Always a phenomenal experience here. Tonight was my second time dining, and I couldn’t have been more excited when the gf said we were going!!! Definitely come check it out, the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well.

We’ve been to this location several times and it’s always a fabulous experience. The food was incredibly flavorful, as always. This was my first time at a Hot Pot restaurant. Our server was very helpful explaining the process and how to cook the meal. We both liked the beef bulgolgi the best, but everything tasted great. We look forward to going again now that we know more of what to expect. I ordered the spicy base broth. The server said there was 3 levels of spicy, so I picked the middle of the three. It tasted amazing. However, as I added things to the broth, the peppers in the base began to break down more, causing the broth to get even spicier. Halfway threw dinner I lost feeling in my lips. I can't imagine ordering the spiciest broth. We really enjoyed our dinner and the experience.

Wonderful first time experience. Took my daughter here for her 14th birthday. Lulu was made us feel comfortable and welcome! At the end of the lunch we told them about her 🎂 so she put the birthday music on and whipped my daughter up a cake with candle was such a lasting memory we will be back! Thank you Lulu !

We loved this hot pot and Kbbq joint! For just $5 more you can do hot pot and the kbbq which felt super reasonable. We have never gotten to experience a hot pot place where its this style, getting to make our own plate and pick exactly what we wanted and how much really felt like an elevated experience for all of us. There were so many amazing options and tons of seafood choices which we rarely see when we go to hot pot. The sauce bar was equally good and we really enjoyed the sauces we made. We loved that we all got our own seperate broths as well especially as this particular group has a unique mix of food allergies ranging from shellfish to potatoes and a vegetarian! We all felt like we got plenty of time to eat up, and there were a ton of food options. Our broths were tasty and we appreciated the butter for the kbbq. We would happily come back again (and did! Twice during our 5 days here!). The herbal and bone soup broth were incredible the miso broth and mushroom are vegetarian. The Thai tea is incredible. Give it a try!

Our first time being there and loved all the food. The server was very friendly and explained how the process worked with cooking at the table. You can either do barbecue or soup or both. We chose to do both. Definitely were the money 🙂

This place is AMAZING! Our server Crush was amazing. He explained how everything worked as it was our first time there! Very polite and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was amazing! All three of my girls approved ! We will be returning!

First time trying out this place. I love a good hot pot. And this place DID NOT disappoint! I only did hot pit but they also offer Korean bbq. For hot pot. They offer a variety of different broths. I went with the pork bone broth and it was super delicious! While I’m giving this place 5 stars because it was so so good, I do wish they had more veggies to choose from for the soup. They do have a good variety of meat and mushrooms to choose from. And a lot of sauces, which is very important. Great service. They also offer a little happy hour. Buy one get one beer. I didn’t try it, but their menu displayed a lot of different smoothies. Overall, I can’t wait to go back!

Out of all of the hotpot locations we have been to, this place is the best we have ever had. The atmosphere was amazing. Our server was very nice and even showed me how to properly cook meat on the stove part. Food was phenomenal and we will defiantly be coming back for more very soon.

So GREAT experiences in this restaurant!!!! I travel here from CANADA we don’t usually have that much SEAFOOD for AYCE!! Specially CRABS 🦀!!! That’s my FAVOURITE!! I kept eating crabs and they filled up the meat area so fast !! Then I could get more and more 😂 so nice!! 🤣 of course nice service as well!!! Highly recommended if you love seafood like me 😎

The interior is clean, homey, and welcoming, and the plaza it’s in is great. The mushroom broth was solid and all the ingredients were very fresh. Since there aren't many hot pot options in Apopka yet, this is likely going to be my new go-to for hotpot.

Love, love this place. Great food, fresh, flavorful and full of variety. Boba teas are terrific. Atmosphere is bright, clean and comfortable. Service is exceptional. We return time and time again. ❤️✌️

Came here for a weekend lunch and was really impressed. I’ve been to other Volcano Hot Pot locations in Hollywood, Kissimmee, and Orlando, but the Winter Garden spot feels much more upscale. The interior is clean, homey, and welcoming, and the plaza it’s in is great. The mushroom broth was solid and all the ingredients were very fresh. Since there aren't many hot pot options in Apopka yet, this is likely going to be my new go-to for hotpot.

Place is clean and the whole family enjoyed it. The bbq was surprisingly good too. I'm glad they had snow crabs and it was pretty fresh too.

Food was good, the kalbi short ribs were fantastic on the grill. I've eaten at several "hot pot" restaurants, this one was above par. Service was great, they changed our grill out twice, kept drinks filled, etc. We were a party of 12, we sat at 2 tables next to each other. The only problem we had was there was only 1 grill at each table and it was not centered. So the 2 people closest to the wall at each table were basically stuck only having hot pot and paying for hot pot and grill. Not a huge deal, but, it still added up to $20 that they spent and were unable to reach the grill.

oh my goodness i love coming here and i have been going to this location for so long but i feel like majority of the time the waiters are always so stingy when it comes to tip, my boyfriend and i went for our 4 year anniversary and our server was john and we’ve had him before and he’s always so nice and smiling throughout the whole experience but once it comes to paying and leaving the tip he always switches up and starts ignoring us, i could say thank you to the man and he would give me a straight face and walk away and i feel like this has happened before but i can’t remember the other waiters names but i feel like genuinely as someone that has worked in food, getting upset over the amount you’re getting tipped is very inappropriate ESPECIALLY if you start acting different. i would also like to say that it wasn’t like we were tipping 5 bucks, my boyfriend and i have always tipped based on service and there wasn’t much service so there wasn’t much tip🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve held off on writing this review for a while, mainly because I really do quite enjoy the food and experience here. I will say, it is pretty pricey, but I would say it’s mostly reasonable because of the all you can eat aspect. That being said, the customer service is not the best. The first time I ate here, I was with a larger group of friends and we all had our separate checks. For some additional context, giving tip when it’s a buffet style restaurant is not something I typically do, mainly because the servers aren’t doing the same kind of juggling with orders as they would at a regular dine in restaurant. Furthermore, since it was my first time here, I was shocked by the price. So when it was time to pay, I gave the server a couple cents over the total. He asked if I wanted the change and I really didn’t pay much attention so I said sure. I suppose he expected it as a tip and got mad because when he came back with the change, he slammed the singular coin in front of me and walked away (I was the only one paying with cash). All things considered, I liked the food so I kept coming back and the other times I was attended to by different servers. Recently, I went back again because my boyfriend and I were craving hotpot. For context, we were served by the same guy who slammed the coin. Everything was going fine, we were eating, not being too loud or demanding, and he refilled our drinks one time each. Once it came time to pay, my boyfriend paid with card and the server brought over the machine. When the tip screen came up, he was going to leave it blank, because again, in terms of server responsibilities, he was really just refilling our drinks and we didn’t need any help cooking the food. The server kept insisting on a tip. We were both put on the spot. The only way I got him off our back was by leaving him a cash tip. My question is, why is that necessary? You guys are charging over $30 for a single person, not including drinks. Are you guys not paying your employees enough? As someone who’s worked at a fast food style pizza chain, where we are required to ask customers if they want to leave a tip, I don’t know anyone who would beg that hard for a tip. And in the case of the place I worked at, in my book, that’s more acceptable to ask for a tip. The pizzas were being pumped out in less than 10 minutes, but customers still got angry. After that last time I visited, I don’t know if I can see myself coming back again. Not only because I felt borderline manipulated, but also because I can’t support a business if they are charging that much but can’t afford to pay their employees accordingly.

I’ve come to this location twice and was served by John. This review is not for him. He is very sweet and if you come here, please request him as your server on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He gets a five out of five for me. the last time I was there, Was not a great experience Sean was my server. He was very rude. The restaurant was empty. When I first came in I asked could I be sat in a booth instead of a table because I need the cushion he sighed like I was bothering him. I love hot pot, but this Was my friends first time experiencing this. When John was my server, he was very attentive. Never was my Korean barbecue plate burnt, My hot pot was near empty I had to get up and ask Sean many times could he replace it? He never gave the Complementary bowl of rice. Him and the other server male Kept turning around and talking about me and the person I was with it was a very uncomfortable experience. I’ve never felt this before I could not figure out if this was discrimination or if you felt like I wasn’t going to tip him well. I’m a server myself. I automatically tip 20% to anyone that serves me but if I get great service I tip more. This is the first time I’ve left no tip for someone. I had to go to the hostess to get my bill because after a while avoided My whole table. The point of this is if you expect someone to tip you well we feel the energy treat people how you want to be treated, And if you didn’t feel like coming to work that day, you should’ve called out. PLEASE DO NOT SIT WITH SEAN . I talked to the hostess at the end and she was very kind and but I should Spoke to a manager
