hiking all day and were enroute to our next National Park. We were hungry and tired and pizza sounded good, when all of a sudden we pass this pizza parlor. Quickly we make a u.turn and park near the entrance. We were greeted by a tall friend, dressed in a black Pizza Factory shirt; he suggested we'd enjoy the house special. Not a moment to spare, we ordered the house special and what a beauty it was!! We ate, were full and had leftovers for breakfast 🥰 thank you Pizza Factory. What a wonderful experience!!
Awesome and super friendly staff and delicious hand tossed pizza!!!
I came here in 2018 on a Bigfoot road trip. I had just checked out of the Bigfoot Motel and was on my way to the Bigfoot museum. When I walked in the front door, "Tom & Jerry Meet Bigfoot," was on the TV, and to this day I don't know if that was a coincidence. The pizza was very good.
Only the second time I've been in Willow Creek; once 15 years ago, once today. Both times I had Pizza Factory pies, and both were fantastic. Some of the best crust you can get West of the Mississippi. 10/10 would eat again.
Great pizza and very friendly staff. Definitely worth stopping for!

Great pizza and very friendly staff. Definitely worth stopping for!
The pizza was pure pizza art. Good, good looking and different from the rest. The spicing is noticeable and just shy of being “too much” probably what they where aiming for. Which they nailed. Enjoy the outdoor seating if your passing through
One of the best meat lovers pizza, and a great salad bar
Awesome food! It took me going to another pizza joint to appreciate just how good the food is at the Pizza Factory. The flavors are just more vibrant and bright there. Pizza sticks? Delicious! They are a must. A bit doughy and crispy at the same time. The pizza dipping sauce is very tasty. Sun dried tomato with pesto sauce pizza? Oh, heck, yeah! Sign me up for two! The burst of flavor from the tomato coupled with the pesto sauce is perfect! Service was quick, friendly, and most importantly helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere is...well...a local pizza joint. It feels like what I grew up with. It isn't anything special. The food more than makes up for it. If you are in the area or just passing through, stop in. You won't be disappointed.
I was pleasantly impressed to find pizza this good in (as someone else mentioned) the "sleepy"town of Willow Creek. I had the "Factory Special" and it was really good. The service people were very responsive. They made an error on my order and made a new pizza of the next size for me.
I've had pizza in New York and Chicago, but Pizza Factory in the sleepy town of Willow Creek just served up the two best slices I've ever had! The staff was amazing and the salad bar looked great! The restaurant is so clean and inviting! Just get here and you'll see for yourself!!

The pizza and salad bar was great but the employees personality wasn't very good. Must be a California thing with personalities because 6 out of 7 places we stopped in California had terrible personalities.
I have to say that the pizza was actually really good considering their competition. As we have a 7 year old with special needs, it can be tough to get him to eat so the only difficult part of the whole visit was waiting time. He was really hungry and very upset.
Food is good and consistent. Staff is friendly. Orders are ready on time. Pizza sizes are a bit smaller than average. Prices are definitely set for the tourist crowd. Mailers sent to locals bring the price down, but still definitely not something one could necessarily afford daily when on a budget (depending on the toppings an extra large pizza can runs $30-$45 with gratuity). Outdoor off-sidewalk seating is a nice addition and personally preferred from the indoor experience and provides for people watching, but it's definitely seasonal. No public WiFi, but ok 4G signal. Over the last few years it's probably become the most popular dining experience in town.
This is a self service place. Employes are courteous. . I bought a lg salad from the self service area for about 10.50$ It was cool inside.
Food is excellent, staff were attentive and knowledgeable, ingredients were of good quality. Presentation was very poor, and price seemed ridiculously high, however. By "poor presentation", I mean like, your salad bar is dimly lit, tiny, and the utensils are small. Looked awful, but the taste and general quality of the items was great, that's better than the opposite problem (bad food that looks great) but still not really acceptable. Get the little things right, you're doing great on the big stuff. Maybe a daily special that's significantly cheaper but easy for your kitchen to make would be a good call
I ordered a couple custom pizzas and wings. Pizzas were delicious but the wings ended up being cold and what was a 30 minute wait ended up being 50 instead. I've been experiencing awesomeness no matter what day or hour it is so no complaints there. They offer in and outdoor seating, great place to take the family or kick it with friends. Four stars due to timely execution.
It was decent. BigFoot recommended them for lunch. Clean salad bar, decent pizza (special), and the atmosphere is cool. They have tv's, as I watched the Raiders get clobbered. Cool town, and a good place to grab a bite.

Half the staff are nice and know what they are doing but the other half... I never eat there when the other half are working. They are slow, mess up frequently and don't seem to know more then the basics. whenever I ask for anything out of the ordinary they do a roulette of asking each other if they should allow it then come back with no even when I've gotten it before with them working. Also prices are quite high but thats most of Willow Creek. The pizza is greasy but very good. Gives me stomach aches if I eat there frequently.
Two large pizzas and some hot wings cost nearly a days wages! The wings were great, and the pizza was tasty, but I spent another half a days wage appeasing my impatient and hungry children with the arcade games available during the very long wait. Just ok, next time I'll order ahead for take out.
Pizza was good especially for a busy holiday weekend. Poor employees seemed overheated and stressed. But were still courteous. Room for improvement but all in all I'd go back for more.
It's okay. Pizza is hard to get in Willow Creek. This establishment has all the fixings to make a pizza, but somehow it just doesn't work. It will do in a pinch or after a late night decision to stay out drinking. Pro tip, plan earlier and make your own pizza, or if you are really in trouble, head over to the Early Bird and grab a take and bake pizza from there. The wings at this place were alright, very meaty, very juicy. END.
They have a lunch special which is a small pizza and fountain drink for around 10 dollars, I ordered a small salad to go with it my lunch which was very filling. The salad bar was well stocked. Since I called my order in I didnt have to wait long for my food.
This place needs help. Looks like a four large pizza an hour establishment at best. Good food, okay prices, and VERY long wait times, unless you have unlimited patience, AND Coupons you might regret paying for this.
I have mixed feelings here. On the one hand, the pizza was far better than expected, much better, but on the other hand, it was much more expensive than it should have been. Not only that, we waited for more than an hour for our food. All in all, NOT worth the hour long drive.
Way too much cheese unfortunately. So much thats it's heavy and sloughs off when you grab a slice. Hard to eat :( had giant globs of cheese left over. Could save them a lot of money if they went lighter

Pizza is ok. Very homemade style with lots and mozzarella l. If you order a half and half Pizza definitely expect your ingredients to be all over. Inside the restaurant 50 spaces with only one taken. Soda is ok. $51 for a medium half cheese half combo and 10 wings (plain with garbage hot sauce) and a soda. Pizza was 5/10, soda was 3$ for a medium fountain. Two TV watching food network . Staff was pleasant but played on their phones always. Soda machine was broken last time. Don't stop unless you want a $30 cheese pizza
I have a few things I gotta say, Pizza presentation, very good. The taste could be better. My $30 small pizza had gotten soggy after 10 mins of being in the box. I asked the employees if they could cut the pizza with a clean knife due to meat allergies. I now have rashes in my mouth and a swollen throat.

Got a couple of hours you want to waste while 4 workers struggle to serve 5 tables? Do you like having your order forgotten not once, but twice? Love substandard food? This is the place for you!. If Raging Creek across the street is closed do yourself a favor and go to Arcata .
Pizza is is pretty good but prices are outrageous! Two pizzas cost nearly $80 When the cashier told me the price he then asked what's that smell? I said I just pooped my pants.
Just got done waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes for a pizza I was told would take 50 minutes. Ordered 1 XL all meat and 1 XL pepperoni and was instead given 2XL all meat. Took them anyway. Ended up sitting in the pizza place for around half an hour waiting after being told it would only be 10 minutes longer. I ordered pick up BTW. Two star review because the pizza tasted ok.
Overpriced. The pizza is just okay for a whopping price of ~$24 for the medium pie. The tomato sauce is interesting, but the crust lacked taste and the cheese didn’t feel exceptionally unique or in super high quality. Can’t say I understand why they charge so much.
As much as it pains me to give a bad review I feel I have no choice. The pizza factory in willow Creek CA, has consistently let me down, from forgetting my order to over the top wait times and under Cooked pizza. I will never go to this restaurant ever again, and I hope you don't. Anything in Willow Creek is better. Again DO NOT GO HERE I honestly don't know what all of these other people are talking about, I live in willow Creek and have suffered with bad service for years. Makes me think the others are fake or lucky.
Worst pizza factory I've ever been too. I wouldn't even have given it a star... Ordered online 30 min before I got there. Still waited 15 minutes for wings and garlic twisted bread sticks. Bread was old and stale, wings were cold and slimy. Zero buttery garlic on the bread which they are supposed to be known by. Staff seemed disorganized and all I got was a half cooked sorry for the wait. Now I need to return to my local pizza factory to be reminded what could have been...
Possibly the worst place to eat. If you're hungry and on the road, it's better you keep going and eat wherever rather than there. I asked for a veggie calzone.... It was full of turkey. A friend of mine asked for a pizza and had to ask 3 times until they told him that they hadn't made the dish, that he could wait 30 minutes. Food is terribly mediocre and workers don't have cohesion between themselves.
82 dollars for 2 XL pizzas for a 13yo pizza party.. got the wrong pizza after I ordered it w white sauce not red and was told it wasn't there problem. Waited 1 he 20 min for pizza no entertainment while waiting.. overall should have gone to a steakhouse it would have been cheaper and quality..
Food is overpriced, service could be much better, nothing inside the building besides tables. Sorry to disappoint. Can't call you'll be left on hold. Recommend subway or Aztec across the street if the 1 line is too long.
I called my order in at 6:15 pm ohavuly 14th, 2020. I requested a pick up order time at 6:45/7 pm. I go in to pay at 6:45 pm knowing I should only wait possibly 15 more minutes for my order to be done since it had already been 30 minutes. Before I paid it was difficult for them to find my order so I can pay! Once I did pay they tell me I have to wait another 25 minutes! I am still waiting and for over an hour and half and I have a small child with me! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have seen multiple customers going in and coming out with their orders during this time too! Unacceptable!
Asked if I could add a topping to family special, guy behind the corner asked "can't you read? It's only one topping?". I left.
If I could give a zero star I definitely would. We are firefighters and drove down from Orleans to get supplies and something to eat. This place is open till 8p.m. and when we arrived at 7:20 the lady said they were closed. Rude customer service. Will not ever go to this place again when we are here. Very disappointed. But we did go across the street to Gonzalez Mexican Restaurant and was welcomed warmly and friendly. Thats real customer service.
