Just moved to the neighbourhood and I have been wanting to try this place given the good rating and it doesn’t disappoint! The ribs are my favourite and we will definitely mark our calendar to try other meat next week!

When I saw the smoking rigs and that glorious smoke ring floating in the air like a BBQ bat signal, I knew Bo’s Boys BBQ was calling my name. They were posted up at the Winter Garden Downtown Pavilion and Farmers Market—tons of people everywhere, live bands playing, the sun shining—basically, the universe’s way of saying, "You need BBQ right now." I ordered one pound of brisket and a half slab of ribs. Let’s talk ribs first—absolute fire. Tender, juicy, with a smoky hug and a BBQ sauce that had just the right kick. I considered writing a love letter to them, but figured this review would do. The brisket? Well, it came pulled instead of sliced—an unexpected plot twist. It was sauced up and heavy on the salt. Alone, it was a bit much but throw it on a bun? Chef’s kiss. Smoky and packed with flavor. Still, I’d trade my left sock for a sliced version next time. Despite the crowd, the staff was on point—got my food fast and kept the BBQ dreams alive. If you see the smoke, follow it. Just maybe bring a bun for the brisket.

Finally made the decision to stop by and best decision ever! I usually pass by this spot every time I go to the Winter Garden farmers market and today was the day I decided to stop by. My boyfriend and I both had the brisket Mac bowls. He had it with the mild sauce and I had the sweet sauce. The portion size was absolutely perfect for lunch and a generous amount of sauce on the side to add to your liking. I wish I had taken pictures of the bowl but we instantly ate our bowls as soon as we got them. My dog even enjoyed the smells while we waited. Will be coming back and I plan on bringing friends and family when they visit.

All I can say is delicious! I have been looking all over for a barbecue spot that would deliver true Southern BBQ taste. You must come early to ensure items are available because they did sell out of collard greens and was on the last slab of ribs when I arrived. The sides were warm and the Mac and cheese was not overdone but great balance of creamy flavor.The Carolina sauce is a must try and I highly recommend it. Next time I am going to try the brisket and update my post.

This is exactly what you want from a BBQ truck. It's only open Saturday from 12-5 but is absolutely worth planning around. All the meat choices were well done. The ribs, pulled pork and brisket were all very good. I am from KC so it doesn't quite match a place like Joe's, but it really close. The brisket is a bit fatty, but that adds to the flavor. Prices are fair, so for BBQ, it is value for quality. It was busy and the grass area parking off of Avalon is a little limited, but manageable. It's informal and easy to navigate. They have 4 different sauces and they are all great. It was a great experience, food was great, expect a little wait...it's popular for a reason. Edit: I failed to give them credit for serving their meats "dry" as all good BBQ should be. If you have to cover the taste with sauce, there's something wrong. With that being noted, their sauces are ridiculously great. I expected them to coast on the sauces given the size and nature of the operation, but I was dead wrong. I wouldn't waste covering their very good BBQ with sauce, but sauces are essential to enjoying your fries and sides. All four choices were simply outstanding. These are as good as you'll find in KC, Memphis, St Louis or the Texas places that are known in the BBQ world. I am not over stating this, they are great.

Man!!!!! Let me tell you! I was referred to them by a coworker who said they had the best brisket she ever had, and she was not lying! I mean was delicious from start to finish! I tried my best not to hurt myself, but my Lord do I come close. It doesn’t matter if you’re 4-Rivers, 5-Lakes, 6-Ponds, or 7-Oceans, no one can compete with them!

This was about our fourth visit over the past few years. We were going to get a large chicken and a brisket. This was about 2pm; they were outta brisket. Dang. Get there early. We ended up getting a large chicken. When we opened it up, it was four thighs and four legs. Strange. But I'm not complaining, I like dark meat better than white. They were juicy and were well smoked. I liked it so much I can't wait to go back. I've never had the brisket. There are sides, but we've never had any.

I went to Bo’s Boys BBQ because I knew that we would enjoy the food. I didn’t get sides this time but the ribs were tender and the portion size was great! You can’t wait too long to go because they serve from 12 noon until they run out. To give you an analogy of how much they are liked, when I went today cars were pulling in as fast as they were pulling out of the parking lot! My family also enjoys them when they come into town for a visit. Go and enjoy!

The BEST BBQ and collard greens I've ever had. After driving by for years, we finally decided to stop at this roadside treasure. We had ribs, pulled pork, and collards which were delicious. I don't know what the spice was in the spicy BBQ sauce, but it gave a unique not-too-spicy taste that was so yummy.. Thanks for giving us three little containers. They won't go to waste! Highly recommend Bo's for the service-with-a-smile and topnotch food.

We passed this setup on some random road during our travels. We just saw a bunch of people standing around a pop-up style tent and smoker. Man, are we glad we stopped! From the second you open your car door and catch a whiff of the food, you KNOW its going to be good! We had a smoked turkey leg. It was AMAZING! Fall-off-the-bone, smooth like butter... and SO reasonably priced. We will be back to try more! Keep up the great work.

Quite literally the best bbq in Florida. Operated out of a small trailer with a smoker out front that razzle dazzles the sky with the aroma of intoxicating meats, just teasing you to stop and try it. Then, you put the meat in your mouth. And you’re like, “stop it, seriously?!!” Truly, it’s that good.

Amazing ribs, briskets, chicken, pulled pork, mac n cheese, baked beans, and yes….”Collard Greens!!!” 🤩🤩And they even make their own homemade barbecue sauces (4 of them)🤩! The absolute best barbecue place this side of Heaven.☀️Saturdays are always a treat. People ride their bikes to this location…People walk to this location and People drive to this location. All ethnicities love this place! ❤️🥰Good food is always a gate to invite everyone. I’ve been all across the world and believe me…this place should always be your meeting place on Saturdays.

Best BBQ in central Fl! The ribs, chicken & brisket were tender & flavorful despite cooking in freezing temperatures this past Saturday. Beans, Mac n cheese & greens were amazing. Taste like 4th of July BBQ eating at a family cookout! The staff were all so friendly & informative. I've found my favorite BBQ spot finally after moving here 3 years ago.

I ordered the brisket dinner with 2 sides, Mac n cheese and BBQ beans. Once my order came out the box had bbq finger prints all over it, but whatever. Stuff like that doesn't bother me much. The food was mid at best. The brisket was decent, nice crust and juicy. The Mac n cheese was dry and tasteless. The beans looked like it came from a can and the pineapples ontop definitely came out of a can. I hope this place continues to find success 🙌
