We stayed here four nights and we are sad to leave! Starting at check-in it was quick and easy! I love that it is a keyless entry system. You get a pin number at check in for your door so no fumbling trying to find a key card! The cabins are very spacious. We are traveling with our teenager and our one year-old and I will say we have a cabin with a spiral staircase, which was I’m sure a lot easier than the other staircase that I’ve seen in photos so I would suggest that if you do have small ones that you’re going to have to carry up and down from the loft area Ask to get a cabin with a spiral staircase. It is steep, so just be aware of that not a negative just to be aware. The loft area is very spacious. We were able to have our two giant suitcases and a pack and play up there and still have plenty of room to move around. The soak tub was phenomenal! Another thing just to be aware of it is a cabin- just like any in all cabins or wood structures, there is popping and crackling that’ll happen throughout the day and throughout the night. But we stayed warm and cozy the entire time! There are several seating options however I will say there aren’t any real lounging options to sit back and kick your feet up type thing so just something to be aware of again not a negative. The couch is comfortable. I will say my teenager enjoyed sleeping on the couch in the couch position rather than pulling it out as a sleeper. The kitchenette was perfect for all the things that we needed to cook and clean for our little one. The bathroom is spacious. The shower is wonderful again something to keep in mind is that it is a mountain town and it is a cabin so the water pressure is on the lower side. Again, just another thing to be aware of because I’ve seen negative comments about these things, but it is a cabin, so all of that is to be expected and absolutely not bad things. This place was a total 10 out of 10! I also love that directly across the street is the bus to get to the resort or town! Made it so easy! Next time we come back to Winter Park, this is the place to be. And if we are just doing a day trip, the food and drinks at the A-frame grill were unbeatable! Absolutely delicious. I really could go on and on with how wonderful everything was! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with throughout this trip. Our Christmas and our daughter’s first birthday happened over this trip and we would not have rather been anywhere else!

Went to dinner at the A Frame on December 21. I was a little hesitant going somewhere during the holiday week but was so over the top impressed by the service and the food! Friendly and well staffed, It exceeded my expectations with food and wine pairing. They really have done a great job making you feel welcome and relaxed in a beautiful setting.

Had a wonderful stay in one of the cabins at the A-Frame Club. The grill was closed but everything else was open and my partner and I took full advantage. Having a sauna and cold plunge on-site were fantastic and exactly why we booked here. We came right before the ski season started so the pricing was very affordable! Huge thanks to Emily for upgrading us and extending our checkout!

Awesome place to stay and excellent value. We loved the elevated details such as our own robe and slippers, heated bathroom floors and hot tub/sauna area. The only downside was getting used to the popping sounds of the cabin settling at night - a bit jarring but we got used to it. The service was five star and it was so easy to text for any requests. If ever in the area again we would stay here for sure!

As a wedding planner, I helped my couple find and book A Frame Club for their wedding day. Kelly and her team were great throughout the planning process – super responsive and provided a great food and drink tasting for the couple and their parents ahead of the wedding weekend. As for the weekend, the whole team was amazing and super accommodating! Kelly, Joelle, and Emily helped me set everything up while Joe and Max provided a great bar experience. The food was delicious and all the guests, especially the couple, were extremely happy.

Found the A-frame club by chance while looking for a pet friendly place to stay semi-close to Lake Granby. To our surprise, it was more than we expected and Jerry was an exceptional host. The accommodations and location were perfect for our needs, super clean and all the needed amenities. We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food and ambience were superb. I will definitely be back for both summer and winter fun.

We had an incredible time here. The cabin was more spacious than I was expecting. I was super comfortable the entire time and it was close to everything. 4 minutes from Coca Cola tubing hill, 3 minutes to great adventure snowmobiling and 2 minutes to the village. Here are some things to note before your stay: 1. There’s a free shuttle across the street that will drop you off at the village/ old town. It drops you off directly in front of the gandula. You catch it back to the A-frame club in the same place. Otherwise you can pay the daily parking fee which is about $35. 2. The kitchen includes 2 cast iron pans, dish soap, dish sponge, a few cutting knives, 2 induction cook tops, microwave, 4 of each - mugs, cups, plates, bowls and wine glasses. Some utensils, 2 towel rags, ice tray, a coffee maker, small fridge with 2 waters, and a tea kettle. 3. The bathroom room has heated floors and includes soap and lotion on the sink. The shower has body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All lavender scented. 4. The sauna/ hot tubs are located behind the restaurant and between cabins 6 and 7. The sauna is NOT always on. You will want to turn it on at least 2 hours before you use it if it’s a cold day out. It will take about that long to heat up all the way. 5. If you are traveling with your dog you will want to bring a kennel since you cannot leave your dog unattended in the cabin unless inside of a kennel. I had an XL kennel for my German shepherd and it fit perfectly under the TV with plenty of space to move around. Also, They have poop bag areas but they get buried in snow so just take your own. 6. Depending on what cabin you have you will be able to see into other people’s cabin and they will be able to see into yours. There are blinds you can drop but during dark hours, if you have a light inside people can still see inside the cabin from the outside. (not that most people will care to look). Also if you are in the loft, others may be able to see you depending on where the cabin is because there isn’t anything to cover, so unless you are an exhibitionist you will want to keep that in mind. 7. The restaurant is at the end of the parking lot. The food is so bomb but you will want to make a reservation because it gets packed. Also, this is a leisurely place, it’s not fast food so the dinner will take a while to get to you. 8. There is a boot dryer inside the cabin and there is a place to scrape off your boots outside of every door. 9. There are 2 robes and 2 slipper sets. The slippers are a bit on the smaller size. My partner is a size 13 and they did not fit. I have small feet so they were perfect for me :) 10. You don’t check in with anyone. The morning of your stay you will get an email with some documents and after you complete them you will get a code to enter the unit. This check in process was great, similar to Airbnb. 11. There is a camera in the walkway. Good to know for safety. 12. The tub upstairs fits 2 people comfortably. My partner is 6’3 and I am 5 ft. We both fit comfortably. Take bath bombs or bubbles. >The only downside during my stay was that I didn’t know the sauna would be off so we weren’t able to use it. This was a real bummer since you pay the spa fee. I also had called ahead of time to make sure the area wasn’t under construction or anything. This also kept us from using the hot tub since our plan was to enjoy the hot tub then dry off in the sauna. But since the sauna was off we didn’t want to chance being stuck out in the cold with a wet bathing suit. After turning on the sauna , we waited 40 minutes inside to see if it will warm up and after 40 minutes it only warmed up to about shoulder level. The whole bottom was still ice cold. At that point we just poured a hot bath inside our cabin which really saved the night. So if you want to use the sauna just make sure to give it at least 2 hours before you use it. Other than that small issue, we had nothing to complain about. This was a great place and we will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing wedding weekend at the airframe club! The staff and specifically Kelly who headed up Managing all our plans before and during the weekend were outstanding. Everyone involved was unbelievably accommodating and capable of taking care of us and our guests. We had some weather issues and there was always a Plan B and a plan C in place to make sure that everyone was happy and taken care of. We couldn't be more thankful and could not recommend it more highly. The rooms are just cool! The food was tasty and feeling was unforgettable! Thank you all....Michael + Joy

The entire staff was so upbeat, and willing to jump in wherever they could, I can't say enough good things about the space and how accommodating they were. If you are looking for a unique space to host your wedding look no further, they drinks are top notch, and the food is the best! I can't wait to work at this space again!

We used the A-Frame Club for our small ceremony and guest lodging, and it was truly an amazing experience. Our group of 15 had the best time! Susanne was incredibly helpful in coordinating both lodging and meals during our stay. The venue itself is stunning. Our group stayed in A-Frames that circled the fire pit, which made for the perfect setting for s’mores and gave our wedding party a cozy, intimate, and private feel. The food was fantastic! We're vegan, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about the A-Frame Club—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The restaurant was fantastic, with incredible food and a great atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the impeccable service. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and made sure our experience was top-notch. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved our entire experience at the A Frame! Our room was so cute and the heated floor in the bathroom was such a nice surprise. Easy to get to the gondola using the buses. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! From extra coffee and water when we needed it those early mornings, to the service at the hot tub/sauna. The bar staff was so sweet and creative. My only wish would be that the restaurant/bar were open for brunch on the weekends! We will ABSOLUTELY be back.

We had a very nice stay the cabins where very clean modern and well equipped. Great for a couple. We had a unit with a view of the river which was perfect. We also had a spiral staircase which was cool but a little precarious if you had to go to the bathroom at night :). The furniture was not the most comfortable but looked cool. Kitchen was nice but not really a good place to eat (table chairs etc). Not a big deal just an observation. Good location. Restaurant was awesome Feta dip was amazing. Staff was wonderful! All and all a great visit , we would return for r sure!

We had to cut our trip short sadly. We booked three nights. I would not consider the a-frames to be pet friendly even though they are allowed. Unless your dog is fine with sleeping down stairs away from you (which mine aren’t) you have to carry them up the VERY steep stairs and I was not comfortable taking them up and down with one hand (30 lbs each) and one hand on the handrail. I opted to sleep on the futon instead and it was extremely hard. I never fell asleep bc I could never get comfortable. Such cute furnishings but I feel like style was chosen over comfort assuming no one would sleep on the futon? I read a few reviews that go way back stating that the futon was uncomfortable. Also the bedding doesn’t fit the futon. You either have freezing feet or freezing shoulders. I give it a high score for service simply because we were allowed to check out early and were given back the money on those two nights. The scenery and architecture is stunning and I’m really sad it didn’t work out. If I came back it would be without the dogs. I do not advise anyone with any mobility issues to come here as I cannot see how this place could be ADA compliant due to the stairs. Also the boardwalks connecting each room don’t have rails or walls so that seems like a hazard.
