Local sushi restaurant with splendid fresh and exotic fare! I recommend the Chefs Special Rolls! Picture says it all! Friendly service as well! Hibachi and rice bowls are also on the menu. Absolutely delicious and recommend!!

They had many different rolls, and dishes to eat but I was craving sushi that day. It was kinda spontaneous so I didn't call ahead, but the wait time was shorter than I thought. The guy who took my order was nice and very welcoming. I took the food to go and ate at home. The sushi was delicious!

What a gem, we should have taken pictures of our food. I was craving sushi and saw this was nearby. This is our first time here and the sushi and service were amazing. 🤩 We will definitely come back, we got the shrimp siumai, spider roll, rock and roll, philly roll, and salmon lover. We loved everything. Who knew all these years this sushi place was nearby. We will be back like the Terminator 🥰

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We ate lunch and dinner in the same day. The staff here is good and observant. The Sashimi and nigiri portions are descent and the rolls are well constructed and we'll thought of. There are a lot of sushi restaurant to choose from in East Orlando, winter Park and Casselberry area, this is one I highly recommend.

Atmosphere and service was great! We were served by Evelyn, who was super attentive and sweet! I wish the sushi was more consistent, but I'd be willing to come back and give it another shot. My partner had teriyaki chicken, which was amazing!

I sometimes find that sushi places are all the same. That is not the case with this place. The sushi here is inventive and just packed full of flavors and flair. The ambience is dark and classy, great for a date I'd say and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. 10 outta 10 will be back!

Sushi is amazing! Love it. Quiet place to eat. Chicken teriyaki is also great. Sometimes service can be slow or a long wait if a busy night. Coke is from a bottle. A lot of sushi options with lots of flavor

We got the Mama San roll, the tempura asparagus roll, and the California roll. I think this is my new favorite sushi spot.The menu is organized in a unique way that helps you pick rolls you might enjoy based on ingredients and flavors. The seafood was quite fresh and the sushi was even tasty the next day. The gentleman was polite when we picked it up.

Almost no wait, but keep in mind this will vary depending on the size of your party and the people at the restaurant. Sushi was good: not too saucy, not greasy, not too cold. Pieces were cut too big (and I don’t have a small mouth or anything) and I had to struggle a bit eating one piece at a time without opening my mouth. Would love if they would have more tea options or digestives, but maybe in a future they incorporate it into their menu. Server was really nice and polite. Definitely coming back to try more dishes!

If I could give the service 20/10 I would. We had an amazing Valentines dinner. I’m really surprised this place wasn’t more busy with how great it is. Decent prices. Crunchy Tuna and Super Protein roll was soooooo yummy. We had red bean ice cream and it was better than I expected. I would have thought it was strawberry. I think it was one owners serving us and he made it a special dining experience. Everything was perfect. Arigato!!! 🙏🏻☺️🙏🏻☺️

Solid place to get sushi. I recommend the Mama San and Samurai rolls. The Ninja and beauty and the beast were okay I would try other rolls.

Very good quality sushi, it is on the expensive side but you will get quality sushi. I love the style of the place. It's very cozy and can serve as a good date. Will be coming again l.

This location use to be my favorite! An absolute go to for delicious sushi and even an amazing teriyaki chicken... but today was not what I expected at all... it was worse than teriyaki chicken from a mall food court. What has happened to this establishment??? It looked so cheap and a lack of flavor. Lastly I did not drop or shift this food at all during transport, and this is how it looked when opened (all over the place). The second order of the same dish didn't look much better. Needless to say I will not be going back, and will encourage my friends to do the same. Sorry Arigato but something has changed with your quality of food (On to the next sushi place).

I paid over $18 for a cup of cooked rice, and 8 strips of rubbery chicken with a spoonful of poorly cooked veggies. I really hate to leave a review this bad for them but I feel they could do much better. Seriously, if the sushi wasn't good I would have rated them 0 stars.

Service was horrible. Waiter never came and checked on us after delivering food. Empty drinks the whole time and waited excessively long for the check. Ingredients did not taste fresh. I only ordered one roll and I couldn't even finish it because it tasted bad. The spicy mayo also was not your typical spicy mayo. The sauce was spicy, but tasted nothing like spicy mayo. Appearance of building inside and out was also very old and run down.

I Checked My Order Before I Left - But I Should’ve Been Suspect When It Took Them Less Than 10 Minutes To Complete My Order. My Eel Roll With Tempura Was Surely A Left Over. How Could I Tell? The Roll Was Not Warm, And The Rice Was Mushy & Not Firm As Though The Roll Was Sitting For Awhile. Also A Tell Tale Sign - The Rice Started To Absorb The Color Of The Roll, So It Was Sitting For A Minute & Not Fresh. Very Disappointing. 😭 I Haven’t Had Sushi In Awhile & Just Wanted A Decent Taste...🙄🤦🏾‍♀️

I’ve been here so many times and the place and food are fabulous. I come here really to eat the spicy tuna because it’s really delicious. Today, I went here to get the spicy tuna with my boyfriend. The server sat us and we had a lovely time until the end. I was paid for the food and was waiting for my takeout order that I placed. The server came up to us with our takeout after dining in with a nasty attitude after we paid cash and we were gonna tip right after we paid the check. He brought our Togo and said next time to do togo since we weren’t gonna to tip him so my boyfriend called him back after he left with a attitude and said “hey we were gonna tip you either way.” He also commented that in the past I “stiffed him”. I’m sorry but I’ve never paid for my meal in the past because my ex did and he was the one who tipped the server poorly which is one of the many reasons he’s my ex . So I was kind of disgusted on how he treated me and boyfriend. I was also disgusted that he kind of threw my food in the bag and now the sushi is all over the place. Either way I was going to tip him $15 but I gave him $5. And I understand the frustration as a server myself but he treated us poorly and later regretted tipping him the $5.

We have been loyal customers since Arigato opened. Birthdays, anniversaries, good report cards, etc. have been celebrated here for 7+ years. Our experience today was so bad, I’m not sure we will be back, and it breaks my heart to write that. So many wonderful memories made here. We came with family and friends to celebrate my daughters birthday today, I called ahead and let them know we had a party of 15 coming. We arrived at 6:30 PM and did not get served until almost 9 pm. The restaurant prioritized serving the smaller tables, even those that arrived hours after we did, than serve us. Our grandmother was so hungry when she was finally served her food at 8pm she choked and almost died. I’m very disappointed, and I’m not sure we’ll be back. I guess this is good bye.
