We stop by here regularly on our drives and although they’re always busy, they are still friendly and work to make our drinks quickly and correctly.
The coffee and other products that are 8n the store are fantastic. Sometimes, the staff talks "diwn" to you as though you aren't good enough, or like they are better than you. Customer service is great. I love the smell of coffee.
This is my go-to Starbucks and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, my order is always right, and the service is quick and consistent. Super reliable spot.
Great people that work here. They are always so friendly. Every time I go with friends someone is there to mention that they enjoy watching us play Pokémon to to compliment your outfit. Super positive and enjoyable every time :)
This is literally the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I go here at least once a week because they make the best drinks and they have the best baristas! Everyone is so sweet, they make sure to learn your name if you’re a regular and they’re super fast! Plus, they have great playlists
This morning I went in to get my drink I had ordered online to pick up inside, but they didn't have my order. I checked my phone and it was at another Starbucks, not sure how that happened as the Willow Park one is the only one I have saved as a favorite. The employee's at Willow Park were very helpful. They gave me my ordered items for free and rushed it. Even during the busy mornings they make sure the customers are taken care of!
I go to this Starbucks like 5 days a week and they already know what I want just by seeing me turn in their driveway! I have only gotten a bad drink from them like 2 times and they totally took care of it for me,no problem at all!!! Very friendly staff, eager to make you feel welcome. Will continue to go to this Starbucks location as it's WAY better than the other 3 near me!!!
I mistakenly placed a mobile order at the wrong location, and without hesitation they remade it for me! Bailey (I believe that’s her name) and her team are awesome!
Very quick yet efficient! Arizona was our barista and she was so very kind! The establishment is so clean and very fresh with a welcoming vibe. Restrooms are very clean. I expected chaos due to the location and it being right off Interstate 20. Nothing felt rushed and everyone had smiles on their faces. 😊 photos attached
Always super fast! Love how fast and friendly the staff are here. I get a drink almost every other day here for 2 years now and has only had 2 errors in my drinks. Probably one of the most reliable Starbucks I’ve been to
I live in Fort Worth and commute to Weatherford for work. I’ve been to many Starbucks and this is by far my favorite one. They always make my drink perfect. Always. They also have outstanding customer service, they aren’t robotically nice like some locations, they are very real. They also put extra special touches on my order. One time I got a cake pop with a bow on it and another time my drink cup had a “Made with Love” sticker. These may not be corporate standards but I’m glad they aren’t because it adds a special and unique touch. I wish I knew more names but I’m bad at remembering. I just ordered from Maddie and she was outstanding. Thank you so much to this location for being so wonderful. Human connection is so important and as a millennial I must say that my coffee helps boost mine but so do the people at this location!! XD I wanted to add, to those complaining that masks are being enforced and how the drive thru is long... the drive thru length is completely uncontrollable for the workers. They obviously do the best they can to deliver amazing service and I trust that they are moving the line as fast as humanly possible. If you are so sick that you can’t wear a mask, don’t go inside at all. I’d rather you wait in line hours for A COFFEE than put your precious life at risk. Bless your heart.
Recently my mom and I stopped by the Starbucks in Hudson Oaks and had the best customer service from the drive through barista. Thank you, Matt! You made my mom and I happy and have the best energy!!
I love this store it’s one of the only progressive places around here in my opinion and I think that’s great! I drive through pretty much everyday since they opened always fast always friendly, until today I ordered my usual drink and got to the window and the dang lady handing me my order rolled her eyes at me! I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and didn’t say a thing back I mean come on really makes me not want to continue spending my money here. Still giving 5 stars I sure hope that green hair gal has a better day tomorrow :)
Kierstie went above and beyond to provide AMAZING customer service today! She made sure all the orders were correct and that her customers had the best experience possible! Love this location!
Not sure why but the bathrooms just don't stay as clean as they used to here. Other than that this is an excellent Starbucks. Staff is friendly and efficient. They make a point of getting to know you. August 2024 ------ Aledo's long awaited Starbucks is here!!! And it's definitely a busy location. Its one of their larger layout locations and they are going to need every square inch of the space to accommodate the volume of business already pouring through. It's definitely furnished with the student and business person in mind. Thankfully it has a full menu right out of the gate.
Went through the drive through on my way to pick up family in ft worth on Christmas and the smiles and customer service at the speaker box and window was amazing. I think I found my new favorite Starbucks location.
I Love That I Can Have Delicious Coffee, Hot or Iced! I Enjoy The Egg Bites Since Trying Them and I Always Leave With A Slice Of Banana Nut Bread! It’s Soooo Good!
By far my favorite Starbucks location. Kelani always made me feel seen and welcomed when I came in during the week for the past year and a half. Today, I ordered a cup through the app they didn’t actually have in stock, not only did they exchange it for a different cup, but also gave me a gift card for the price of the cup for my trouble and wait.

Purchased a pumpkin spice latte at another Starbucks. After not tasting any pumpkin, spice, or whipped cream I needed to get the taste out of my mouth so stopped at this location for a Snowman cookie. When I explained to the barista why I needed the cookie, she insisted on preparing me another PSL, on the house. It’s a joy to find an employee who takes responsibility for the Starbucks failures that are not even her fault. Way to go Willow Park! (And the latte was perfect!)

Great outdoor seating. Very busy on a Sunday @ 9:30 am. Mobile ordering was turned off. Good ordering experience in person even though it was very busy.
This location is my FAVORITE. No matter how busy each employee is, they are always friendly, my order is always correct, and I never wait long for my order. This location is on my way to work, so I'm here several times a month and the service NEVER fails. Thank you for making my mornings better!

I came through this afternoon around 1:00 and was having a absolutely horrible day prior. I had tried to come this morning but with the first day of school starting this store was super busy. I ended up having to leave without my drink. After working a few stressful hours I came back and explained to them what happened and the girl working the front was absolutely incredible! She was kind and so patient with me while my stressed and scrambled brain tried to tell her what my drink was. I wish I had gotten her name! The drink was amazing per usual at this location.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. On the bright side, they make my drink perfect every time. If you come here, even if you mobile order or go through the drive thru, plan on a 15 min wait at a minimum.

Always great customer service, however lately I have been receiving coffee only filled up half way. Ordered 2 cups of coffee this morning and both cups only had half a cup of coffee each. The quality and quantity of my orders have been going down since I started coming to this location.

So surprised by the dead atmosphere this morning! I previously (year or so ago) expressed that this was one of my favorite coffee stops in the morning. This morning as I walked in to get my mobile order and both of the front baristas (1 male the other female) made eye contact with me as I was walking up to the door. I approached the counter to grab a straw the male barista looked at me, I said "good morning", I said it again a little louder, still no response, said "thank you" as I always do.. no response.. I even turned around with confusion bc I know they had to have heard me. I made eye contact with the only other customer in there and even he looked surprised by the silence. It saddens me to write this, bc this location was one of the very few left that always welcomed you, had a smile on their face and always attentive. **I'd like to add that this has happened over the last month or so and wasn't only an event that occurred today I hope they can do better and make this the happy experience it used to be. Mornings are hard enough and a $7 beverage with a dead atmosphere SUCKS.
They never have Decaf coffee brewed. This morning the attendant said “that would take like 5 minutes to brew and we don’t have time to do that. Can I get you something else” I guess customer service is a lost art

Stopped by here for the first time the other day to pick up a coffee through the drive through and they gave me a dirty cup. Not sure how they got stains all over the outside of the cup and not sure why they would give dirty cups out.

placed a mobile order, got one thing (food) but not my drink. Waited 10min and nothing. When I asked if they had my order, she told me where it would be (in the mobile pick up area) and I said it wasn't here and I'd been waiting. She then ignored me and when I asked if I needed to cancel my order and replace it, I was told "good luck" Went into the app to cancel my order so I could be refunded and was told in order to do so I had to call the store. Called and was told that while I was able to order without ever physically presenting my card, I had to come back to the store with my card and my ID to get refunded. Absolute garbage.
This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. This wasn’t a one time issue either, this is every single time I go there. Bulldoze it and put a black rifle company in.
Usually my experiences at this Starbucks are good but I've begun having a particular issue, I place my orders through the app so I can swing by and get my drink before I go to work but occasionally all the doors will be locked and with a line wrapped around the store because of this I have to leave my already made drink sitting in the pick up box and go to work. And when I try to call and cancel my drink the line is just busy and no one ever picks up.
This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They made my drink incorrectly, and when I went in to get it corrected it took over 20 minutes for them to fix it and it still was not right. It was terrible service.

The least friendly Starbucks I have ever been too. Clearly they need retraining. My husband always gets a cold brew was vanilla sweet cream. Tell me why we got a cup full off milk and like a splash off cold brew. This was so nasty. I ran out of time to go back and fix it. But they were so rude and no one talked to us in the window just put the drink out. No interaction. I’ll stick to my normal location and never come back here. Drive further next time!
Went in and informed them I have an allergy and the cashier was clueless on what do or say, she turned to ask the “manager” with pink hair. I repeated myself to the said manager. Told her what ingredients I can’t have. She just replied “ I don’t know if it’s in anything” and walked off. Another girl stepped in and just kept saying she didn’t know what was in anything they offered. I told her thanks but I’d go elsewhere. If they can’t bother checking the ingredients or worry about cross contamination that is a red flag.
This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes before even getting to order and I saw 5 cars leave including myself because it was so slow. Went down the road to the Hudson oaks Starbucks and got my order within 5 minutes….
don't go in if the drive-thru is full you'll be here for an hour. just stay in the long drive through cuz they don't really care about the inside. they care about moving that drive through. we just came here because the benbrook Starbucks served us a cold doughy ham and swiss croissant but the grilled cheese here was no better it wasn't even melted it was sticks of cheese and it wasn't even on the whole thing look up McDonald's you got a stiff competitor.

We ordered 4 coffees and not only were we served small sizes in larger ups, but the drinks were the wrong drinks! Then when we mentioned it, they let us know they were training…. Saturday morning… their busiest time. Now that is a level of genius not seen since drilling holes in the bottom of a boat. Even after the corrections, the orders were wrong. Your customer should not have to suffer because your baristas are training. Bottom line: avoid this location like you would avoid time spent with a politician. I would rather have my toes broken one at a time than order coffee from this location again.
