Chick-fil-A is always known for its outstanding food, service, and family-friendly atmosphere. I walked into the store and saw the missing man table. As a veteran, it brought a tear to my eye as I remember seeing them whenever I was in a military dining facility. I am so thankful for care and respect put into recreating this touching honor for the fallen and missing Service Members that have sacrificed for this country. Thank you.

The food and service were good at this Chick-fil-A location. It meets the expectations I have for the brand and doesn't disappoint.

Service was amazing. Very pleasant and helpful. Even has Portuguese signage for the Brazilian community that is strong there.

Chick-fil-A does a great job delivery food! Also, the peppermint milkshake was delicious and has a good taste for the holidays.

Drive up or drive thru pickup is extremely efficient and easy. This location specifically mostly always gets my order right and if not, they are quick to correct it and comp my meal or offer a replacement. The staff is very friendly and nice.

I am not happy at all! I stopped here to grab lunch, and upon getting home my chicken tenders were burnt and inedible.

DO NOT BUY CHICK FIL A COLLECTORS CUP HERE! I went in on Thursday for lunch and bought quite a few items on the menu, including the Chick Fil A Collectors Chick cup. I was soo excited to get my cup ! I went through the drive thru so the person handing me my food handed me my order which again was quite a big order. Before I left I just made sure all my food was in my bag. As I am driving off turning onto Daniel’s road, I went to go open my cup. So excited, who knows maybe I would be the one to win the golden cup. When I grabbed the bag, I didn’t pay attention to when the guy handed me it, it was not even sealed. It was wide open. How fair is this? They know if they have a gold cup or not because their cups are not sealed they are all open. I tried calling the store but no one answered of course. I also called chick fil a cares and they said someone from the store would get back to me and no one has. They also said they would report the store because none of their collectors cups should be open. I should have turned around, but with my tight lunch frame, unfortunately I was not able to. I did let them know to view the footage of the drive thru so they can see my open cup.

Used to love Chick Fil a soups , not anymore. This is my second time this month ordering each one of the chicken tortilla and the chicken noodle, and chicken is nowhere to be found in either one of them. That’s too bad, since paying almost $6 for a cup .

Found some sort of hair in my food. It was so disgusting i threw away my whole meal.

I travel 3 states and eat grilled chicken nuggets and large fruit cup nearly 3-4 days a week.. there was an excuse for everything here. Why was the large fruit cup the size of a small.. well that’s the largest we make.. ok every other chic fil a I go to in 3 states has a large container.. the best one is why is there oil in my grilled chicken nuggets.. we use canola oil.. ok well why is there so much. Oh well ma’am it’s just a smidge too much. WOW.. look at the fruit cup size and check out the napkin sopped in oil.. won’t be dining here again not just bc the food but bc the service I received. Some people like myself have sensitive stomachs therefore I choose grilled chicken nuggets and fruit.

After being a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A and spending thousands of dollars at this location alone only to be told by the OWNER Adam not to come back because apparently it is my fault they cannot consistently provide fresh food that looks like the pictures on the screen. The chicken is either over cooked and dark dark brown or the bread is hard. There is a reason they are short staffed and nobody wants to work at this particular Chick-fil-A I believe it is due to the owner Adam. I mean after all I am not asking for anything out of the ordinary just for my food to come out fresh not soggy not oily and certainly not dark brown chicken that looks like it was left in old oil. There are several other Chick-fil-A‘s in the vicinity to me that would be happy to consistently prepare an order to a loyal customer what Adam is doing at this Chick-fil-A location should be considered a crime and Chick-fil-A should pull his operating license or be replaced ASAP!!!

I’m so sick of the inconsistency of the food at this location. Pay extra for large fries and they barely fill the box 1/4 of the way full. The spicy chicken filet has a weird texture like it’s not cooked enough. Fries are soggy and food is just generally cold which is odd since they are always busy. Must make too much and then just let it sit there too long. A large soda will be 3/4 full of ice. Prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. Don’t know why people hype this place so much when it isn’t even good.

Terrible experience! I ordered a cup of Chicken Tortillas soup, that consist of no chicken! It was done on purpose. That's how they treat people of color!

Placed order. Checked in. No one ever delivered. It go to drive through. No response. Go inside and told food throw out. Manager then canceled my order in the app. Terrible experience!
