Pizza Hut has been my favorite place for pizza. The staff answer the phone with a cheerful hello and always share their specials. But my favorite is the hand tossed supreme pizza. Its delicious! When we arrived the next day for pickup, the pizzas were ready right on time. This was the best pizza I have had in a really long time! One of the few places that still has a dining room and it was nice a spacious if you would want to dine in. Thank you to the crew for a great meal!

Pizza Hut wings are kind of a sleeper, way better than you think they would be at a chain faster food joint. They were big and had plenty of sauce. The lady who helped me knew her regulars well and was very friendly. I love when certain locations of chain restaurants shine like this one did. It just goes to show that even with the exact same food, a place can be better than it's peers.

This local Pizza Hut always goes above and beyond and I'm never disappointed in the quality of the pizza either. Always exactly what I ordered, with plenty of the extra sauce and cheese I order. Not under or overdone.

LET ME TELL YOU... It was absolutely fantastic. As a recurring customer I find the pizza fantastic. Fantastic staff - the CSR, Crystal, is by far amazing! I can not say enough good things - while there have been one or two occasions where there was some issue, the issue was always resolved in a timely manner. I will continue to eat here.

Pizza Hut has a few anomaly stores but most of them are the same, mediocre. We never go there to eat, we get it delivered when we've been too busy to do anything else. It works, if you doctor it up a little it's even good junk food. There are other pizza joints in the area that are much better.........but don't deliver. Sometimes you do get what you asked for.

I go to the Wimberley Pizza Hut because of the people who work there. Sarah has always been wonderful and I appreciate how personable she is and how sweet she always seems. Pizza Hut has a great staff and they are to be commended for hiring a great staff.

Ordered two pizzas and the chicken alfredo pasta. One of the pizzas was supposed to have buffalo sauce, which was started on the receipt, too, but came with BBQ, which the orderer hates. As we were visiting and the home was quite out of the way, going back was not an option. Chicken in the pasta was super dry and the alfredo too heavy and buttery.

It is hit “and” miss every time....I took a picture but google isn’t given big me an option to post the pic. Our order of Cajun fries included about 12 fries which consumed only one third of the box they were delivered in.

Manager or shift leader was not friendly at all. She made us feel as if we were a total inconvenience and that we were bothering her just by being there. We won't go back. As far as the food. It's pizza hut it always taste the same.

We met family there thinking it was a dine in place. They did have a couple booths left but the place did not have the atmosphere for eating in. They had only bottled drinks - Pizzas crust was rawish/ doughy in the center. The cashier was friendly and nice. But won't be going there again.

I did not receive all of my order. My husband placed the pizza order online, including 4 small bottles of soda. When I went to pickup the order at Pizza Hut, I was handed an order. They did not offer a drink carrier, nor did they point me in the direction of the drink cooler. They just let me walk out without even mentioning the sodas that I ordered. Not happy.

The pizza was good but the info at time of order was wrong then the lady who made the mistake didn't correct it like she thought she did then they gave us our dine I order in boxes. Oh, they didn't have ANY ice. Meant well I'm sure but they needed leadership.

Unfortunately the pizza wasn't great. The bread sticks I'm sure we're boxed heat up type, not good. Service was good. Needs some love inside. Avoid the bathroom if you can.

The food was good but according to Google maps my home is 2.5 miles out of their delivery range. I understand they cannot deliver to every rural home but we live in a subdivision of homes on 5+ acs. There are approximately 80 homes here. I put the address of the public school on my delivery order and met the driver there. It was 4 min from my house. The average price of a property here is over a million dollars. I am sure folks here would pay an extra charge for a delivery fee. I know I would

We had our first pizza delivered. Total cost $23 plus tip. The pizza was a supreme, thin crust. Apparently, they forgot to put cheese on the pizza! We could not find any cheese on it at all and very few toppings. Needless to say, this will be our last order! I would rather buy a frozen pizza at the grocery store. We are only giving two stars to be kind. It was dreadful.

It's better to carry-out from this location. Stay away from the pasta. I've ordered pizza around an hour before closing and they call an hour later saying they can't deliver. Very disappointing. They actually called me the other day saying they couldn't deliver and would refund my card but said they would give me a discount if I picked up. (I had been drinking and was not going to drive) I wish we had another pizza option in Wimberley

Pizza is good, but the average wait time for delivery is about 1 and a half hours. Pizza isnt good enough to justify the wait. I'm sure it's great takeout, but being the only delivery place in Wimberley, you would think they would take pride in that and deliver promptly. If you absolutely need delivery, then it's your only choice, just be sure to order before you're actually hungry or the wait is miserable.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! I placed my order when I was leaving work in North Austin. They said it would be half an hour max. I got there 45 minutes later and called them to get my pizza. THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED IT YET! They said they would have it ready in 7 to 8 minutes and it has been another half hour since then. STILL don't have my pizza.

So disappointed. Pizza Hut has always been my go to pizza place and never expected THEM to give me the worst pizza I've ever had. I have lived in Wimberley for 2 years now and always heard terrible things so I have steered clear. I thought I'd give it a shot today but big mistake. Dropped in for carry out, 2 large pizzas & well over thirty bucks later... I got home to find out they forgot half of my toppings on the supreme. Including sausage, black olives, jalapeños, etc. that I PAID EXTRA to put on. On top of robbing me for "forgetting" almost all of my toppings, the pizza was dry and hard as if they made it hours before. Avoid this place like the plague.

🤡 I made an order and I got a notification saying i was going to get it in the next few minutes (30 minutes - which i didn’t mind) 40 minutes passed and nothing so I called to check on my order and they didn’t even pick up the phone it said they’re ‘busy’ i kept calling for about 10 minutes straight and nothing like really? 2 HOURS LATER and i got a call saying it would be easier to pick it up myself so i went to pick it up and the food wasn’t ready when i arrived, horrible service very disappointing - won’t be coming back! it’s a small town how long can you take to deliver a pizza??

Worst restaurant in the world period. You can not ever order without there being a problem of some sort. One day the forget all the food, the next the can’t deliver but tell you that after you’ve paid, or your food is burnt up, or the lie about delivering your food. When will it this place shut down. For all of its existence it’s been a disappointment some things never change. Can’t wait to talk to there General Manager.

David Potter is so unprofessional, as I was pulling up to Pizza Hut he gives me the meanest look ever. not only that when he dropped pizza of for delivery. He took off so fast out my apartments that my next door neighbor called me saying “who was that , that took off so crazy they” let me mind you we had kids playing outside and the seep limit is 10 he left going 30 50 mph so unprofessional. It’s so upsetting other then that Pizza Hut is the best

Ordered pizza at 6:30 pm. Called after an hour and employee said pizza was still in the oven. Called back at 9:30 still wasn’t ready. Seems like their goal was to get you to cancel. Must be nice to have a monopoly in town. There are reasons to delay but no excuse for poor customer communications and service. Ended up canceling so I guess they’re happy.

Dirty, ladies' room door would not lock, no soap. The dining room has what looks like black mold on the ceiling. The supervisor on shift did not go check the bathroom after me telling her the problems in there. I will not return. The health department should shut them down at that location.

If I could give this a review of 1/2 star I would. Living here for years I've had personal experience of the suffering being endured by the Wimberley people by this treacherous Pizza Hut. Every single time there's something wrong with the order. I literally just ordered pizza with cinnamon sticks and when I went to pick my food up (some 30 minutes later) they had forgot to make my cinnamon sticks. I don't consider it that big of a deal but at The same time it's ALWAYS something. The lady that took my order also wast too pleasant either. Review: 1/2 star -because the pizza wasn't too bad.

Order a pizza for delivery at 7:39 PM, was told it would be about a 60 min delivery time, I said ok, I understand. 2 hours later no Pizza yet, tried to call and no answer, so here I sit at 10:09 Pm and pizza just was delivered cold, like as if it has been in the refrigerator cold. To say I am disappointed is a understatement.

Kept repeating that he couldn't find the coupon slowly and with escalating volume, in the most condescending tone possible before I just told him never mind and hung up. When you do get an order it is insanely over priced, the crust has the little tiny bubbles in it so you know it's from the previous day and you're lucky if it's completely correct.

For the first pizza, he requested half pepperoni and half cheese, which left two toppings unused. He asked if those toppings could be applied to the second pizza, since we were already paying for them. However, the employee informed me that the system wouldn’t allow it, which was understandabel. I then asked if he could simply instruct the cook to add the toppings to the second pizza, a simple request I’ve seen done before as a courtesy when I worked at Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, the employee refused, stating it wasn’t possible and it’s not his responsibility to tell the cook… Due to his laziness and unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request, I will never go to Pizza Hut again. They won’t be getting any of my money in the future, and frankly, this employee should be fired for his lack of customer service. I ended up purchasing pizza at HEB for half the price and with less hassle.
