Great dinner with family. Busy but didn't have to wait long for a table. Everyone's food was good and service was excellent!

Went in on 10/28 for dinner. It look like they were short handed but our server did great. I saw he was multitasking. He was making drinks at the bar, taking orders and even appeared at one point like he was washing or organizing glasses at the bar. As busy as he was he kept up with the tables he was taking care of. Not once did I have to request for anything. As soon as I was about to be out of my drink he was there with a refill. Food was good but the services was out standing. I believe his name was Bryan, that was the name stamped on the receipt at 6:03pm. After not stopping in for over a year I'll definitely return.

This is the absolute BEST Chili's I have ever visited! Michael THE bartender is the star and makes the best MichaelRitas! Way better than a Margarita. Ok it's the Presidente with fresh sour (because I'm allergic to mixes) but he makes it with love. The house salad with avocado slices and a black bean patty is so yummy and filling! Michael's attention to detail and his welcoming personality make this the place to hang out and enjoy a drink and a meal. Thank you Michael, will be back to see you FOR SURE!! 😘

Wow! Hadn't eaten here in ages. Burger sounded good, so off we went. I had the Old-Timers double with cheese and fries; wife had the grilled chicken salad. We also had the Patron margaritas. All of it was WONDERFUL! Another reviewer said the menu was limited? We didn't find that to be the case. PRO TIP: If you want awesome service, ask if Alana is in the house!!

I definitely enjoy going. Ordering and leaving seems to be better for me. But that is for me, not everyone.

The service was great! Fast and very friendly. My boyfriend and I went there for a date night out of town and they made it very nice. The food and drinks were awesome. I don't remember what the drinks were called other than the blue, the pink, and the green margarita, but they were very well made and did the job perfectly lol. We spent just as much on 4 drinks as we did the food, but it was well worth it. The salmon was cooked perfectly along with the broccoli. It was steamed to perfection, very soft. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp and broccoli alfredo. He enjoyed it very much as well. We had just enough left over for me to eat for lunch the next day.

The lunch menu has one of my favorites: the lunch double burger with fries and your choice of salad or soup. Dad chose the house salad with ranch dressing while I chose chicken enchilada soup. Placed a to go order and that was easy. Had my son pick up the food. Food got to our home and we were missing our sides of fries for two of the chicken crisper orders. My kids told me not to call in and complain because who needs that right now. So we enjoyed our lunch at home for mother's day. We will be placing another TO GO ORDER.

We had a great meal. It was very busy with big groups, wait staff running like crazy. In spite of tough conditions, we got well served. Our waitress had to tell us why some things were slow to come, but she did that snd took good care of us in spite of the issues she was dealing with. That is good service!! There were some issues with the ordering software when we first arrived so we had to sit for a bit. Once we got our table, our waitress made it a VERY enjoyable experience. I only went here because Texas Roadhouse was packed. Took a little while before waitress took our order. This is the only reason it’s not a 5 star. Beer was ice cold, food was great, I had the AnchoSalmon. Fed 3 adults and 2 kids with 4 beers and 2 margaritas plus 2 appetizers for 146$. Good pricing. I will be back.

Parking was packed, but there was still room. The hostess got us a table very quickly. Our drinks were rushed to us before we even had a chance to look at the menu. All the servers were so helpful when we needed anything. Everything tasted fresh. The dessert came out as fast as The drinks. The music was good while sports played on the TVs.

The service is the same you'll see in most Chili's. Nothing to write home about but it's always consistent. The staff are nice.

The service was great for the restaurant being packed and especially the time we arrived. When my husband received his ribs and chicken tender, we were disappointed. However, our waitress without us even asking requested another set of ribs since the first slab looked like a 1/4 slab versus the half rack of ribs we originally ordered. A little below average experience at this Chili's but anyone can have an off day. The service was quite slower than most but it wasn't a particularly busy evening and there appeared to be adequate staff. Regardless, they were very courteous and friendly. The atmosphere was typical for a Chili's and a bit louder than I would have liked, but what I noticed was the lack of cleanliness and general upkeep of the restaurant. Not exactly up to par from previous visits.

Ordered delivery, mushroom swiss burger with no tomatoes, southwest egg rolls and asparagus. The burger came with tomatoes, was so messy and soggy, had to eat it with a knife and fork..and the asparagus was terribly over cooked, shriveled and the woody ends were not cut off. The fries were ok and the egg rolls. Haven’t eaten at this chili’s in a while and probably won’t again.

I eat here every once in a blue moon. The last time I was there I ask a waitress if they were hiring. She went and got the manager and he came out to speak to me. The entire time he was acting almost as if I was wasting his time. He asked about my availability and I told him the only time I couldn’t work was Sunday mornings, due to the fact I attend church. He immediately got a sour attitude and said “I’ll tell you right now, nobodies going to hire you if you can’t work Sundays, I can’t hire you with that availability” and walked off before I could say anything else. Mind you I never applied, I was simply eating and was just curious. There is a way to conduct business and that is most definitely not it.

I called around 11am to ask if I needed a reservation for a party of 7 at 6pm. I was told they would take my information and add me to the wait list. I gave them all the info but when we showed up at 6 they had no idea what we were talking about. They seated us right away though so I can’t complain too much. They messed up our drinks but fixed it right away. We waited an extremely long time for our food but it was good once we got it. It seemed like once we received our bill we no longer existed. We had to holler at our server to get to go boxes. Over all a pretty good experience just not a 5 star.

Hostess dingy and not listening. Asked for a booth, she asked if a high table would be ok. I told her, "We asked for a booth, didn't want a half table/booth or a small booth. She turned us around from a 1/2 table, half booth, and said it would be 20-25 minutes. I was looking at no less than 8 to 9 empty booths. When I questioned why 20-25 minutes when they had open booths where they had just sat people at tables near by. The other hostess, came and took us to a booth. Wait, staff after the 1st hostess were really good.

Food was good but this place could use management that puts customer service as a top priority. They were understaffed and had no sense of urgency. One of the managers was too busy watching games instead of helping. Tables were not cleaned, bar had napkins and dirty dishes all over it. The beer taps were incorrectly marked, management that cares would make a huge difference. Returned today for another try. Place was not overcrowded. Sat at the bar, bartender was fantastic. Very attentive. I had the $10 lunch special which is a very good deal. Food was just average but you definitely get planning for the price you pay.

I have eaten here several times. I often don't have very great experiences here. I ordered on door dash this time and the steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare, but when I received it it was medium well. I was very disappointed that my food was not prepared the way I had requested. I have had several instances that are similar to this on multiple different food items at this chilies. I was hoping for a better experience this time but I did not receive that.

Our waitress I believe her name was Avery was great! She was the highlight of our meal and experience! However, the kitchen service was horrible. They put in our order at the table and we even saw on our bill what was put in and it was put in correctly. We ordered a triple dipper with big mouth bites. They were wrong and it took an abnormal amount of time for 2 small replacements to come out. So long in fact I was done eating my food by the time it came out. The manager came by but I had to ask her to do something about that part of our meal as everyone else was done eating. Other than that she was just showing me how I can pay. I ordered a sirloin also, and I know what your thinking it’s not a steak house. I get that. While it was cooked how I ordered it the outside of the steak was charred which is a big no-no for any steak or place that serves it.

I ordered fajita trio (double steak and shrimp) and the steak fajita meat was a steak cut into strips, which is fine, but it apparently had been cooked a couple of times or sat under the warmers for a really really long time. Shrimp was rubbery as well like it’s been sitting in warmers or something for a long time. Tortillas were hard like chips and had some charred or burnt something rolled up in the foil with them… Paid $30 for this, my dogs got a great meal. Never been disappointed with Chili's in Weatherford before, but really disappointed this time. Glad I got a side salad. I won’t get into the beans and rice…. Really really upset with this. (And no lunch for tomorrow which is why I ordered like I did).

The kitchen can never get the order right. The service is usually very good. The food is what it is and over priced . The manager was standing around vaping in the no smoking/vaping building while the kitchen yet again got our order wrong.

I came here a few weeks ago with my husband and some friends of ours. We got sat almost immediately but I could tell there was alot of stressful attitudes being expressed. The first thing was it took about 10 minutes for the server to come and take our drink orders. Once we got our drinks it took her another 15-20 minutes to ask if we were ready to order. We ordered the Nashville Hot Mozerella sticks and we asked her to put the appitizer in before our food. We waited almost 40 minutes alone to get just to appitizer and we had to ask her where the food was. Once our food got here, things were looking good but I noticed they put the smallest amount of avocado on my burger. Like it wasn't even enough to taste it, and my friend got a half order of cheese fries with her food and they got mad when we told them about the food being wrong. I asked for a side of avocado and they took longer to get her fries corrected. To be honest, we saw our server a handful and it was someone else mostly.

Got to Chili's on the day of the fajita special and that may have led to our fajitas being nearly cold and not sizzling, thought the flavor was good. The manager was nice and offered us free things, of which we took a slice of cheesecake which is also a bit disappointing.

My family and I used to love going to Chili’s every now and then, but after we had a bad experience about 8 months ago we thought that maybe whatever kinks we experienced last time had been worked out. The last time we went it took over an hour to get cold chicken dippers and I was supposed to get the big mouth bites but it ended up being a burger that was cut into four pieces. We were very unimpressed though management did give us a discount. This latest time was I will admit better. Our waitress was attentive and quite prompt with the drink refills. But after finishing our second bowl of chips and salsa we started to wonder where food was. Once again my wife got the chicken dippers and I got a burger. It took well over 40 minutes to get our food out of the kitchen. As we were paying our check the waitress brought a coupon for a free kids meal. We found this to be a pointless gesture because we did not order a kids meal anyway. We left asking ourselves the same question we ask ourselves every time we have been to this chilis for the last couple years. “Why did we decide to go to Chili’s?” I have never been to a restaurant that has such a problem getting food out of the kitchen. Pathetic.

I don’t think it’s wise to ignore the people who ultimately pay your bills. An attitude from a host isn’t pleasant, but it’s something I can move past. For what it’s worth, she was actually a very nice young lady. However, when the server who is the main point of contact during the meal is practically MIA, it really affects the whole experience. No drink refills, no sauces, no check-ins it honestly makes me hesitant to dine with you again. That said, I do plan to return again as this location is closest to my second cousins house. I will gladly update or add to my rating based on how that experience goes when I do visit again.

Called ahead for a table and was told it would be ready, at most would have to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready once we arrive. upon arrive the host informed us it would be an additional 20 minutes. (even though we could see several tables available) I questioned the statement since i called ahead and made reservations and the host just gave me and my family a rude look. we went somewhere else.

I placed a 2 go order for a Bowl of soup and a house salad for 9 bucks after tax. I didn't leave a tip because its a 2 go order. I received a salad that had barley anything in it. Last time I ordered this I got a very good sized salad. What a shame. I will not be returning. 1-16-21 8 pm. Dirty tables ALL OVER the place. Waitress VERY SLOW, waited over 10 minutes for our server to get our drink order. I asked if the water was filtered I was told YES. When I got my water it came from a sink. I'm dropping $100 at a restaurant that serves city water. Looked at other reviews and the owner OBVIOUSLY doesn't care about their place because it's been MONTHS almost YEARS since the owner replied to anyone's reviews and concerns. I won't come back here.

Don't sit in the bar area unless you want to be ignored by bartender with the bajoran nose ring. Sat down at 5:40pm, food came out quickly, waitress shooting the breeze with other waitresses, standing around in the bar area, ran away to the kitchen for 20 minutes on her phone. Plenty of eye contact made and still never got her attention. It's not my job to make sure she does her job. Come to Chili's every few days after work every week. Probably not after this experience. Nothing is clean in this restaurant. ESPECIALLY the bathrooms. Waitress tried to slide a margarita into our bill that we DID NOT order. Appetizer was delivered at the same time our main meal was sent to the table. Burgers were horrible. Too much salt in everything. Would not recommend this establishment. Staff were too busy joking and playing around to attend customers.

Just order door dash. Most of my fried pickles were mushy and undone. My chips are stale tasting. But my dip is ok. Very disappointed because I'm at work and hungry

It took a long time and I know when she picked it up I Was told before that if I don't like it come in and eat, in restaurant customers get priority, so they left it setting there to get cold, and the fries were old and chewy.Have given all the chances I'm giving to this location. We never have this problem at the fort Worth location.

Very disappointed they got rid of their skillet queso. Ordered queso the other day for $13.99!!!! Only to realize it wasn’t the skillet queso I loved.

The absolute worst CHILI'S in the USA. Horrible service from a bartender who only talked to her regulars. My food was cold, it took another 5 minutes to get her attention for utensils. The salmon was gross, and whatever stink it had bled into the broccoli. I don't expect too much from Chili's. I consider them adequate. Not This Location. It should be closed down!!!

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for restaurants because I realize how important it is for reviews, but my experience here was just absolutely awful. Last time I was here a month ago I had a great time our waiter was very nice and funny and made sure everything was good, and the food was good ! This time it unfortunately was not. As I sit in the parking lot writing this message I genuinely feel sick to my stomach. Our waitress acted like she could care less just because me and my wife seemed to look young. The food was absolutely disgusting. The cheese looked nasty and tasted like rubber and the chicken seemed so undercooked. I’m not sure if there was a new cook today or what but whoever cooked this food, very clearly should never cook period. This has ruined my entire experience with Chilis and I will never come back to this location. I may have just got a bad server or a bad cook because last time it was great. The host was even very sweet and nice when we entered in, but the waitress was a bar tender that couldn’t care less about our table and as a customer I feel very disrespected. If I could personally reach out to the General Manager I would.

I got ONE thing at Chili’s today, chips & queso. After going there specifically for the chips, & adding gratuity to such a minuscule takeout order there was nobody inside the restaurant upon walking in to help me get my order for a good few minutes & then I got home to find a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bag! Not only that, but half of the chips were stale & I don’t want to know what was wrong with the rest of them. How can a tortilla chip bend in half without breaking?? I’m disgusted & extremely disappointed. I’ve had to request a new chip basket after being served stale chips while dining in previously, but this is a new low. Time to take a break from Chili’s for a while.
