The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which creates such a great atmosphere. The food is always delicious, and if something isn’t quite to your liking, they go out of their way to make it right. On our most recent visit, we enjoyed the watermelon cooler, the chicken lemon soup, and the lychee martini—each one was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Ethos has truly become one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it.

Who ever is the manager here needs to know this! From the moment my friend and I got to the restaurant at the host table we were promptly seated and our waitress Melissa D. gave us a warm welcome. We asked about some items on the menu and Melissa seemed very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all of our questions. See the pictures of all the food we tried and every last one of the dishes were chefs kiss! Melissa was attentive during our visit frequently check in on us and ensured our food came out promptly. I believe even the manager was walking abound and when we made eye contact she waived and welcomed us. The food was mouthwatering and busting with flavor, the chicken thighs, salmon, rice, perfectly cook potatoes and so much more! I cannot stress how impressed we were of the received beginning to end! When we dock back from our cruise I have to stop by before we leave town!

This was the best service I’ve had in a long time. The food and atmosphere 10/10! Jack, our host kindly welcomed us when we arrived, the food and drinks were fantastic and fresh and well portioned. I have gone to the coconut creek location many times and we wanted to give the Wilton manors location a try since we have recently moved to ftl and it was just as much of a wonderful experience. Our waiter Joe delivered excellent service and always made sure our dining experience was perfect and the food was brought to us in a timely efficient manner. The wine is great too, we purchased a bottle to bring home with us too. If you are in South Florida or visiting and want authentic fresh Greek food, visit ethos! Overall 5 plus stars!

Amazing Greek Bistro in Wilton Manors! I had such a great experience at this charming Greek bistro in Wilton Manors. The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic — every dish tasted like it was made with love. But what really made the night special was Frank, our waiter. He’s such a wonderful guy — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us throughout the meal without ever being intrusive. Eight of us dined here with a very short reservation. They accomidated us with ease and grace. We all had a cocktail at the bar, which were all incredible. Our table was ready in no time. Everyone raved about the food. I had the Orrzo Paella and it was 5 star. The price was very reasonable. I don't usually do review unless a place is really bad or really good. Ethos was top notch across the board.

We had a wonderful experience at this Greek restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a mixed meat platter and a selection of traditional Greek spreads, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The meat, especially the lamb, was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The cocktails were also excellent and complemented the meal beautifully. A very special thank you to our server, Frank, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire evening. His service made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and will definitely be coming back!

Ethos never disappoints. The food was amazing as always — fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and perfect for a date or to hangout with family and friends and enjoy a great dinner. The food is exquisite, generous amounts, and is very authentic. It reminded me of Mykonos in many ways. On Mondays you also get discounted wines, which one can greatly appreciate! I alap encourage you to as for Frank, he is indeed an amazing waiter and the service he provides is phenomenal; to the point you’ll keep coming back for him! I recommend the ethos platter ( either chicken or calamari ) and the grape leaves as appetizers.
