Reagan and Andrew were amazing 😍 My dirty martini with Bleu cheese olives was amazing. The chicken and ricotta meatballs were delicious 😋 It was a whole vibe...went again Andrew and Reagan were there and remembered me and my order they are truly awesome 👍 If you haven't visited yet go. And if you have and it's been awhile go back. You won't regret it. Great patrons and staff. It's my new favorite place.

I dined at Eclipse last week. The place was recommended by a local friend. I was on a diner date. I've dined at other restaurants within the Platinum Dining Group, but never this one! I was very impressed! The atmosphere was nice! The food was spectacular. We ordered the scallops, roasted chicken, and salads. The server (Justin) was friendly. The manager also greeted us to ensure our satisfaction. The customer service was spectacular! In addition, they were careful abiding by appropriate CDC guidelines by wearing masks and practicing appropriate distancing procedures. It was great be out and support a local business! As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry in the past, I highly recommend Eclipse!

Im trying to figure out the best way to start the part where I give typed thought,,, on what I sought... 5 start experience at a 1st time eating experience at the excellent eclipse!! In-between the lunar and solar, bi-polar eclipses!!!. (Pause for effect) the staff was harmoniously helpful and specific in assisting. The bartender chimed on my choice as we walked in the door and looked the board. The manager was effortlessly efficient and engaged with the whole room. Chefs were on point with the requested changes. And the ambiance was appeasing and authentic. This is a must stop in little Italy when wandering through Wilmington!! 5 mins off the exit, and the best eats on the block!!! Take it from chef turned poet,,so you know it!! #EWWE

One of the best restaurants in Delaware. Superbly prepared cuisine that includes outstanding service. Our waiter Nick was wonderful. Excellent explanations of each dish that made our mouths water for food that did not disappoint. Highly recommend a visit to Eclipse if you are in the region.

Our first time visiting for my boyfriend's birthday and we were way beyond pleased. The atmosphere was very comfortable and everything from the staff, wine and food was so on point we will definitely be back!

Excellent food, but the service was spectacular. Made sure everything was perfect. The cocktails need some revisions, but all in all a great place.

Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. Great location, delicious food, good variety, knowledgeable and attentive staff. We dined on July 4th. Justin, our waiter, was very professional and friendly. He knew the menu well and suggested accommodations for our food intolerances (party of 4). We enjoyed a tasty dinner with no side effects. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant with caring staff. 👍

Wow! What a great experience! The food was fantastic, but the service was even better! Our host Dave, was wonderful, and our server, Nick, was a warm and attentive professional. Nick’s service made the visit remarkable! I love how they do things at the Eclipse Bistro and I’ll definitely be back again and again!

Eclipse Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants in Wilmington. Located on Union Street, this small eatery has delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is warm and busy. It is perfect for date night, or just a night for good food. The fare is American with a variety of meat, poultry, and fish with a pasta option usually mixed in. Everything we have ever had here has been high quality and delicious. There is parking available outside the restaurant. There is also outdoor seating in nice weather. We highly recommend this place.

Nice little place, steak was cooked perfectly, great selection of beers, attentive but not intrusive servers. Went for a staff lunch, everyone had a fab time, definitely recommend.

One of the best pork chops I’ve ever had! I wish I remembered my server’s name (I’ll return with the update once I check my receipt) because the sidecar she recommended was out of this world! I would take the drive back to Delaware to eat here again. Absolutely enjoyed it.

Justin waited on our table for four with a professional style. He was there when needed and gone again like a ghost. Perfect service that is hard to find anywhere. Our dishes were delicious. The wine perfect. I highly recommend Eclipse for a cozy warm place to have a great meal.

Wonderful meal, fantastic service! Fun selection for both foodies and those with more simple palates. Both the spinach gnocchi and the spare rib were phenomenal. Everything was delicious!

Literally my boyfriend & I’s second time here; we are in love with every meal. justin was fantastic & Robert(host/manager) is the sweetest man. Our server last time (can’t remember his name) was awesome as well! we have yet to be disappointed & we will definitely be back next date night 💜🤞🏼 TAKE TWO REVIEW 3 yrs later - still my absolute favorite place. Every birthday for the last 5 bdays. Nick is more than fantastic; he does not forget 🤞🏼✔️- look forward to seeing him every year we come & he NEVER approaches without that sparkler in my “dessert”. Food never fails. I’m a white meat only kinda gal - THE CHICKEN ALWAYS IS AMAZING!!! Boyfriend gets something different every time & has always been impressed. Service & food A1. Oh & don’t let me sleep on the drinks. Same bartender since we started coming - always gives us something great. Thank you all for another memorable bday 🫶🏼

Wow! Such a delicious dinner in a beautiful intimate atmosphere, we could actually hear our conversations without shouting! Had the shrimp bruschetta and Rockfish special, the flavors and beautiful plating was such exceptional!

The calamari was great, we had salads with protein, chicken and fish. All good. Great iced tea. Creme brulee Basque cheesecake. Yum.

Went for lunch today and enjoyed everything. Excellent service and delicious food. Was very surprised how busy it was at lunch, completely full. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy, otherwise a lovely place

Consistently yummy food, the fries were super crispy and delicious and the crab cakes were great with very little filler! Strong, tasty cocktails! 😵‍💫 Portion of crab cakes could have been a bit more generous, but otherwise would recommend this place for a nice meal out in Wilmington.

This place was a bright spot on my trip to Delaware. Appetizer, entry, and dessert were all delicious. Fantastic moctails.The best service experience I have had in a long time. This place is small with limited seating so reservations are recommended.

Ate there for the first time tonight...and it was great! Excellent service and conversation at the bar. The Pork Chops, Potatoes, and Spinich were to die for. The steak and mushroom egg rolls, as well as the Wedge Salad, were also delicious. My only complaint? My eyes were bigger than my stomach...so I'm still full three hours later! Thanks to my friend, Liz, for bringing me here...I'll be back.

Excellent experience overall. I have a dairy sensitivity and the chef was able to work with what I ordered.

We were visiting Wilmington and chose this restaurant based on its reviews. It didn’t disappoint. The crab cakes were excellent. We were impressed with the attentive service and the overall dining atmosphere.

Three of us had a lovely lunch here today this was our first time at Eclipse. For a mid-week, 1 pm lunch, the restaurant was pretty busy. The menu had a nice selection of drinks, appetizers, and main courses. My dining companions enjoyed their salmon salad and beef burger with goat cheese and mushrooms. Service was absolutely 10 out of 10. Our water glasses were refilled several times without asking and we were never rushed. Noise levels were quite reasonable despite the number of diners in the room. There are several tables set up for outside dining and you can park on the street or in a very nearby parking lot.

I took my mom & wife here for mother’s day, first timers, the food was excellent. Overall, I liked everything. My only gripe would be the portion sizes, beef it up a little bit.

We visited Eclipse for the first time tonight, and we don't know why we waited so long to try them out! Justin was super friendly and helpful, and our server Clay (hope this is spelled right!) was attentive and gave us great suggestions. The food came out fast, was delicious, and the cocktails were unique and tasty too. We're so glad we chose to spend our Valentines Day here!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my best friend's 40th birthday and my God sister's special day at this lovely spot on Saturday, February 7th. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, the food was bursting with freshness, and the drinks were perfectly refreshing. Our waiter Andy truly went above and beyond—friendly, patient, and hilarious—making the evening even more memorable. -Dr.T

We had an amazing experience! The restaurant accommodated our party of 8 without hesitation. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was perfect, and our waiter was phenomenal. This is absolutely a place we 'll return to for future events.

I took my wife to Eclipse for our anniversary, this was our first time at Eclipse. Our server was Julianna she came over and greeted us with a smile. She was extremely friendly and was very helpful wit helping us choose our apps and entrées. She kept checking on us to make sure all was well along with engaging us in conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed having Juliana as our server along with the apps and entrées she suggested. She is an asset to Eclipse Bistro. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍👍👍

Went here in 2025 during lunch and got the lunch special deal where you can pick a main another item which seemed like the best value. Got the chicken sandwich with fries and crème brûlée. The crème brûlée was rich, thick, and the amount was very generous. The fries were good, crisp but still soft on the inside. The chicken sandwich was bland. The chicken patty was big and not seasoned enough itself and there wasn’t that much slaw. I did take the sandwich to go and they forgot the pickle so I don’t know if that would have fixed it.

Excellent service. I had the Caesar salad with blackened salmon, asparagus fries and I forget the name of the cocktail but I always go with mezcal if it's available. My other half had the scallops which he enjoyed. Food and drinks 4/5, service 5/5. Would recommend.

Best meal I have had in Wilmington (so far). The servers are attentive and the food all hits the mark. The cocktails are creative and delicious. The menu provides enough enticing options that it seems like you can order pretty much anything on it and have it still satisfy you. The only downside that was evident at the meal was the restaurant was crowded and loud. Doing a Saturday night dinner should present a busy restaurant, but the noise level was unpleasant and distracting. They've either crowded too many seats in a small space or the layout is just not conducive to the building acoustics. This is definitely a repeat for the food and service, but the noise will keep me away on Fridays and Saturdays.

We came for dessert. It’s a nice cozy place. Service was nice. We had the cheesecake and crème brûlée with vanilla icecream. The creme brûlée just okay. Could not finish it, but the cheesecake was very very good.

Non impressive, local joint. Service was slow, food choices and quality were rather average.

Calamari is good, Halibut was dry over cooked and served with beans two proteins. Duck is excellent 👍 dessert excellent 👌

I went there for dinner with a friend. It was awful. This place has 4.7? Hard to believe; but, hey this is Wilmington. Mrs. Robino’s is just down the street. I’m just going to put in a photo of my dinner and let it do the talking. Four scallops over mush! Don’t bother.

I was super excited for this place but very much disappointed after😞. I ordered the " roasted beets". They were were about 11$. They are canned beets. At best it was two whole canned beets sliced with a watery aioli sauce and a few crushed pistachios. The best thing we got was the cheese steak eggs rolls....the were very good...the dipping sauce super salty...not a good balance but still the best thing we had. I the ordered the duck breast. It came with " forbidden rice". A wild rice that might have had black bean puree in it but it was super over seasoned....was not fresh. The duck was ok ..not seasoned at all...crispy but no flavor besides a red sauce drizzled on top. My other half got the short rib Bolognese. Some of the veggies used in the Bolognese were just frozen veggies...not that they were frozen in my dish but I expected fresh real Bolognese ingredients....but it was ok...the drinks are 🤮...I really wanted this place to be good but it's just over priced cheap food dressed up...
